Abstract:

提要李方桂在美國跟 Edward Sapir 做過美洲印地安語言的調查研究，他回國後做中國境內少數民族語言的調查研究，方法上就能駕輕就熟了。他把重點擺在西南少數民族語言的調查研究，包括屬於傣語的武鳴土語、龍州土語、剝隘土語，和侗水語言的侗語、水家、莫話、羊黃，這些語言都在廣西、雲南、貴州，路途遙遠，交通極為不便。他陸續發表了六部專書和數十篇重要論文。他當年所調查的語種，都是先做傣語系的語言，然後做侗水語言，可見他事先已經做了充分的準備，對那些語言的關係已有初步的瞭解。他還訓練並協助年輕助理馬學良調查彝族撒尼語，邢公畹調查布依語，張琨調查苗語和藏語。如此，學術工作才有傳承，影響深遠。他的研究成果顯示，少數民族語言的現象可以提供解決漢語音韻史的若干問題。地圖一顯示李方桂五次田野調查的途程，地圖二侗傣語族的祖居地和擴散。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract in Chinese only.本文目的是探討香港中學生的活動概況。這項研究利用問卷調查了二百一十七名年齡由十一至十八歲的中學生（其中一百零九名為男生，一百零八名為女生）。資料的分析方法是採用「等級排列」。所有學生被分為三組，分組方法與中學初、中、高級的年齡分組相若。研究結果顯示很多學生都沒有參與比賽性質運動而只參與康樂性質活動。在比賽性質運動的等級排列，很大比數的學生都是參加籃球比賽。至於康樂性質活動，觀看電視是最常見的活動。基於抽樣方法的限制，本研究顯示出大部分香港中學生都是很少參與體育活動的。

Both local and overseas studies affirm that bullying in schools is very prevalent. The overseas experiences in response to bullying are invaluable for local reference. There is a consensus that a whole-school approach and a live policy against bullying are essential for successful intervention. LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract in Chinese only.球類課在體育課程中佔了一個十分重要的位置。目前，香港體育敎師大部份都採用技巧敎學法 (Skill-based approach)敎導學生學習球類活動，1995年筆者曾對本港中學體育敎師採用技巧敎學法的現況作出調查，在155位的中學體育敎師中，有92.9%的敎師都採用技巧敎學法，但30%的敎師卻指出採用技巧敎學法授課時出現困難；其實技巧敎學法於80年代初期備受英國體育學者(Bunker and Thorpe, 1986)的批評，指出其弱點是過份重視技巧學習，而忽略了學生對該球類活動的認識及本身智能的發展，因此他們提倡另一種新敎學法: 領會敎學法(Teaching Games for Understanding)，重點是以認識該活動為主，並透過戰術的學習，讓學生能依自己能力作思考及作出適當的表現。為了要解決體育敎師面對技巧敎學法的困難，本文主要的目的是探討體育講師採用哪一種敎學法訓練準體育敎師敎授球類活動，希望找出問題所在，並嘗試介紹一個新敎學方法作為日後培訓一班更能幹的準體育敎師敎授球類活動。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.具體實踐中的知情同意是一種倫理學技術，注重利用現有的文化傳統、理論資源和法律工具，合理有效地分析問題、解決問題，強調它作為體現對病人基本權利的尊重和調節醫患關係手段的作用。在民主社會，知情同意乃是建立醫患權責餘的必要條件。知情同意來自於醫療活動的自發秩序：醫患雙方通過知情同意活動，明確醫療活動中雙方的權利和責任界限，進行有成效的醫療實踐。知情同意既是對基本人權的尊重，又是確保雙方責任的工具。具體實踐中的知情同意，提供一種促進多種價值觀和平共存、通過學習和對話實現平衡的運行機制，在社會整體利益優先與個人最基本權利不可侵犯的框架下滿足雙方不同的價值需求。臨床“知情同意”活動的目的在於：促進患者自主權的行使；明晰醫療活動中的權責關係，在合法限度內為醫療活動的正常進行提供保護。實踐中追求資訊的“充分”取決於患方要求的“主觀的充分”。臨床醫療活動中，醫方要不斷提高患方知情的充分程度。隨著知情程度的增加，患方自主程度隨之自動上升。目前關於“知情向意”的理論研究中，缺少對知情同意的狀況、分佈及相關因素的實地調查和量化分析，研究多集中在道德、文化理論上，實踐策略的指導意義不強。應當把知情同意視作貫穿於整個臨床醫療活動的一個連續的整體。要關注本社區成員的文化和心理結構

