Abstract:
This paper describes the vision for Space Exploration that would return humans to the moon by 2020. Creating architecture for returning humans to the moon requires the comprehension of the physics of spaceflight, knowledge of the hardware that can realize the physics, and an understanding of how these many parts interact and interconnect. The NASA team concluded early in its study that the direct–direct mode would be possible only if a single launch vehicle approaching twice the lift capacity of the Saturn V were available. The three mission modes were compared as higher levels of technology were engaged. The key was to find a workable architecture that involved the least amount of mass. The direct return mission that involved no operations in lunar orbit seems to be the least operationally complex, but it tends to be the least efficient because it moves the largest mass-including the Earth-entry heat shield- the entire velocity change of lunar landing and ascent.

Abstract:
Abstract. A research for studying performances (aromatics including colour, taste, smell, texture and its financial benefit) of milk products i.e. yoghurt which used modern technology versus the natural one was conducted at PT Prima Rasa, Denpasar. The research consisted of two treatments (A = modern technology and B = natural technology). The objective of the research were: 1) to study the differences of aromatic and financial benefit of yoghurt with modern technology versus the natural one, 2) to use as a reference in the future on milk products business, and 3) to increase the quantity and quality of yoghurt and income per capita in the Bali Island. In this research, yoghurt production which used modern technology (treatment A) used some ingredients i.e. fresh milk, skimmed milk, starter (imported Lactic Acid Bacteria from Canada) and modern equipments i.e. electric incubator for milk fermentation. While the natural technology (treatment B) used a slightly different ingredients and equipments i.e. non imported starter and non electric incubator (ampel bamboo). The starter used was lactic acid bacteria naturally found in the ampel bamboo as incubator at once. The incubator was covered with aged banana leaf on the fermentation processes. These ingredients and equipments were very easy to find, available through the year and cheap. There were six replicates in each treatment. Data obtained were analyzed with t test and financial benefit was analyzed descriptively. Results of the research showed that yoghurt aromatics which used natural technology was 14.29% significantly higher than modern one but its texture was 20.31% or significantly lower. The differences did not seem to cause difference on the taste between them. The average taste score was the same (7.1), indicating that both treatments had the same taste. The financial benefit of the natural yoghurt was much higher (90.74%) than that of the modern one (127.40% versus 10.80%). Key words: yoghurt, fresh milk, lactic acids bacteria, incubator, ampel bamboo Abstrak.

Abstract:
China's activities relating to the proclaimed One Belt, One Road Initiative continue, and today China is doing a lot to develop the Northern direction of this main transport route. Traditionally, the development of the Northern Sea Route has always been in the hands of Russia, but today, China is investing colossal resources in the implementation of the idea it suggested. Getting transport priorities right will not only help shorten the distance and time of cargos delivery but is also an opportunity for China to reinforce its positions in science, research and technology. Moreover, China is taking efforts to search for areas of reasonable investment, which will allow it to optimize the North-East transport direction as part of the "Ice Silk Road" in the future. In 2018, the "White Book", "China's Arctic Policy" based on China's participation in the development of the Arctic and then the "Blue Book" were published, as the result of its scientific research in the North and the Arctic. In these books, China’s strategy and position as of a new “Northern” power is described. On the basis of the approved priority directions of its development, China sets specific tasks and completes them in the shortest possible time, which creates additional risks for Russia as the time frame of implementing projects as well as the multilateral agreements of China do not fully conform to Russia's position. Thus, since 2013, new vessels suitable for operation in the difficult conditions of the North have been built and launched together with the COSCO Shipping Group. As a result of the intensified activities of China in the North, the transport load has increased both on the Russian shipping companies of the Northern Sea Route and on the infrastructure of the ports, whereas investment implementation rate of the projects of their reconstruction remains low. As a consequence, China offers to participate in the modernization of a number of ports on the Ice Silk Road as well as in the collaborative exploration of the North.

