Análise de Novena, canção de 1964 que inaugurou a carreira de compositores da dupla do então cantor-instrumentista Milton Nascimento e do letrista Márcio Borges. O contexto histórico, especialmente a partir de depoimentos dos dois artistas (BORGES, 1996, 2010, 2012; NASCIMENTO, 1993, 1996, 2009, 2012; BORGES e NASCIMENTO, 2012a, 2012b, 2012c, 2012d, 2012e, 2012f, 2012g, 2012h, 2012i, 2012j) e elementos melódicos, harmônicos e da relação texto-música da canção, percebidos na transcrição da única gravação de Milton Nascimento (NASCIMENTO e BORGES, 1993), apontam para a síntese de uma estética que se consolidou no Clube da Esquina, cujos membros desenvolveram carreiras com perfis ecléticos e uma linguagem musical estilisticamente híbrida.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakkan perhitungan Rasio Keuangan berdasar Surat Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor: KEP- 100/MBU/2002 pada PT Balai Pustaka (Persero). Hasil penilaian kinerja keuangan PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011, 2013, dan 2017 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mendapatkan predikat Kurang Sehat Kategori B dan pada tahun 2012, 2014, 2015, dan 2016 mengalami penurunan dengan tingkat kesehatan sehat kategori C (Tidak Sehat).
 This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011 - 2017. This study uses the calculation of financial ratios based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: KEP- 100 / MBU / 2002 at PT Balai Pustaka (Persero). The results of the financial performance assessment of PT Balai Pustaka (Persero) 2011, 2013, and 2017 show that the company received the title of Unhealthy Category B and in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 decreased with a healthy level of health in category C (Unhealthy).

Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar a infestação de plantas daninhas após cinco anos de cultivo com milho solteiro ou consorciado com Brachiaria ruziziensis no outono-inverno. Os tratamentos foram estabelecidos em áreas com diferentes períodos de consórcio (milho+braquiária) e cultivos do milho solteiro entre 2011 a 2015, sendo milho solteiro de 2011 a 2015, consórcio em 2011 + milho solteiro de 2012 a 2015, consórcio em 2011 e 2012 + milho solteiro de 2013 a 2015, consórcio de 2011 a 2013 + milho solteiro em 2014 e 2015, consórcio de 2011 a 2014 + milho solteiro em 2015, consórcio de 2011 a 2015, milho solteiro em 2011 + consórcio de 2012 a 2015, milho solteiro em 2011 e 2012 + consórcio de 2013 a 2015, milho solteiro de 2011 a 2013 + consórcio em 2014 e 2015, milho solteiro de 2011 a 2014 + consórcio em 2015. As maiores massas secas de Coniza spp. foram observadas nos tratamentos milho solteiro 2011 a 2015, consórcio 2011 e 2012 + milho solteiro 2013 a 2015 e consórcio 2011 a 2013 + milho solteiro 2014 e 2015 e de Digitaria spp. nos tratamentos milho solteiro 2011 a 2015, consórcio 2011 + milho solteiro 2012 a 2015 e consórcio 2011 e 2012 + milho solteiro 2013 a 2015. No ano de cultivo, o consórcio milho-braquiária aumenta a massa total de resíduos e inibe a presença de plantas daninhas. A reinfestação por Coniza spp. ocorre após um ano sem consórcio e de Digitaria spp. após dois anos sem consórcio, porém em menores quantidades do que na sucessão soja-milho safrinha.

