Abstract:
ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to predict maximum sustainable yield of garfish resources in the waters of Sangihe Islands District; to analyze the fishing season of garfish; to map the location of coral reef expected to be a breeding ground of garfish; and to assess the biological, economic, social and environmental aspects of garfish in Sangihe Island district. Garfish maximum sustainable yield was calculated at about 70 tons/year with a maximum effort of 3,613.71 trips. Fishing season of garfish was very dependent on wind direction and speed throughout the year. The percentage of live coral cover at a depth of 5 meters was 56.16-70.17% and a depth of 3 meters was 44.33-83.75%. The ratio of male and female sexes was 35.92-64.07%. Based on length-weight analysis of the garfish growth was classified allometric with a length of 16.7-20.7 cm and weighs between 35-55 g. The financial analysis of garfish fisheries in this area showed that the of Benefit Investment ratio was 1.19 and the Benefit Cost ratio was about 0.94.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi pemanfaatan maksimum sumberdaya lestari pada ikan julung-julung di perairan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe; untuk menganalisis musim penangkapan ikan tersebut, memetakan lokasi terumbu karang diharapkan dapat menjadi tempat berkembang biak dari julung-julung, serta menilai aspek biologi, ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan di kabupaten Pulau Sangihe. Pemanfaatan maksimum sumberdaya lestari ikan julung-julung dihitung sekitar 70 ton/tahun dengan upaya maksimal 3.613,71 trip. Musim penangkapan garfish sangat tergantung pada arah dan kecepatan angin sepanjang tahun. Persentase penutupan karang hidup pada kedalaman 5 meter adalah 56,16-70,17% dan kedalaman 3 meter adalah 44,33-83,75%. Rasio jenis kelamin jantan dan betina adalah 35,92-64,07%. Berdasarkan analisis pertumbuhan panjang-berat garfish diklasifikasikan alometrik dengan panjang 16,7-20,7 cm dan berat antara 35-55 g. Hasil analisis keuangan perikanan garfish di Sangihe Kabupaten menunjukkan bahwa rasio Manfaat Investasi adalah 1,19 dan rasio Biaya Manfaat sekitar 0,94.

Abstract:
The CSIR rheocasting system was successfully used to produce high pressure die cast plates of medium-strength, weldable, wrought Al-Zn-Mg alloy 7017. A solution treatment at 450oC for 5 h leads to insufficient dissolution of Mg and Zn, resulting in inadequate T6 mechanical properties after artificial aging. However, a solution treatment at 470oC for 5 h, followed by water quenching and artificial aging at 120oC for 24 h results in tensile properties comparable to those of wrought alloy 7017 plate and extrusions. The alloy also shows a strong room temperature aging response, making it ideal to be used after welding without any further heat treatment.

Abstract:
Three strains of Bifidobacterium breve (JCM 7017, JCM 7019 and JCM 2258) and two strains of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (AD011 and A1dOxR) were grown in broth cultures or on plates, and a standard exopolysaccharide extraction method was used in an attempt to recover exocellular polysaccharides. When the extracted materials were analysed by NMR it was clear that mixtures of polysaccharides were being isolated including exopolysaccharides (EPS) cell wall polysaccharides and intracellular polysaccharides. Treatment of the cell biomass from the B. breve strains, or the B. animalis subsp. lactis AD011 strain, with aqueous sodium hydroxide provided a very similar mixture of polysaccharides but without the EPS. The different polysaccharides were partially fractionated by selective precipitation from an aqueous solution upon the addition of increasing percentages of ethanol. The polysaccharides extracted from B. breve JCM 7017 grown in HBM media supplemented with glucose (or isotopically labelled D-glucose-1-13C) were characterised using 1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopy. Addition of one volume of ethanol generated a medium molecular weight glycogen (Mw=1×105 Da, yield 200 mg/l). The addition of two volumes of ethanol precipitated an intimate mixture of a low molecular weight β-(1→6)-glucan and a low molecular weight β-(1→6)-galactofuranan which could not be separated (combined yield 46 mg/l). When labelled D-glucose-1-13C was used as a carbon supplement, the label was incorporated into >95% of the anomeric carbons of each polysaccharide confirming they were being synthesised in situ. Similar 1H NMR profiles were obtained for polysaccharides recovered from the cells of B. animalis subsp. lactis AD011and A1dOxR (in combination with an EPS), B. breve JCM 7017, B. breve JCM 7019, B. breve JCM 2258 and from an EPS (-ve) mutant of B. breve 7017 (a non-EPS producer).