This article is born from the results of a larger research that aimed to identify the relationship that the teacher establishes between his personal dimensions (identity) and the professional dimensions (teacher identity) in his formation and his practice, through reflection on his daily action. At this moment of the research the objective was to identify and describe the reflexive processes observed on the practical action of the teacher, as well as the paths covered in the formation and constitution of the professional identity. The study investigated the relations between body dissatisfaction and emotional dysregulation. This is the first research focusing on the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation on the relationship between negative affect and body dissatisfaction in a Russian female population. It is particularly relevant given that both emotional dysregulation and body dissatisfaction may lead to the emergence of psychopathological symptoms (e.g., depression, self-injurious behavior, and eating disorders). 778 girls and women aged 14–40 years (M=19,8; SE=3,31) participated in the study. Transcription factors and chromatin collaborate in bringing the eukaryotic genome to life. An important, and poorly understood, aspect of this collaboration involves targeting the regulators to correct binding sites in vivo. An implicit and insufficiently tested assumption in the field has been that chromatin simply obstructs most sites and leaves only a few functionally relevant ones accessible. The major class of transcription factors in all metazoa, zinc finger proteins (ZFPs), can bind to chromatin in vitro (as clearly shown for Sp1, GATA-1 and -4, and the nuclear hormone receptors, for ex

Abstract:
There has been a substantial increase in the use of advanced high strength steel in automotive structures in the last few years. The usage of these materials is projected to grow significantly in the next 5–10 years with the introduction of new safety and fuel economy regulations. Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) are gaining popularity due to their superior mechanical properties and weight advantages, as compared to mild steels. These new materials also pose significant manufacturing challenges, particularly for welding and stamping. Proper understanding of the weldability of these materia

Abstract:
This paper presents a numerical study that characterizes the conjugate heat transfer results of a semi–confined liquid jet impingement on a uniformly heated spinning solid disk of finite thickness and radius. The model covers the entire fluid region including the impinging jet on a flat circular disk and flow spreading out downstream under the confined insulated wall that ultimately gets exposed to a free surface boundary condition. The solution is made under steady state and laminar conditions. The model examines how the heat transfer is affected by adding a secondary rotational flow under se

Abstract:
Background An estimated 292 million people are living with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection globally, including 223,000 people in Australia. HBV diagnosis and linkage of people living with HBV to clinical care is suboptimal in Australia, with 27% of people living with HBV undiagnosed and 77% not receiving regular HBV clinical care. This systematic review aimed to characterize population-level interventions implemented to enhance all components of HBV care cascade and analyse the effectiveness of interventions. Review questions Question 1: What population-level interventions, programs
