Abstract:
Due to technology advancement, ratio of cybercrimes against women is on the rise. At present it isarising as a major challenge for government. To address this issue government has taken manyinitiatives like, the Indian government has amended the Information Technology Act, the IndianPenal Code (IPC), and the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA). These lawsdefine cybercrimes especially in reference to women, and tried to give protection to victims of thesecrimes. In addition, the Indian judiciary has taken a number of steps to resist cybercrimes againstwomen, such as establishing recommendations to prevent the misuse of section 498A of the IPC anddeclaring cyber stalking to be a serious offense. Initially few Steps which were taken by government, such as the Cyber Swachhta Centre and the Cyber Crime Prevention against Women and Children(CCPWC) project, to educate women about cybercrimes against women and assist victims. Althoughthere are number of attempts which was taken by the government and the courts to reducecybercrime, but still it remains a significant challenge for the nation and the government.

Abstract:
Two protocols have been developed, both of which utilize the thymidine analog 5-bromodeoxyuridine (BrdUrd) to induce mutations in mammalian cells in culture (E. R. Kaufman and R. L. Davidson, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 75:4982-4986, 1978; E. R. Kaufman, Mol. Cell. Biol. 4:2449-2454, 1984). The first protocol, termed incorporational (INC) mutagenesis, utilizes high concentrations of BrdUrd in the culture medium to generate a high intracellular ratio of BrdUTP/dCTP. The second protocol, termed replicational (REP) mutagenesis, entails the incorporation of BrdUrd into DNA under nonmutagenic conditions, the removal of all BrdUrd from the culture medium, and the subsequent replication of the bromouracil-containing DNA in the presence of high intracellular levels of dTTP and dGTP. Genetic studies using reversion analysis at the hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase locus were used to determine whether the mechanisms of these two BrdUrd mutagenesis protocols had enough specificity to be distinguishable by their ability to revert various mutants. The results of these studies indicated that (i) mutants induced by INC mutagenesis were induced to revert only by REP mutagenesis and not by INC mutagenesis, (ii) mutants induced by REP mutagenesis were more efficiently reverted by INC mutagenesis than by REP mutagenesis, and (iii) both spontaneous mutants and mutants induced by the chemical mutagen ethyl methanesulfonate showed a high degree of specificity when tested for reversion by the BrdUrd mutagenesis protocols.

Abstract:
Poly (I:C) (Polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid) is a synthetic analog of double-stranded RNA binding toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) and mimicking a virus infection in macrophage. Here, for the first time, we showed the inhibitory effects of eurycomanone on the production of IL-6, TNF-alpha and IL-10 of RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with poly (I:C). Eurycomanone inhibited production of pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-6 and TNF-alpha of RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with poly (I:C) with the IC50 value being 5.14 +/- 0.60 uM and 2.32 +/- 0.40 uM, respectively. Interestingly, this compound also inhibited the production of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 of RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with poly (I:C) with the IC50 value being 14.60 +/- 0.32 uM. These results suggested that eurycomanone has a potentially regulatory role on production of both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in macrophage in the mimicking context of virus infection. Whether eurycomanone inhibits the binding of poly (I:C)-TLR3 or intracellular signaling pathways needs further investigation.

