Combining photographic portraits and testimony, Andrea Gjestvang’s En dag i historien: 22. juli concerns the experiences and thoughts of 43 young people who survived the terror attack at the Labour Party youth camp on Utøya Island, outside Oslo on 22 July 2011. Published the year after the events, the book captures a moment in time in which memories of what happened were still very raw, and the various attempts at commemoration in diverse cultural forms were yet to be conceived of, and subsequently contested. Drawing on recent writings on photography (by Ariella Azoulay, Robert Hariman and John Lucaites, Susie Linfield and John Roberts) as well as an interview with photographer Andrea Gjestvang, this article is an attempt to come to terms with how the ‘image-text’ in En dag i historien invites a form of committed spectatorship that unfolds over time.

Abstract:

Penelitianini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui Tingkat Serangan Hama ulat ApiSetothosea asigna dan hama Ulat kantung Metisa planapada perkebunan kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensisJacq) di PTPN IV unit Usaha Bah Birung Ulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni hingga Juli 2018. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh tingkat serangan hama ulat api Setothosea asigna dan hama ulat kantung Metisa plana. Tingkat serangan hama ulat api Setothosea asigna 19,17% dengan skor 1,7 kategori sangat ringan, sedangkan serangan hama ulat kantung Metisa plana 2 : 22 dengan skor 1 kategori sangat ringan.

Abstract:

World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2015 menunjukkan sekitar 1,13 miliar orang di dunia menyandang hipertensi. Jumlah penderita hipertensi yang terhitung pada bulan Februari – Maret sebanyak 122 orang, bulan Juni sebanyak 72 orang dan bulan Juli sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Penelitian ini bertempat di pemukiman wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh yang dilakukan pada bulan September 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kelompok kasus adalah seluruh pasien yang menderita hipertensi pada bulan Juni-Juli 2020 yang berjumlah 72 orang. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini secara univariat dan bivariat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kegemukan dan merokok dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2020 dimana nilai p < 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan stres dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2020. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada tenaga medis khususnya dalam melakukan identifikasi dan intervensi hipertensi dan faktor risikonya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesehatan penderita hipertensi. Abstract:

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment human relations on the work ethic of BPJS Health Main Branch Makassar. This study uses a sample of all 49 employees, the survey was conducted from May to July 2018. Data were analyzed using the IBM Statistics SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Human relations, physical work environment, have a significant effect towards work ethic (2). The most dominant environment influences the work ethic of employees of the BPJS Kesehatan Makassar Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh human relation lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 49 orang, survei dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juli 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program IBM Statistik SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Human relation, lingkungan kerja fisik, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja (2). Lingkungan yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Makassar.

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag thematisiert, wie Zivilbürger während der Anschläge in Norwegen vom 22. Juli 2011 soziale Medien nutzten um Hilfe zu leisten. Bei den Anschlägen detonierte der Attentäter Anders Behring Breivik zunächst eine Bombe in Oslo und riss acht Menschen in den Tod. Danach fuhr er auf die 40 Kilometer entfernte Insel Utøya, wo er 69 Jugendliche ermordete. Unsere Analyse erarbeitet ein neues Konzept der „peripheren Kooperation”, um die öffentliche Beteiligung an der Ressourcenmobilisierung am Rande der offiziellen Krisenhilfe besser zu beschreiben.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keakuratan metode ARIMA dalam melakukan peramalan atau prediksi harga saham harian PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder berupa data historis harga saham harian sejak 22 April 2019 sampai 20 April 2020. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan model ARIMA (3,1,2) menunjukkan bahwa data 22 April 2019 sampai 20 April 2020 dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi harga tutup saham 21 April 2020 sampai 13 Juli 2020. Model ARIMA terbaik yang diperoleh adalah ARIMA (3,1,2) dimana harga saham PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk hari ini dipengaruhi oleh satu hari perdagangan yang lalu. Prediksi harga saham harian PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 21 April 2020 sampai 13 Juli 2020 cenderung mengalami penurunan. Hal ini di duga karena investor cenderung menahan modalnya efek adanya kebijakan larangan mudik yang diterapkan pemerintah yang berimbas pada berhentinya operasional sektor penerbangan.Kata kunci: metode ARIMA, harga saham, Garuda Indonesia, Covid-19.

ZusammenfassungMit Datum vom 1.4.2020 trat das Gesetz zur Vorbereitung der Schaffung von Baurecht durch Maßnahmengesetz im Verkehrsbereich in Kraft (Maßnahmengesetzvorbereitungsgesetz, “MgvG”). Es soll die Basis schaffen, einen Katalog von Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekten auf der Schiene und zu Wasser durch Legislativ- statt durch Verwaltungsakt zulassen zu können. Das selbst gesteckte Ziel des Bundestages ist die Steigerung der Akzeptanz in der Bevölkerung sowie die beschleunigte Realisierung der gelisteten Vorhaben. Der vorliegende Beitrag nähert sich dem legislativen Fundament mit skurrilem Namen in vier Schritten: Zunächst wird, erstens, das MgvG im Überblick in seinen beiden Ebenen vorgestellt, die das vorgeschaltete behördliche Verfahren und den Legislativakt beinhalten. Sodann wird, zweitens, der verfassungsrechtliche Leading Case hinsichtlich der Zulassung von Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekten durch Maßnahmengesetz analysiert, der Beschluss des BVerfG zur Südumfahrung Stendal aus dem Juli 1996. In einem dritten Schritt wird der Scheinwerfer auf das Völker- und Unionsrecht gerichtet: Die Crossrail-Entscheidung des Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee aus dem Jahr 2011 sowie das Urteil des EuGH im Fall Inter-Environment Wallonie aus dem Jahr 2019 werden vorgestellt. Am Ende wird, viertens, ein Fazit stehen, das die ambitionierte Mission des Bundestages auf den Boden der rechtsstaatlichen Tatsachen zurückholt und den gebotenen fachgerichtlichen Rechtsschutz einfordert.