En la última década, los estudios de innovación han incorporado nuevas perspectivas gracias a nuevos conceptos, tales como la innovación inclusiva (Guth, 2005; Heeks, Kintu, & Sjah, 2013; Nijhof, Fisscher, & Looise, 2002; OECD, 2013, 2015), la innovación frugal (Basu, Banerjee, & Sweeny, 2013; Bhatti, 2012; Rao, 2013; Zeschky, Widenmayer, & Gassmann, 2011), la innovación social (Adams & Hess, 2010; Cajaiba-Santana, 2014; Castro-Spila & Unceta, 2015; European Commission, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013), la innovación responsable (Hellström, 2003; Owen & Goldberg, 2010; Stilgoe, Owen, & Macnaghten, 2013; Von Schomberg, 2013) y la innovación abierta (H. Chesbrough, 2003; H. Chesbrough, 2004, 2006; O. Gassmann & Enkel, 2004; Oliver Gassmann, Enkel, & Chesbrough, 2010). Estas conceptualizaciones rompen con el esquema lineal de la innovación y con el ámbito exclusivo de la innovación basada en la investigación y desarrollo en el campo empresarial. Así, emerge con fuerza en los estudios de innovación una apertura hacia una visión distribuida del conocimiento, una pluralidad de agencias innovadoras y una concreta preocupación por la responsabilidad y por la inclusión de los más desfavorecidos.

The method consists in fitting the exponential decay function to the measured coma brightness in the aperture radius range from 0.5 to 2 pixels, and extrapolating this function to 0 pixels to obtain nuclear brightness. The R-band absolute nuclear magnitude RN(1, 1, 0), and the logarithm of the nucleus diameter DN expressed in kilometres, follow a linear dependence with the absolute total visual magnitude H. This dependence is of the form RN(1, 1, 0) = 12.5943 + 0.648H, and log DN[km] = 1.2415 − 0.13H. Comet 2P/Encke does not fit this dependence due to its high nuclear density of 800 kg m−3 (Sosa & Fernández 2009). The mean bulk density of the observed comets (except 2P/Encke) is 453 ± 29 kg m−3. The accuracy of the method in determining the brightness of comet nuclei at a level of 1σ is 8 per cent.

Abstract:
Resistance to Plum pox virus (PPV) in transgenic Prunus domestica L., clone C5 (cv. HoneySweet) was evaluated in a regulated field in the Czech Republic for fifteen years (2002–2016). PPV mild symptoms appeared in C5 trees only in several leaves situated close to the point of inoculum grafting up to 2010. No symptoms of PPV were observed in the years 2011–2013 and results of ELISA and RT-PCR detection tests were negative. In the twelfth year (2013), there was a severe unusual natural attack of plum trees by Monilinia sp. This Monilinia sp. attack occurred only one time – in 2013. There was no Monilinia sp. infection in 2002–2012 and in 2014–2016. Mild PPV symptoms reappeared in several leaves of transgenic plum trees in the next two years (2014–2015) and the presence of PPV was proved by DAS-ELISA and confirmed by RT-PCR.

The genus Eriocaulon Linnaeus (1753: 87) includes ca. 485 species and more than 40 infraspecific taxa distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the world (Govaerts 2016). Ansari & Balakrishnan (2009) recorded 85 species from India; however, they do not include the species described earlier by Bole & Almeida (1986), Yadav et al. (2008) and the species reported by Myrthong et al. (1983). Recently, 12 species are described within the genus (Shimpale et al. 2009, Shimpale & Yadav 2010, Vivek et al. 2010, Nampy et al. 2011, Swapna et al.2012, Biju et al. 2012, Sunil et al. 2013, Rashmi & Krishnakumar 2014, Manudev et al.2015, Sunil & Naveen Kumar 2015, Sunil et al. 2015).