Abstract:
Introduction. Chronic venous insufficiency is one of the most common diseases, so finding the best treatment options is one of the most urgent tasks of surgery. One of the methods of implementing this direction is to apply a personalized approach. The aim of the study is to improve surgical care for patients with VVPC by introducing a personalized approach.Materials and methods. The study was based on clinical observations and special studies in 428 patients with uBVNC in outpatient settings. All of those surveyed were women. The average age of the patients was 42.3 ± 15.5 years. All patients were operated on — endovasal laser coagulation (EVLk) was performed in the traditional way. Clinical examination of patients, as well as special methods of research was carried out. A questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life of patients. The peculiarity of the study was the use of social and hygienic methods: survey, psychological testing, expert. Statistical analysis and mathematical processing of results were carried out with the help of modern computer technologies based on the Statisticala 6 application package.Results. It has been established that over the past five years in the Ivanovo region there has been an increase in the incidence of vessels of the lower extremities. The frequency of varicose veins exceeds 47 per 100 patients examined. The desire to perform surgery in the nonstate health sector is observed in 9.8 cases. In 85.0% of patients with VBNC, received for surgical treatment, have a lack of preparedness. Their information, clinical and psychological level is 65.0–89.0% of the due and direct influence on the formation of an unfavorable result.Conclusion. Thus, the implementation of a personalized approach to the surgical treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency by laser coagulation provides on a par with the reliable obliteration of altered veins the fastest clinical recovery of patients, improvement of their quality of life, satisfaction with results, good hemodynamic and cosmetic effects.

Abstract:
The innovative technology MELANGETM allows produce of the bitumen in one stage with the required properties, according to the technical request of the Customer, from the heavy oil residue basis on the use of physical and induced by them chemical processes. In this case, the main physical processes are heating and homogenization of various heavy residues upon heating, that is, mechanical mixing, almost to an ideal state, in parallel with the addition of a polymer capable of forming long spirals and chains in dispersed media. The experimental work was the basis for the trial production of bitumen according to the European standard BDS EN12591: 2009, which was successfully implemented using the MELANGETM technology at the LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas AD refinery (Burgas, Bulgaria). The heavy unreacted fluidized bed hydrocracking (VTB) residue of the Axens France H-oil process was used as feedstock. Based on the results of experimental work and the basis of confirmed data from the Customer, a patent of the Russian Federation No. 272118 " Method of producing road bitumen from a heavy residue" was issued. MELANGETM technology allows solving the problem of utilizing low-margin heavy oil residues, including unconverted residues from high conversion of oil residues, into high-margin products such as road bitumen and bituminous binders.

Abstract:
Tidal effect has a significant impact on flood routing in tidal rivers, conceptually taking on a resistant effect during flood tide and a dynamic effect during ebb tide. Two expressions were developed to reflect the tidal effect in this study, which consisted of the tidal wave velocity, the change rate of tidal level and the change in channel width. By incorporating the expressions into the momentum equation of the one-dimensional (1D) Saint-Venant equations, we propose that there are two types of momentum equations accounting for tidal effect. Based on the continuity equation and proposed momentum equations, two types of 1D hydrodynamic model for tidal rivers (namely the SVN-1 and -2 models) were constructed. In the case study, these models were applied to the tidal reach of the Qiantang River in China. The simulation results show that the SVN-1 and -2 models can obtain better accuracy than the SVN model based on the standard Saint-Venant equations, and that the SVN-1 model performs better than the SVN-2 model. Furthermore, the SVN-1 model can effectively capture water-level fluctuation, indicating that the expression employed is capable of accounting for tidal effect.