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini laksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan setiap siklus dilakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran, serta dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas IX C tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dalam mempelajari materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung. Hasil analisis data pada tiga siklus, dari 35 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada pra siklus sebanyak 6 siswa ( 17,14 % ) dengan skor rata-rata 69,3 , siklus I sebanyak 9 siswa (25,71%) dengan skor rata-rata 70,17, siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II sebanyak 24 siswa (68,57%) dengan skor rata-rata 70,86 atau terjadi peningkatan sebesar 42,85 % dari siklus I, dan siklus III terdapat 34 (97,14%) siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan skor rata-rata 79,06 atau terjadi peningkatan sebesar 71,43 % dari siklus I. Peningkatan pemahaman siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung melalui pembelajaran kontekstual secara klasikal tergolong tinggi. APPLICATION OF CONTEXTUAL LEARNING MODELS TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF CONTACT SIDE BUILDING MATERIALS Agus Priantono SMP Negeri 16 Semarang City Email: lemendreas@gmail.com Abstract This study aims to describe the application of contextual learning in improving students' understanding of the curved side space building material. This classroom action research (CAR) was carried out in three cycles, with each cycle observing teacher and student activities during learning, and evaluating. The results showed that the use of a contextual learning model could improve students' understanding of class IX C for the 2019/2020 academic year in studying the curved side of the building material. The results of data analysis in three cycles, of the 35 students who achieved learning completeness in the pre-cycle were 6 students (17.14%) with an average score of 69.3, in the first cycle there were 9 students (25.71%) with an average score an average of 70.17, students who achieved learning completeness in cycle II were 24 students (68.57%) with an average score of 70.86 or an increase of 42.85% from cycle I, and cycle III there were 34 (97, 14%) students achieved mastery learning with an average score of 79.06 or an increase of 71.43% from cycle I. Increasing students' understanding of the curved side of the building material through contextual learning is classically classified as high.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keterampilan metakognitif peserta didik Program Studi IPA, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh peserta didik aktif Angkatan 2021− 2018 Program Studi Pendidikan IPA yang berjumlah 463 peserta didik. Digunakan stratified propotional random sampling sebagai teknik sampling, jumlah sampel tersebar tiap angkatan dengan total sebanyak 186 peserta didik. MAI (Metacognitive Awarness Inventory) merupakan cara untuk mengukur kesadaran metakognisi, yang meliputi pengetahuan kognisi dan regulasi kognisi. Subindikator pengetahuan kognisi pengetahuan deklaratif, prosedural, dan kondisional, kemudian subindikator perencanaan, strategi manajemen informasi, monitoring pemahaman, strategi prediksi serta evaluasi sebagai subindikator regulasi kognisi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif penelitian menunjukan 70,13% peserta didik memiliki kesadaran metakognisi dengan kategori baik. Indikator pengetahuan kognisi peserta didik dalam kategori baik dengan presentase 70,06%, pada subindikator pengetahuan deklaratif kategori baik dengan presentase 70,05%, pengetahuan proseduraal 69,50% termasuk kategori baik, pengetahuan kondisional 70,64% kategori baik. Indikator regulasi kognisi peserta didik menunjukan presentase 70,17% termasuk dalam kategori baik, dengan subindikator perencanaan 70,80%, strategi manajemen informasi 65,03%, monitoring pemahaman 71,29%, strategi prediksi 73,64% serta evaluasi sebesar 70,08% dengan kategori baik pada tiapsub indikator.Kata kunci: keterampilan metakognisi, pengetahuan metakognisi, regulasi metakognisi, Metacognitive, Awarness Inventory The purpose of this study is to analyze the metacognitive skills