Full text
Abstract:
Abstract Subclinical clonal expansions, referred to as clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP), are present in blood of otherwise healthy individuals and their frequency increases with age. While many CHIP-associated mutations are present in MDS, only a small proportion of asymptomatic individuals with CHIP progress to MDS. We assumed that: i) a proportion of CHIP mutations will eventually serve as ancestral hits that manifest as MDS upon acquisitions of additional genetic alterations, and ii) MDS from antecedent CHIP may be a MDS disease subtype that is distinct from de novo MDS characterized by more penetrant primary hits. Separating ancestral vs. secondary hits in MDS patients and comparing by meta-analyses their frequencies to those in CHIP may enable molecular and clinical characterizations of CHIP-related MDS. Our study cohort consisted of 1,809 clinically annotated MDS patients. Deep targeted NGS was conducted for a panel of the 36 most frequently mutated "myeloid" genes, which revealed 3,971 somatic mutations in MDS patients after removing SNPs and errors. To discriminate between dominant and subsequent rising secondary mutations, we used a stringent binominal distribution algorithm to define VAFs confidence intervals via loci read counts. Sample maximal VAF mutations were defined as "dominant" and those with overlapping VAF 95% CI were defined as "co-dominant"; mutations with lower non-overlapping 95% CIs were "secondary". These definitions are consistent with those of other methods such as Pyclone, with 95% concordance (1,253/1,317). They yield 1,474 (36%) dominant and 1,372 (35%) secondary mutations. We compared a meta-analysis of frequently mutated genes in 1,693 healthy CHIP individuals with somatic mutations from the CHIP meta-analysis to dominant mutations in MDS patients. Mutations in DNMT3A, TET2, ASXL1, and JAK2 were more frequent in CHIP than MDS [e.g.,DNMT3A; 52% (888/1,693) vs. 6% (110/1,809), p<.001]. Hence MDS patients with dominant mutations in these 4 genes were defined as CHIP-derived MDS (C-MDS). Other dominant mutations such as U2AF1, RUNX1 and STAG2 which were not identified in individuals with CHIP were deemed not CHIP-derived MDS (NC-MDS). And in between, mutations in TP53, SF3B1 and SRSF2, were identified in both cohorts [e.g., TP53; 4% (71/1,693) vs. 5% (97/1,809), p=.11], and such cases will be denoted as C/NC-MDS patients. We set out to compare clinical, molecular and demographic features of C- vs. NC-MDS. There were 459 (25%) C-MDS and 498 (28%) NC-MDS cases out of 1809 MDS patients. 95% of patients with C-MDS (437/459) had at least one TET2 (51%, 234/459), DNMT3A (24%, 110/459) or ASXL1 (20%, 93/459) dominant mutation. The top 5 dominant mutations in patients with de novo MDS were U2AF1 (15%, 75/498), ZRSR2 (10%, 52/498), RUNX1 (9%, 47/498), STAG2 (9%, 43/498), and EZH2 (8%, 40/498). 52% (257/498) of patients with de novo MDS had at least one of these mutations. Focusing on secondary mutations, patients with C-MDS had a significantly higher frequency of secondary TET2 and ZRSR2 mutations than those with de novo [e.g., TET2, 17% (77/459) vs. 8% (41/498), p<.001]. In contrast, secondary ASXL1 mutations were more frequent in NC-MDS [7% (31/459) vs. 18% (88/498), p<.001]. C-MDS cases were older and had more low risk subtypes than NC-MDS cases [(average Age) 72 vs. 69, p<.001, (low risk subtypes) 56% (256/459) vs. 45% (222/498), p<.001]. Patients with C-MDS had better prognosis than those with NC-MDS [hazard ratio .75 (.63-.91), p=.003]. Prospective sequencing of serial samples of CHIP to development of MDS may be needed to fully reveal the landscape of C-MDS. This may not be practical, as over a million healthy donors would need to be followed for years to obtain adequate numbers of C-MDS cases. If our hypothesis that there exist clinical and molecular characteristics of C-MDS is correct, alternative methods that begin with MDS cases could then be employed. Regardless, detecting and monitoring CHIP is warranted, as this will lead to biomarkers that predict risks and thus preventative interventions. Disclosures Nazha: MEI: Consultancy. Abstract:
498 Background: PM from CRC are associated with poor outcomes; however, molecular differences are not defined. Methods: We compared tumor profiles of pCRC and PM patients (pts) from Caris Life Sciences. Testing included next-generation sequencing (NGS) of 592 genes, immunohistochemistry (IHC), copy number variants (CNV), microsatellite instability (MSI) and tumor mutational burden (TMB). Mutations were termed pathogenic (PATH) or variants of undetermined significance (VUS). TMB in mutations/Mb (MMB) was compared. Results: 617 pCRC and 348 PM pts had similar gender (55% male) and age (median 59). 232 pCRC were left-sided (LS), 189 right-sided (RS), 147 rectum (R) and 49 not otherwise specified (NOS); PM were 45 RS, 29 LS, 22 R and 252 NOS. For pts with IHC testing, expression was increased in PM in TOPO1 (62% v. 52%, p < 0.01), ERCC1 (27% v. 18%, p < 0.01) and MLH1 (96% v. 92%, p < 0.05) and decreased in PD-1 (36% v. 65%, p < 0.01), TOP2A (76% v. 100%, p < 0.01) and PTEN (64% v. 72%, p < 0.05). By sidedness, LS PM were more frequently TOP01 and PD-L1 and less commonly MGMT positive compared to pCRC. PTEN IHC was higher in R pCRC than PM. 7 CNVs were increased in PM ( ADGR2A2, CCND1, ELL, FGF3, FGF4, JAK3 and PDGFRB) and FLT3 CNVs were decreased. MYC CNVs were more common in RS PM compared to pCRC. No difference was seen in PM and pCRC PATHs in KRAS, BRAF, SMAD2, SMAD4, PTEN. PM had more PATHs in GNAS (8% v. 1%, p < 0.01) while pCRC PATHs were increased in APC (76% v. 48%, p < 0.01), TP53 (72% v. 53%, p < 0.01), ARID1A (29% v. 12%, p < 0.05), PIK3CA (22% v. 15%, p < 0.05) and FBXW7 (13% v. 7%, p < 0.01). LS PM had increased FLCN PATHs (12% v. 2%, p < 0.01); R PM had more PATHs in KMT2D (20% v. 1%, p < 0.01) and RNF43 (13% vs. 3%, p < 0.05). VUS were increased in 39/592 (7%) genes for PM compared to pCRC. No MSI or fusion difference was seen. 53% pCRC (median = 8) pts had TMB ≥8 MMB compared to 43% PMs (median = 7; p = 0.03); no TMB difference was seen for LS, RS or R subgroups. Conclusions: Compared to pCRC, PM had more PATHs in GNAS and less in classic CRC markers APC and TP53. While TMB was generally lower in PM, differences in IHC expression, CNV and VUSs may serve as biomarkers for PM requiring further study.

