Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the validity of the Kuznets hypothesis in South Kalimantan Province during the period 2010-2017. Data analysis method used in this study is to use quadratic regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method that uses cross section data in 13 districts / cities in South Kalimantan Province in 2010-2017. The analysis in this study was carried out with the help of E-views 9 software. The results in this study indicate that in 2010, 2014 and 2015 the Kuznets hypothesis applies in South Kalimantan while in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, and overall from 2010-2017 the Kuznets hypothesis does not apply in South Kalimantan. Even in 2012 it tends to draw slashes increasing right. And for the other years, it depicts U-shaped curves. Based on the regression results it was found that in 2010 to 2016 and overall in 2010-2017 the data showed no significant effect while the data in 2017 showed a significant effect.

RESUMO: Ao articularmos os pressupostos teóricos da referenciação à questão da identidade e texto digital, mostraremos que essa tríplice relação é possível numa perspectiva de análise linguística e discursiva. Para tanto, fazemos uma breve abordagem sobre a trajetória evolutiva da Linguística Textual, com foco na referenciação, processo fundamental para a construção do sentido do texto; discutimos acerca da identidade do sujeito, a partir dos processos referenciais, enfatizando a construção dos objetos de discurso; também discorremos sobre o texto digital e suas características, centrando-nos na rede social Facebook como espaço de escrita do texto digital. Abstract:
Recent molecular phylogenetic, morphological and anatomical studies (e.g., Akhani et al. 2007, Wen et al. 2010, Voznesenskaya et al. 2013, Schüssler et al. 2017) resulted in recognition of several monophyletic genera instead of the phylogenetically unnatural Salsola Linnaeus (1753: 222) sensu lato. In particular, the taxonomic resurrection of the genus Caroxylon Thunberg (1782: 37) prophetically proposed by Tzvelev (1993, see also Tzvelev 1996, 2012) was convincingly confirmed by molecular evidence (Akhani et al. 2007, Wen et al. 2010, Feodorova 2011, 2012, Feodorova & Samigullin 2014, Schüssler et al. 2017, and references therein); see also taxonomic and nomenclatural overviews and updates (e.g., Mosyakin et al. 2017, Mucina 2017). The taxonomic recognition of Caroxylon and other segregate genera resulted in numerous nomenclatural changes, in particular, transfers of taxa from Salsola sensu lato to other currently accepted genera (see e.g., Akhani et al. 2007, Feodorova 2011, 2015, Falatoury et al. 2017, Mucina 2017). However, it appears that not all currently recognized taxa originally described in Salsola have been properly transferred to Caroxylon. One interesting nomenclatural case is considered here.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakkan perhitungan Rasio Keuangan berdasar Surat Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor: KEP- 100/MBU/2002 pada PT Balai Pustaka (Persero). Hasil penilaian kinerja keuangan PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011, 2013, dan 2017 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat Kategori B dan pada tahun 2012, 2014, 2015, dan 2016 mengalami penurunan dengan tingkat kesehatan sehat kategori C (Tidak Sehat).
 This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011 - 2017. This study uses the calculation of financial ratios based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: KEP- 100 / MBU / 2002 at PT Balai Pustaka (Persero). The results of the financial performance assessment of PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011, 2013, and 2017 show that the company received the title of Unhealthy Category B and in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 decreased with a healthy level of health in category C (Unhealthy).

This paper evaluates the production of coastal fishing and fishing efforts through coastal fishery data (landing and effort) at the Tangier port obtained from the National Fisheries Office for the period 2011-2017. The data were entered into the excel application to process and analyze the results. The total number of coastal fishes catchings in Tangier port increased gradually from 2011, with an estimated production of (5,030.8 Tons) and continued to increase in the years (2012– 2013– 2014–2015), the production record respectively (5,813.6 – 5,857.4 –7,611.3 – 9,068.4 Tons). Then the decline in 2016 and 2017 to (6,963.8 - 4,208.1 Tons), where the year 2017 saw the lowest production. Fishing efforts fluctuated between (6,796 Trips and 9,239 Trips) between 2011 and 2017. The minimum effort was recorded in 2013 in 6796 fishing Trips, with fewer boats reaching 1,286, while the maximum effort was recorded in 9,239 fishing Trips in 2015. The average of each CPUE in 2015, the highest 981.54 kg / Trip and the lowest in 2017 worth 543.05 kg / Trip while these values fluctuate in the remaining years. The lowest value in 2012 was recorded at 84,044,677.5 DH to reach a maximum of 167,005,585.5 DH in 2015, and fell again to 111,516,969.5 in 2017.

Abstract:
Introduction:Road Traffic Crashes (RTC) are one of the most preventable causes of death worldwide, yet are the number one cause of death in Nigeria. In March 2010, the United Nations General Assembly launched “The Decade of Action for Road Safety (2011-2020)” to “reduce road traffic deaths and injuries by 50% by 2020.”Aim:To analyze trends in RTC and deaths in relation to current road safety laws in Nigeria, and possible future interventions.Methods:Annual reports from 2013-2017 were obtained from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) of Nigeria. These reports were analyzed for trends in RTC, deaths, and reported causes to find areas of possible improvement.Results:The number of RTC and deaths declined yearly from 2013-2017. Crashes decreased from 23.4% in 2013-2014 to 6.2% in 2015, to 0.4% in 2016, and then increased to 3.2% in 2017. Results showed that fatalities from RTC in 2013-2014 decreased by 8.4%, then by 9.3% in 2015, and by 7.1% in 2016, but had a 1.3% increase in fatalities from 2016-2017. Analysis showed that speed violations (SPV) were the top cause of RTC. These had a decrease in the number of crashes from 5,495 (32% of RTC) in 2013, to 3,496 (29%) in 2014, to 3,195 (26.5%) in 2015. They then increased to 3,848 (33.9%) in 2016 and to 4,840 (44.1%) in 2017. There was a decline in reports of RTC caused by driving under the influence (DAD) from 1% in 2013, to 0.8% in 2014, and 0.5% in 2015 and 2016.Discussion:Current road safety laws have been effective in decreasing the total number of RTC and deaths. While certain laws such as those regarding DAD have been effective, other laws such as speed limits have been less successful and may require further changes in legal codes and/or enforcement.