of students of the Science Study Program, Trunojoyo University, Madura using a survey method. The research population is all active students of the 2021−2018 Science Education Study Program, totaling 463 students. Stratified proportional random sampling as a sampling technique, the number of samples is spread over each batch with a total of 186 students. Schraw and Dennison (1994) developed the MAI (Metacognitive Awareness Inventory) which can be used to measure metacognitive awareness, which includes knowledge of cognition and regulation of cognition. Cognitive knowledge sub-indicators declarative, procedural, and conditional knowledge, then planning, information management strategies, understanding monitoring, prediction strategies, and evaluation as cognition regulation sub-indicators. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis showed that 70.13% of students had a good category. The indicator of cognitive knowledge with good category with a percentage of 70.06%, declarative knowledge good category with percentage 70.05%, procedural knowledge 69.50% is good category, conditional knowledge 70.64% with good category. The indicator of student cognition regulation shows a percentage of 70.17% included with good category, with planning 70.80%, information management strategy 65.03%, monitoring understanding 71.29%, predictive strategy 73.64%, and evaluation 70.08 % with good category in each sub-indicator.Keywords: metacognitive skills, metacognitive knowledge, regulation of metacognition, Metacognitive, Awareness Inventory

Abstract:
Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence is one of the most developing technology, especially on Augmented Reality (AR). AR is a technology which connected between real world and virtual in a real time that allows user to interact directly and display it in 3D. AR technology has two methods, that are AR based on marker and AR based on markerless. However, AR based on marker need an object detection system which has high performance as an interaction tools between user and the device. Single shot multibox detector (SSD) is an object detection algorithm that has fast learning computation and good performance. This method is affected by some parameters like number of epoch, learning rate, batch size, step training, etc. However, to create a good system it took a long process such as taking dataset, labelling process, then training and testing models to gain the best performance. In this experiment, we analyze SSD method in AR technology using inception architecture as pre-trained Convolutional neural network (CNN), and then do transfer learning to minimize amount training time. The configuration that used is the number of step training. The result of this experiment gets the best accuracy in 70.17%. Then, the best performance is used as an object detection model for marker’s AR technology.Abstrak Saat ini, Artificial intelligence merupakan teknologi yang sedang berkembang pesat. Salah satunya adalah teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). AR adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan dunia nyata dengan virtual secara real-time dengan interaksi pengguna secara langsung dan menampilkannya dalam bentuk 3D. Teknologi AR ini memiliki dua metode yaitu dengan marker dan markerless. Dalam perkembangannya, AR berbasis marker membutuhkan sistem deteksi objek yang memiliki performa tinggi sebagai alat interaksi antara pengguna dengan perangkatnya. Single shot multibox detector (SSD) merupakan algoritma deteksi objek yang memiliki komputasi pembelajaran dan kinerja yang baik. Metode ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa parameter seperti jumlah lapisan konvolusi, epoch, learning rate, jumlah batch, step training, dll. Namun, dalam mengimplementasikannya diperlukan proses yang cukup panjang seperti, pengambilan dataset, proses pelabelan, proses pelatihan menggunakan metode SSD, dan melakukan pengujian terhadap beberapa model untuk mencari perfomansi paling baik. Dalam percobaan ini, kami melakukan analisis terhadap metode SSD pada teknologi AR menggunakan arsitektur Inception sebagai pre-trained Convolutional neural network (CNN), kemudian dilakukan transfer learning untuk memperkecil jumlah kelas data pelatihan dan waktu pelatihan data. Konfigurasi yang digunakan berupa jumlah step pada pelatihan. Hasil dari penilitian ini menunjukan akurasi terbaik sebesar 70,17%. Kemudian, perfomansi terbaik digunakan sebagai model deteksi objek untuk marker pada teknologi AR.

