Abstract:
Inheritance of the callipyge phenotype in sheep is an example of polar overdominance inheritance, an unusual mode of inheritance. To investigate the underlying molecular mechanism, we profiled the expression of the genes located in the Delta-like 1 homolog (Dlk1)–type III iodothyronine deiodinase (Dio3) imprinting region in mice. We found that the transcripts of the microRNA (miR) 379/miR-544 cluster were highly expressed in neonatal muscle and paralleled the expression of the Dlk1. We then determined the in vivo role of the miR-379/miR-544 cluster by establishing a mouse line in which the cluster was ablated. The maternal heterozygotes of young mutant mice displayed a hypertrophic tibialis anterior muscle, extensor digitorum longus muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, and gluteus maximus muscle and elevated expression of the DLK1 protein. Reduced expression of DLK1 was mediated by miR-329, a member of this cluster. Our results suggest that maternal expression of the imprinted miR-379/miR-544 cluster regulates paternal expression of the Dlk1 gene in mice. We therefore propose a miR-based molecular working model for polar overdominance inheritance.

The article surveys the teaching of Gaudentius on anthropology and especially on the Creation of human being and his primordial fall. The doctrine of St. Gaudentius recalls that of the Fathers, since he was de­pending on them and at the same time he had an influence on their works, so he can be inserted in a theological sequence: Origen (ca. 185-254), Basil of Caesarea (329-379), Gregory of Nyssa (335-395), Ambrose (339-397), Evagrius Ponticus (345-399), Philastrius (died ca. 397), Gaudentius (died 410), Augustine of Hippo (354-430), John Cassian (360-435), Quodvultdeus (died 454). The anthropological teaching of St. Gaudentius is an essential part of the wider Patristic Tradition, from which he takes exegetical elements, while at the same time providing many original insights.

Os bispos cristãos Eunômio de Cízico (335-394 d.C.) e Basílio de Cesaréia (329/331-379 d.C.) representavam os ideais político-religiosos de dois grupos: cristãos arianos e cristãos nicenos, respectivamente. As contendas que permearam essa temática buscaram a legitimidade de uma ortodoxia religiosa baseado em suas interpretações sobre a natureza do Verbo, a segunda pessoa da Trindade. Dentre os inúmeros grupos religiosos que discutiram o tema objetivamos, neste artigo, compreender as circunstâncias do desenvolvimento da controvérsia ariana a partir do conflito entre o ariano Eunômio de Cízico e o niceno Basílio de Cesaréia. Nossa proposta vai além dos aspectos puramente religiosos e teológicos, pois depositamos na análise retórica uma metodologia para encontrar elementos do ideal e da propaganda político-religiosos desses dois bispos cristãos. Para atingir tal fim, pretendemos analisar e comparar seus testemunhos Apologia e Contra Eunômio, respectivamente, empregando o manual de Aristóteles Arte Retórica.

In Zusammenarbeit mit Vertretern verschiedenster sozialwissenschaftlicher Professionen werden die Methoden im Kampf gegen Doping dargestellt und kritisch hinterfragt. Neben den gesamtgesellschaftlichen Wirkungsmechanismen und Grundlagen des Dopings und Anti-Dopings werden vor allem die damit verbundenen Einschränkungen der bürgerlichen Rechte der AthletInnen untersucht. Die Beiträge verdeutlichen die Abhängigkeitsverhältnisse der SportlerInnen von Verbänden, Medien, Familien und engen Vertrauten in der (Konsum-)Gesellschaft. Vor allem im Hinblick auf die Prävention zeigt sich die Thematik aus pädagogischer Perspektive anschlussfähig. Die Bildung mündiger AthletInnen, TrainerInnen und FunktionärInnen stellt eine pädagogische Herausforderung dar, die, in Ausbildungsbildungsprozessen verankert, einem dopingfreien Sport und einer Lösung von beschriebenen Abhängigkeiten dienen kann.