Ingeniero Civil Industrial<br>El objetivo principal de esta Memoria es diseñar un Planificación Estratégica (PE) para la empresa Colchones Rosen SAIC de acuerdo a las condiciones actuales de su industria y su mercado y coherente con su ambiente interno. Esta PE permite alinear a las unidades organizacionales en torno a una Visión común y ofrece a sus clientes una promesa de valor atractiva reflejada en la Misión. La ejecución de esta PE además, aportará a los propietarios un mayor valor por su inversión de manera sustentable. Para cumplir con el objetivo se efectuó primeramente un levantamiento de información general de la empresa, su mercado, su organización y sus procesos. Luego se avanzó en el diagnóstico externo, basado en el Modelo de las 5 Fuerzas de Porter, y el interno, basado en el análisis de la Cadena de Valor; para concluir construyendo la matriz FODA y determinar las Variables Críticas de Éxito. A continuación se analizaron los elementos de PE actuales y se planteó una nueva PE con Visión, Misión, Objetivos y un BSC de control con su respectivo Mapa Estratégico. Se terminó con un análisis de Valor Presente de los flujos estimados y una discusión de factibilidad. Se determinó que la empresa está expuesta a amenazas latentes en su entorno por el mayor poder que han adquirido los grandes retailers y por la activación de su competencia relevante. No obstante se reveló que Rosen cuenta con las fortalezas necesarias para determinar una PE que asegure su liderazgo de manera indiscutible y establezca brechas que desalienten las acciones que puedan ponerlo en riesgo. Esa PE además, permite al menos duplicar el valor de la empresa en 5 años, aportando con ello una rentabilidad superior a sus accionistas. Con una tasa de actualización de 9,3% estimada según método WACC, se obtiene un VP de MM$ 4.284 con proyecciones a 5 años que además determinan una TIR de 26,7%. Como conclusión final y materia para cimentar el futuro y próximo desafío para la empresa, se plantea la necesidad de modificar la estructura de la propiedad y el Gobierno Corporativo, para posibilitar su salto desde una exitosa empresa regional, a una corporación global.

No Espírito Santo a região Metropolitana apresenta os maiores índices de transmissão desta doença. Desta forma a presente dissertação propôs identificar as áreas de risco para dengue, no município de Vila Velha, buscou a relação entre os índices larvários e os tipos de imóveis (residências e terrenos baldios), realizando a analise de dados e a produção de mapas temáticos, com o período da pesquisa de janeiro de 2011 a março de 2013. O estudo realizado foi do tipo ecológico com tratamento de análise espacial utilizando para a base de dados: as notificações (coeficiente de incidência de dengue) e componentes do LIRAa, (Índice de Infestação Predial e Índice de Breteau). Para a análise estatística foi utilizado o SPSS 17, para a associação, o teste de correlação de Spearman, onde se estipulou em 5% o nível de significância. Foram encontradas correlações de força moderada para os Índices de Breteau e Infestação Predial em relação aos imóveis residenciais no ano de 2011, estas estatisticamente significativas, em 2012 o coeficiente de incidência apresentou correlação de força fraca, não apresentando correlação para os demais índices. A incidência de dengue nos anos de 2011 e 2012 esteve todas as regiões do município, este apresentando, médias e altas taxas de incidências da doença. A ineficiência dos índices larvários para a correlação com os tipos de imóveis foi verificada, este estudo apresentou limitações que podem ser sanadas por outros tipos de estudos, que levem em conta o mosquito em sua fase adulta.

In Espirito Santo state the Metropolitan region presents the highest rates of transmission of this diease. Therefore this dissertation proposed identifying the dengue fever risk areas, in Vila Velha county, searched for the relation between the larval rates and the types of real state (houses and non occupied land), making an analysis of the data and producing theme maps, having the range of research between January of 2011 and March of 2013. The study was ecological with treatment of spacial analysis using as database: notifications (dengue fever incidence rate) and components of LIRAa (Buidings Infestation Rate and Breteau Rate). For the statistical analysis was used the SPSS 17, for the association, the correlation test by Spearman, where it was stipulated in 5% the level of significance. It was found correlation of moderate power to the Breteau Rate and Buildings Infestation Rate in relation to the real state houses in 2011, this being statisticaly meaningful, in 2012 the incidence rate presented correlation to weak power, not presenting correlation to the other rates. Dengue fever incidence in 2011 and 2012 happened in all regions of the county, this presenting, medium and high rates of incidence of the disease. The inefficiency of the larval rates to the correlation with the types of real state was verified, this study presented limitations that can be fixed by other types of studies, that take in consideration the mosquito in its adult stage<br>A dengue é uma doença arboviral causada por um dos quatro tipos de vírus identificados, mais comum em países de clima tropical pelo favorecimento de proliferação de seu vetor. Ocorre no Brasil de forma contínua e apresenta períodos de epidemias. No Espírito Santo, a região Metropolitana apresenta os maiores índices de transmissão desta doença. Desta forma, a presente dissertação propôs identificar as áreas de risco para dengue no município de Vila Velha, buscou a relação entre os índices larvários e os tipos de imóveis (residências e terrenos baldios), realizando a análise de dados e a produção de mapas temáticos com o período da pesquisa de janeiro de 2011 a março de 2013. O estudo realizado foi do tipo ecológico com tratamento de análise espacial, utilizando para a base de dados: as notificações (coeficiente de incidência de dengue) e componentes do LIRAa (Índice de Infestação Predial e Índice de Breteau). Para a análise estatística foi utilizado o SPSS 17, para a associação, o teste de correlação de Spearman, em que se estipulou em 5% o nível de significância. Foram encontradas correlações de força moderada para os Índices de Breteau e Infestação Predial em relação aos imóveis residenciais no ano de 2011, estas estatisticamente significativas, em 2012 o coeficiente de incidência apresentou correlação de força fraca, não apresentando correlação para os demais índices. A incidência de dengue nos anos de 2011e 2012 esteve em todas as regiões do município, apresentando médias e altas taxas de incidências da doença. A ineficiência dos índices larvários para a correlação com os tipos de imóveis foi verificada, este estudo apresentou limitações que podem ser sanadas por outros tipos de estudos que levem em conta o mosquito em sua fase adulta