Este artigo propôs-se a realizar um estudo descritivo, documental e retrospectivo com a finalidade de caracterizar as pessoas idosas quanto ao sexo e idade em uma Instituição de Longa Permanência para Idosos, além de identificar o risco dessas pessoas. Aplicando uma abordagem quantitativa, foram utilizadas 57 fichas de cadastro dos idosos internados durante o mês de janeiro de 2015. A coleta de dados foi realizada em fevereiro de 2015 e apresentou os seguintes resultados: 54,38% dos idosos eram do sexo masculino e 45,62% do sexo feminino. Desses, 26,31% tinham de 75 a 79 anos. Quanto à classificação de risco, 40,35% possuíam mais de 80 anos e 59,65% mais de 60 anos. Sobre os itens que classificam o idoso como frágil, os resultados foram: 71,92% eram portadores de incontinência urinária; 64,91% incontinência fecal e 57,89% apresentaram dependência para atividades do dia a dia. Quanto às incapacidades dos idosos, 22,80% possuíam incapacidade em vários itens acima citados. Em relação às doenças, 82,45% possuíam osteoporose; 70,17% hipertensão arterial; 54,38% diabetes mellitus; 56,17% infecção urinária; 38,59% algum tipo de doença mental e 28,07% alterações endocrinológicas. Quanto aos medicamentos, 92,98% dos idosos faziam uso de hipotensor; 78,94% de protetor gástrico e 70,17% de antipsicótico. Portanto, conclui-se que é importante orientar familiares e equipe de enfermagem para uma assistência adequada e direcionada à pessoa idosa, oferecendo qualidade no atendimento e cuidados específicos que previnam acidentes e ofereçam possibilidade de manutenção da independência funcional existente que permita ao idoso a realização das atividades da vida diária, consciente da exposição aos riscos de trauma que ele pode vir a sofrer.Palavras-chave: idoso, enfermagem, risco, instituição de longa permanência para idosos.

Of the included 56 cases, 25 subjects were in acute and other 31 were in the recovery stage. A contemporaneous control group of 22 children were included for comparison. The serum concentration of CK-MB, TNF-α and hs-CRP were examined in both VMC and control groups.ResultsThe serum concentration of CK-MB, TNF-α and hs-CRP were 31.77±9.48 (UL), 143.11±23.27 (ng/L) and 8.10±1.94(mg/L) for acute stage VMC; 12.72±4.99 (UL), 83.15±13.35 (ng/L) and 4.07±1.12 (mg/L) for recovery stage VMC; 8.11±3.20 (UL), 68.27±12.55 (ng/L) and 2.56±1.27 (mg/L) for control group respectively; The serum concentration of CK-MB, TNF-α and hs-CRP were significantly different between acute stage VMC, recovery stage VMC and control groups (p<0.05); Significant positive correlation between CK-MB and hs-CRP were found in acute stage VMC (r=0.54, p=0.01) and recovery stage VMC (r=0.37, p=0.04). Using serum CK-MB, TNF-α and hs-CRP as the reference, the differential diagnosis sensitivity for acute and recovery stage VMC were 87.10 (70.17-96.37)%, 87.10 (70.17-96.37)% and 77.42 (58.90-90.415)%; The specificity were 92.00 (73.97-99.02)%, 96.00 (79.65-99.90)% and 100.00 (86.28-100.00)% respectively.ConclusionSerum concentration of CK-MB, TNF-α and hs-CRP in children with VMC were significant increased especially in acute stage, which can be used as biomarkers for VMC diagnosis.