Abstract:
To generate indoor as-built building information models (AB BIMs) automatically and economically is a great technological challenge. Many approaches have been developed to address this problem in recent years, but it is far from being settled, particularly for the point cloud segmentation and the extraction of the relationship among different elements due to the complicated indoor environment. This is even more difficult for the low-quality point cloud generated by low-cost scanning equipment. This paper proposes an automatic as-built BIMs generation framework that transforms the noisy 3D point cloud produced by a low-cost RGB-D sensor (about 708 USD for data collection equipment, 379 USD for the Structure sensor and 329 USD for iPad) to the as-built BIMs, without any manual intervention. The experiment results show that the proposed method has competitive robustness and accuracy, compared to the high-quality Terrestrial Lidar System (TLS), with the element extraction accuracy of 100%, mean dimension reconstruction accuracy of 98.6% and mean area reconstruction accuracy of 93.6%. Also, the proposed framework makes the BIM generation workflows more efficient in both data collection and data processing. In the experiments, the time consumption of data collection for a typical room, with an area of 45–67 m 2 , is reduced to 4–6 min with an RGB-D sensor from 50–60 min with TLS. The processing time to generate BIM models is about half minutes automatically, from around 10 min with a conventional semi-manual method.

Background: Globally, people living with diabetes were estimated to be 422 million in year 2014. In India, an estimated 7.8% have diabetes. Early detection and prompt treatment for diabetes is key to achieve sustained control and prevent complications. The Indian diabetic risk score (IDRS) is one of simple screening tool to find the risk for diabetes in the community of filed practice area of teaching hospital.Methods: A community based cross sectional study was conducted in urban and rural field practice area during the period of 1st January to 30th September 2018. As per global health report on diabetes, World Health Organization 2016, prevalence of diabetes in India was found to be 7.8%. Considering allowable error as 20% sample size was 1183 which was rounded up to 1200 with 600 each in urban and rural field practice area. The data was collected with bio- data and IDRS questionnaire which includes age, physical exercise, waist circumference and family history of diabetes.Results: Total 1200 Study participants were included in the study. It was observed that 821 (68.41%) were female participants and 379 (31.59%) were male participants. High risk for diabetes was observed in 329 (27.42%) participants. Among the high-risk participants, 194 (58.96%) were from the urban area and 135 (41.04%) were from the rural area. The association between increasing BMI with high IDRS was observed and found statistically significant. High blood pressure was observed among the participants having high IDRS and findings were statistically significant.Conclusions: This simplified IDRS is cost-effective tool to screen the community on large scale.

The current study investigated the potential value of miRNAs and pivotal genes associated with AT/RT using bioinformatics analysis, aiming to identify new prognostic biomarkers and candidate drugs for AT/RT patients. METHODS Differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs) and genes (DEGs) between AT/RT and normal control samples were obtained from GEO database. The target genes of DEMs were predicted via TargetScanHuman7.2 and miRDB, and then intersected with DEGs. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses of overlapping genes were conducted, followed by construction of protein-protein interaction network. Hub genes were determined by Cytoscape software, and their prognostic values were evaluated using Kaplan-Meier analysis. Connectivity Map database was used to identify latent therapeutic agents. RESULTS A total of 11 DEMs (hsa-miR-1224-5p, hsa-miR-128-3p, hsa-miR-17-5p, hsa-miR-18b-5p, hsa-miR-29c-5p, hsa-miR-329-3p, hsa-miR-379-5p, hsa-miR-433-3p, hsa-miR-488-5p, hsa-miR-656-3p and hsa-miR-885-5p) were screened. By intersecting 3275 predicted target genes and 925 DEGs, we finally identified 226 overlapping genes that were enriched in pathways in cancer and MAPK signaling pathway. Four hub genes (GRIA2, NRXN1, SLC6A1 and SYT1) were significantly associated with the overall survival of AT/RT patients. Candidate drugs included histone deacetylase inhibitor (givinostat), DNA synthesis inhibitor (floxuridine), cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (purvalanol) and janus kinase inhibitor (lestaurtinib). CONCLUSION In summary, this study systematically analyzed AT/RT-related miRNAs and pivotal genes to provide novel prognostic biomarkers and potential therapeutic agents.