Abstract:
Botrytis grey mould (BGM) is a potential threat to chickpea production in Australia owing to favourable environmental conditions and its wide host range. Identifying durable and stable resistant sources against the prevailing virulences of the pathogen is a pre-requisite in the development of disease resistant cultivars. The present study investigated morpho-cultural and pathogenic variation in 22 isolates of B. cinerea isolated from six different hosts at various locations in Western Australia. The isolates varied in colony colour and size; colour, number and size of sclerotia; and sporulation. Based on the differential disease reaction in a set of arbitrarily selected 34 differential lines, the isolates were categorised into distinct pathotypes. Isolate 210.99 from chickpea, with virulence on 33 genotypes, was the most virulent. It was followed by isolates 209.99 & 649.4; 678.2 & 648.13; 214.99, 673 & 619; and 617.99 with virulence on 24, 23, 22, and 21 genotypes, respectively. Lathyrus isolate 216.99, with susceptible reaction on one genotype only, was the least virulent, followed by isolates 97-95, 671, 97-95-1, 651.4 & 651.4, 616.1, and 615.5 with virulence on 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 genotypes, respectively. In general, isolates from lathyrus and vetch were the least virulent. None of the genotypes showed resistance to all the 22 isolates. Genotypes FLIP 97-548, ICC 14912, ICC 6098 and ICC 4983 showed resistance to 20, 18, 17 and 16 isolates, respectively. Genotypes Heera, ICC 17382, 97-132B189-99V4002 and FLIP 97-539 showed resistance to 15 isolates each. The study revealed that B. cinerea populations from Western Australia were highly variable. Isolates from lentil, lathyrus and weeds such as double gee cross-infected chickpea genotypes may serve as an important alternative host for a source of inoculum for chickpea crop. Further, Some chickpea genotypes FLIP 97- 539, FLIP 97-548, ICC 14912 and ICC 4093 showed multi-pathotype and multiple resistance to B. cinerea and Ascochyta rabiei, which may serve as useful donors in breeding programs. . Fein, Alan. "Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate–induced Calcium Release Is Necessary for Generating the Entire Light Response of Limulus Ventral Photoreceptors." Journal of General Physiology 121, no. 5 (2003): 441–49. http://dx.doi.org/10.1085/jgp.200208778.

Full text
Abstract:
The experiments reported here were designed to answer the question of whether inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3)-induced calcium release is necessary for generating the entire light response of Limulus ventral photoreceptors. For this purpose the membrane-permeable IP3 receptor antagonist 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (2APB) (Maruyama, T., T. Kanaji, S. Nakade, T. Kanno, and K. Mikoshiba. 1997. J. Biochem. (Tokyo). 122:498–505) was used. Previously, 2APB was found to inhibit the light activated current of Limulus ventral photoreceptors and reversibly inhibit both light and IP3 induced calcium release as well as the current activated by pressure injection of calcium into the light sensitive lobe of the photoreceptor (Wang, Y., M. Deshpande, and R. Payne. 2002. Cell Calcium. 32:209). In this study 2APB was found to inhibit the response to a flash of light at all light intensities and to inhibit the entire light response to a step of light, that is, both the initial transient and the steady-state components of the response to a step of light were inhibited. The light response in cells injected with the calcium buffer 1,2-bis(o-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid (BAPTA) was reversibly inhibited by 2APB, indicating that these light responses result from IP3-mediated calcium release giving rise to an increase in Cai. The light response obtained from cells after treatment with 100 μM cyclopiazonic acid (CPA), which acts to empty intracellular calcium stores, was reversibly inhibited by 2APB, indicating that the light response after CPA treatment results from IP3-mediated calcium release and a consequent rise in Cai. Together these findings imply that IP3-induced calcium release is necessary for generating the entire light response of Limulus ventral photoreceptors.