O plano descreve as envolventes externas e internas da clínica, incluindo uma análise da concorrência e dos seus possíveis factores-chave de sucesso. Descreve também a segmentação, mercado-alvo e posicionamento, e ainda os objectivos de marketing e financeiros que se pretendem atingir nos dois primeiros anos de funcionamento. O marketing-mix encontra-se dividido em sete pontos: Serviço, Preço, Distribuição, Comunicação, Pessoas, Processo e Evidências Físicas. O ponto chave deste plano são os recursos humanos, pois são eles que irão prestar os serviços disponibilizados pela clínica, mas que também irão contribuir para a possibilidade de adequar os preços praticados ao poder económico do público-alvo<br>All over the world, the population is getting older, and Portugal is not an exception. Nowadays, there are 1.9 million inhabitants older than 65 years old that need specialized health care. In order to satisfy this need, this work presents a Marketing Plan for the creation of a clinic specialized in geriatrics. The plan describes the clinic's external and internal environment, including a competition analysis and key-factors for success. It also describes segmentation, targeting and positioning, and even marketing and financial objectives for the first two years of the clinic. In the marketing-mix there are seven topics: Service, Price, Placement, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence. The key-point of this plan is human resources. They are the ones that will provide the clinic services available to patients and also, the ones that will allow to adapt the prices to the current economic situation of the target population.