The large number of activities along the West Banjir Kanal river has triggered a change in the condition of its sea waters. The condition most affected is turbidity which caused high concentration of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) in estuary waters and interfere with the entry of sunlight into the waters. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the of concentration TSS on the concentration chlorophyll a and dissolved inorganic phosphate (DIP) in the waters of West Banjir Kanal estuary. Water sampling was conducted on October 3, 2019. Water quality parameters such as brightness, pH, temperature, DO and salinity were measured in situ. Meanwhile, chlorophyll a, TSS and DIP measurements were analyzed in the laboratory. The results showed that the highest concentration of TSS, chlorophyll a and DIP were in the estuary area and decreased with further distance from the river mouth with concentration were 70.17-151.50 mg/L, 0.03–2.67 µg/L and 0.71–0.98 µM respectively. Based on the results of the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed that TSS affected chlorophyll a by 8.7% (r=0.392; p<0.05) and DIP by 54.46% (r=0.931; p<0.01). The low regression between TSS and chlorophyll a was due to the presence of large amounts of inorganic particles in the West Banjir Kanal river, which makes the river waters become turbid. So, the turbidity of the waters caused the release of phosphate in the sediment to water column which was used by phytoplankton for photosynthesis, so the TSS not only contain sediment particles, but also phytoplankton. Banyaknya aktivitas di sepanjang sungai Banjir Kanal Barat Semarang, memicu kondisi perairan lautnya menjadi berubah. Kondisi yang paling terpengaruh adalah kekeruhan yang menyebabkan tingginya konsentrasi Material Padatan Tersuspensi (MPT) di perairan muara dan mengganggu masuknya cahaya matahari ke perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh MPT terhadap konsentrasi klorofil-a dan fosfat inorganik terlarut (DIP=Dissolved Inorganic Phosphate) di perairan Muara Banjir Kanal Barat Semarang. Pengambilan sampel air dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2019. Parameter kualitas perairan seperti kecerahan, pH, suhu, DO dan salinitas diukur secara in situ. Sedangkan pengukuran klorofil-a, MPT dan DIP dianalisis di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi MPT, klorofil-a dan DIP tertinggi di daerah muara sungai dan menurun dengan makin jauhnya muara sungai dengan konsentrasi secara berturut-turut sebesar 70,17-151,50 mg/L, 0,03-2,67 µg/L dan 0,71-0,98 µM. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Komponen Utama (AKU) menunjukkan bahwa MPT mempengaruhi klorofil-a sebesar 8,7% (r = 0,392; P < 0,05) dan fosfat inorganik terlarut sebesar 54,46% (r = 0,931; P < 0,01). Rendahnya hubungan antara MPT dengan klorofil-a ini disebabkan oleh adanya masukan partikel anorganik dalam jumlah besar di badan Sungai Banjir Kanal Barat yang membuat perairan sungai menjadi keruh. Jadi kekeruhan perairan menyebabkan terlepasnya fosfat di sedimen yang dimanfaatkan oleh fitoplankton untuk proses fotosintesa, sehingga yang terkandung dalam MPT selain partikel sedimen juga fitoplankton.

Near-net shape casting of wrought aluminium alloys has proven to be difficult due to a tendency towards hot tearing during cooling. Rheocasting, or semi-solid metal (SSM) processing followed by high pressure die casting (HPDC), has recently been shown to be an effective alternative to conventional die casting, yielding near-net shape wrought aluminium alloy castings with less risk of hot tearing. This casting process involves pouring the liquid metal into a processing cup, which is then transferred into a coil for induction stirring and simultaneous forced air cooling. When the metal reaches the semi-solid casting temperature, the resultant slurry is transferred to a high pressure die casting machine and cast to near-net shape. This modifies the as-cast microstructure, yielding a more globular primary phase and results in mechanical properties in the -T6 condition closely approaching those of wrought material in the same condition. Little information is currently available on the response of SSM-HPDC material to welding. This project investigated the influence of autogenous laser and gas tungsten arc welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminium 7017 after rheocasting. It is possible to successfully weld this material without solidification or liquation cracking. The effect of welding on the rheocast microstructure in the heat-affected zone and weld metal was shown, and the hardness and tensile properties of the resulting joints in the as-welded condition were tested and related to the microstructures achieved.

