Kitab Al-Qur’an yang merupakan pusat ajaran Islam telah menjadi bahan pengkajian yang tidak pernah kering. Ia selalu digali agar ditemukan berbagai mutiara dari dalam kandungannya. Sepanjang perjalanan sejarah Al-Qur’an, berbagai kalangan telah menumpahkan segenap waktu, tenaga dan fikirannya untuk selalu dapat berinteraksi dengan kalam yang mulia tersebut. Semakin intens perhatian yang diarahkan kepadanya, semakin besar daya tarik yang ia pancarkan dan daya tarik tersebut tidak pernah habis dan selalu tampak menarik bagaikan kilauan sudut permata yang begitu indah. Salah satu jenis kajian yang terus berkembang seiring perjalanan waktu adalah kajian tafsir yang boleh dikatakan sama tuanya dengan usia Al-Qur’an sejak ia diturunkan oleh Allah kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW 14 Abad yang lalu. Dalam setiap kurun waktu tertentu, cabang ini telah menghasilkan pemikir-pemikir yang brilian yang telah mampu menjelaskan berbagai macam makna yang dikandung oleh Al-Qur’an dan menghasilkan karya-karya besar. Karya-karya tersebut kelak akan menjadi salah satu alat mediasi yang paling jitu untuk mudah memahami Al-Qur’an dan menjadikannya pelita dalam kehidupan ini. Tak pelak lagi, nama Abdullah bin Abbas atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Ibnu Abbas menjadi salah satu nama yang paling popular dalam menafsirkan wahyu Allah tersebut. Kemampuan yang ia miliki telah diakui oleh berbagai kalangan, terutama kalangan sahabat-sahabat Nabi yang cukup senior seperti Umar bin Khattab dan Ali bin Abi Thalib. Langkah-langkah Ibnu Abbas dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an, pun menjadi salah satu model yang mengilhami ulama-ulama besar dalam bidang tafsir beberapa abad kemudian. Kota suci Mekkah menjadi awal perkembangan pemikiran Ibnu Abbas yang juga menghasilkan ulama-ulama besar seperti Said bin Jubair dan Mujahid bin Jabr

Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang Abdullah bin Abbas dan peranannya dalam penafsiran al-Qur‟an. Penulis juga membahas ciri-ciri penafsiran Abdullah bin Abbas yang diriwayatkan dalam nuskhah Ali bin Abi Tholhah. Artikel ini menjelaskan riwayat hidup Abdullah bin Abbas, dan konsistensinya dalam menghimpun hadits dan Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur‟an, sehingga ia dijuluki sebagai Turjuman al-Qur‟an. Penulis juga memberikan penjelasan tentang pentingnya nuskhah Ali bin Abi Tholhah, sebagai salah satu teks terbaik yang menghimpun tafsir Abdullah bin Abbas. Secara umum tafsir Abdullah bin Abbas mencakup sebagian ayat dari 106 surat dalam al-Qur‟an, dan ada 8 surat yang tidak ditafsirkan oleh Ibnu Abbas. Hal ini diyakini karena ayat-ayat tersebut sudah bisa dipahami oleh Umat Islam pada masa itu. Tafsir Ibnu Abbas secara umum menggunakan tiga metode utama: tafsir al-Qur‟an dengan al-Qur‟an, tafsir al-Qur‟an dengan as-Sunnah, dan tafsir al-Qur‟an dengan lisan Bangsa Arab. Tafsir Ibnu Abbas juga mencakup berbagai cabang ilmu al-Qur‟an, seperti Makki-Madani, Nasikh-Mansukh, Asbab Nuzul, Hukum-hukum Fiqih, Penjelasan kisah-kisah al-Qur‟an, dan penjelasan perumpamaan-perumpamaan dalam al-Qur‟an.

Ibn Abbas has many Hadiths in Tafseer. Most of these not sahih and authentic۔There is a book of tafseer attributed to him from these hadith which is known as “Tanvir Ul miqbas min tafseer e Inb Abbas”.It is Called “Tafsir Ibn Abbas”.in addition to this Tabri and Al talabi have also mentioned many hadiths from Ibn Abbas. But it is not certain that all the hadiths belong to Ibn Abbas as Imam Shafi said: “There is nothing more than a hundred authentic hadiths from Ibn Abbas in the Tafseer.” For this reason we need to recognize their becoming sahih, their weakness and their fabrication for separating some of the sahaih hadiths from these numerous hadiths. In this research article the chains of those hadiths are investigated and explained their credibility.

