Based on a suroey of YLKI (Indonesian Consumers Foundation), 2010 that less than 20% of TransJakarta's users has low income. ABSTRAKJumlah pergerakan orang antara Jakarta – Bandung bisa dikatagorikan tinggi setiap harinya. Akibatnya timbul masalah kemacetan di jaringan jalan karena penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Keretra Api Cepat Jakarta Bandung merupakan salah satu usaha untuk mengatasinya. Jarak Kereta Api Cepat Jakarta Bandung sejauh 143 km. Permasalahan lain yaitu penetapan tarif Kereta Api Cepat tersebut. Hal ini merupakan faktor sensitifitas seberapa banyak penumpang mau menggunakannya.