Purpose – The purpose of this work was to study the cracking susceptibility of a 7017 aluminium alloy, after anodising under various conditions. Design/methodology/approach – Slow strain tests in dry air, laboratory air and sodium chloride solution were employed. Anodic oxide films were produced with various applied current densities and thicknesses, in horizontal or vertical orientation of the coatings, at the free corrosion potential and also at various anodic or cathodic potentials. For the interpretation of the results, a metallographic study of the specimens before and after straining to failure was carried out using a scanning electron microscope. Findings – The behaviour of anodic coatings was found to depend very much on the anodising conditions. The coatings reduced the ductility of the alloy in dry air but can actually increase the ductility in laboratory air and in 3.5 per cent sodium chloride solution. In most cases, the ductility of coated specimens was greater in 3.5 per cent NaCl solution than in dry air, possibly due to crack blunting by the aggressive environment. Anodic coatings moved the free corrosion potential of the alloy in the noble direction and both the anodised and the bare alloy generally suffered a reduction in ductility at potentials anodic or cathodic to the free corrosion potential, the fall being more rapid for the anodised alloy. Research limitations/implications – The mechanism causing the increased ductility of coated specimens in 3.5 per cent NaCl solution than in dry air remains yet to be confirmed. Practical implications – The selection of suitable anodic coatings for the protection of aluminium alloys against stress corrosion cracking depends on the anodising conditions. Originality/value – The paper provides information regarding the influence of anodising conditions on the anticorrosive properties of electrolytically prepared anodic coatings on aluminium alloys.

Artificial aging behaviour of a 7017 Al-Zn-Mg alloy was studied by hardness measurement. The electrochemical behaviour of various alloy tempers, such as under-, peak-, and over-aged, have been evaluated by measuring variation of open circuit potential (OCP) with time and potentiodynamic polarization study in different environments. All the alloy tempers were tested in 3.5 wt. % NaCl solution at neutral (pH 7), at acidic (pH 1) and at alkaline (pH 12) conditions. It has been observed that the OCP values of the alloy tempers shifted toward noble direction with the increase of aging time in 3.5 wt. % NaCl solution. The polarization curves are more or less similar in shape exhibiting only active region in neutral (pH 7) and in acidic (pH 1) conditions, but an active-passive region at alkaline (pH 12) condition. The electrochemical parameters; Ecorr, Icorr, passive potential range (Ep) and passive current (ip), obtained from potentiodyanamic polarization curves for the alloy tempers in acid, neutral and alkaline solution; depend on the alloy tempers and the pH of the solution as well. Attempts have been made to explain the observed electrochemical behaviour of the alloy tempers, which is influenced by the microstructure, presence and distribution of second phase precipitates, accessed by DSC and XRD techniques.

Furthermore, landscape also can be used as a tool of urban regeneration concept that intended to improve quality of life in the cities. According to this situation, there are two projects that represent landscape project as urban regeneration. A field investigation was carried out to characterize the growth and development of Bt cotton hybrids by detopping and use of plant growth retardants during the rainy (kharif) season of 2011 and 2012. The experimental site had loamy sand soils with normal in reaction. The experiment (split plot) involved three Bt cotton hybrids (MRC 7017, MRC 7031 and RCH 314) in main plots and growth regulation treatments (Mepiquat chloride (MC) @ 300 ppm, 2, 3, 5-tri iodo benzoic acid (TIBA) @ 100 ppm and Maelic hydrazide (MH) @ 250 ppm) in sub plots with four replications. Hybrid MRC 7017 produced significantly higher (p<0.01) seed cotton yield which was attributed to the maximum number of sympodial branches plant-1, total number of flowers and picked bolls plant-1. Application of MC @ 300 ppm, TIBA @ 100 ppm and MH @ 250 ppm reduced plant height, leaf area index and total dry matter accu-mulation than control. Detopping treatment significantly (p<0.01) reduced plant height than control but attained more plant height than all the PGRs. MC @ 300 ppm, TIBA @ 100 ppm and MH @ 250 ppm at 80 days after sowing had beneficial effect on seed cotton yield. Detopping done at 80 days after sowing failed to influence the seed cotton yield dur-ing both the years. The results revealed that foliar application of MC @ 300 ppm yielded more seed cotton by improv-ing the setting percentage and therefore, increased number of picked (open) bolls plant-1 without exhibiting any ad-verse effect on quality traits.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pembelajaran passing sepak bola melalui tipe Student Tim Achievenment Division di SDN 03 Belungai Dalam. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu penelitian yang merupakan tindak lanjut dari penelitian deskriptif. Adapun subyek dalam pembelajaran ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 03 Belungai Dalam sebanyak 24 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SDN 03 Belungai Dalam khususnya kelas V, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) pada pelajaran Penjas materi passing permainan sepak bola kelas V meningkat. dengan nilai 70.17 pada pra siklus, kemudian 74.62 pada siklus 1, dan meningkat menjadi 80.38 pada siklus 2. Dari keseluruhan siklus yang sudah di lakukan memberikan dampak posistif pada sebuah pembelajaran.