Tulisan ini ingin menjelaskan penafsiran Ibnu Abbas menegenai Surat Al-Fatihah dalam kitab Tafsir Tanwi>rul Miqba>s yang disusun oleh Fairuz Abadi yang merupakan ulama abad pertengahan yang lahir pada tahun 729. Dalam menjelaskan penafsiran Ibn Abbas penulis menggunakan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan untuk menjelasakan metode yang digunakan oleh Ibn Abbas dalam menjelaskan Surat Al-Fatihah. Pembehasan ini pada dasarnya telah dijelaskan beberapa penelitian dan beberapa jurnal diantaranya yaitu karya Hasan Asyari yang menjelaskan Tafsir Ibn Abbas, selain itu Nuri Hayatti dalam skripsinya juga menjelaskan Tafsir Ibn Abbas. Terdapat perbedaan dari dua penelitian ini yaitu dalam tulisan ini penulis hanya membahas tafsir Al-Fatihah.

Shah Abbas expected that the extirpation of the Portuguese base in the Persian Gulf especially in Hormuz Island and destroying their trade activity would flourish the trade activity of Bandar Abbas and this what happened really, The trade activity moved from Hormuz after its destruction to Bandar Abbas ,The British company helped the Persian forces in freeing and because of that they were given a permission to make a trade agency in Bandar Abbas in 1623 AD , Because of that the manager of the British Company agreed to move his work from Bandar Jasik to Bandar Abbas and it was the first trade agency in Bandar Abbas.

Abstract:
This research was proposed by Siradjuddin Abbas who in some literature is not known as a hadith figure. He is better known as a prominent Indonesian theologian and fiqh expert. In fact, the thoughts and contributions of Siradjuddin Abbas in the study of hadith can be traced in his various works. This study aimed to reveal the contribution of Siradjuddin Abbas in the study of hadith. The descriptive-analytical method and the biographical approach were used to answer the questions: 1) whether Siradjuddin Abbas can be said to be a hadith figure, and 2) what is the contribution of Siradjuddin Abbas in the study of hadith in Indonesia. The results of the study indicated that; 1) Siradjuddin Abbas is not only a theologian and fuqahā’ but also a figure in Indonesian hadith. Although he did not write a specific hadith book, Siradjuddin Abbas’s thoughts on hadith are scattered in his various works. He was a collector, commentator and eristic of hadith in written and oral. 2) The roles and thoughts of Siradjuddin Abbas contributed to the study of hadith in Indonesia. He strengthens the argument for Ahlussunnah wal Jamā’ah’s understanding by providing hadith arguments on the thoughts of kalam and fiqh. Although the role, thought and understanding of the Hadith of Siradjuddin Abbas is more of a defence of the Asy’ariyah theology and the Shafi’i school, the thought of the hadith becomes a reference and guide for the Islamic community, especially from traditionalist Muslims

Pour Schiller, le cours des événements a donné à l'esprit du temps une orientation qui menace de l'éloigner toujours plus de l'art idéaliste. Ce dernier a pour devoir de se détacher de la réalité et de se hausser avec une convenable audace au-dessus du besoin ; car l'art est fils de la liberté et il veut que sa règle lui soit prescrite par la nécessité inhérente aux esprits, non par les besoins de la matière. Or maintenant c'est le besoin qui règne en maître et qui courbe l'humanité déchue sous son joug tyrannique. Les lettres sur l'éducation esthétique de l'homme de Schiller, tentent une reconstruction de la civilisation, à l'aide de la force libératrice de la fonction esthétique ; celle-ci alors envisagée comme contenant la possibilité d'un nouveau principe de réalité. La beauté prépare donc la moralité en permettant à la volonté de s'affirmer dans son autonomie. L'homme n'a plus qu'à vouloir pour agir en vue de fins raisonnables, pour décider dans quelle mesure il veut être ce qu'il doit être, c'est-à-dire un homme. Et Schiller de proposer à nos efforts une longue éducation esthétique, dont il attend des conséquences importantes pour la vie des sociétés. Il s'est en effet convaincu que la liberté politique ne peut être la prérogative que de citoyens qui, parce qu'ils se sont ennoblis par la beauté, sont devenus capables de liberté morale. La belle âme est le produit le plus pur de l'éducation esthétique et morale. Il s'agit simplement de l'accord entre la raison et le sentiment<br>For Schiller, the lesson of events gave in spirit of the age an orientation which threatens to move it away always more idealistic art. This last has to have to break loose from reality and to rise up with proper one boldness above the need ; because art is threads of freedom and he wants his rule to be prescribed to him by inherent necessity in minds, not by needs of material. And now it is the need which reigns in master and that bows the humanity striped under its tyrannical yoke. Letters on the aesthetic education of the man of Schiller attract a reconstruction of civilization, with the aid of the liberating force of aesthetic function ; this one then envisaged as to be containing the possibility of a new principle of reality. Beauty prepares morals therefore by allowing will to become apparent in its self-government. The man does not have more than to want to act with the aim of reasonable aims, to decide in which measure there wants to be what he must be, that is to say a man. And Schiller to offer in our efforts a long aesthetic education, from which he expects for important consequences for the life of societies. It persuaded himself in effect that political freedom can be prerogative only of citizens who, because they ennobled by beauty, became able of moral freedom. Nice soul is the purest product of aesthetic and moral education. It is simply about agreement between reason and feeling

