Abstract:
Tutorials provide quality learning and as a result empowered students. Teaching in a government university in Zambia, it is recognized like everywhere else in the world, there are large student numbers that flock universities each year with the idea of enhancing their qualifications for gainful employment and thereby achieve good lifestyles. However, the gap between learning and achievement is skewed. Many depend on minimal information sufficient enough to pass an examination. It has been observed that students will benefit greatly if there were tutorial hours set aside each day for students to consult, improve their knowledge, acquire confidence and gain a level of professionalism through student-student and student-teacher interactions and activities. Tutorial teaching is a method delivered following a lecture. In a tutorial the teaching is given to a specific group of students who have feel they need the added impetus to achieve their individual academic goals. The very aim of a tutorialis to help students to improve their academic abilities which are not explicated in a classroom with achievers and overachievers.Tutoring usually help strengthen subject comprehension, boost confidence, and build important learning skills. Tutoring gives students more attention than in a lecture theatre where any special attention which is well-nigh impossible for the lecturer, if one takes into consideration the limitations of time and the number of students in attendance. Tutorials help students who struggle to keep up with the rest, as well as those who are not challenged enough.

Abstract:
In the article, the authors discuss the necessity of the mulching layer in organic farming technology and provide substantiation of parameters of a machine for packing and chopping of green manure on soil surface. The purpose of the research is to develop a machine for chopping of green manure on soil surface, which increases productivity and provides proper quality of the technological process. Developing such a machine is a quite urgent problem at present when the use of stubble remains and green manure in aggregate with other factors provides opportunities for increasing the fertility of the soil. When carrying out the research the authors used theoretical and experimental methods based on applying the fundamentals of the agricultural mechanics, the theory of agricultural machines and methods of measurement regulated by normative documents. In the article, the authors present the results of the research that substantiate a constructive-technological scheme of the machine for chopping of green manure and mulching of soil surface. Also the authors present the substantiation of the parameters of a roller with chopping elements that is the main working tool. Besides the authors present the results of experimental research which confirm the theoretical research on parameters of the roller. Based on the conducted research the authors concluded that the developed machine provides quality chopping of green manure and mulching of soil surface in organic farming technology.

Abstract:
One of the main tasks in the operation of automotive vehicles is the development of measures to protect the environment from toxic components of exhaust gases (exhaust) of internal combustion engines. Biogas is one of the most environmentally friendly fuels for vehicles, as it produces minimal emissions of carbon dioxide and particulate matter. The gas engine runs quieter, vibration is reduced, which helps to improve the working conditions of drivers. The article is devoted to the development of new fuel compositions based on diesel fuel (DT) and biogas (BG) that meet the requirements of their application in diesel. The article is referred to effective performance of a diesel and the performance of its opacity and toxicity when operating on mixtures consisting of 85% diesel + 15% HD and 70% diesel + 30% BG at different values of the angle of installation of an advancing of injection of fuel. The results of bench tests of diesel when working on these fuel compositions are given. Based on the analysis of the experimental data, the optimal regulation of the fuel supply equipment was determined. According to the results of bench tests of diesel engine with mixtures of BG following conclusions: 1) When using diesel fuels with the addition of 15% HD and 30% BG optimum installation angle of an advancing of injection should be considered ?vpr angle=22?; 2) Operation diesel with additives 15% HD and 30% BG, the amount of heat, allows to reduce the consumption of diesel fuel, respectively, 15% and 30%; 3) The diesel engine works on mixed fuels with the addition of the BG is accompanied by a reduction in emissions from the exhaust gases of soot particles tend to be around the expected range of variation of the angle setting; 4) Work on mixed diesel fuels with the addition of BG in the whole considered range of variation of the angle of installation is accompanied by an increase of emissions in the EXHAUST gas of nitrogen oxides and unburned hydrocarbons.

Abstract:
When growing a greenhouse tomato, labor inputs for handling and tying of plants are high. In this regard, it is important to investigate the features of plant growth and create varieties and hybrids for intensive technologies, requiring a minimum of labor inputs for plant care and having a complex of valuable agronomic features. The purpose of the research presented in this article was the selection of tomato hybrid combinations, characterized by high values of productivity signs, low intensity of stem shoot growth and indeterminate type of growth. To achieve the main goal, we studied the growth characteristics of stem shoots and the manifestation of agronomic traits of F1 hybrids Toroza x Line 7, Line 7 x Toroza, Line 7 x Mo 516, C 9464 x Mo 516, C 9464 s Toroza, Line 19/3 x Mo 516, Line 19/3 x Toroza, Line 19/0 x Toroza, Line 19/0 x Mo 516, together with the parent samples. The peculiarities of lateral shoot development and yield signs were investigated in two variants: without breaking-out laterals and with removal of stem shoots on a weekly basis. The dynamics of laterals growth was estimated on plants of the studied samples, which were planted separately, in the course of 30 days after removing previously formed lateral shoots. The hybrids with Line 7 and indeterminate hybrid C 9464 x Mo 516 are characterized by high values of productivity traits. The superiority of indeterminate hybrids was noted in both variants of the experiment on grounds of commercial and total yield. The advantage of the variant "without removing laterals" has been established in yield background. Hybrids F1 Line 19/0 x Mo 516 and Line 19/3 x Thoroza can be recommended as valuable breeding samples, because of high productivity level, low intensity of lateral shoot growth and indeterminate type of growth.

Results reveal that the recruitment process by political parties, the selection process by the Election Commission, and the competence of the leader, have positive correlations to the policies and the outcomes. The study highlights that without any improvements in the recruitment, selection, competency of leaders, and policies, no changes could be made by the leaders. It implies that a redefinition and actualization of recruitment, selection, competence, and policies should be made to ensure the changes to take place. Keywords: change of national condition, actualization of recruitment, competencies, national policies.
