Full textDenna uppsats är en kvalitativ studie av människors upplevelser av sambandet mellan utbildning, arbete och identitet. Det primära syftet har varit att undersöka olika individers upplevelser av arbetets och utbildningens betydelse för identiteten och identitetsskapandet. Vårt sekundära syfte har varit att se om det går att urskilja ett mönster i hur kvinnor respektive män upplever sambandet mellan arbete, utbildning och identitet. För att undersöka detta fenomen valde vi att genomföra tio samtalsintervjuer med personer som har skilda erfarenheter då det gäller arbete och utbildning. Resultatet av vårt arbete visar att arbetet eller utbildningen har stor betydelse för individen. Vi har dock inte kunnat urskilja något genomgående mönster utan vår undersökning visar istället att betydelsen av arbetet varierar från individ till individ. Vårt arbete har heller inte visat på några skillnader i hur män och kvinnor uppfattar arbetets och utbildningens betydelse för identiteten.

Full textDenna studie är en diskursanalys av bloggar. Bloggarna är skrivna av unga tjejer med ett aktivt självskadebeteende. Vi har studerat sex bloggar där vi valt att läsa inläggen från en sex-månadersperiod, och kriteriet var att tjejerna skulle vara aktiva både i sitt bloggande samt i sitt självskadebeteende. Syftet var att se hur bloggförfattarna själva beskriver fenomenet självskadebeteende i sina bloggar på Internet. Frågorna vi arbetade efter är hur bloggarna ser ut? Vilka begrepp är vanligt förekommande? Vilka makttendenser kan ses? Vilka subjekttyper finns i bloggarna? Vi fann att vanliga begrepp i bloggarna är ångest, trötthet och andra negativt laddade ord så som värdelös och misslyckad. Genom dessa begrepp framställs diskursen som en absolut sjukdom av psykisk karaktär.Den makt vi fann i bloggarna kom både från själva ”sjukdomen” men också från omgivningen, då i form av föräldrar/pojkvänner och socialen/ psykvården. De subjekttyper vi upptäckte i bloggarna är äcklig/värdelös, sjuk, självkritisk och irrationell. Vi har sammanfattat dessa subjekttyper till en övergripande, nämligen den ”självhatande tjejen”. Vi kan i dagenssamhälle se denna självhatande tjej på flera ställen, då det idag ställs mycket höga krav på kvinnor. Dessa krav är svåra att nå upp till och kan skapa känslan av misslyckande, den känslan växer sig större, till ett självhat.

Full textThe present study aims to analyze Absolut Vodka s discourse through Absolut Berlin advertisements as well as Absolut Color, Absolut No Label and Absolute Unique s special edition bottles. The adopted theory is French Discourse Analysis and analysis will bethe theoretical framework, since it adopts a dialectical relationship between language and discourse, and presents construction of meanings, highlighting both product and process. The following analysis categories will be addressed to highlight the different discourse effects and representations of the collective imagination, which can be understood by discursive materiality: production conditions, interdiscourse, discursive formation, ideological formation, paraphrase and polysemy. Thus, the objective is to identify the discursive marks in Absolut Vodka s communication, analyze advertising interdiscourse of the brand and evaluate the imaginary and ideological formations. For this study, we relied on the theorists Pêcheux and Orlandi. The corpus consists of an Absolut Berlin advertisement, which refers to the political-ideological question of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Absolut Color and No Label bottles, both of which honors homosexual audiences, and Unique bottle, which relates to identity and individuality. They rely on construction of meanings when employing images for the understanding of messages.
O presente estudo procura analisar o discurso da Absolut Vodka através da propaganda da Absolut Berlin e das garrafas de edições especiais da Absolut Color, Absolut No Label e da Absolut Unique. A Análise de Discurso de linha francesa será a teoria e o procedimento de análise utilizadoscomo aporte teórico por representar uma opção pela relação dialética entre língua e discurso e por apresentar a construção dos significados, que coloca em destaque o produto e o processo. Serão trabalhadas as seguintes categorias de análise: condições de produção, interdiscurso, formação discursiva, formação ideológica, paráfrase e polissemia, para evidenciar os diversos efeitos de sentido e as representações do imaginário coletivo, que podem ser compreendidos através da materialidade discursiva. Assim, objetiva-se identificar as marcas discursivas na comunicação da Absolut Vodka, analisar o interdiscurso publicitário da marca e avaliaras formações imaginárias e ideológicas. Para este estudo, baseamo-nos nos teóricos Pêcheux e Orlandi. O corpus é formado por um anúncio da Absolut Berlin, que trabalha a questão político-ideológica da queda do Muro de Berlim, pelas garrafas da Absolut Color e No Label, que são uma homenagem ao público homossexual, e a garrafa Unique que aborda a questão da identidade e individualidade. Essas garrafas se utilizam da construção dos significados ao se servirem de imagens para o entendimento das mensagens.