O filme Cópia fiel (2010), de Abbas Kiarostami, configura um objeto estranho dentro da filmografia desse autor iraniano. Ao mesmo tempo que muito dialoga com questões já apresentadas em trabalhos anteriores do diretor, o filme marca uma ruptura, indica um novo caminho. Se sua obra continuamente explorou os cruzamentos entre ficção e realidade, Cópia fiel, por sua vez, parece mergulhar na ficção sem se referir a uma realidade que lhe seja exterior ou contígua. A dramaturgia e as construções formais do filme (enquadramentos, montagem, mise en scène) elaboram uma reflexão conceitual sobre a própria ideia de ficção e representação artística, explorando os conceitos-chave da obra: cópias e originais. Esta dissertação busca, através da análise fílmica, investigar tais procedimentos do filme que competem para tensionar a própria ideia de ficção cinematográfica. Dividimos nosso percurso em três partes para dar conta de distintos aspectos da ficção que o filme aborda, sintetizados nos termos palco, espelho e janela. O palco representa o ponto em que a ficção se coloca como evidentemente separada da realidade: lugar de paradoxos e de fricções entre ator e personagem. O espelho representa as infinitas repetições e duplicações da estrutura do filme e a relação de identificação-projeção do espectador com a obra. Por fim, a janela explora o viés realista do filme, sua vocação \"transparente\", problematizando a possibilidade de se acessar um determinado real, o original de todas as cópias.<br>The film Certified copy (2010), by Abbas Kiarostami, is a strange object within his filmography. It continues to work on issues presented in the director\'s prior works, but it also represents a rupture, indicating a new path. His works continually explored the entanglements between fiction and reality, whereas Certified copy seems to abolish any perspective on an exterior reality to the film\'s fiction. The dramaturgy and the formal constructions of the film (framings, montage, mise en scène) build a conceptual reflection on the very idea of fiction and artistic representation, exploring key-concepts of the work, such as copies and originals. This dissertation intends to investigate through filmic analyses the procedures that tension the notion of cinematic fiction. The text is divided in three parts, each of them aiming at a particular aspect of the fiction explored by the movie, each compressed into one symbolic notion: stage, mirror and window. The stage represents the strict division between reality and fiction: a place of paradoxes and frictions between the actors and their characters. The mirror investigates the infinite repetitions and duplications within the film structure, and also the spectator\'s process of projection and identification. Finally, the window explores the realistic aspect of the film, its \"transparent\" vocation, questioning the possibility of a true access of the real, the original to every copy.