Nesse sentido, a eficiência e a eficácia dos planos e programas governamentais de investimentos em transportes, aliado ao recurso privado, repercutem diretamente na competitividade dos demais setores. A presente dissertação objetiva analisar as políticas de transportes através da comparação dos investimentos previstos e realizados no transporte ferroviário de cargas, constantes nos PPA’s 2008 - 2011 e 2012 - 2015, e ainda, auferir os projetos concluídos em termos de km de ferrovias entregues. Para atender aos objetivos desta pesquisa, foi utilizado o método da eficácia objetiva e, de forma complementar e investigativa, procedida à aplicação de entrevistas e questionários com gestores e técnicos da área de transportes e de órgãos afins, com o planejamento e a execução da política de transportes. Os resultados obtidos para com a realização física e financeira dos empreendimentos ferroviários de carga contidos nos PPA's, frente às metas pré-estabelecidas, ficaram abaixo do desejável e do previsto pelo governo para cada quadriênio. Em contraponto, a execução financeira do PPA 2012 – 2015 relativamente à meta inicialmente prevista reflete um alto grau de aplicação de recursos nos projetos ferroviários de carga, entretanto, com uma baixa execução física, o que remete a não efetividade do plano quanto à sua eficiência e eficácia. Por fim, as entrevistas realizadas e os questionários aplicados, foram relevantes para destacar e conhecer os fatores que contribuíram para a inefetividade das metas propostas nos PPA’s, além de se poder graduar sua importância e correlação na concepção/execução das políticas de transporte. Os resultados encontrados atestam a não realização das metas programadas nos períodos previstos, reforçando a ineficiência do planejamento governamental, com reflexos acentuados no setor transportes. As metas financeiras previstas nos PPA’s não guardam correspondência com as respectivas metas físicas, desacreditando esses planos frente à sociedade e os programas e projetos ferroviários planejados perante os gestores, técnicos e os executores. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT<br>Transportation sector has been establishing its own differential dynamic, integrated within each region of a country, with a direct contribution to their economic performances and habitants' quality of life. It is also crucial to each region development and progress. Furthermore, efficiency and effectiveness of Governmental Plans and Programs for investments in the transportation sector, including private funding, have affected directly on competitiveness of other sectors. This dissertation has aimed to analyse both budget and spent investment amounts in cargo railways transportation, published by Ministry of Transport at Multi Annual Plan 2008 to 2011, and 2012 to 2015. In addition, concluded projects have been assessed based on kilometre of completed rail tracks. In order to achieve the goals of this research, it has been used the objective efficiency evaluation method, followed by a complementary and more informative way, in which has been applied interviews and questionnaires to managers and technicians of the transport area that work with planning and implementation of the transport policy. The results attained by analysing all data, in comparison with the goals set by the Government, have indicated that the expected achievements have not been reached in either period of time evaluated in this research. On the other hand, when evaluating the financial implementation of the Multi Annual Plan 2012 to 2015 regarding its initial budget, it has revealed that although a high amount of funds have been supplied to projects of cargo railways, only few of those projects have been successfully completed, demonstrating the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the planning. The analysis presented in this research has been relevant to highlight the factors that contribute to the failure of the Government on achieving the targets indicated at the Multi Annual Plan, rating its importance and correlation in terms of implementation of the transport policy. In conclusion, the results attained have attested the fact that the inefficiency of Government planning with solid reflexes in the transportation sector. Moreover, the budget amounts published at the Multi Annual Plans have shown no correlation with the spent amounts degrading them to society and discrediting projects and programmes to managers, technicians and executives.

