近年來,隨著資訊科技及網路普及,世界正以極快的速度變化,這也使得教師在職進修碩士學位的需求提升。為協助教師解決論文研究難題,本研究採個案研究,以32位在職教師為研究對象,採「社群協作」之知識翻新活動應用於研究的問題解決,期望透過社群的力量相互學習,促進想法發展,形成更完善的解決方法。研究方法採質量混合,針對研究困難類型,以及在職教師運用的知識類型進行分析與歸納,呈現教師透過社群協作進行知識翻新及問題解決的過程。研究結果發現,「文獻蒐集、選擇、統整及撰寫」、「論文下筆與格式」以及「選擇研究方法與工具」是多數教師在研究過程中最常面臨的困難。教師在經過知識論壇提出研究困難、機遇性的回饋、閱讀社群成員的分享與再回饋的互動歷程後,將彼此提出的知識與想法進行統整反思,促進想法翻新,既能解決自身的問題,同時也能幫助其他社群成員,最終可使個人與社群知識提升。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.Because of the population of the old people is increasing remarkably in today's society, due to the development of the standard of medical science and technique, there is the positive significance in improving old people's physique and health by understanding their present constitutional situation and health condition, and in studying in aging regulations and the function of anti-aging by doing exercise. The article has tested the function and sports quality of the subjects, part of whom are the retired staffs in some universities in Beijing, and others are the members of the Jogging Club of Old People. It is manifested that Most of the indexes in function and sports quality were significant better in aerobic exercise group than in common group no matter of males or females. It is concluded that longterm regular aerobic exercise can slow down the declining speed of cardio-pulmonary function, and maintain and improve the sports quality of old people.隨著人類社會進步和醫療科技的發展,人口老齡化已成為世界人口發展的必然趨勢。所以瞭解老年人的身體機能和素質,對研究衰老規律和運動抗衰老的作用,全面提高中國老年人體質與健康水平具有積極的意義。本文將227名北京部分高校退休敎職工和北京市老年長跑俱樂部的隊員,按受試者鍛煉和訓練情況劃分為普通組和有氧運動組,對他們進行了形態、身體機能和運動素質的測試。結果顯示,有氧組和普通組在形態、身體機能和運動素質的大多數指標上存在明顯差異,表現為,有氧運動組的形態、身體機能和素質等指標明顯優於普通組。這就説明長期堅持有氧運動對於減緩心肺功能下降的速度,維持和提高老年群體身體素質有積極的促進作用。

However, there is little information about how physical education student teachers manage their classes. Berliner (1988) proposed five stages of learning to teach and argued that experience is a predominant element to the development of expertise in pedagogy. Cruz (2000) suggested that the in-service student teachers taught better than their pre-service counter-parts as they had more in-field experience. The purpose of the study was to examine the class management practices of in-service physical education student teachers. Three in-service student teachers were randomly selected and invited to participate in the study. They were observed teaching two ball games lessons and took part in two pre-lesson interviews and two post-lesson stimulated recall sessions. Qualitative data were collected through lesson observations and interviews. Constant comparison and analytic induction were used to organize and categorize the data. Results showed that there were common managerial behaviours and management strategies adopted by the student teachers during teaching. Teaching style, organization and supporting were the identical managerial behaviours observed, whilst the preventive management, equipment management and interactive class management were the common class management strategies identified. The findings hold implications for the preparation of physical education teachers.班級經營與敎學效能息息相關。Berliner(1988)提出五階段學習歷程理論及敎學經驗為發展成敎學專家主要元素。Cruz(2000)指出在職師訓學生的敎學表現較職前師訓學生為佳是他們有較多實踐經驗。本研究目的是探討在職師訓學生的班級經營行為及策略。三位在職師訓學生被隨機抽樣參與此研究。他們被觀察兩敎節球類課及接受兩次課前訪問及課後刺激回憶訪談。其後以持續比較法分析蒐集資料。結果顯示師訓學生有其共通班級經營行為策略及給予體育師資培訓啟示。

本案之爭點在於:健保署對被保險人「合理住院日數」所為之判斷是否合法?此一問題涉及何謂「合理、適當之醫療服務」不確定法律概念的解釋與適用。本案判決援引判斷餘地理論,認為「被保險人合理住院日數」之判斷職權,涉及高度之屬人性、專業性、經驗性之專業判斷,鑑於法官審查能力有限與權力分立原則,法院應尊重健保署基於專業醫師本於專業審查結果之判斷,駁回原告之訴。本文歸納學說與司法實務已發展出之判斷餘地類型與法院審查項目,從法律的適用步驟建立行政法院對行政機關適用不確定法律概念之思考路徑。據此,檢視後得出結論:本案判決因限於專家迷思,未能指出健保署之原處分有應考量之因素而未考量與判斷理由不備之違法情事。<br />

