The unimolecular photodissociation dynamics of acetone spanning the entire S1 ← S0 absorption spectrum have been reinvestigated, with a focus on mechanisms that produce CO. At excitation wavelengths of λ > 305.8 nm, all photoproducts are formed on the S0 state after internal conversion. A roaming mechanism forming C2H6 + CO is active in the window λ = 311.2–305.8 nm. From λ = 305.8 to 262 nm, little or no CO is produced with the photochemistry dominated by the Norrish-type I C–C bond cleavage on the lowest excited triplet state, T1. A genetic linkage map was constructed for Pacific yew (Taxusbrevifolia Nutt.) based on random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. A series of optimization experiments were conducted to develop a highly repeatable protocol for Pacific yew. In these experiments, a high MgCl2 concentration (5.5 mM) together with a low primer concentration (0.2 μm) in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mixture yielded the best amplification products. In the present study, highly valuable supercritical CO2 (sCO2) extracts rich in bioactive compounds with antiradical and antibacterial activity were obtained from the inflorescences of industrial hemp. В статье приводятся результаты влияния генотипа бычков специализированных мясных пород и сезона года на микроструктуру их кожи в Приморском крае. Целью исследования являлось определение влияния генотипа молодняка на общую толщину кожи и отдельных ее слоев, диаметр коллагеновых волокон, развитие ее железистого аппарата.
