Abstract:
The tutorial is an introductory course to the study of the basics of geometric modeling for 3D printing using the programming language OpenSCAD and is built on the basis of descriptions of instructions for creating primitives, determining their properties, carrying out transformations and other service operations. It contains a large number of examples with detailed comments and description of the performed actions, which allows you to get basic skills in creating three-dimensional and flat models, exporting and importing graphical data.

Abstract:
The integration of virtual reality into archaeological research began in the early 1990s. The use of computer-based methods in maritime archaeology is recent. Before exploring a real-time virtual, a 3D computer model is created from drawings, general sketches, raw dimensions, 3D scanned data, or photographs, or by using simple primitives and “drawing” on the computer. Virtual reality is a simulation of physical reality offering the viewer real-time movement through a true 3D space and interactivity with the objects, which can be further enhanced with 3D sound, lighting, and touch. Abstract:
The tutorial provides an overview of the main methods of creating three-dimensional (3D) models of objects and their applications. A step-by-step algorithm for creating virtual copies of objects based on digital photos and video frames using modern computer programs "AgisoftPhotoscan" and "ContextCapture" is described. Details of the necessary conditions for obtaining high-quality digital photos and models, especially the process of photography, the requirements for the resulting digital photos. Recommendations are given for obtaining digital photographs suitable for creating three-dimensional