Abstract Background: The treatment of malignancies confined to the liver (hepatocellular carcinoma [HCC], intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma [ICC], metastatic neuroendocrine tumors [NET] and colorectal hepatic metastases [CRHM]) is challenging. Liver resection leading to post-operative liver failure is a devastating complication that can be mitigated by pre-resection embolization techniques to increase the future liver remnant, such as portal vein embolization (PVE) and transarterial radioembolization (TARE). The purpose of this study was to understand the natural history of this treatment algorithm in disparate patient populations. Methods: This was a retrospective case-control study from 2008 to 2018. The population consisted of non-transplant eligible patients that had various malignancies without extra-hepatic disease who underwent TARE, PVE, or resection at our institution; they were propensity matched based on co-morbidities, etiology of liver disease, Child-Pugh Score, and ECOG performance status. Statistical analyses were performed with chi-square. Results: We identified 196 patients with an average age of 57.8±12.6 years and 119 patients were male (60.7%). There were 137 Caucasian patients (CC, 70%) and 59 African American patients (AA, 30%). The tumor histologies were 61 HCC, 31 ICC, 65 CRHM, 12 NET, and 28 other. 148 of these patients underwent liver resection. HCC patients were more likely to undergo TARE (36.4%) compared to ICC (20%), CRHM (23.6%), or NET (9.1%, P= 0.043). While AA patients were more likely to undergo any embolization procedure compared to CC patients (47% vs 31%, P=0.03), they were less likely to undergo PVE (P=0.018). 126 patients (64%) did not undergo any pre-resection embolization procedures. Of patients requiring pre-resection embolization, CRHM patients were more likely to undergo PVE (80%) than other patients (P=0.029). TARE was a bridge to resection for 9 patients. Conclusions: AA patients underwent more embolization procedures compared to CC patients. It is not clear whether this was because that population required more interventions to optimize FLR or had limited access to care. Citation Format: Julia Pedo Freitas, Pradeep Podila, Daniel K. Abstract:
A strategy to design an injection valve for a streamlined flow injection technique is described as speed and low-cost materials available in the environment for the determination of Pb(II) ion using the organic reagent 4-((4-methoxyphenyl)diazenyl)benzene-1,3-diol at a wavelength of 498 nm. The scope of the study is to find the optimal conditions, including the flow rate of the carrier, the dispersion coefficient, the length of the reaction coil, and the calibration drawing. The results showed that the optimum length of the reaction coil is 20 cm, and the optimum flow rate is 9.1 mL/min, which is equivalent to the pumping rate of 70 F/min. The range of linearity of the study was revealed by a calibration curve of 0.5–27 mg/L, slope = 1.507, correlation coefficient = 0.9995, the limit of quantitative (LOQ) = 0.088 mg/L, and limit of detection (LOD) = 0.026 mg/L. The system under study has a characteristic efficiency. The dispersion coefficient was calculated for concentrations of 10–15 mg/L Pb(II) ion. Furthermore, the accuracy of the flow injection technique in the estimation process was studied and compared with the Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS) technique.

Abstract:
<strong>False cases, abuse, Domestic violence and harassment against men by their spouse and family members has become an important issue in today&rsquo;s generation and judiciary called it </strong><strong>LEGAL TERRORISM</strong><strong>. But because of feminist lobby and National commission of women (NCW) or WCD strong opposition to make it gender neutral, men still face threats in their everyday life.</strong> <strong>Most of the cases of abuse and threats go unreported so it is difficult to get exact number on fake cases and threats and it is even more difficult to figure out that how many men are suffering from abuse, fake cases threat of or domestic violence.</strong> <strong>The main reason that most of the abuse, fake cases against the men are unreported, because Indian society think men cannot be victims in the hands of women and the traditional gender roles in society and the stigma of the perceived weakness, shame to admit or confess of falling victim to a woman.</strong> <strong>There is no study on men, nor Government of India made any efforts evaluate psychological / mental trauma on men because of such abuse and violence. So we from MyNation foundation came up with amendment to INDIAN PENAL CODE (IPC) SECTION 498B A MUCH NEEDED REFORM</strong>

Abstract:
<strong>Matrimonial disputes and Domestic Violence/Abuse</strong>&quot; covers a broad range of violent acts committed by one member of a family or household against another. It often refers to the mistreatment of a child or spouse and can include not only physical harm, but also threats and verbal, psychological, and sexual abuse. Most of the time, domestic violence against men only gets any attention when a Celebrity/Politician or highly reputed person is the victim of some kind of noteworthy physical harm, rest are perceived as isolated incidents and much of the public and private speculation presumes the man did something to deserve it. The exact numbers of domestic violence on men overall is difficult to assess as majority cases go unreported, but it&#39;s even tougher to figure out just how many men are suffering abuse. A big part of the reason is traditional gender roles in society and the stigma of the perceived weakness of any man who admits to falling victim to a woman. Unfortunately, all these Penal Code Sections allow Police / Govt. law enforcement agencies unlimited power to harass the innocent by threatening the entire family of the husband to be put into jail or denial of bail. As these Penal Code Sections do not have any checks &amp; balances and their implementation is at whims &amp; fancies of the ever-obliging Police Department, all this&nbsp;&nbsp; has created massive, irreversible damages &amp; havoc in the age old, When this provision was enacted, lawmakers had never imagined or foreseen that women would ever stoop so low, and misuse law, that is tilted so much to their favor. There was presumption that women would never destroy their own family by filing FIR under <strong>the </strong><em><strong>Matrimonial disputes</strong>,&nbsp;&nbsp; but </em>over the period such presumption has been totally proven wrong by the ever increasing number of cases filed by wives and the acquittals as evident from the <strong>NCRB data</strong> and other such credible entities. Hence it is a dire need of the hour, to address this pernicious problem and stop the rampant misuse of these provisions, which was done in good faith