Obesity is an important worldwide public health problem and sedentary lifestyle has been associated with increasing rates of overweight and obesity. This presentation aims to study the relationship between psychosocial health, obesity and the lifestyle among the intellectual disability. A total of 16 adults over the age of 18 with mild to moderate intellectual disability (ID) (6 males, 6 females), (N=16, mean age 34.4.23 ± 51 years, SD= 8.67), were recruited from St. James settlements. Pedometer step counts were recorded on 4 consecutive (week) days, BMI and waist circumstance were recorded. Questionnaires regarding adult's outcome expectation, perceived barriers to exercise and performance self efficacy on physical activity were examined. Result showed that adult with intellectual disability mean on total daily step counts was 7458.44 steps, (SD=5048.19), the mean BMI is 26.43, and both performance self efficacy and barrier to exercise among them were not high. The study concluded that both physiological and psychosocial health among adult with intellectual disability were low and more physical activity is needed. 殘疾人士痴肥情況比一般普通成人嚴重,而且平均壽命較短,對健康的需求比較高。可是研究對於在職智障成年人的調查比較少,對於可行而且有效的運動計劃亦缺乏資料。為了提高在職智障成年人士的生心健康,一項了解智障成年人士的運動量以及他們對運動的態度的研究是需要的。是次調查對象為成年智能障礙人士,級別為輕,中度智障(本研究不包括重,極重度智能障礙者),所有參與者人士都是來自於聖雅各福群會,共有16位自願參與者而他們都是18歲以上成人,參與者平均年齡為34.4 (23 ± 51歲,SD 8.67)。我們派發一個數步器(型狀跟傳呼機相似)給參與者,數步器需佩戴在右邊腰身上連續4日,在第五天早上研究人員為參與者除去數步器,並記錄總步行數量。同時我們亦派發一份有關活動量及對活動態度的問卷,內容包括:對運動預期結果,面對運動阻礙,對運動表現自我效能。調查所得出之結果顯示參與者平均每日步數為7458步(SD=5048.19)。脂肪比例為26.4,面對運動阻礙(Mean=1.8, SD=.39)和對運動表現自我效能(Mean=.8, SD=.64)顯示為不太高。結論是成年智障人士需要在工作地方有一個運動課程從而提高他們生理和心理的健康發展、成長。

This paper aims to report a collaborative study project between a teacher training institute and two secondary schools in Hong Kong. It involves the initiation of an innovative curriculum model titled “sport education”. The study attached to the practice-referenced and interpretive research perspective with interviewing and video-taping of lessons as tools for data collection. It inquires how 2 experienced PE teachers and 12 secondary 4 students with “high-”, “average-” and “low-level” sports skill proficiency articulated their teaching and learning experiences with sport education. The findings revealed that both teachers accepted sport education for providing positive learning experiences for promoting students' generic skills and all round development. Students' active learning, motivation, self initiation, creativity and team cohesiveness were also enhanced. Most students satisfied with experiences of taking roles, performing duties, affiliating with teams, collaborating with others and accomplishing tasks. However, both teachers experienced difficulties of increase in workload. 3 students encountered unpleasant experiences of injury, unfair judgment of the referees and completing assignment after school illustrating their differences in expectation on physical education. Recommendations are made for overcoming these difficulties. The findings of this study provide qualitative insights on how sport education can better be implemented to enhance students' learning in physical education. 本文旨在報告一所師資培訓學院與兩所香港中學的一項協作研究計劃,該計劃涉及推展名為「競技運動教育」創新課程模式的研究。研究以實踐為本及詮釋理念為依據和利用訪談及課堂錄影為資料搜集工具,探討了2位資深體育教師和12位運動技能水平被介定為「高」、「中」及「低」學生對競技運動教育的教與學經歷。研究結果顯示2位體育教師接納此課程模式並提供學生正面的學習經驗,促進他/她們的共通能力和全人發展。此模式也能培養學生的主動學習、應激、自我驅動、創意和團隊內聚力。大部份學生對參與承擔角式、執行職責、加入團隊、與人合作和完成被指派工作等學習經歷也是正面的。但是,兩位老師均 經歷工作量增加的困難,其中3位同學也遇上不愉快的經驗如受傷、不公平的裁判判決和完成家課等。研究結果對推展競技運動教育以促進學生學習作出建議及質性啓示。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.以患者利益為重被視為醫學的傳統美德,也是醫生的職責。它的基本宗旨是將患者的利益放在首位。當醫生的利益不受其他因素干擾時,他們較能承擔“患者利益至上”這一責任。而當出現利益衝突時,醫生則會面臨特殊的挑戰,有時還有可能需要做出一定的自我犧牲。西方醫學倫理在強調醫師職業道德的同時也通過制度建設盡量避免利益衝突的發生,以更好維護患者和醫生雙方的利益。中國傳統醫學倫理中,“患者利益至上”雖然沒有作為具體道德原則予以規定,但在醫療實踐中卻常常可以體現出醫生“患者利益至上”的情懷。之所以如此,與儒家文化的影響密不可分。儒家“仁”的思想強調愛人,提出對待病人要“皆如至親之想”。