Full textBegreppet ”livslångt lärande” är centralt inom området för arbetslivsfrågor. Man förväntar sig idag att människor ska lära om, lära nytt och utvecklas på många olika plan i livet. Detta avspeglas i organisationer där man som nyanställd har mycket att lära. Man ska lära sig sina nya arbetsuppgifter utifrån hur organisationen fungerar; dess struktur och kultur. För att denna inlärningsprocess ska vara effektiv har många organisationer idag så kallade introduktionsprogram - man samlar den kunskap och de värderingar man vill att den nyanställde ska ha om företaget.
Syftet med uppsatsen var att utvärdera ett introduktionsprogram i en organisation, V&S Absolut Spirits. Teorier om introduktion för nyanställda, ledarskap, socialisation, livslångt lärande och lärande organisationer har diskuterats och utgör grunden för studien. Utifrån dessa teorier har utvärderingen följande frågeställningar;
-Hur ser introduktionen för nyanställda ut på V&S Absolut Spirits och hur uppfattas denna av de involverade?
-Hur påverkar ledarskap introduktion för nyanställda på V&S Absolut Spirits?
-Hur ser man på livslångt lärande och lärande organisationer när det gäller introduktion av nyanställda på V&S Absolut Spirits?
-Vilken roll spelar socialisation i introduktionen av nyanställda på V&S Absolut Spirits?
I uppsatsen har kvalitativ metod använts och intervjuer med chefer, handledare och nyanställda genomförts. Resultatet av intervjuerna visar att både organisationen och de nyanställda upplever introduktionsprogrammet som bra, men att det kan förbättras. Man är medveten om introduktionsprogrammets styrkor och svagheter. Förbättringspotential ligger i organisationens främsta värderingar – kvalitet. Genom att ett nytt verksamhetssystem införts i organisationen kan nyanställda få en mer omfattande introduktion. Slutsatsen man kan dra av utvärderingen är att V&S Absolut Spirits har en god grund för att i framtiden skapa ett mer komplett introduktionsprogram.

Full textResearch focused on Schelling’s Spätphilosophie, showing the relation between negative and positive philosophy. We defend the complementarity between positive philosophy and negative philosophy. In this relationship the positive philosophy prevents the negative philosophy becomes absolute philosophy. In this regard however we find a new use of reason. We have followed a route that starts at Philosophie und Religion (1804) and passes by Freiheitsschrift, Stuttgarter Privatvorlesungen, Weltalter, Erlangen Vorträge, the stage of München, Philosophie der Mithologie and Philosophie der Offenbarung, looking for key moments in the texts studied. Articulating the systematics, the main lines of research are studied, and a personal perspective is provided. We have highlighted the modulations of a philosophy that will be deployed integrating the paradigm of the religion. According to a historical philosophy (a philosophy applied to the absolute), the question on the originating system articulates the thesis, providing three levels of interpretation that show the hermeneutic rule applied to the systematics of Schelling. We have a historicity (Geschichlichkeit) as deployment of the divine life. In this sense we present Schelling as a historian of the absolute.