Ces travaux portent sur plusieurs facettes de l’emploi du bleu dans les miniatures persanes. Ils se fondent sur un corpus constitué de 56 manuscrits à peintures, appartenant à la période qui va de l’accession au trône des Safavides jusqu’au règne de Shah Abbâs (soit de 1501 à 1588), et conservés à la Bibliothèque Nationale de France et à la British Library. Ce travail s’articule autour de deux grands axes. Le premier aborde les questions préliminaires relatives aux matériaux et techniques utilisés pour fabriquer la couleur bleue qui se rencontrent dans la peinture persane du XVIe siècle. Cette étude exigeait aussi une définition exacte des noms des nuances de la couleur bleue. Deux catégories de sources textuelles fournissent des informations sur la nature des pigments et le chromatisme employés dans la miniature persane, à savoir les traités techniques et les œuvres scientifiques. L’autre partie de cette thèse présente dans un premier temps une étude picturale détaillée en vue de définir les divers emplacements de la couleur bleue sur les peintures du corpus ; dans un second temps, il est procédé à une analyse textuelle des ouvrages dudit corpus, permettant de confirmer la corrélation des textes avec leurs illustrations quant aux indications liées au choix de la couleur bleue. Ces deux analyses nous mènent vers une synthèse qui aide à comprendre l’aspect symbolique et métaphorique de cette couleur dans l’ensemble de ses représentations picturales. Certaines sources telles que les récits de voyages et les recueils de biographies ou les textes littéraires et mystiques comportent des renseignements précieux sur l’emploi de la couleur bleue dans la société et son contexte culturel<br>This research deals with several aspects of the use of blue in Persian miniatures. It is based on a corpus of 56 illustrated manuscripts, dating from the beginning of rule of the Safavids until the reign of Shah Abbas (i.e. from 1501 to 1588 A.D.), preserved in the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the British Library. This work contains two major developments. At first, come the preliminary questions about the materials and techniques used to make the colour blue met in the paintings of the XVIth century. This study also required an exact definition of the names of shades of blue. Two categories of textual sources provide information about the nature of the pigments and the chromatics used in the Persian miniature; they are technical treaties and scientific works. The other part of this thesis is made up of pictorial studies which allow us to determine the location of the colour blue in painting. This approach is coupled with an analysis of the illustrated texts in order to confirm the correlation between pictures and texts when dealing with the colour blue. Both analyses lead to a synthesis that helps us understand the symbolic and metaphorical aspects of this colour in all its pictorial uses. Some sources such as travelogues and biographies or literary and mystical texts contain information on the use of blue in society and its cultural context

Abstract:
Iranian film has in recent decades comprised an increasingly important and influential cinema. The Iranian Islamic Revolution of 1979 paved the way for freedom of artistic and literary expression, communicating a new generation of unheard voices in Iranian society. More specifically Iranian cinema has progressed in maintaining an identity that reflects both a contemporary nation and auteuristic cinematics. Abbas Kiarostami is one of the more recent and leading film directors rewarded with critical and filmmaking acclaim out of Iran, producing contemporary snapshots of society and culture. His filmmaking methods and ideals are very much reflective of the style of post Second World War Italian Neorealism. In context and filmmaking principles Kiarostami adapts the conventions of Neorealism in exploring contemporary Iranian socio-cultural problems in a similar manner. This project aims to explore the relationship between the style and context of his filmmaking in terms of mise-en-scène, themes and socio-cultural concerns. It shows how Kiarostami creates a distinctive form of Neorealist filmmaking to get at the ‘truths’ of contemporary Iranian life in a particular way. In doing so an emergent strand of a modern-Neorealism becomes apparent.

Abstract:
INTRODUÇÃO: O lúpus eritematoso sistêmico (LES) é uma doença autoimune crônica decorrente de uma resposta exacerbada de anticorpos autorreativos, causando um processo inflamatório multissistêmico de forma lenta e progressiva. Essa patologia possui uma maior prevalência entre mulheres jovens afrodescendentes. Nesse contexto, a etiologia associada ao lúpus é multifatorial e possui uma relação intrínseca com os aspectos imunológicos. OBJETIVOS: Devido à importância da imunoterapia no tratamento do lúpus eritematoso sistêmico, tornou-se necessário o desenvolvimento de novas abordagens terapêuticas, para proporcionar uma melhor qualidade de vida aos portadores da doença, uma vez que, a patologia pode ocorrer em qualquer faixa etária sendo que as mulheres são acometidas em uma proporção de 6:1 e 9:1. MATERIAIS E MÉTODOS: O estudo consiste em uma revisão de literatura com o intuito de elucidar o papel das novas imunoterapias no tratamento do LES. Para tanto, utilizou-se as bases de dados SciELO, PubMed, Google Acadêmico e a literatura Imunologia Celular e Molecular do ABBAS 8ª edição. RESULTADOS: A partir dos estudos, foi possível observar que a aplicação de imunoterapias como a depleção de células B e anticorpos anti-IFN-α vêm apresentando eficácia a partir de ensaios clínicos, uma vez que, esses novos imunobiológicos podem atuar no bloqueio do fator de crescimento, na modulação da função e na atividade das células B, bem como atuar como antagonistas da citocina TNF. Dessa forma, as novas abordagens terapêuticas podem promover a diminuição das complicações do lúpus eritematoso sistêmico, já que, estudos randomizados revelam que estes medicamentos apresentam alta eficácia, segurança e tolerabilidade. Embora bastante promissores, ainda existe uma barreira no que diz respeito à acessibilidade devido ao alto custo desses tratamentos à população. CONCLUSÃO: Em síntese, na proporção em que foram identificados os mecanismos de ação do lúpus, foi possível o desenvolvimento de novas imunoterapias. Além disso, é passível um maior aprofundamento nos estudos desses novos tratamentos, com o intuito de não só garantir sua eficácia, mas também de reduzir as reações adversas.