儒家將愛親的情感擴展到病人身上,同時也將“博施於民而能濟眾”視為自己高尚的道德追求。在義利關係問題上,儒家提出了獲取利益的正當性問題,即“不以其道得之,不處也”。醫生受其影響,反對“恃己所長,專心經略財物”,強調維護病人健康利益的重要性。另一方面,儒家修身的實踐精神有助於“仁”、“義”等從一種自然情感上升為真正意義上的道德德性,而古代重視家庭親情的傳統對於醫生的品德修養也起到了重要作用。醫生在修德的同時注重自身專業技能的訓練和提高,良好品德和精湛的技藝為維護患者的利益提供了重要條件。目前,患者利益至上的職業精神正面臨著經濟、政治、科技等多方面的挑戰,中國傳統文化缺失帶來的個體道德情感的弱化使這一問題更為突出。The doctor-patient relationship in China is currently experiencing a crisis of trust brought on by the absence of traditional morals and values in healthcare. The Confucian doctrine of ren (benevolence) is based on the possibility of moral perfection in humanity, which in turn guides one how to treat others in family and non-family social relationships. Ren as a relational virtue is particularly important for the doctor-patient relationship. That is why the Confucian idea of “treating a patient like a family member” was popular in traditional medical practice. However, current medical practice is designed around the people who deliver the care, who happen to pay more attention to their own interests and benefits than those of their patients.The essay contends that although Confucian teaching does not exclude the pursuit of self-interest or self-benefit, it does emphasize virtue and personal character, especially for doctors. No doctor is expected to make a profit that is not within the scope of moral principles, even in a resource-constrained setting. It is thus time to realign the values of the Chinese healthcare system based on Confucian virtues so that the patient is again the center of attention. This paper is concerned with a qualitative study of how 15 pre-service PE teachers, who are taking the two-year full-time teacher training course, develop professionally in their second field experience. With the interpretive research paradigm as conceptual framework, data were collected through interviewing and writing of reflective journals. Groups of pre-service PE teachers were found possessing different professional learning experiences concerning their conceptions and socializing strategies. Their professional conceptions included "educating pupils to learn", "seeing PE as catharsis, discipline and having fun". Their socializing strategies composed of finding means to improve teaching, and adopt social tactics for managing pupils and defensive attitude for handling crisis. The study provides an understanding of pre-service PE teachers in the Hong Kong Institute of Education and their learning-to-teach processes. The findings serve as the backdrop for recommending possible pedagogical changes for facilitating desirable professional development of pre-service PE teachers. 本研究目的是利用詮釋理念,透過會談及反思報吿所搜集的資料,探討十五位體育師訓學員於第二次學校實習的經歷。研究結果顯示學員基於不同的意向及經歷而對體育的敎學有著不同的理念,其中包括視之為促進學生學習、減輕壓力、訓練紀律和獲取歡樂等工具。他們的職化策略則包括改善敎學方法、運用社交手段以管理學生及採取防禦性的態度以應付危機。研究結果有助加深了解這些準體育敎師的專業發展,期望能對體育師資培訓課程帶來實際的啟示。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract also in Chinese.The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' and students' perceptions toward the implementation of teaching games for understanding (TGFU) approach to teaching team handball lessons. The paper is intended to help serving teachers decide whether to adopt this approach in their teaching. The participants were five secondary physical education teachers and their secondary one to three students. The teachers were briefed the principles of the TGFU approach and instructed to teach with an eight-lesson team handball unit lesson plans in TGFU approach. A post-teaching interview on their views of using the new approach was conducted with the teachers. Views of students on their perceptions toward the effectiveness of the instructional approach were obtained through the use of a questionnaire at the end of the unit. Results revealed that all teachers held positive views on TGFU approach. They were willing to adopt this approach in future as the students were more active and had more fun in the lessons. The students expressed they had learnt well by understanding more about the tactics and the rules of the games. The positive responses of teachers and students to TGFU have great implications for teacher education and development.