Abstract:
Domestic violence is violence or abusive behaviour which is used by one partner to control another partner in any relationship. Domestic violence can be physical, sexual, emotional, and psychological or any pattern. For example, it may take the form of sexual assault psychological abuse or verbal abuse to anyone. It affects people of all socioeconomic backgrounds and education levels. Domestic violence not only affects those who are abused, but also affects family members, friends, co-workers, other witnesses, and the community at large. According to the National Family Health Survey (NFHS), 2019-2021, 29.3% of married Indian women between the ages of 18 and 49 have experienced domestic or sexual violence in India. That is only the number of cases reported by women, there are frequently many more that never make it to the police. According to NFHS data, 87% of married women are victims of marital violence. The National Commission for Women said in 2020-21, it received 26,513 complaints from women, an increase of 25.09%, compared with the 20,309 complaints registered in 2019-20. The Indian legal system has formed Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code according to the Criminal Law (Second Amendment) Act, 1983 (46 of 1983), especially for dealing with domestic violence. 498A IPC states that “Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty. —Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to a fine. Sec 498A IPC is cognizable, non-compoundable and non-bail able. Even though the law provides for the security of women, there is a big loophole; a lack of awareness among the victims, most of whom do not know that they have the option to approach the law. In this paper, the researchers have tried to explore the issue and challenges for stopping domestic violence in India.

Abstract:
It has been seen from the last decade that the misuse of un-exempted provisions of dowry law been increasing and in result the other party is facing the world with great loss. A long delayed case of dowry has been pending in district courts just due to clashes of hard provisions of law and lack of evidences. Even just after the complaint a woman can claim and complaint of other additional things as a right of wife like maintenance which leads to makeable financial burden on man irrespective of his financial and social position. Women use the weapons called Section 498A and Dowry Act to file a false complaint so as to attack their husband. Section 498A of Indian Penal Code is a provision under which a husband, his parents, and relatives can be booked for subjecting a woman to cruelty to meet their unlawful demands (dowry). Generally, the husband, his parents, and relatives are immediately arrested without sufficient investigation and put behind bars on non-bailable terms. The NCRB’s ‘Crime in India’ report categorizes crimes various heads of the IPC. If one looks at the respective conviction rates of all the categories, cases registered under Sec 498-A (Cruelty by Husband &amp; Relatives) have one of the lowest conviction rates. In 9 out of these 10 years, the conviction rate of Sec 498-A cases was in the bottom three. This study concentrates on the effects of misuse of dowry law on man which has always been neglected. In India the trial courts are just filling their duty by giving dates of hearing and due to this delay the husband and his family members are paying which deteriorates their life without any fault. This research aims to count the loss of man and his family on monitory and social term specially the cases pending long before the trial courts.

Abstract:
Domestic violence is a widespread issue that affects individuals across genders, yet in India, male victims remain primarily invisible due to societal stigma, media bias, and legal discrimination. Existing laws, such as the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (DV Act, 2005) and Sec. 84 and 85 BNS (Sec. 498A of IPC), exclusively protect women, leaving men without legal recourse. Media narratives reinforce gender stereotypes, portraying men solely as perpetrators, which contributes to underreporting, lack of institutional support, and severe psychological consequences for male victims. This research examines the legal, social, and psychological challenges faced by men and compares India’s gendered legal framework with gender-neutral domestic violence laws in the UK, Canada, and Australia. Furthermore, the study highlights how the exclusion of men from domestic violence protections directly impacts Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3.4 and 3.8, which focus on reducing premature mortality from non-communicable diseases and achieving universal health coverage. High suicide rates among married men, limited access to mental health services, and the absence of dedicated support structures underscore the need for legal reforms, media accountability, and gender-inclusive policies. This paper advocates for gender-neutral domestic violence laws, improved mental healthcare access, and policy reforms to ensure a more just and equitable society.

Abstract:
The term &quot;Weapons of Men&rsquo;s destruction (WMD)&quot; covers a broad range of tactics, false cases, violent acts committed by one member of a family or household against another, especially by women against her male partner by using Women centric laws of India. These laws are biased against men and specially designed only for women and favor only young women, misuse of these laws Supreme Court of India called LEGAL TERRORISM. As per National Crime Bureau (NCRB), reports and statistics almost 90% cases under various women centric laws end up dismissed / Quashed after man agree to pay hefty lumpsum. The exact numbers such cases are difficult to assess as majority cases go unreported, but it&#39;s even tougher to figure out just how many men are suffering abuse and face LEGAL TERRORISM. A big part of the reason is traditional gender roles in society and the stigma of the perceived weakness of any man who admits to falling victim to a woman. Most of these WMDs are proposed and designed by NCW (National Commission for women) and WCD (Ministry for Women and Child development) with one goal in mind i.e. to harass and blackmail men and ruin their careers and financial positions, so they cannot lead a happy life and die inch by inch every day. These Indian WMDs are worse than the so called Iraqi WMDs because WMDs of Iraq can kill people instantly but these Indian WMDs are meant for slow death of Men. These WMDs will not kill Indian Men, but drain him of all his Money / assets, ruin his future and dreams. All this women can do with the blessings of National Commission for women (NCW) and support from the Government of India which turn blind eye on the suffering of Men.

