Yield gap was estimated for rice in Thanjavur district for three regions (old delta, new delta and coastal regions) and for dominant varieties only, covering 90 respondents during samba season for the year 1990-91. Yield gap I was highest in ADT 39 (9.2 kg per ha) followed by CO 43 and CR 1009 (679.6 kg). Yield Gap II was highest in CR 1009 (2011.7 kg) followed by CO 43 and ADT 39 (1506.35 kg).

Abstract:
Most scholars understand the law of Lev 25:39-43 to be legislation concerning debtslavery. The present study questions such a conclusion. By considering the complex nature of the study of unfree labour systems, analyzing legal-historical documents and socio-economic contracts found in the ancient Near East, and through detailed exegesis of Lev 25:39-43, this study argues that the sale of the individual in Lev 25:39-43 reflects, rather than debt-service, the practice of self-sale in the ancient Near East. While debt is a form of poverty, I contend that poverty does not necessarily involve debt. By refusing to blur these terms into one, the semantic range of the key verb (Kwm) in Lev 25:25-55 is preserved along with the logical order of the text. As such, I propose that the law of Lev 25:39-43 represents the only extant ancient Near Eastern attempt to regulate the practice of self-sale. The connection between the sociological reality of self-sale in the ancient Near Eastern documents and the law of Lev 25:39-43 explains the extended period of service, the relationship between the sale of the individual and the Jubilee, the emphatic Hebrew construction dObSoAt_aøl dRb`Do tådObSo wø;b, the stated theological purpose of the law that the Israelites shall not be enslaved (Lev 25:42), and could also shed some light on the long-standing debate about the relationship of Lev 25:39-43 to Exod 21:2-6 and Deut 15:12-15. As my study does not seek to enter into the debate about the Sitz im Leben, determine finally the relationship between the three manumission laws of the Pentateuch, or establish a sociological reality of unfree labour in ancient Israel, these are areas for further study.

Abstract:
This study explores the relationship between Christianity and autochthonous (indigenous, pre-Christian) worldviews and practices amongst the Aandonga of Owamboland, Northern Namibia. Using participant contributions from a series of Contextual Bible Study (CBS) sessions (with groups of men, women, and children), and supplemented by ethnographic contextualisation, it challenges the oft-contended notion that Christian worldviews and practices have erased the significance of African Traditional Religion for Ndonga (or wider Owambo) communities. The enduring significance of autochthonous worldviews and practices is explored using responses to six biblical texts, each of which relates to at least one of three themes: bodies, spirits, and landscapes. The study examines feasting bodies (The Parable of the Wedding Banquet), bleeding bodies (The Haemorrhaging Woman), and possessed bodies (Legion). It considers possession spirits (Legion), natural spirits (the so-called ‘Nature Miracles’), and ancestor spirits (Resurrection appearances). Perspectives on landscapes are highlighted particularly in relation to aspects of the natural environment (the ‘Nature Miracles’) and the locations explored by an itinerant demoniac (Legion). Responses to the texts engender, inter alia, discussions of contemporary perspectives on diviner-healers (oonganga), witchcraft (uulodhi), the homestead (egumbo), burial grounds (omayendo, oompampa), spirits (iiluli, oompwidhuli), ancestors (aathithi), material agency (for example, apotropaic amulets), and the ‘traditional’ wedding (ohango). Having analysed the ways in which autochthonous worldviews informed participants’ interpretations of the particular texts considered (Matthew 22:1-14 & Luke 14:7-11; Mark 5:21-43; Luke 8:26-39; Mark 4:35-41 & 6:45-52; Luke 24), each set of interpretations is brought into conversation with professional biblical scholarship. The study therefore highlights the ways in which these grassroots, ‘contextual’ interpretations might nuance New Testament interpretations returned by the Academy, particularly by highlighting the highly contextual nature of the latter.

AbstractApart from a number of positive “physiological” effects such as an increase in local blood flow which results in an improved oxygen supply and a reversal of tumor hypoxia, a key hallmark of cancer growth which greatly impairs anti-tumor immune responses, hyperthermia (HT) also exerts beneficial effects on anti-cancer immunity. The water-filtered infrared A (wIRA) irradiation technique achieves tissue temperatures in the fever-range (tT = 39–41 °C) or mild hyperthermia levels (tT = 39–43 °C) up to tissue depths of ≈25 mm in tissues. At tissue temperatures of 39–43 °C, by fostering the reactivity of the “immunological” TME [e.g., the activity of CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, CD4+ helper T cells, dendritic cells (DC), M1 macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells, and NK-like T (NK-T) cells], while compromising immunosuppressive cells [e.g., tumor-associated M2 macrophages (TAMs), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), regulatory T (Treg) cells]. Moreover, elevated temperatures resulting in mild hyperthermia induce the synthesis and release of heat-shock proteins (HSPs), and thereby augment tumor antigenicity.