AbstractProfound developments in terms of scale, diversity of digital media and prosumerism (García-Galera &amp; Valdivia, 2014; Madianou, 2011) in the last decade have resulted in vast monitoring of movement, migratory or otherwise. While migrants have been outlined as digital natives, early adopters and heavy users of digital technologies (Ponzanesi &amp; Leurs, 2014); the intersection of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and migration is still under-researched (Oiarzabal &amp; Reips 2012), Madianou’s (2011) work being a notable exception. As Leurs and Prabhakar highlight (2018, p. 247), the implications of the rise of ubiquitous and pervasive technologies (software and hardware) for the migration experience can be grouped in two sets of media practices. On the one hand, these technologies are used to reproduce and (forcefully) enforce top-down control by (state) authorities. On the other, they enable migrants - both voluntary and forced - to connect (dis)affectively, manage kinship and other relationships (Cabalquinto, 2018; Madianou, 2012; Prieto-Blanco, 2016), participate in collective processes (Siapera &amp; Veikou, 2013; Martínez Martínez, 2017; Özdemir, Mutluer &amp; Özyürek, 2019), establish a sense of belonging (Yue, Li, Jin, &amp; Feldman, 2013; Budarick, 2015; Gencel-Bek &amp; Prieto-Blanco, 2020), and move money across borders (Aker, 2018; Batista &amp; Narciso, 2013). “[T]he transformed epistolary base and the communication infrastructure of the migrant experience” (Hedge 2016, p. 3), with their distinct affordances, impact on how migration is currently understood via a focus on connectivity and presence. This paper explains in a de-westernized sense (Gunaratne, 2010) how internet-mediated communication changes the way we deal with and plan time both individually and culturally in Germany and China. Therefore, it blends Western and Eastern culture and media theories. The paper focuses on two distinct phenomena: temporal change due to social media, and Online journalism, as the core of Internet-mediated communication (for Germany 39% communication, media use 24% Projektgruppe ARD/ZDF-Multimedia, 2016; for China 90.7% instant messaging, 82% Internet news China Internet Network Information Center, 2017), with other temporal change via smart devices touched upon (Ash, 2018). General research on time in post modern societies, recently more focused on media’s temporal change phenomena (e.g. Barker, 2012; Barker, 2018; Castells, 2010; Eriksen, 2001; Hartmann, 2016; Hassan, 2003; Innis, 2004; Neverla, 2010a, 2010b; Nowotny, 1995; Rantanen, 2005; Wajcman, 2010; Wajcman and Dodd) has not yet linked the different societal and cultural levels of temporal change. Thus, we suggest the following to fill this research gap: For a micro perspective the notions of network theories (e.g. Granovetter, 1973; Schönhuth, 2013), media synchronicity (Dennis, Fuller, and Valacich, 2008) and the idea of permanent connectivity (Sonnentag, Reinecke, Mata, and Vorderer, 2018; van Dijck, 2013; Vorderer, Krömer, and Schneider, 2016) are linked. On a meso level, institutional change in Online journalism with a focus on acceleration is modeled (Ananny, 2016; Bødker and Sonnevend, 2017; Dimmick, Feaster, and Hoplamazian, 2011; Krüger, 2014; Neuberger, 2010). On a macro level, mediatization theory (Couldry and Hepp, 2017; Krotz, 2001, 2012) and recent acceleration theory (Rosa, 2005, 2012, 2017) is discussed. The levels are systematically linked suggesting a micro-meso-macro-link (Quandt, 2010) to then ask if and how many of the dimensions of the construct temporal understanding (Faust, 2016) can be changed through Internet-mediated communication. Temporal understanding consists of nine dimensions: General past, general future, instrumental experience (monochronicity), fatalism, interacting experience (polychronicity), pace of life, future as planned expectation and result of proximal goals as well as future as trust based interacting expectation and result of present positive behavior. Temporal understanding integrates the anthropological construct of polychronicity (Bluedorn, Kalliath, Strube, and Martin, 1999; Hall, 1984; Lindquist and Kaufman-Scarborough, 2007), pace of life (Levine, 1998) and temporal horizon (Klapproth, 2011) into a broader framework which goes beyond Western biased constructs through the theory driven incorporation of Confucian notions (Chinese Culture Connection, 1987). Finally, meta trends are laid out.

Abstract:
Teachers are moral agents. Acting professionally in loco parentis teachers have a legal and moral duty of care to students (DES, 2017). Moreover, they can be regarded as moral ‘role models’ (Bergen, 2006; Lumpkin, 2013). Professional codes of practice assist teachers in their moral agency (Alberta Teachers’ Association, 2004; CDET, 2017; DfE, 2011; Education Council, 2017; Teaching Council, 2012; 2016; World Class Teachers, 2017). In conjunction with official codes of conduct, TE ethics programmes contribute to the development of “a moral language” and raise awareness of moral agency in teaching (Shapira-Lishchinsky, 2010). In 2014 the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) and the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) jointly developed a cross-institutional training programme entitled ‘The Ethical Teacher Programme’, designed to facilitate student teachers to reflect upon professionalism and ethics during School Placement. The programme incorporated both a study of the Teaching Council Code of Professional Conduct for Teachers (Code) (2012) and explorations of selected ethical ‘case studies’ in teaching, using collaborative learning (CL) and role play strategies. The ‘ethical dilemma’ approach employed mirrored literature studies (Colenerud, 1997; Husu &amp; Tiri, 2003; Klassen, 2002). Unique to the approach, however, was the method of application of selected classical and contemporary ethical philosophies to moral dilemmas in teaching. The programme was designed to include a one-hour introductory lecture on professionalism and ethics (from the perspectives of moral literacy and ethical theory) followed by a two-hour applied workshop. The workshop employed student-centred, active teaching and learning methods, specifically, collaborative learning, role play and case study analysis. Six ethical philosophical principles (or ‘lenses’) were integrated into programme delivery - teleology, deontology, virtue ethics, justice ethics, care ethics and relationality ethics. These lenses were applied to real-world teaching case studies. One cohort to which this training programme is offered annually is the student teachers on the Professional Master of Education (PME) programme in NUIG. The PME cohort (2015-2016) is the focus of the present study. The study sought a critical reflection on, and evaluation of, this training programme, from a student perspective. This study is phase one of a larger on-going study.