本研究目的是探討體育敎師和中學生對領會敎學法敎授手球課的觀感。研究員希望本文能協助在職老師審視利用領會敎學法敎學的可行性。五位中學體育老師及其初中學生參與是次研究。研究員首先向體育老師介紹領會敎學法的敎學原則,其後他們參照領會敎學法手球單元敎案敎授八節手球課。老師在授課後接受研究員訪問,探究他們對實施領會敎學法的意見。研究員亦利用問卷收集學生對此敎學法的效能觀感。結果顯示老師對領會敎學法持正面評債及樂於使用此敎學策略。學生亦表示透過此敎學法使他們更認識球例及戰術運用。此等正面回饋給予敎師發展及培訓多方面的啟示。

This study aimed to understand catering teaching implementation current status of comprehensive vocation subject in vocational high schools, and the professional development needs of catering teachers, and to compare the discrepancies from catering teachers with backgrounds varieties. The study uses the questionnaire survey procedure. A total of 194 catering teachers who to teach more than one year catering course were selected as research subjects. The questionnaire was designed by the researcher and titled as “Catering teaching implementation current status and the professional development needs of catering teachers in the classes of mental retardation in vocational high schools”. The questionnaire data was analyzed by means, standard deviations, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The major findings of this study were summarized as followers: 1.In catering teaching implementation current status, teachers have administrative support in hardware part. Curriculum can be designed and arranged by the syllabus and flexible principles. Teachers to set goals based on the student abilitity. Teachers use observation and implementation to assessment and tell students the results. 2.The professional development needs of comprehensive vocation subject catering teachers expressed high demand for professional development. “food teaching ability” was dimension with the highest scores, followed by “special education professional knowledge” , “catering specialized knowledge” and “enhance the professional knowledge”. 3.For these variable, the catering teachers of different majors, different teacher’s qualifications, holding licenses or not, public schools or not, different teacher’s qualifications and different educational background ,the professional development needs up to a significant degree of difference on some dimensions.

With the concern about WorldSkills competition and vocational students, five international competition participants were interviewed to share their learning process, competition participation and career development experience. By using phenomenology and hermeneutics of qualitative research and through depth interview, the researcher tried to analyze factors affecting career development. The results are as following. 1.Factors affecting contestants’ career development are : gender roles, self-concepts, family socioeconomic status, family relations, school learning experience, role models, social environment , occupational environment and significant incidents. 2.Contestants’ perception of vocational education learning career should be practical-oriented in order to meet the requirement of corporate world. 3.Improving guidance and counseling mechanism could not only understand the present of contestants’ career development but also solve the problem of technical personnel shortage in Taiwan. Based on the results and discussions of this research, some constructive suggestions are offered for vocational students, vocational educational systems, the authorities, and future researches.