AbstractEfficacy of wIRA immediately followed by hypofractionated radiation in the treatment of locally recurrent breast cancer and other superficial tumors is documented. A prerequisite for the additive and synergistic radiosensitizing properties of hyperthermia is the assessment of resulting temperatures of tumors and normal tissues. To assess the role of hyperthermia in reversing tumor hypoxia through its effects on local blood flow, oxygen profiles in skin, subcutis, and superficial tumors have been additionally assessed during mild hyperthermia (39–43 °C).Upon wIRA-exposure, skin surface temperatures increased from 35 to 41.6 °C within 5–12 min. Maximum temperatures of 42 °C were found in subepidermal regions, with a steady decline in deeper layers reaching 40.1 °C at a depth of 20 mm. Heating was accompanied by increases in tissue oxygen tensions. Effective hyperthermia levels (≥ 39 °C) were established in depths up to 25 mm. Following wIRA exposure, tissue temperatures returned to pretreatment levels within a few minutes, with the decay time depending on tissue depths, while pO2 values remained on therapeutical levels for 30–60 min postheat, outlasting the period needed for subsequent radiotherapy. Monitoring in the upper dermis layer of skin and recurrent breast cancers confirmed the improved O2 status during wIRA exposure and outlasted the time needed for subsequent radiotherapy.

AbstractUnresectable locally recurrent breast cancers (LRBCs) lead to life-threatening situations and a tremendous loss of quality of life. Most patients have received radiotherapy (RT) during primary treatment and re-irradiation (re-RT) using standard doses might be denied due to the risk of unacceptable cumulative toxicity. Therefore, an effective tumor control is often abandoned.Mild hyperthermia (39–43 °C), allows for significant reductions in re-RT dose and effective tumor responses with acceptable toxicity even after heavy pretreatment. More than 280 patients have been treated with superficial hyperthermia by water-filtered infrared A (wIRA-HT), which can cover even large lesions. Hyperthermia was immediately followed by hypofractionated re-RT of 5x4 Gy, once a week.Evaluating 201 patients, overall response rate was 94%. 170 patients with macroscopic LRBC were stratified into 4 size classes (rClasses), and detailed response rates are presented. Accordingly, response rates of 31 patients with microscopic disease after resection of LRBC are communicated.RT-related acute and late toxicity was limited to grades 1 and 2. Due to this low toxicity, re-recurrences after CR and new local progression after PR could be re-treated using the same treatment schedule. Real-time thermographic and visual controls have allowed to almost exclude the risk of thermal skin damage.

In 2020, we studied the effect of pre-plant application of the mineral fertilizers in doses of N30P30 and N30P30S21 on the seed productivity, oil and protein content and their yield in soybean varieties Vita, Slavia, Irbis, Vilana beta on leached chernozem of the central natural and climatic zone of the Krasnodar region. On average, the mineral fertilizers contributed to an increase in the yield of varieties by 0.12–014 t/ha, protein yield – by 39–43 kg/ha, oil yield – by 21–28 kg/ha.

Abstract:
MD4 is a prominent cryptographic hash function proposed in 1990. The full version consists of 48 steps and produces a hash of size 128 bits given a message of an arbitrary finite size. In 2007, its truncated 39-step version was inverted via reducing to SAT and applying a CDCL solver. Since that time, several attempts have been made but the 40-step version still remains unbroken. In this study, 40-, 41-, 42-, and 43-step versions of MD4 are successfully inverted. The problems are reduced to SAT and solved via the Cube-and-Conquer approach. Two algorithms are proposed for this purpose. The first one generates inversion problems for MD4 by adding special constraints. The second one is aimed at finding a proper threshold for the cubing phase of Cube-and-Conquer. While the first algorithm is focused on inverting MD4 and similar cryptographic hash functions, the second one is not area specific and so is applicable to a variety of classes of hard SAT instances.

