The aim of the study was to investigate the relevance of the demand-control model and social support in predicting long-term sickness absence (LTSA). Identifying gender- and sector- (private vs. public) specific patterns was in focus. The study uses a cross-sectional design with a case and a control group. The cases are a sample of 2 327 long-term sick listed (>60 days) and the controls are a Swedish population-based sample of 2 063. Data on sickness absence were retrieved from the Swedish national social insurance registers. Data on health, working and living conditions were gathered throu

The results showed that overall operating index presented a down-up trend, with the highest point in 2014 and the lowest point in 2012. The lattice constant decreased from 1.0357 nm to 1.0336 nm as the Si content increased. When the Si doping content (y) exceeded 0.3, the decrease in the lattice constant was reduced and residual Si appeared. This established the solubility limit of Si at the Sb sites was y = 0.3. There is some evidence from earlier studies that the two sources 0235 — 197 and 1203 + 043 exhibit low frequency (< 1 GHz) variability. This work shows that both sources have linear polarizations, if any, below the detection limits at 320 MHz, so we cannot explain the variability as being due to instrumental polarization effects as has been suggested for 3C159. Refractive scintillation may be the cause of the variability in 0235—197. The radio source 1203+043 lacks any bright compact component thereby ruling out a refractive scintillation mechanism for its variability. Consequently, it is p