The exact numbers of such cases of suicide are difficult to assess as the majority of cases go unreported. It is even tougher to figure out with exactitude how many men are suffering because of &ldquo;<strong><em>legal terrorism</em></strong>&rdquo;. Worldwide around 800,000 people die due to suicide yearly, that&rsquo;s one person every 40 seconds. Of these 1,39,123 (18%) are residents of India. <strong>70%</strong> of suicides are by men, and is mostly due to depression because of marital discord, which is responsible for their death. The overall male to female ratio of suicide victims for the year 2019 was 70.2: 29.8, which is more as compared to the year 2018 (68.5: 31.5). Globally, the suicide rate for men is twice than of women, that&rsquo;s <strong>13.9</strong> per 100,000 for men and 6.3 per 100,000 for women In India, the marital status of suicide victims is observed at 66.7% (92,757 out of 1,39,123) of the suicide victims were married, which shows there is a problem with their marriage and family. As per NCRB 2019 reports, there are two major causes of suicides i.e. &lsquo;Family Problems&rsquo; and &lsquo;Illness&rsquo;. They also reported that Family problems and related issues were behind 32.4 percent of suicides, marriage related problems (5.5%), 70.2 were male and 29.8 females for every 100 suicide deaths. The NCRB collects national-level data from various sources. Almost <strong>68.4</strong> per cent of male victims were married.

Abstract:
The majority of men feel shy to come forward to report discrimination, abuse, harassment, misuse of law and so most men suffer in silence and die young. There are no support groups to help men. None of the study reports of discrimination on men or details highlighting atrocities on men are acknowledged by any institute, government body and the mainstream media is reluctant to publish abuse on men or health issues concerning men in particular. Abused and discriminated men often are victimized or side lined at early stage of their life or during childhood. However many men also think that, for reasons of masculinity, they have no other option than silently suffer because most of the abuse and discrimination comes from their own kind. Abused men are also more restrained than women in revealing their victimization partly for fear of being ridiculed and shamed. Many of the men had never even told close family members about the abuse. Men think expressing or fighting back discrimination makes them more vulnerable. Shame and fear of being ridiculed force men to keep their problems hidden, adding to this the societal views of proper masculine behaviour. Lack of support and resources has also ensured that the most shocking form of discrimination on men have remained hidden till date. The long lasting negative effects are seen to persist in those who are the bread winner for their family. The psychological harm visited upon men victimized by the society tends to contradict those who subscribe to the view that abused men do not suffer psychologically. Indeed, when the issue of psychological harm was examined, empirically, findings revealed no significant gender differences in psychosomatic illness or stress. Discrimination in everyday life forces men to live depressed and die early. As far as men are concerned, no studies have addressed the repercussions of experiences of discrimination on men&#39;s health. All over the world, this issue is not a specific priority for research and overshadows the fact that men may also be badly impacted by such discrimination. There may be many reasons including socio-economic, societal influences as well as consistent failure of the government to provide help when needed. These however can be dealt with provided that such men get all the required help and support so as to change and improve their way of life.