Abstract:
580 Background: Patients (pts) in Cohort A of the American College of Surgeons Oncology Group Z1031 (Alliance) trial of NET for cStage II-III breast cancer were randomized to anastrozole [ANA], letrozole [LET] or exemestane [EXE] for 16-18 weeks (wks). In Cohort B, pts chose between ANA and LET and switched to chemotherapy or surgery if a tumor biopsy after 2-4 wks of NET had Ki67 >10%. Treatments after surgery were not defined by the trial protocol. SET2,3 measures nonproliferation gene expression related to estrogen and progesterone receptors adjusting for a baseline prognostic index that combines clinical tumor and nodal stage and a 4-gene molecular subtype (RNA4) defined by ESR1, PGR, ERBB2 and AURKA. High SET2,3 in a pre-treatment biopsy using cStage information is defined as SET2,3 >1.77. Methods: 379 pts had gene expression data from a research tumor biopsy prior to NET (Agilent 44K microarrays). A bioinformatician blinded to pt treatment and clinical outcomes determined SET2,3. The trial statistician then examined the association between SET2,3 and pharmacodynamic response at 2-4 wks (N=141, Cohort B): Ki67 ≤10% and complete cell cycle arrest (CCCA Ki67 ≤2.7%); pathologic outcomes in pts who completed NET: ypStage 0/1 (N=329, Cohorts A&B), PEPI-0 rate (N=155, Cohort B); and event-free survival (EFS) post-registration (N=244, Cohorts A&B). We used Fisher’s exact tests to assess whether responses, and Cox modeling to evaluate whether EFS, differed with respect to SET2,3 status. Results: High SET2,3 in 48% of pts (183/379) was associated with older age (median: 66 vs 63 years; p=0.012); cStage II (95% vs 75%; p <0.001); and pre-NET Ki67 ≤10% (37% vs 20%; p< 0.001) in pts with low SET2,3. In Cohort B, pts with high SET2,3 had a higher rate of pharmacodynamic response in their tumor at wk 2-4 than pts with low SET2,3 (Table). In the subset of Cohort B pts with wk 2-4 Ki67 ≤10%, pre-treatment SET2,3 trended numerically higher in pts who achieved PEPI-0 score (p=0.049) but the proportion achieving PEPI-0 did not differ by SET2,3 high/low status (Table). EFS was significantly longer for pts with high SET2,3 than pts with low SET2,3 (HR[H/L]: 0.52; 95% CI: 0.34-0.80; p=0.003). Conclusions: An exploratory analysis of Z1031 data demonstrated that the rate of pharmacodynamic suppression of proliferation by NET at 2-4 wks was greater and EFS was longer for pts with breast cancer expressing high SET2,3 disease than pts with low SET2,3. AbstractAdvancing maturity of forage maize is associated with increases in the proportion of dry matter (DM) and starch and decreases in the proportions of structural carbohydrates in the ensiled crop. Three maize silages (286 (low, L), 329 (medium, M) and 379 (high, H) g DM per kg fresh weight) plus a concentrate formulated to give isonitrogenous intakes were offered to Holstein-Friesian steers fitted with a cannula in the dorsal sac of the rumen and a ‘T’ piece cannula in the proximal duodenum in an experiment with a cross-over design that allowed four collection periods. Nutrient flow to the duodenum was estimated using chromium-EDTA. Steers consumed approximately 0·6 kg DM per day less of diet L compared with the other two diets (P=0·026), resulting in less DM being digested (P=0·005) but digestibility did not differ between diets. Similar results were obtained for organic matter. There were no differences between diets in the intake or digestibility of neutral-detergent fibre. Intake, duodenal flow and faecal output of starch were greater for steers offered diets M and H compared with those given diet L (P<0·05). In all diets rumen digestion contributed to over 90% of total digestion of starch, although rumen digestibility declined significantly with advancing maize maturity (P=0·002). Molar proportions of acetic acid were higher in diet H (P<0·05) whilst proportions of propionic acid and n-butyric acid were higher in diets M and L. There were no significant differences between diets in mean rumen pH or ammonia concentrations. Mean circulating concentrations of insulin were higher (P=0·009) in cattle given diets L and M compared with diet H. There were no differences between diets in the mean circulating concentration of growth hormone, or the frequency, amplitude and duration of growth hormone pulses, or the mean circulating concentrations of IGF-1. Changes in forage composition that accompany advancing maize maturity affect overall silage digestion and circulating concentrations of insulin.