Full textABSTRACT China has gone through rapid change the last decade, which has opened up possibilities for many western companies. The consumer market is booming and consumers are getting more open to western brands and values, especially in the metropolitan regions. Due to the rapid change in today’s China, it is difficult to be enough updated. This is the main reason for why we have chosen this subject, to be able to contribute to a better understanding concerning western companies’ interaction with the dynamic contemporary urban China. This thesis investigates specific marketing tools used by two successful Swedish companies, IKEA and Absolut Vodka, in their quest to reach modern Chinese urban consumers. To answer this question we also found it necessary to examine how IKEA’s and Absolut Vodka’s brand values interact with the Chinese culture. A qualitative multiple-case study approach is used and has resulted in two separate cases: ”The creative vodka” (Absolut Vodka) and ”Design for the many people” (IKEA). The cases are mainly based on interviews with representatives from IKEA, Absolut Vodka and Eastwei in Shanghai. Documentation as well as observation has assisted in complementing and verifying the empirical findings we gathered from the interviews. The subject is introduced by a chapter that supplies relevant background information concerning China, in terms of the market, consumers and cultural aspects. Our theoretical framework consists of two interdependent areas: culture and global marketing, which include Chinese culture-, value- and branding theories. Our conclusions have mainly one focus, which we call ”educational marketing”. When entering the Chinese urban market, the companies have to learn about the Chinese culture and the consumers, but they do not have to fully adapt to the new environment. We found that when IKEA and Absolut Vodka market themselves on the Chinese market, they modify their marketing efforts slightly to be able to communicate with the Chinese consumers. This does not mean that they change their brand values in their adaptation, though, but rather that they use different communication tools to get the consumers to consume the brand with its original core values. With the information gained from marketing research, they learn what the consumers lack in terms of knowledge and then the educational process starts. They help the consumer to understand how to consume the brand. Absolut Vodka has to for example, teach the consumers how to make drinks, which is something that is rather new for Chinese people. Before gaining this knowledge, it is difficult for them to consume the product and furthermore the brand. In IKEA’s case, they help the Chinese consumers to understand the advantages of the concept of DIY (do-it-yourself), but they also teach them how to use interior design in their homes. Another conclusion concerns the dynamics of culture. When these companies enter the Chinese urban market and start to communicate with the consumers, something happens. Instead of fully adapting to the needs and demands of the Chinese consumer, they educate them and furthermore change them. The consumers start to consume in a somewhat different way with the values of the western companies, which in its turn contributes to a change in the values of the Chinese culture. Our empirical findings have resulted in a theory that explains this dynamic process of educational marketing on the contemporary Chinese urban market.

Full textIt is widely known today that marketing plays an important role for the success of a company. The process of marketing is extremely complicated as it is, thus there are markets where this process is complicated even further. In these regulated markets, factors occur during the launching and marketing of a product that interferes with the marketing activities. In these markets advertisers has to obey to laws and rules on how to advertise their products. One of the most regulated markets today is the one of alcoholic beverages. The two largest consumer countries of alcohol today are the United States and the Republic of China. Even though these countries have some similarities as the two largest consumer markets in the world, laws, regulations and attitude towards alcohol vary greatly between them making the process of penetrating the markets even harder.
The purpose with this thesis is to get an understanding of how differences in the choice of media channels in the United States and China can be explained by differences in culture and ways of communication as opposed to legal and ethical restraints.
This thesis will be carried out as a case study on ABSOLUT VODKA. The authors have used a qualitative approach to the problem at hand together with structured and unstruc-tured interviews with employees at ABSOLUT VODKA that have knowledge about the American and Chinese market Due to limited contact possibilities the empirical findings will also be based on secondary data.
The authors have reached the conclusion that ABSOLUT VODKA has to first of all clearly identify its target group to be able to use the media channels efficiently. The authors believe that differences in media channels between China and the United States can to some extent be explained by differences in culture, communication, regulations and ethics. The concepts that are believed to have most impact are believed to be the ethical and moral considerations. Thus the authors are also of the opinion that the factors mention above has a heavier impact on the design of the advertisement than it does on the choice of media channels operating in a regulated market