Abstract:
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Married Men the forgotten gender in India. There are <strong>NCRB</strong> statistics of more than 50,000 married men committing suicide every year. There are news reports of men&rsquo;s suicide due to cruelty &amp; harassment from their wives. There are news reports of men being murdered in large numbers. Yet, there is no Ministry for men, there are no laws for men and his family. All because the Men who are in power, forget their own gender and are busy appeasing women under the influence of Women originations for Vote Bank or other vested interests. Unless these Women organizations along with <strong>WCD/NCW</strong> who promote <strong>LEGAL TERRORISM</strong> in the name of women empowerment are made responsible for these crimes, and are stopped from defending these criminals and murderers, nothing will change. Government should take stand and amend all age old and gender biased laws to stop this <strong>genocide of men</strong>. Indian men die in large numbers due to various reasons: #1. If man stay in a troubled marriage he is harassed, murdered or forced to commits suicide due to the cruelty by the wife. The same can be seen from numerous news reports included in article above. #2. If the man decides to get out the bitter marriage, the man is subject to a barrage of criminal cases under section 498a IPC, Dowry harassment, Domestic violence with no evidence along with lifetime slavery using section 125, HMA 24 maintenance laws even if women is highly educated, working or capable to maintain herself. #3. Not only man is harassed and killed by wife but other women also can file False case of Rape, Outraging modesty, Sexual harassment, POCSO, #MeToo etc; even she has not seen or met accused man. In these cases, burden of proof, proving himself innocent on men. But, for women one word of molestation is enough to file any of above cases. Indian law and Judiciary term every word of a women as Gospel of truth, because there is no accountability on judiciary or Police or law to punish women for filing false cases. The above cruelty against men happens only because of Women ministry / organizations lobby and control over Government, judiciary and Police. <strong>THERE ARE MORE MURDERS AND SUICIDES OF INNOCENT MEN THAN ANY OTHER FATALITIES IN THE NAME OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. WE REQUEST THE UNITED NATIONS AND ALL OTHER WORLD LEADERS, ORGANISATIONS AND INSTITUTES WHOM WE FORWARDED THESE STATISTICS, TO RECOGNISE CRIME AGAINST INDIAN MEN USING MISUSE OF LAWS AS STATE SPONSORED GENOCIDE AND GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT(WCD), NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR WOMEN (NCW) HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE MURDERS AND SUICIDES. Abstract:
A <strong>Gold digger</strong> is a person, typically a woman, who engages by showing fake love in a type of transactional relationship for money. She has no value for relationship or sacrament, her only motive is to make money at any cost. Love, Marriage, Family are all materialistic to her. Her only motive is to make easy money. We collected many reported news article that shows how married women runaway with all valuables of husband, some even before the first night of the marriage. That shows for women marriage is just a tool to make money. Every girl is looking for well-to-do man who is rich, well-educated and well settled. Has anyone ever seen any matrimonial AD displaying spinster looking for a decent man with good manners and good family values regardless of his financial net worth? You will always find advertisements along the lines: &ldquo;<strong><em>Looking for highly educated man, who has a good job/government job, own house, own car and servants etc</em></strong><em>.</em>&rdquo;. While this may not necessarily be unlawful or even considered discriminatory- it most certainly is HYPOCRITICAL and shows the MINDSET. Many modern women who have been INFECTED BY VIRULENT FEMINISM are ready for Divorce at any time, because with divorce they hit the jackpot &ndash; unjustified ALIMONY [<em>In Legal terms -Alimony can also be called as <strong>&ldquo;unjust enrichment&rdquo;</strong> by abusing gender biased laws when the amount is amicably settled. However, alimony deserves to be classed as <strong>&ldquo;proceeds of crime&rdquo;</strong> - of extortion and blackmail when alimony is obtained after filing false cases</em>]. Gender biased laws which were initially drafted to support poor uneducated women who had no opportunities in job market are now being OPENLY ABUSED by educated, fundamentally dishonest &amp; unscrupulous women - in collusion with or due to the consent, acquiescence or apathy of custodians of our legal justice system. Marriages of very short duration are also being used as extortion scams and well-educated men and NRIs are usually the targets of such fraudsters. There have been innumerable cases where such unscrupulous women have not only filed false cases and various maintenance cases based on false allegations but also runaway with the gold, cash and various assets of gullible men and his parents at the time of deserting the husband/victim. Although vast majority of such cases go unreported, the authors and their friends are compiling a database of such cases, victims and Gold diggers.

Abstract:
There was an article by UN Women (Twitter Handle: <strong>@UN_Women</strong>) with the heading <strong>SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING ON COVID-19 AND MISOGYNY IN ASIA AND THE PACIFIC </strong>which has deliberately ignored all facts, figures and statistics collected and published by Government bodies and reputed organizations like NCRB - this radical feminist organization then went on to demand legal action and even more laws favoring women. In today&rsquo;s world there is a tendency in our society to brand every man as a villain and every woman as a victim. Because of the rise in feminism and of the supporters of feminism, there has also been an increase in the numbers of white knights who has share in name, fame and money in feminist&rsquo;s victory. When the whole of society is against men, then it is very easy to brand men as sadists, child-molesters, pedophiles, genital mutilators, gang rapists etc. Exposing Feminist agenda, vested interests, ill-deeds is treated as misogyny and such men are branded as women haters - as bad as Jack the Ripper. Some radical feminists even claim men are biologically inferior and inherently immoral. At the same time feminists promote their agenda by claiming themselves to be victims of patriarchal society and that they are weaker sex and oppressed by men; when it comes to matters of alimony, they claim that men make more money and that women are financially oppressed by men. So if as per them, men are inferior then how is it that they also claim that Men earn more money and own more assets? Some Radical Feminists have in fact demanded Bachelor Tax be imposed on men who go their own way (MGTOW) and such men are described as anti-feminist and misogynist.

Abstract:
<strong>TOXIC FEMINISM</strong> covers a broad range of research on radical feminists and hatred towards men. Feminists demand equality without any responsibilities, they want a man to blame for their mistakes, their daily abuse and harassment by women against her male partner by using &ldquo;women centric&rdquo; laws in India and <strong>LEGAL TERRORISM</strong> to control men and dominate them. This report is not a comprehensive review of the available literature but provides a broad overview of the topic. It is an effort to highlight the plight of men who are neglected by international organizations as well as government bodies within India and suffer in silence. Majority men feel shy to come forward to report abuse, harassment, misuse of law and so most men suffer in silence and die young. There are no support groups to help men. None of the study reports or details highlighting atrocities on men are acknowledged by any institute, government body, and the mainstream media is reluctant to publish abuse on men or health issues concerning men in particular. Toxic Feminism is nothing to do with Equality; It&rsquo;s not about empowered women. They have ONE GOAL: <strong>To dominate, control and destroy a man`s finance, mental health, self-esteem and any hope for happiness</strong>.