Abstract. While solar eclipses are known to greatly diminish the visible radiation reaching the surface of the Earth, less is known about the magnitude of the impact. We explore both the observed and modeled levels of change in surface radiation during the eclipse of 2017. We deployed a pyranometer and Pandora spectrometer instrument to Casper, Wyoming, and Columbia, Missouri, to measure surface broadband shortwave (SW) flux and atmospheric properties during the 21 August 2017 solar eclipse event. We performed detailed radiative transfer simulations to understand the role of clouds in spectral and broadband solar radiation transfer in the Earth's atmosphere for the normal (non-eclipse) spectrum and red-shift solar spectra for eclipse conditions. The theoretical calculations showed that the non-eclipse-to-eclipse surface flux ratio depends strongly on the obscuration of the solar disk and slightly on the cloud optical depth. These findings allowed us to estimate what the surface broadband SW flux would be for hypothetical non-eclipse conditions from observations during the eclipse and further to quantify the impact of the eclipse on the surface broadband SW radiation budget. We found that the eclipse caused local reductions of time-averaged surface flux of about 379 W m−2 (50 %) and 329 W m−2 (46 %) during the ∼3 h course of the eclipse at the Casper and Columbia sites, respectively. We estimated that the Moon's shadow caused a reduction of approximately 7 %–8 % in global average surface broadband SW radiation. The eclipse has a smaller impact on the absolute value of surface flux reduction for cloudy conditions than a clear atmosphere; the impact decreases with the increase in cloud optical depth. However, the relative time-averaged reduction of local surface SW flux during a solar eclipse is approximately 45 %, and it is not sensitive to cloud optical depth. The reduction of global average SW flux relative to climatology is proportional to the non-eclipse and eclipse flux difference in the penumbra area and depends on cloud optical depth in the Moon's shadow and geolocation due to the change in solar zenith angle. We also discuss the influence of cloud inhomogeneity on the observed SW flux. Our results not only quantify the reduction of the surface solar radiation budget, but also advance the understanding of broadband SW radiative transfer under solar eclipse conditions.

Abstract Background Medical and psychological factors contribute to the heightened psychological distress and reduced health-related quality of life in patients with Crohn’s disease. Whether Social Support plays a role in this scenario is unknown. We used the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) to investigate whether Social Support associates with psychological distress and quality of life in Crohn’s disease. Methods Consecutive adult patients with Crohn’s disease, presenting at specialist gastroenterology services or recruited by advertising, with mild to moderate disease activity by the Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI), were enrolled into the study. Patients completed the 12-item MSPSS questionnaire that measures psychological support in three categories: Family, Friends and Significant Other, and provides individual category scores and a total score (range of all scores 1–7; a higher score indicates more social support). Patients also completed the following questionnaires: psychological distress (Brief Symptom Inventory, with Global Severity Index, GSI), quality of life (Short Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire, SIBDQ), satisfaction with life (SWLS), family stress (Family Assessment Device, FAD), coping strategies (Brief-COPE), and presenteeism and work activity (WPAI). Conclusion In mild to moderate Crohn’s disease, strong social support was associated with better quality of life, more satisfaction with life, and better performance in the work arena. Social support was associated with reduced psychological distress, reduced family stress, and less use of emotion-focused coping. This research shows the importance of social support in improving the psychological condition of patients with Crohn’s disease.