These seemingly different patterns of disease have prompted public health investigation. However, ending chains of monkeypox transmission requires a better understanding of the social, ecological and scientific interconnections between endemic and non-endemic areas. In this set of companion briefs, we lay out social considerations from previous examples of disease emergence to reflect on 1) the range of response strategies available to control monkeypox, and 2) specific considerations for monkeypox risk communication and community engagement (RCCE). We aim for these briefs to be used by public health practitioners and advisors involved in developing responses to the ongoing monkeypox outbreak, particularly in non-endemic countries. Abstract:
Schon früh stand die Erforschung des Arbeitsmarktes und sein Versagen im Zentrum des Forschungsinteresses von Edmund Phelps. So kritisierte er bereits in den späten 1960er Jahren die damals weit verbreitete Ansicht keynesianisch ausgerichteter Ökonomen, dass die Zentralbank mittels Inflation Arbeitslosigkeit bekämpfen könne. Demgegenüber argumentierte Phelps (1967) und (1968), dass dieser auch als Phillips-Kurve bekannte Zusammenhang zwischen Inflation und Arbeitslosigkeit lediglich kurzfristig gelte. Ein dauerhafter Abbau dessen, was Phelps als „natürliche Arbeitslosenrate“ bezeichnet und vor allem die Beschäftigten im Niedriglohnsektor besonders stark betrifft, sei auf diesem Wege, d.h. unter Einsatz der herkömmlichen finanz- und geldpolitischen Instrumente, nicht möglich. Mit den nachfolgenden Überlegungen sollen sowohl die ökonomischen Rechtfertigungsargumente für entsprechende Lohnsubventionen als auch deren Wirkungsweise und sonstige Effekte – theoretisch wie empirisch – einer kritischen Betrachtung unterzogen werden. Zudem wird danach gefragt, durch welche Bestimmungsfaktoren erfolgreiche Arbeitsmarktreformen in verschiedenen Industrieländern in den zurückliegenden Jahren gekennzeichnet waren bzw. sind. Dabei soll gezeigt werden, dass zum einen die Phelps´schen Überlegungen als nicht hinreichend differenziert zu bewerten sind und daher einer Reihe von Ergänzungen bzw. Korrekturen bedürfen.

Az elemzés azt vizsgálja, hogy a megújuló energiaforrásokra történő átállás hogyan hat napjaink nagyhatalmi versengésére, illetve azon belül Kína dominanciája a szektorban milyen kockázatot rejt elsősorban az USA számára. A megújuló energiaforrások jellegzetességeiből adódóan várhatóan egyetlen ország sem lesz képes domináns termelővé válni világszinten, az energia mint külpolitikai eszköz pedig előreláthatólag veszít jelentőségéből. Kína dominanciája a megújulóenergia-termelési eszközök terén vitathatatlan, ám az elemzés megállapításai szerint ez a pozíció önmagában nem tekinthető nemzetbiztonsági kockázatnak az USA számára. Kínát nem nemzetközi befolyásszerzési, hanem a belső stabilitással, kereskedelmi lehetőségekkel, illetve a kőolajimport-kitettséggel kapcsolatos szempontok motiválták abban, hogy versenytársainál gyorsabban építse fel megújulóenergia-iparát. Egy esetleges kínai „napelemembargó” az USA-val vagy az EU-val szemben elsősorban nem a geopolitikai erőviszonyokat befolyásolná, hanem a globális klímacélok elérését késleltetné. Kína inkább érdekelt abban, hogy a jövő egyik kulcsiparágának éllovasa maradjon, és kihasználhassa az ezzel járó kereskedelmi és technológiai innovációs előnyöket.
