The paper deals with results of phenological studies of Norway spruce (Picea abies/L./ Karst.) in a mixed stand. This broad range was important in spring phenological stages. High correlations were determined between the mean air temperature, soil temperature and the start of phenological stages. Cs2SbCl6 is known as a typical mixed-valence compound. It crystallizes into a tetragonal space group I41/amd and contains two different complex anions, Sb(III)Cl3-6 and Sb(V)Cl-6 . Here, solid polycrystalline KAsF6 and KSbF6 have been studied via high-resolution variable temperature 19F, 75As, 121Sb, and 123Sb solid-state NMR spectroscopy at high magnetic field (B0 = 21.14 T). We report 121Sb nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) measurements on kagome superconductor CsV3Sb5 with T c = 2.5 K. 121Sb NQR spectra split after a charge density wave (CDW) transition at 94 K, which demonstrates a commensurate CDW state. The coexistence of the high temperature phase and the CDW phase between 91 K and 94 K manifests that it is a first order phase transition.