ISSN 0804–4643 Plasma levels of sulfoconjugated (sc) catecholamines (CA) have been shown to be increased with activation of the sympathoadrenal system in a number of clinical settings. We evaluated the relation between scCA and clinical or hemodynamic parameters of patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC) at rest and during incremental exercise testing. Eleven healthy subjects, nine patients in New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class I (IDC-A group) and 11 in NYHA functional class II and III (IDC-B group) performed a symptom-limited, graded bicycle exercise test. Resting, peak and various postexercise levels of plasma free and scCA were determined by high-pressure liquid chromoatography. Resting CA levels obtained in the supine position were remarkable for elevations of free norepinephrine (NE) in IDC-B patients (355 ± 157 ng/l) as compared to IDC-A patients (177 ± 54, p = 0.006) or healthy controls (193 ± 74, p = 0.007). Similarly, scNE was highest in IDC-B patients with 1856 ± 1089 ng/l, followed by IDC-A (1028 ± 187, p = 0.025) and control subjects (1109 ± 440, p = 0.025). There was a highly significant correlation between free and scNE (r = 0.76, p < 0.0005). Whereas resting free dopamine (DA) levels were comparable in all three groups, scDA was found to be elevated clearly in IDC-B patients (8772 ± 2097 ng/l) and significantly different to IDC-A (5786 ± 2481, p = 0.01) or control subjects (4892 ± 1575, p = 0.0005). The NYHA functional class and maximum exercise performance correlated best with resting scDA (r = 0.68, p = 0.001 and r = 0.56, p = 0.005, respectively). At peak exercixe, IDC-B patients exhibited a significant decrease in scNE and sc epinephrine (E) (from 1856 ± 1089 to 1495 ± 932 ng/l, p < 0.005 and from 491 ± 173 to 282 ± 143 ng/l, p < 0.01) compared to controls (from 1109 ± 444 to 1094 ± 548 ng/l and from 379 ± 200 to 329 ± 134 ng/l). In IDC-B patients this decrease in scNE and scE at peak exercise was related inversely to the rise in free NE and E (r = −0.81, p < 0.005 and r = −0.68, p < 0.05). Resting hemodynamic indices generally were reflected better by some free CA rather than by conjugated forms or by parameters of clinical performance. These findings suggest that in addition to free or scNE levels, resting scDA is elevated in symptomatic patients with IDC. In the present study, scDA proved to be a more sensitive marker of heart failure than resting free NE. Maximum exercise performance in symptomatic patients with IDC was accompanied by decreases in scNE and scE that were correlated to the degree of elevation of their respective free fractions. The free radical scavenging activity was evaluated spectrophotometrically using 1,1‒diphenyl‒2‒picrylhydrazine (DPPH)and ABTS assay.The fruit weight, and pulppercentagewerestudied and found to range between 237–329 g, 38.14–42.22%, 39.21–44.36g, and 52.27–57.48%, respectively.The total phenolic and total anthocyanin content rangedfrom305.99 and 306.67 mg EqGal/100g D.W, total flavonoid contents were within the range of 481.73-517.67 mgeqRE/100g D.W, and total anthocyanin contents were between 1.09 and 2.89 mg Eqcyanidin 3-glucoside/100g D.W. Antioxidant activity ranged from 17.18 to 18.11 mg EqTrolox/100g D.W for DPPH assayand from 27.97 to 29.60 mg EqTrolox/100f D.W for ABTS method.The highest values of total anthocyanin content and antioxidant activity (DPPH) were recorded in ʻBurlat’. The highest value of total flavonoid content was found in ʻCerisette’. Cherries from “Laanoceur”and “Toufselt” locations are characterized by similar biochemical composition and antioxidant activity, except for total anthocyanin content that shows slightly elevated values in “Laanoceur”. The close correlation between total phenolic contents and antioxidant activities (r2=0.73) show that antioxidant activity of cherry fruit depends on total polyphenols.