Full textThe use of geo-referenced information in precision farming has increased greatly in the last decade. Furthermore, the decrease in the cost of GPS reception equipment has made possible their use by people who did not previously have access to this technology. This research aims to evaluate the precision and accuracy of the GPS receptor model Gstar GS-87, to understand its applicability for information systems embedded in agricultural systems. This research is part of the Agrobot project, which is being developed at the Laboratory of Automation and Control, State University of Ponta Grossa. An embedded computer Friendly ARM, model Mini6410 was used, with operating system Linux version 2.6.38. Static absolute surveys were conducted at three geodesic marks: Castro (96005), UEPG Campus (91643) and Pilar UFPR 1000.Several kinematic surveys were also carried out to compare the GPS coordinates collected by GPS receptor Gstar GS-87, with data collected by Geodetic GPS receptor Leica GX-1230. The static surveys from this research show that the GS-87 demonstrated a dimensional accuracy of +/- 8.19 m, with standard deviation of 11.43 m, and bi-dimensional accuracy +/- 13.78 m with a standard deviation of 14.26 m. In relation to kinematic surveying the receiver had an accuracy of +/- 3.70 m with a standard deviation of 1.88 m. A time difference of 15 sec between the data collected for both receptors was observed. Also was observed that the GPS receptor Gstar GS-87 recorded changes of coordinates properly when it was on the move with a speed equal to or greater than 9 km/h. It can be argued that the GPS receiver Gstar GS-87 can be used in an embedded information system, where the need for precision and accuracy are consistent with the data presented in this study.
O uso de informações georreferenciadas na agricultura de precisão tem crescido muito na última década. Além disso, o decréscimo do custo dos equipamentos de recepção GPS tem tornado possível o seu uso por produtores agrícolas que estavam distantes de tal tecnologia. Esta pesquisa objetiva avaliar a precisão e acurácia de receptor GPS modelo Gstar GS-87, para compreender sua aplicabilidade em sistemas de informação embarcado com sistema agrícolas. A pesquisa é parte do projeto Agrobot, que está sendo desenvolvido no Laboratório de Automação e Controle da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa. Foi utilizado computador embarcado Friendly ARM modelo Mini6410, com sistema operacional Linux versão 2.6.38. Foram realizados três levantamentos absolutos estáticos nos marcos geodésicos Castro (96005), UEPG Campus (91643) e UFPR Pilar 1000, bem como diversos levantamentos absolutos cinemáticos para comparar as coordenadas coletadas pelo receptor GPS Gstar GS-87, com os dados coletados pelo receptor GPS geodésico Leica GX-1230. Como resultado da pesquisa, em levantamentos absolutos estáticos, pode-se afirmar que o receptor apresenta acurácia idimensional de +/-8,19 m, com desvio padrão de 11,43 m e precisão bidimensional +/- 13,78 m com desvio padrão de 14,26 m. Em levantamentos absolutos cinemáticos o receptor tem uma precisão de +/- 3,70 m, com desvio padrão de 1,88 m. Também se observou uma diferença de tempo de 15 seg entre os dados coletados por ambos os receptores. Ainda foi observado que o receptor GPS Gstar GS-87 registrava adequadamente alterações de coordenadas quando estava em deslocamento com velocidade igual ou superior a 9 km/h. Full textDetta är en empirisk studie om konvergerande BNP per capita-utveckling i Östeuropa. Både absolut och betingad konvergens har undersökts. Absolut konvergens innebär att fattigare ekonomier har högre tillväxt än rikare ekonomier. Betingad konvergens innebär att ekonomierna konvergerar mot sin egen jämviktsbana. Resultaten i denna uppsats tyder på att absolut konvergens inte förekommer i Östeuropa under tidsperioden 1990 till 2003. Förklaringen utifrån Solow-modellen är att länderna har olika jämviktsbanor. Resultaten tyder dock på betingad konvergens och att hastigheten som produktionsgapet minskar med är 28 procent per år.

Full textArbetstillfredsställelse är ett ofta undersökt ämne inom samhällsvetenskapen och är av intresse för såväl arbetsgivare som arbetstagare. Denna uppsats fokuserar dels på huruvida lön, både i dess absoluta och relativa form, har någon inverkan på arbetstillfredsställelsen. Den undersöker även huruvida personer som arbetar inom interna arbetsmarknader har en högre grad av arbetstillfredsställelse än personer som inte gör det. Det finns ett flertal indikatorer som kännetecknar interna arbetsmarknader och i denna uppsats undersöks tre av dessa. Uppsatsens syfte är således att studera arbetstillfredsställelse och vilka effekter lön samt ett eventuellt deltagande i interna arbetsmarknader får för arbetstillfredsställelsen. För att undersöka detta har vi använt oss av en kvantitativ ansats. Datamaterialet som legat till grund för analysen är den svenska Levnadsnivåundersökningen från år 2000. Resultaten indikerar att absolut lön har en positiv effekt på svenska arbetstagares arbetstillfredsställelse. Det relativa löneläget, det vill säga individens lön i förhållande till andras, uppvisar dock ingen effekt på arbetstillfredsställelsen. Gällande interna arbetsmarknader så visar karriärmöjligheter på arbetet samt innehav av företagsspecifik kunskap en positiv inverkan på arbetstillfredsställelsen medan mängden internutbildning en individ erhållit inte visar någon signifikant effekt. Arbetstillfredsställelse är ett stort och komplext begrepp. För att få en djupare förståelse för begreppet föreslår vi bland annat att vidare studier skulle kunna komplettera de kvantitativa studier som gjorts genom en kvalitativ ansats.

