This assessment used root meristem cells of Allium cepa L., in exposure times of 24 and 48 hours and using doses of 0.2; 0.4 and 0.6 mL. Reverberation results of the flat spectrum radio quasar PKS 1510-089 from 8.5 years of spectroscopic monitoring carried out at Steward Observatory over nine observing seasons between December 2008 and June 2017 are presented.
