Fourteen Thai swamp buffalo (3 heifers and 11 cows, 4 to 12 years old, weighed 315 to 480 kg were used in this study. Superovulation by using FSH 32 mg (n = 2) and 50 mg. (n = 4) and PMSG 2500 i.u. การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินการติดเชื้อภายนอกที่พบในปลาหางนกยูง (Poecilia reticulatea) ที่จำหน่ายที่ตลาดซันเดย์ในกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยการสำรวจข้อมูลร้านค้าที่ขายปลาหางนกยูงและแหล่งที่มาของปลาทั้งหมดที่ขายในตลาดแห่งนี้ สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการซื้อปลาจากร้านขายปลาหางนกยูง ที่จัดแบ่งคุณภาพร้านเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ ดีมาก (A) ดี (B) และปานกลาง (C) จำนวน 9 ร้าน ร้านละ 10 ตัว ไม่แยกเพศ ไม่แยกสายพันธุ์ สัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง ทำการตรวจพยาธิภายนอกในวันแรก และวันที่ 7 โดยการวางยาสลบและส่องตรวจภายใต้กล้องจุลทรรศน์เตอริโอ กำลังขยาย 40 เท่า นับจำนวนพยาธิแต่ละชนิดที่พบ จากนั้นนำปลาแต่ละร้านมาแย

ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการแช่เย็นและแช่แข็งตัวอ่อนสุกร โดยเก็บตัวอ่อนอายุ 7 วันจากสุกรสาวหลังกระตุ้นด้วยฮอร์โมน เพรกแนนท์ แมร์ ซีรั่ม โกนาโดโทรปิน และฮิวแมน โคริโอนิกโกนาโดโทรปิน ในอัตราส่วน 400:200 ไอยู แบ่งเป็น 4 การทดลอง คือ การทดลองที่ 1 แช่เย็นตัวอ่อนระยะ morula, early blastocyst, blastocyst และ expanded blastocyst จำนวน 48 ตัวอ่อน ที่อุณหภูมิ 4 องศาเซลเซียส ในน้ำยา TCM199 2.5 Hepes+10%DMSO นาน 1, 6, 12 และ 24 ชม. ผลปรากฏว่าหลังเลี้ยงนาน 24 ชม. ไม่มีตัวอ่อนใดรอดเลยหลังจากเก็บไว้ การทดลองที่ 2 แช่แข็งตัวอ่อนระยะ blastocyst และ expanded blastocyst จำนวน 69 ตัวอ่อนแบบใช้ลดอุณหภูมิช้าๆ โดยลดอุณห

ทำการทดลองแยกยีสต์จากแหล่งต่างๆ จากตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 183 ตัวอย่าง พบว่ามีสายพันธุ์ยีสต์ที่มีความสามารถในการฆ่าได้ดี 36 สายพันธุ์ กลุ่มของยีสต์ที่จัดแยกตามความกว้างของโซนใส พบว่าสายพันธุ์ที่ให้ความกว้างสูงสุดได้แก่ T1, N2, G2.1 และ 5/19 กลุ่มของยีสต์ที่มีความสามารถในการฆ่ายีสต์ที่ใช้ทดสอบสายพันธุ์อื่นๆ ได้ 9-17 ชนิด ได้แก่ T1, N1, N2, N12, 5/19 และ 5/24 ที่ฆ่าได้ 4-8 ชนิด ได้แก่ G2.1, N3, N5, N6, N11, 5/22, 5/34 และ 5/39 จากการทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางสรีรวิทยาและสัณฐานวิทยาของเชื้อยีสต์สามารถจำแนกออกได้เป็น 5 สกุล คือ Hansenuls sp, Kloeckera sp, Trichosporon sp, Torulopsis sp และ Candida sp ได้นำยีสต์ที