Abstract:
The aim of this research was to develop molecular genetic passports of sunflower lines from the collection of the Don experimental station of V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops based on polymorphic fractions of microsatellite DNA. We used 17 lines as a research material. We used 12 pairs of primers for genotyping. We found that the ORS 559 locus was monomorphic for these samples. The rest of the loci had from 2 to 4 alleles. The average number of alleles per locus was 2.75, PIC – 0.49, the effective number of alleles – 2.16. The analysis of the DNA profiles of the lines showed the individuality of the allelic composition of each of them. The analysis of the genetic relations between the lines showed that the studied lines were divided into two groups, with a genetic distance between them of 5.9.

In the present study, using powder metallurgy route, varying volume fraction of ZrO2 stabilized with 8 mol.% of Y2O3 particulates were incorporated into Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu solder to develop nanocomposite solders. The samples were extruded and characterized in terms of microstructural and tensile properties. With the addition of nano length scale reinforcement, the results revealed an improvement in 0.2% yield strength (upto ∼ 39%) and ultimate tensile strength (upto ∼ 43%), when compared with that of monolithic Sn-Ag-Cu solder. An attempt is made in this study to interrelate the tensile behavior of Sn-Ag-Cu with the presence of nano-size reinforcement.

Abstract:
Introduction: Little is known about the impact of enzyme-inducing antiseizure drugs (EI-ASD) on the reduction of Bone Mineral Density (BMD) in men with epilepsy (MWE). Objectives: To evaluate the BMD in MWE exposed to EI-ASDs (phenytoin, carbamazepine and phenobarbital) and its relationship with the duration of epilepsy. Methods: We evaluated BMD from 74 consecutive MWE (median age (range), 52.5 (25- 74) years) exposed to previous or current EI-ASDs, followed at UNICAMP-Brazil. Individuals were split into two groups (young-group, 31 individuals [25-49 years]; older group, 43 subjects, [50-74 years]). The BMD test evaluated t-score indexes from the femoral neck, whole femur and lumbar spine. Osteopenia was defined with t-score of - 1.0 to -2.4; osteoporosis, with T-scores lower than -2.5. Data were extracted from medical records. We analyzed data with SPSS22, performed chi-square tests for categorical variables and applied a partial correlation test (controlled for age) between BD scores and duration of epilepsy. Results: BMD was reduced in 49/74 men (66.2%). Both groups presented equivalent proportions of BMD abnormalities (p=0.087) (young-group [14/41 normal (45%), 12/31 osteopenia (39%), 5/31 osteoporosis (16%)]; older-group [11/43 normal (26%), 16/43 osteopenia (37%), 16/43 osteoporosis (37%)]. BMD did not correlate with the duration of disease or age of onset. Conclusion: BMD reduction is highly prevalent in MWE exposed to EI-ASD, including young individuals. Data suggest that exposure to EI-ASD may associate with early BMD reduction, which evolve to osteopenia and osteoporosis. BMD evaluation in MWE and appropriate treatment may be necessary to reduce fractures’ risk.

Introdução: A infecção pelo papilomavirus humano entre as mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres ainda é pouco conhecida e escassos estudos apoiam a transmissão sexual entre essa população. Objetivo: Descrever a prevalência e genotipagem de infecção pelo papilomavírus humano entre mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres. Métodos: Estudo descritivo que incluiu 110 mulheres que declararam fazer sexo com mulheres nos últimos 12 meses, maiores de 18 anos e residentes no interior de São Paulo. Os dados foram obtidos por entrevista e exame físico ginecológico entre janeiro de 2019 e janeiro de 2020. Apesquisa e genotipagem para o papilomavírus humano foi realizada pelo Kit XGEN MULTI HPV CHIP, que possibilita a identificação de 35 genótipos, sendo os de alto risco (16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73 e 82) e baixo risco (6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 55, 61, 62, 67, 69, 70, 71, 72, 81 e 84). Os dados foram analisados por estatística descritiva. A pesquisa recebeu parecer favorável do comitê de ética local (parecer n. 3.009.410). Resultados: A maioria das participantes se autodeclarava branca (73,6%), não vivia com parceiras (86,4%), recebia penetração vaginal (92,7%) e fazia uso inconsistente de preservativo nas relações sexuais (89,1%). Aproximadamente um terço delas referiu troca de parcerias sexuais nos três meses que antecederam a coleta de dados (32,7%). A prevalência geral de papilomavírus humano foi de 56,4% e os genótipos de alto risco encontrados foram 16,18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 68, 73, 82, e de baixo risco 6, 11, 40, 42, 43, 44, 54, 55, 61, 62, 67, 70, 71, 72, 81. Conclusão: mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres possuem altas prevalências de papilomavírus humano, com destaque para os genótipos de alto risco encontrados, demonstrando sua vulnerabilidade aos agravos relacionados ao papilomavírus humano.