In Chile, despite the great coverage achieved, there are still children and adolescents who leave school without being able to complete 12 years of compulsory education (Casen, 2015); moreover, among the countries that make up the OECD, Chile is in the first places of deschooling (TALIS, 2013). This marginalization from the school system is affecting a significant number of children and hindering areas of integration and social development, which accentuates processes of social exclusion and violation of rights in Chile (Casen, 2015; Mide-UC, 2016; Mineduc, 2017). This is reinforced by pedagogical practices that strengthen these probabilities of failure (Román, 2013). The phenomenon of school reintegration has little evidence in relation to the human and technical component in school reintegration processes, either locally (Mide-UC, 2016; UNESCO-UNICEF-Chilean Association of Municipalities, 2012), or internationally (CEPAL, 2010; Contreras et al, 2014; Sucre, 2016), which implies observing and analyzing pedagogical intervention practices in these contexts, in terms of how these dialogical-reflective relational dynamics between teachers and children and adolescents are developed, from the perspective of pedagogical interactions, an area of growing interest in educational sciences, which looks at more than the action itself, at how and what happens in the interaction. (Colomina et al, 2001) This research from a qualitative, transactional approach, oriented from the perspective of descriptive studies (Hernández,et al, 2010) and enriched with the symbolic interactionism of Blumer (1969), whose contributions indicate that the nature of the teaching-learning processes can only be unraveled through direct examination, seeks to understand pedagogical intervention practices from the perspective of pedagogical interactions which are developed between teachers and their students, within the framework of the specialized protection programs in school reintegration implemented in Chile by the National Service for Minors of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, in vulnerable sectors of the communes of Talca, Region of Maule and La Pintana, Metropolitan Region. The analysis through the theoretical and empirical contributions provided by the scientific evidence on pedagogical interactions, in terms of how they are configured, deployed and how these pedagogical intervention practices are perceived by the actors involved, added to the findings obtained, provides an opportunity to innovate by allowing the observation of school reintegration as a scenario of human relations and to deepen around this professional action as a critical element, constituting the improvement of teaching and effectiveness in school reintegration processes.

Recently the knowledge management processes are analysed as the main source of uniqueness for the organisations, while they are facing the challenge of implementing the most efficient processes that affect their performance (Chang, Hsu, &amp;amp; Yen, 2012; Kianto, Vanhala, &amp;amp; Heilmann, 2016; Raudeliūnienė &amp;amp; Meidutė-Kavaliauskienė, 2016; Raudeliūnienė, Davidavičienė, &amp;amp; Jakubavičius, 2018; Känsäkoski, 2017). The scientists distinguish different combinations of knowledge manage-ment processes in approaching the knowledge management process and analysis has shown that knowledge management processes, studied by most scientists, do not have a clear knowledge man-agement structure (García-Fernández, 2015; Raudeliūnienė et al., 2018). The purpose of this study is to examine the knowledge management concept and knowledge management cycle considering the different interpretations of scientists. The study is grounded on scientific literature review.

The paper covers the general approach followed by AFCEN, the French Society for Design, Construction and In-Service Inspection Rules for Nuclear Island Components, in codes and standards, from the technical and organizational points of views. The RCC-M code is the major reference code in existence since the creation of AFCEN. The presentation highlights how the industrial experience is currently integrated into the industrial codes, and how codes evolve taking into account the enlargement of AFCEN, new AFCEN organization rules, international environment, and international best practices. Processes for updates, interpretations and inquiries are addressed. New 2012 Edition of the Code integrates addenda 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 of 2007 Edition. Modification sheets of Addenda 2011 are detailed, in particular because this addendum will not be published, and will be directly integrated in 2012 Edition. Future evolutions are also addressed, giving the frame for the objective of new RCC-M addenda in 2013.