Abstract:
At present, benzodiazepine derivatives being used widely, they continue to occupy a leading position among the drugs of the anxiolytic group. Most anxiolytics of the benzodiazepine structure are derivatives of 1,4-benzodiazepine. The basis of the chemical benzodiazepine structure consists of a benzene ring connected to a seven-membered heterocyclic ring containing two nitrogen atoms (diazepine) at positions 1 and 4. All the benzodiazepine derivatives used in the clinic also have a second benzene ring attached to carbon. The presence of a halogen or a nitro group is essential to display its activity. Diazepam (1-methyl-5-phenyl-7-chloro-1,3-dihydro-2H- [1,4] benzodiazepin-2-one) is in the list of necessary and important medicinal products. The urgent issue is the development of a new method to synthesize 1-methyl-5-phenyl-7-chloro-1,3-dihydro-2H-[1,4]-benzodiazepines-2-one that would allow producing the drug in the required quantities and for mass consumption. The search for possible effective ways of synthesizing 1-methyl-5-phenyl-7-chlorine-1,3-dihydro-2H-[1,4]-benzodiazepines-2-one for manufacturing application is of great scientific and practical interest. The purpose of our work is to search for a rational method to synthesize the target product, experimental study of the chemical processes to develop the most optimal methods to produce the product. The technology to produce 1-methyl-5-phenyl-7-chlor-1,3-dihydro-2H-[1,4]-benzodiazepine-2-one on an industrial scale was developed. The synthesis of 2-benzoyl-2',4-dichloro-N-methylacetanilide by condensation of 2-methylamine-5-chlorobenzophenone with chloracetyl chloride in carbon tetrachloride without further treatment of the reaction mass with water and sodium carbonate was developed. The highest yield of 1-methyl-5-phenyl-7-chlorine-1,3-dihydro-2H-[1,4]-benzodiazepines-2-one was shown to be obtained if the cyclization reaction is carried out in isopropyl alcohol. The reaction mixture composition in interaction of 2-benzoyl- 2',4 -dichloro-N-methylacetanilide with urotropin plays the defining role in the formation of the target product.

Abstract:
Vegetable soybean (Glycine max L.) represents a potential high-value specialty crop for small farmers in the southern Piedmont region of the United States; practical and affordable mechanical harvest technology will facilitate production. A trial planting of vegetable soybean was used to test the ability of a commercial one-row harvester used currently for snap bean and lima bean production systems to harvest soybean. The upright growth habit and excessive herbage of vegetable soybean necessitated harvest in two passes over the row, which produced in-pod yield of 7050 lb/acre (7900 kg ha-1). Adaptation of this technology has the potential to facilitate development of a vegetable soybean production industry.

Abstract:
Background: We have synthesized three 5-R-1-aryl-1,5-dihydro-4Н-pyrazole(3,4-d)pyrimidine-4-one derivatives that previously have demonstrated powerful anticonvulsant activity. A great number of physicochemical factors are known to influence on bioavailability and stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Therefore the purpose of research was to determine the effect of purification technology and dispersibility of 5-R-1-aryl-1, 5-dihydro-4Н-pyrazole (3,4-d) pyrimidine-4-one derivatives on their anticonvulsant activity. Methods: The anticonvulsant effect of this compounds was studied in a model of pentylenetetrazole-induced seizure in mice. Results: The results obtained revealed the optimal solvent for recrystallization of compounds to be isopropanol: compounds, purified by recrystallization from isopropanol, had higher solubility in water and tween; also, they had a tendency to increase anticonvulsant activity. It was found that there is a significant dependence of the latter on compound’s dispersion - the smaller the size of crystals the higher anticonvulsant activity. Conclusions: The dependence of anticonvulsant activity of compounds on the degree of dispersion was proved: the smaller particle size the higher anticonvulsant activity. This can be explained by fast dissolution of fine-dispersed substances, thus increasing the bioavailability if the compounds studied.

Abstract:
Abstract Immediately loaded 1-piece dental implants were a standard treatment modality more than 30 years ago and, on occasion, resulted in excellent clinical successes. However, this technology also became associated with significant failure rates and fell out of favor. Since then, understanding of the site requirements and placement procedures necessary to ensure primary stability have advanced considerably. Implant designs and surface treatments also have evolved. In light of this greater understanding, a 1-piece root-form implant system has been developed. This article describes 4 clinical cases in which use of the new system was employed. In each case, the results included excellent stability, esthetics, and patient satisfaction.