Abstract Abstract 2057 Poster Board II-34 Introduction: Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and activating mutations in the Fms-like tyrosine-3 (FLT3) gene have an abysmal prognosis. Together with other groups we have recently demonstrated the clinical activity of the multikinase and FLT3 inhibitor sorafenib in patients with FLT3+ AML (Safaian et al., 2008; Zhang et al., 2008; Metzelder et al., 2009). We here present clinical results of 8 AML FLT3+ patients treated with sorafenib either prior or after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo-SCT) on an off-label basis. Patients, Treatment and Response Evaluation: Between February 2007 to August 2009 eight patients with AML (7 female, 1 male, median age: 47 years, range 23-63 years) were treated with sorafenib 800 mg daily (dose range 400-800 mg daily) for a median duration of 37 days (range 5-225 days). Six patients had an internal tandem duplication mutation (ITD), while 2 patients carried a tyrosine kinase domain (TKD) mutation. One patient received sorafenib at diagnosis before remission induction while all other patients had relapsed and/or refractory disease. Response and toxicity were evaluated regularly and defined according to established criteria. Results: Two of four patients who received sorafenib for refractory relapse after allo-SCT (median time to relapse 78 days, range 59-84 days) achieved complete remission (CR) (1 CR, 1 complete molecular remission (CMR) with disappearance of extramedullary chloromas) and survived 164 and 594 days, respectively. One of these patients died after another systemic relapse, while the other died as result of a CNS-chloroma being still in CMR in bone marrow (BM). In the 2 other patients sorafenib induced a hematological response (HR) and these patients survived 188 and 329 days before they died of progressive disease. Of the 4 patients treated prior allo-SCT, 2 had relapsed during consolidation after a previous CR, 1 had refractory disease and 1 was treated at diagnosis. Both patients with relapse showed response to sorafenib treatment thereby permitting allo-SCT. While one achieved HR, the other had regression of multiple isolated cutaneous relapse manifestations. Both patients are still alive at day +81 and day +16 in CMR and CR, respectively. The patient, who was primary refractory to double induction and high-dose cytarabine had a reduction of BM-blasts. She discontinued sorafenib because of neurotoxicity after 13 days. This patient reached a CR after allo-SCT, but died on day + 379 of another relapse. At the time of AML diagnosis the fourth patients had a WBC of 377.000/ul. Despite treatment with hydroxyurea, cytarabine and leukapheresis WBC could not be lowered <100.000/ul within 5 days and the patient developed pulmonary leukostasis syndrome. At this point of time FLT3 TKD mutation was detected and sorafenib was started promptly. Within the next 5 days WBC (peripheral blasts %) declined from 119.700/μl (98%) to 5.300/μl (28%) without tumor lysis syndrome facilitating induction therapy with cytarabine, daunorubicin and etoposide. Sorafenib therapy was continued in parallel and led to a CMR without increased toxicity. In general, sorafenib treatment was well tolerated. Besides neurotoxicity in one patient extrahematological side effects were almost limited to transient dermatological symptoms in two patients, which resolved after discontinuitation of sorafenib. Four Patients developed neutropenia grade IV and thrombopenia grade IV, which was not exclusively attributable to sorafenib, but also to the underlying AML. Conclusion: Our results add to the growing evidence that sorafenib is highly active in patients with FLT3+ AML. In view of the clinical course of our patients we suggest that sorafenib can achieve temporary disease control, but should be integrated into induction and consolidation regimens to achieve curative treatment. Recent data on synergistic effects between sorafenib and cytarabine and the CXCR4 inhibitor AMD3100 suggest these combinations for new clinical trials. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects obesity-associated metabolic syndrome, which exhibits hepatic steatosis, insulin insensitivity and glucose intolerance. Emerging evidence suggests that microRNAs (miRNAs) are essential for the metabolic homeostasis of liver tissues. Many hepatic miRNAs located in the miR-379/miR-544 cluster were significantly increased in leptin-receptor-deficient type 2 mice (db/db), a mouse model of diabetes. However, the function of the miR-379/miR-544 cluster in the process of hepatic steatosis remains unclear. Here, we report that the novel function of miR-379/miR-544 cluster in regulating obesity-mediated metabolic dysfunction. Genetical mutation of miR-379/miR-544 cluster in mice displayed resistance to high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity with moderate hepatic steatosis and hypertriglyceridemia. In vitro studies revealed that silencing of miR-379 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) cells ameliorated palmitic acid-induced elevation of cellular triglycerides, and overexpression of miR-379 had the opposite effect. Moreover, Igf1r (Insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor) and Dlk1 (Delta-like homolog 1) were directly targeted by miR-379 and miR-329, respectively, and elevated in the livers of the miR-379/miR-544 cluster knockout mice fed on HFD. Further transcriptome analyses revealed that the hepatic gene expressions are dysregulated in miR-379/miR-544 knockout mice fed with HFD. Collectively, our findings identify the miR-379/miR-544 cluster as integral components of a regulatory circuit that functions under conditions of metabolic stress to control hepatic steatosis. Thus, this miRNA cluster provides potential targets for pharmacologic intervention in obesity and NAFLD.

