To improve the stability and output voltage quality of inverter, an new repetitive control strategy for 400Hz Constant Voltage Constant Frequency (CVCF) inverter has been proposed . Based on active damping, this strategy damps the oscillations on the output LC filter of inverter under unload or light load. We have fabricated Au/CuPc/Al/CuPc/Au organic thin film transistor (OTFTs) using vacuum deposition with CuPc thin films of stable chemical property and semi conductive Al gate thin film electrode. The static and dynamic characteristics were tested at room temperature. The Big-character printer is a dot-matrix print equipment used in industry field. The print head is the key part of it. Sixteen jet valves are arranged in three lines alternated regular framework. Every valve is driven by giant magnetostractive actuator (GMA). The dynamic characters of valve body and GMA have been studied in the paper. The square wave response experiment shows that the valve bandwidth is more than 400Hz. The response plot has a good agreement with the simulation result. Meanwhile, the print dots are clear. Therefore, the BCP based on GMA could fulfill the requirement.

In a modern communication system, voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) acts as a basic building block for frequency generation. VCO with LC tank is preferred with passive inductor and varactor in radio frequency. Practical tuning range of VCO is low and unsuitable for wideband application. Switched capacitor and inductor can widen but at cost of chip area and complex system architecture. To overcome it, an equivalent circuit of the inductor is created. In this work, inductor-less VCO is implemented with CMOS 90nm technology that has center frequency 40GHz and frequency tuning range 37.7GHz to 41.9GHz.

In this paper a compact multilayer stacked patch antenna with high gain is proposed. The structure is composed of stacked patches with U slots and shorting pins. The proposed antenna is capable for resonating at the center frequency of 2.25 GHz. The performance of the antenna is characterized by the simulated result of bandwidth, gain and reflection coefficient. The antenna has reflection coefficient of less than -10 dB with a maximum gain of 7.07 dBi. The proposed antenna has bandwidth of nearly 400MHz and has less size with an overall height of 10.3 mm. The designed frequency range occupies S band which is used for various applications like weather radar, surface ship radar, Bluetooth and ZigBee.
