Abstract We demonstrate a figure-of-9 all-fiber thulium-doped laser (TDFL) that generates 560 fs long pulses at 1948 nm wavelength. In order to achieve self-starting passive mode-locking, we utilize an in-fiber Faraday rotator to induce a nonreciprocal phase shift. Abstract:

Gibberella fugikuroi C สายพันธ์ตั้งต้นซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตกดจิบเบอเรลลิก 560 มิลลิกรัม/ลิตร ในเวลา 13 วัน ใสสภาวะที่ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ 25 C และเขย่า 300 รอบ/นาที เพื่อชักนำให้เกิดการกลายพันธุ์ด้วยแสงอุลตราไวโอเลต คัดเลือกได้ สายพันธุ์ที่ให้ผลผลิตกรดจิบเบอเรลลิกสูง 3 สายพันธุ์จากทั้งหมด 107 สายพันธ์ คือ W-6, OCw-1 และ UV4-28 ซึ่งมีความสามารถในการผลิตกรดจิบเบอเรลลิก 589, 593 และ 591 มิลลิกรัม/ลิตร ตามลำดับในสภาวะเดียวกับสายพันธุ์ตั้งต้น ผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น 5.1, 5.9 และ 5.3 เบอร์เซนต์ ตามลำดับ และเมือนำ W-6, OCw-1 และ UV4-28 มาชักนำให้เกิดการกลายพันธุ์ซ้ำด้วย NTG พบสายพันธุ์ คือ F4 W-6(9) และ F5.UV