Abstract:
This paper studies the features of the circle of Willis and cerebral aneurysm in patients with cerebral aneurysms through films of Multi-slice Computed Tomography (MSCT) at the Department of Radiology, Bach Mai Hospital, from March 2017 to March 2018. The study results show that female/male ratio was 2.37: 1; the number of patients with only one aneurysm accounted for 90.68%; Saccular aneurysm was more common than lozenge-shaped aneurysm; the rate of aneurysm ruptures was 82.35%; the bulge was mainly distributed in the carotid artery (94.6%). The very small bulge (less than 3mm) and the small bulge (3-7mm) were most common and accounted for 33.33% and 49.62%, respectively. The variations of the circle of Willis were very diverse and complex, including 13 forms, four of which were the circle of Willis anterior part variants and nine transformations were the circle of Willis posterior variants. Abnormalities (aplasia, hypoplasia) of the anterior communicating arterial were 8.48% and abnormalities of the posterior communicating arterial were 82.6%. The paper concludes that the abnormal anatomical variations in the circle of Willis can facilitate the early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysm disease. Abstract:
Objetivo: Elaborar um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem na área de estimulação de linguagem, voltados à capacitação de cuidadores de crianças institucionalizadas em abrigos, num contexto de Educação a Distância. Métodos: Como material foi utilizado um registro eletrônico na web com conteúdos teórico-práticos a respeito da aquisição e desenvolvimento da linguagem das crianças, bem como a forma adequada de estimular o desenvolvimento infantil. Resultados: Todo o material foi devidamente editado e formatado para utilização e adequação ao Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem escolhido, disponibilizado na rede em formato de blog e supervisionado pelas pesquisadoras. Abstract:
В соединениях, кристаллизующихся в структурном типе пирохлора (пр. гр. симм. Fd3m) общей формулы А2В2X6X’, на месте катионов A могут находиться двух- или трёхзарядные ионы, на месте B – четырёх- или пятизарядные ионы. В большом количестве работ рассматриваются вопросы формирования таких структур в зависимости от природы и размеров катионов A и B, мало внимания уделяется определению температурных интервалов их устойчивости. Поэтому целью данной работы являлось исследование термолиза твердых растворов замещения H2Sb2–xVxO6·nH2Oв интервале температур 25–700 °С, определение влияния природы катиона B (Sb, V) на устойчивость структуры типа пирохлора при нагревании.Твердые растворы замещения были получены методом соосаждения. В качестве объектов исследования выбраны образцы H2Sb2–xVxO6·nH2O, содержащие по данным элементного анализа 0; 5 (x = 0.10); 15 (x = 0.30); 20 (x = 0.40); 24 (x = 0.48) ат.% ванадия. С помощью метода ИК-спектроскопии анализировали изменение протонгидратной подрешетки в образцах, содержащих различное количество V+5. Рентгенофазовый и термогравиметрический анализ образцов позволил смоделировать процесс термолиза и определить состав фаз на каждой стадии.Показано, что при температурах 25–400 °С происходит удаление протонсодержащих группировок из гексагональных каналов структуры типа пирохлора. Увеличение количества ионов V+5 в твердых растворах изменяет энергию связи протонов с ионами кислорода [BO3]–-октаэдра, что приводит к смещению границ стадий: ионы оксония и молекулы воды удаляются при более высоких температурах, а гидроксид-ионы при более низких температурах. Повышениетемпературы выше 500 °С приводит к разрушению структуры по причине удаления кислорода из [BO3]–-октаэдров.Предложена модель заполнения атомами кристаллографических позиций структуры типа пирохлора для фаз, которые образуются при термолизе H2Sb2–xVxO6·nH2O при температурах 25–400 °С.Установлены структурные формулы твердых растворов - (H3O)Sb2-xVxO5(OH)·nH2O, где 0 < x≤ 0.48, 0 <n≤ 1.1. Показано, что на температурные интервалы стадий термолиза влияет энергия связи протонов с ионами кислорода [BO3]–-октаэдров, где B = V, Sb, формирующих каркас структуры.
