This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning model stands on student communication skills based on Bugis Makassar 3S on PPKn subjects. This research is quantitative research, quasi experimental research type with design of Nonequivalent Control Group, sample number (n) = 25. The result of analysis shows Asymp value. Stereoselectivities of the reactions of (2R,3R)- and (2R,3S)-2,3-dibenzoyloxysuccinic anhydrides with some chiral arnines and alcohols have been determined by 1H n.m.r. analysis of the mixture of diastereomers. In all cases the stereoselectivity was higher for the (2R,3R)-isomer and a simple model has been proposed to explain this. The structure of one of the diastereomers from the (2R,3S)-isomer has been confirmed by synthesis.

Bifurcation theory studies the qualitative changes in the phase portrait when we vary the parameters of the system. In this book chapter we adapt and extend a mathematical model accounting for the subcellular localisation of 14-3-3s, a protein involved in cell cycle arrest and the regulation of apoptosis. The model is analysed with analytical tools coming from Lyapunov-Andronov theory, and our analytical calculations predict that soft (reversible) loss of stability takes place.