Abstract:
This study describes the influence of texture and associated mechanical properties on ballistic performance of Aluminium-7017 alloy in two different (unidirectional and clock) hot rolling conditions. The change in texture has been explained in terms of β fiber in hot rolled and T6 tempered condition. A marginal variation in strength and hardness is observed with changing the mode of rolling, whereas Charpy impact values are found to be varying considerably. Results show that the unidirectional rolled material exhibits improved ballistic performance than that of the clock rolled plate. This has been attributed to different textures present in both the plates.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar penilaian keterampilan, LKPD dan tes siklus. Kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada siklus I, II dan III adalah 65,70 ; 64,93 ; dan 67,94 dengan pencapaian tiap indikator yaitu : (1) kemampuan siswa menyatakan ulang konsep : 47,91 ; 56,18; 75,42. (2) kemampuan siswa mengklasifikasikan objek atau sifat sesuai konsep : 54,26; 70,17; 92,20. (3) kemampuan memberi contoh dan bukan contoh dari suatu konsep :85,23 ; 97,73; 45,21. (4) kemampuan siswa meyajikan konsep dalam berbagai bentuk representasi : 53,10; 51,21 ; 56,47. (5) kemampuan siswa mengembangkan syarat perlu atau syarat cukup : 69,78; 46,61 ; 81,00. Di Indonesia, meskipun beberapa kultivar padi telah dibudidayakan secara tradisional, penelitiannya masih belum banyak dilakukan. Mengingat peningkatan diabetes yang mengkhawatirkan dengan tetap tingginya konsumsi beras, penelitian ini berupaya untuk mempelajari potensi glikemik dari beberapa kultivar padi berwarna di Indonesia yang diduga dapat memberikan manfaat kesehatan yang besar. Hasil penelitian dari 35 orang sampel yang diberi beban beras berwarna, adalah sebagai berikut: indeks glikemik (IG) beras putih yaitu sebesar 72.84%, indeks glikemik (IG) beras merah yaitu sebesar 70.17%, indeks glikemik (IG) beras coklat yaitu sebesar 51.09%, dan indeks glikemik (IG) beras hitam yaitu sebesar 83.83%. Varietas dengan indeks glikemik yang paling rendah adalah beras coklat. Dengan demikian, di antara beras-beras yang diuji, beras coklat memiliki potensi paling tinggi untuk menjadi alternatif diet untuk manajemen diabetes dan glukosa darah secara umum.

Nicotinamide (niacin) is a PP (Pellagra-Preventive) vitamer necessary for the synthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). The NAD molecule is a coenzyme of proteins involved in the synthesis of ATP from fats and carbohydrates. For more than 50 years, nicotinamide has been used as an antihyperlipidemic agent and to improve blood microcirculation. The results of a systematic analysis of 70417 publications on the pharmacology of nicotinamide made it possible to clarify the molecular mechanisms of the vasoprotective action of nicotinamide (including anti-inflammatory action), to summarize the results of experimental and clinical studies of anti-atherosclerotic effects (including the treatment of steatohepatosis and counteraction to obesity) and the cardioprotective properties of nicotinamide. The prospects for the combined use of statins and nicotinamide are shown, which allows to reduce the dosage of statins.
