A new series of 2-benzyl-6-(substituted phenyl)-imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4] thiadiazoles (S1-S8) was synthesized as potential anti-cancer agents. These compounds were evaluated for their anticancer activity against various cancer cell lines.