Abstract:
<strong>According to records available at the Supreme Court of India website, there are currently more than 44 million cases (4.4 crores) pending in Indian courts. As of April 2021, the number of pending cases in the Supreme Court are around 62000, more than five and half million cases in High courts (57.53 lakhs) and more than 38 million (3.81 crores) cases in lower courts.</strong> <strong>One of the primary reasons for such a backlog is nexus between police, lawyers and judges. This nexus is responsible for promoting corruption and has other vested interests for doing so. Specially they favour feminists who are promoting false cases and vexatious litigations. The nexus gave the feminists free hands as there are no penal provisions for filing a false case. Since our laws have lots of loopholes and are biased, there is no fear of abusing the process of law or judiciary in the vexatious litigants. It is a fun ride for any malicious litigant without any fear of repercussion of any sorts especially if the litigant is a woman. The impact of this tsunami of false cases is that the genuine cases never see the light of the day and are buried deep down with an endless trial. While this fun ride for malicious litigants continues at the expense of innocent respondents abusing judicial process, it not only delays the justice but also ruins an innocent person&#39;s life and career including his family, relatives, etc. The grip of vested interests, biased laws and corrupt judicial and police system is of such an extent that even politicians or wealthy movie star cannot escape from this pandemic of LEGAL TERRORISM.</strong> <strong>In the constitution of India, every citizen has been given several rights and since the rights are provided, but there many occasions infringement, violation of those rights as well, to fix these all these misuse and violation sometimes Judiciary comes up with some new development, and eCourts is one of them. e-Courts project envisions a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient and equitable for every individual who seeks justice, or is part of the delivery of justice, in India.</strong> <strong>e-Courts, Digitalisation, CIS software, e-filing, digitally enabled hearings or virtual court is not a BAD idea, but who will train non-tech savvy Judges and litigants. E-Committee is founded in 2004, even after 15 years most of the district courts are not connected on the network.</strong> <strong>Police file False cases, Lawyers fight for criminals, Politicians and Rich, Judges give biased one-sided judgments, and those acquitted after decades on false case Indian government is not giving any compensation nor there is any Accountability for misusing law, punishment for filling false case, no departmental action against Police, lawyers for manipulating and for taking bribe from criminals to trap innocent.</strong> <strong>The India legal system even after 75 years of Independence still looks like a domineering and pretentious British vestige appearing to belong to an elite class, Politicians and influential, away from</strong> <strong>the people and the country. As a matter of fact, the present system of justice is totally out of time, ram shackled and not tune with democratic procedures and norms that please only a certain section of the society with vested interests and biased laws specially meant only for women. No person should above law, Law should be equal to all citizens there should be proper proposals and plans for reforming the system from the ground up. Some of the key suggestions include Accountability, improvements to contempt of court and impeachment proceedings, improvement of judicial infrastructure, enforcing integrity codes for judges and lawyers, Therefore, there is an immediate need to restructure the entire judicial system to make it answerable to the needs of a democratic, progressive society.</strong>

Abstract:
<strong>This article highlights the tactics used by vested interest stake holders and well-wishers of Feminists to silence the truth when they are exposed. This paper specifically demonstrates how SSRN (Social Science Research Network) handled the articles written and published and then on a flimsy accusation deleted them to hide the truth. These study articles/reports/Papers were based on reviews of literature obtained from legal journals, medical journals, main stream media articles, NCRB and references from other study reports and published on SSRN from August 2020 onwards. Total of 14 articles were submitted and out of 14, only 7 were peer reviewed and accepted for publication by SSRN. Total 14 articles were written by the Author and seven of them were peer reviewed and accepted for publication. Most of the papers were liked and downloaded many times making them the TOP 10 articles within 60 days. However, this instigated the feminists to take it down from the site at any cost.</strong>

Abstract:
AbstractRecent device‐level cyber‐attacks have targeted IoT critical applications in power distribution systems integrated with the Internet communications infrastructure. These systems utilize group domain of interpretation (GDOI) as designated by International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) power utility standards IEC 61850 and IEC 62351. However, GDOI cannot protect against novel threats, such as IoT device‐level attacks that can modify device firmware and configuration files to create command and control malicious communication. As a consequence, the attacks can compromise substations with potentially catastrophic consequences. With this in mind, this article proposes a permissioned/private blockchain‐based authentication framework that provides a solution to current security threats such as the IoT device‐level attacks. Our work improves the GDOI protocol applied in critical IoT applications by achieving decentralized and distributed device authentication. The security of our proposal is demonstrated against known attacks as well as through formal mechanisms via the joint use of the AVISPA and SPAN tools. The proposed approach adds negligible authentication latency, thus ensuring appropriate scalability as the number of nodes increases.