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.作為一種法律學說，知情同意在西方社會已經存在多年，並且得到長足的發展。這一學說來源於《紐倫堡法典》。知情同意不僅僅是“法律文件”，也不是醫患“共同決策"，它是具有豐當倫理內涵的一個概念，是一個人實際理解並且真正在沒有他人控制下有意地批准和同意專業人員做某事。中國具有其獨特的文化傳統背景和經濟發展水平，西方國家基於自主的和權利的理論、信念以及方法在中國基於義務的和強調集體的傳統文化中尚缺乏一定的根基。中國文化傳統上的倫理決策是基於義務而不是基於權�的。這種根深蒂岡的傳統所肯定的是社會或者整體的利益，容易忽視的是個人應享有的權利。在中國文化傳統中，家庭和社區具有很強的凝聚力，家庭或社區協助和支持下的知情同意往往建立在更加充分的理解、思考基礎之上。這種知情同意獲得的方式很有價值：更加精緻，更加體現了尊重人的倫理學原則。但是需要注意的是，這種協助不能完全超越自我決定性。另外，社區的“允許”並不等同於個人的“同意”，而且社區的允許也不應該取代個人的同意。另外，目前在中國，臨床藥理試驗，倫理審查委員會（IRBs）制度化，合理的補償與不正當的引誘的區別，基因研究中的知情同意問題以及利益衝突等很多現實問題都需要引起倫理學的關注，並進行大量的研究工作。In Weste

提要本文從歷史語法的角度，探討「乞」在現代閩語方言中的演變，說明「乞」在閩語中具有的功能，包括實詞語義及功能詞用法，並嘗試從方言比較的角度建構「乞」在閩語語法史上的語法演變。根據漢語歷史文獻，「乞」有乞求義跟給予義兩個方向不同的動詞用法，並透過四聲別義的手段來區別。從現代閩語方言看來，閩東方言及局部閩南方言使用「乞」作為被動標記。本文結合早期閩語書面材料及實際調查所得的語料，探究「乞」在閩語中的音韻、詞彙及語法演變。本文的結論如下：1. 音韻方面，「乞」在共同閩語中的語音形式為*kʰɨt7，只有入聲而沒有去聲。2. 詞彙方面，閩語的「乞」同時存在乞求義與給予義兩種實詞用法。3. 就語法演變而言，閩語被動標記「乞」的虛化途徑是：給予義→容讓義→被動標記。

提要本文對漢語運動事件指向信息編碼的句法搭配及其與一般路徑、參照背景的排序等的歷時演變做出了綜合描寫和分析。調查發現，漢語指向信息的編碼結構發生了較爲顯著的變化，表現在指向動詞與其他動詞連用的排序、路徑指向與背景的排序、攜帶背景賓語能力等方面。上述歷時演變的動因是漢語句法結構模式的歷時演變，主要表現爲聯合結構逐漸喪失其顯赫地位，進而讓位於動補結構。本文還指出，句法結構演變在概念結構模式上産生了一系列效應。這說明“概念→語義→句法”這樣的投射和决定關係并不總是適用，從歷時的角度來看，語言結構的演變會影響到與之相應的概念結構的演變。

This paper introduces the resultative constructions in Hainan Min which have not been seriously examined in previous studies. The serial verb construction (SVC) is the main mechanism by which resultatives are expressed in Hainan Min. This special syntactic structure is examined in Hainan Min and compared to two other Chinese dialects: Taiwan Southern Min and Cantonese.