Abstract:
INTRODUÇÃO: A hanseníase é uma doença com grande prevalência na população brasileira. Causada pelo bacilo Mycobacterium leprae, atinge principalmente o tecido epitelial e nervoso periférico. Atualmente é realizada vacina do bacilo de Calmette-Guérin (BCG), em dose única, em pessoas que tiveram contato com doentes como medida profilática. A imunização para BCG, bacilos atenuados que causam a tuberculose, pode produzir imunidade, ainda que não específica, às pessoas expostas ao M. leprae. Esse imunizante é aplicado no Brasil desde 1927, sendo introduzido nos hospitais para aplicação em neonatos ainda na maternidade, em 2019. OBJETIVOS: Determinar a incidência de novos casos de Hanseníase na população brasileira bem como a cobertura vacinal do BCG num período de 7 anos. METODOLOGIA: Foram coletados dados do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS) acerca dos registros de diagnóstico de Hanseníase em indivíduos de ambos os sexos e dados da vacinação de BCG-Hanseníase de 2013 a 2019. Também foram avaliados dados do boletim epidemiológico de Hanseníase na sua última edição (2021). RESULTADOS: As notificações de hanseníase no Brasil no período estudado, somam 250614, média de 35802 casos/ano, sem padrão de variação. O ano de 2014 teve maior número de registros, 38421, e 2016 o menor, 32190. A taxa média de redução de casos é de 1.38% ao ano, entretanto, apenas três anos do estudo apresentaram redução absoluta dos registros, 2015, 2016 e 2018. Quanto à vacinação de BCG profilática, foram aplicadas 348156 imunizações no período, porém existe grave padrão de redução, em que 97329 doses foram aplicadas em 2013 e apenas 18246 em 2019, uma redução de 81.25%. CONCLUSÃO: Contrariando o aumento de casos de hanseníase no país, o número de doses de BCG aplicadas aos expostos à doença, apresenta redução importante, o que pode ser atribuído à baixa notificação de contatos ou baixa adesão a vacinas. Entretanto pode-se apontar maior rapidez no diagnóstico, logo, menor número de contatos que requeiram profilaxia. De todo modo, a incidência da doença ainda apresenta números preocupantes, enquanto a cobertura vacinal reduz vertiginosamente. Necessita-se estudos mais complexos acerca dessa relação, a fim de estabelecer maiores conclusões

Abstract:
The theory of Relative Age Effect (RAE) works on the assumption that athletes born at the beginning of a calendar year are more successful than athletes born in the end of the year. The athletes born early have a significant probability of a higher level of physiological, mor-phological and psychological abilities than later born athletes. Several studies show that the RAE was not found in females or it was significantly lower than in males. The research objective was to find out the influence of RAE in WTA Tour TOP100 female professional tennis players (n=500) in 2014–2018. Cohen’s effect size (ES) w was calculated to assess the level of the influence of RAE. To assess the differences between the observed and the expected relative age quarter distribution, Chi-Square test (ꭕ2) was used. In terms of effect size (ES), a medium influence of RAE has been proven in 2016 and 2017 (w = 0.33, resp. w = 0.30); a small influence has been proven in years 2014, 2015, 2018 and in the whole observed period 2014–2018. Based on statistical analysis, the influence of RAE cannot be rejected in years 2016 (p 0.05). The next step was to assess the influence of RAE on the final WTA ranking in 2014–2018. Players have been divided into four intervals: 1–25, 26–50, 51–75 and 76–100 positions. ES has showed the medium influence of RAE in 76–100 positions (w = 0.34); only small influence of RAE was found in other positions. Statistical analysis showed that the influence of RAE cannot be rejected in 1–25, 26–50 and 76–100 positions (p &lt; 0.05): it can be rejected in 54–75 positions. The results of the research have shown the medium influence of RAE in 2016 and 2017: in the recent years (and in the whole observed period of 2014–2018), the influence of RAE was small. The influence of RAE on the final WTA ranking is also small, except the 76–100 positions.