У статті розглядаються різні породи соколів і яструбів, а також їх османсько-турецькі назви. На основі опублікованих та неопублікованих османських документів подано дані про організаційну структуру соколиного закладу в Османській імперії. Сокольничі згадуються в османських документах із узагальненими термінами doğancıyan і bazdaran. Сокольничі поділяються на три основні групи – şahinciyan, çakırcıyan и atmacacıyan. Ці три групи відрізняються тим, що кожна з них відповідає за вилов, розведення та дресирування різних соколів та яструбів для мисливських потреб султана та його слуг, виступаючи пануючим класом в імперії. Крім того, за характером своєї служби їх називають ювакаянами і каяк’янами, які спостерігають за гніздами хижих птахів і забирають з них маленьких соколів у певний час року; тузакджаянами, які затримують дорослих хижих птахів; гурентіанами, яі вирощують і навчають уже полонених соколів і яструбів. Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to validate the second version of the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADSv2) scores in predicting positive in-bore MRI-guided targeted prostate biopsy results across different non-university related institutions. The study focuses on PI-RADS v2 scoring because during the study period, PI-RADS v2.1 had not been released. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective review of 147 patients who underwent multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) of the pelvis followed by in-bore MRI-guided targeted prostate biopsy from December 2014 to May 2018. All lesions on mpMRI were rated according to PI-RADS v2 criteria. PI-RADS v2 scores were then compared to MR-guided biopsy results and pre-biopsy PSA values. Results: Prostate Cancer (PCa) was detected in 54% (80/147) of patients, with more prostate cancer being detected with each subsequent increase in PI-RADS scores. Specifically, biopsy results in patients with PI-RADS 3, 4, and 5 lesions resulted in PCa in 25.6% (10/39), 58.1% (33/55), and 86.0% (37/43) respectively. Clinically significant PCa (Gleason score ≥7) was detected in 17.9% (7/39), 52.7% (29/55), and 72% (31/43) of cases for PI-RADS 3, 4, and 5 lesions respectively. When the PI-RADS scoring and biopsy results were compared across different institutions, there was no difference in the PI-RADS scoring of lesions or in the positive biopsy rates of the lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV, and NPV for PI-RADS 3-4 lesions were also not statistically different across the institutions for detecting Gleason 7 or greater lesions. Conclusion: Our results agree with prior studies that higher PI-RADS scores are associated with the presence of clinically significant PCa and suggest prostate lesions with PI-RADS scores 3-5 have sufficient evidence to warrant targeted biopsy. The comparison of PI-RADS score across different types of non-university practices revealed no difference in scoring and biopsy outcome, suggesting that PI-RADS v2 can be easily applied outside of the university medical center setting. Clinical Relevance: PI-RADS v2 can be applied homogeneously in the non-university setting without significant difference in outcome.

While transboundary water cooperation is essential for advancing sustainable development and addressing climate change, only 43 out of 153 UN Member States sharing transboundary waters have 90 per cent or more of these waters covered by cooperative arrangements that are operational, and over 20 countries lack any such arrangements. Europe, North America and sub-Saharan Africa show the highest levels of cooperation – with 39 out of 84 countries having 90 per cent or more of their transboundary basin area covered by operational arrangements; whereas across Asia, Latin America and North Africa only 4 out of 69 countries have 90 per cent or more of their basin area covered. On climate change and disaster risk reduction, some progress can be seen, but the number of transboundary basins with joint climate change adaptation strategies, and joint disaster risk reduction strategies remains low. Moreover, where operational arrangements and joint bodies are absent, countries lack the foundations upon which common responses to climate change can be developed. Ensuring that all transboundary rivers, lakes and aquifers are covered by operational arrangements by 2030 will require an unprecedented effort.

กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยวิทยานิพนธ์ที่ใช้เทคนิคการประเมนิความต้องการจำเป็นของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่ทำขึ้นระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2507-2540 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 233 เรื่อง เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูล มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน-สิงหาคม 2541 ผลการวิจัยพบว่างานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความจำเป็นมีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นในช่วงปี 2507-2534 โดยในช่วง 2525-2534 มีงานวิจัยเฉลี่ยปีละ 13 เรื่อง จากเดิมที่เคยทำก่อนหน้านั้นเฉลี่ยปีละ 2-3 เรื่อง แต่ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2535-2540 เริ่มมีปริมาณลดลงเล็กน้อยเฉลี่ยปีละ 12 เรื่อง แต่ใน 81) รองลงมาเป็นแบบการตอบสนองคู่ (duel-response format) (ร้อยละ 10) รูปแบบการตอบของเครื่องมือในการวิจัยพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า (ร้อยละ79) รองลงมาเป็นชนิดปลายเปิด (ร้อยละ 60) และที่เป็นแบบสำรวจรายการ (ร้อยละ 31) ในด้านประเภทของข้อมูลในงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (ร้อยละ 60) งานวิจัยเพียงจำนวน 4 เรื่องเท่านั้น (ร้อยละ 2) ที่ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ส่วนงานวิจัยที่ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลแบบผสมระหว่างเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ มีจำนวน 90 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 39) ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่าส่วนใหญ่ทำการแยกวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามธรรมชาติของข้อมูล กล่าวคือ เครื่องมือวิจัยแบบตอบสนองเดี่ยว (single-response format) ซึ่งเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติภาคบรรยาย ได้แก่ การใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 43) การวิเคราะห์โดยการรายงานค่าความถี่และร้อยละมีประมาณร้อยละ 17 และที่ใช้ลักษณะผสมคือมีทั้งร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ยมีประมาณร้อยละ 29 สำหรับรูปแบบแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดจะใช้การวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีการบรรยาย ด้านการนำเสนอข้อมูลพบว่าร้อยละ 69 ของงานวิจัยนำเสนอข้อมูลโดยการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น และมีงานวิจัยที่ไม่ได้มีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นร้อยละ 31 โดยงานวิจัยกลุ่มนี้นำเสนอแต่ค่าสถิติ เช่น ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ แต่อย่างเดียว ปริมาณงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของแต่ละภาควิชาในแต่ละช่วงปีมีแนวโน้มที่ไม่เหมือนกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าภาควิชาบริหารการศึกษา ประถมศึกษา โสตทัศนศึกษา และสารัตถศึกษา จะมีปริมาณงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับความต้องการจำเป็นไม่คงที่แน่นอน มีงานวิจัยที่ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาบุคลากร สำหรับภาควิชามัธยมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรและการนิเทศการศึกษา ส่วนภาควิชาวิจัยการศึกษาและโสตทัศนศึกษามีการทำวิจัยด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สำหรับภาควิชาบริหารการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ทำวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษา ในขณะที่ภาควิชาพลศึกษา อุดมศึกษา นิยามความต้องการจำเป็นเป็นแบบใด ใช้คำในวัตถุประสงค์แบบใดก็ตาม หรือจะทำการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในเนื้อหาสาระใดพบว่าใช้รูปแบบการตอบสนองเดี่ยว โดยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในรูปมาตรประมาณค่า ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้พบว่า ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสัมพันธ์กับประเภทของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง หากเป็นการศึกษาในกลุ่มนักเรียน ส่วนใหญ่ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาดมากกว่า 600 คน ในกลุ่มของครูอาจารย์ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาด 101-300 คน และ 301-600 คน สำหรับการวิจัยในกลุ่มประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาด 301-600 คน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าการศึกษากับกลุ่มนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และศึกษานิเทศก์ นั้น ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบที่ไม่ใช้โอกาสความน่าจะเป็น ส่วนการศึกษากับกลุ่มครูและผู้บริหาร จะใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างง่ายเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยพบว่าวานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ทำไม่ครบทั้ง 3 ขั้นตอนตามที่ควรจะเป็นในกระบวนการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นแบบสมบูรณ์ (complete needs assessment process) ดำเนินการเพียงขั้นตอนการระบุความต้องการจำเป็น (needs identification) ส่วนอีกสองขั้นตอนที่เหลือ คือ ขั้นตอนของการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ (needs analysis) และขั้นของประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อระบุความต้องการจำเป็นที่สำคัญที่สุด (needs assessment) ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้มีการดำเนินการ