Full textThe purpose of this article was to study the volatility of the soybean price traded in futures contracts on the BM&FBOVESPA (SFI series). The study was conduct by comparison between two approaches: first, was use the series of absolute returns of the respective series, to represent its volatility, which was persistent over time, proving the fact that the series has a long memory behavior. Because of such behavior, it was necessary to use ARFIMA models (\"Autoregressive Fractional Integrated Moving Average\"), which are able to capture effectively such behavior. Still using this approach, the models were estimate in two different ways: first, which all parameters were estimate simultaneously, and the second one, that was first estimated the long memory parameter, differentiated the series and, later, adjusted the ARIMA models in differentiated data. Finally, the second approach used in this work is the most common in academic research: the estimation of GARCH models (\"Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heretoscskedasticity\") directly in the returns series of the studied series. In this study, we conclude that the first approach was more effective, given the comparison criteria used.

Full textThe purpose of this study is, from a journalistic perspective, to examine how the Swedish newspapers reported and presented Ikea and the knife attack that took place at the company's department store in Västerås, Sweden, on August 10, 2015. Eight news articles from the websites of the Swedish newspapers Aftonbladet and Expressen have been analyzed. Using a qualitative content analysis with a hermeneutic strategy the news articles has been analyzed in detail by their main headlines, leads, intermediate headlines and body texts. The News Value theory and the Media Dramaturgy of the Media Logic theory were used as analytic tools for this study. The result shows that the Swedish newspapers reported about the knife attack at Ikea by fulfilling seven out of eight news criterias from the News Value theory. The news reports presented, among other things, cultural and geographical proximity between the event and the audience. The news reports were also focused on how witnesses (including Ikeas staff) experienced the knife attack, and how Ikea took action after the event. Another result shows that the Media Logic Dramaturgy portrayed Ikea as another victim in the context of the event, since Ikea was portrayed as shocked and empathic. The knife attack was portrayed as unpredictable and shocking. Based on the results, one conclusion is that the unique and shocking knife attack at Ikea were newsworthy and therefore appraised as an interesting event for the audience to read about. Ikea was not presented in a critical way because Ikea acted empathetic and responsible immediately after the event.

Full textThe purpose of this study was to investigate why people attend to silent meditation courses, what they experience and if their lives are affected after the course. The data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with eight participants who had attended at least one ten days Vipassana course. The Empirical Phenomenology Psychological Method (EPP) of Gunnar Karlsson (1995) was used for analysis method. From the analysis, five themes emerged: dream of change, the process that they go through with three under themes: unpleasant and pleasant experience, change and approach either in form of resistance/striving and acceptance, reflections, insights after the course and the paradox. The result shows that those who attend in a Vipassana course have a dream of change, either to get away from something, change something or to reach something new. The participants are going through a process during the course that involves unpleasant and pleasant experiences. The approaches that emerge are resistance/striving that leads to suffering and acceptance that is characterised by peace. Through the study change is a returning theme in the participants stories. The participants are making reflections about approaches and rules that need to be applied during the course, e.g. how silence is experienced and comparisons to cults. Insights after the course arise about life in general and new life styles. The last theme is the paradox that describes the majority of the participant’s difficulties to maintain the meditation after the course despite the experience of the positive effects they noticed from the meditation during the course.

Full textIn a previous ethnographic study drew attention to a child's question about time. "How long is not so long?" and on the basis of this question, we created the aim of this study was to find out how young children relate to time and to examine how teachers respond to children with different tidsbegrepp. We have chosen to make use of the following questions, how to describe children's experience of time? How describes the teachers their experience of time? How can educators get the kids to understand different concept of time? Through the use of qualitative interviews with children and adults, we have gathered our empirical evidence, which we then analyzed using current research and key concepts such as relative time, the absolute time, sequence, and time and distance. With these concepts, we would like to point out that it is not a matter of strict defined physical terms, but more on how we experience and describes the time that laymen.

Full textThe aim of this qualitative study was to examine the emotional and relational experiences of casual sex relationships (CSR) among women in emerging adulthood. Furthermore, the purpose of this study was to examine expectations within CSR, how the participants cope with their experiences and which factors that affect the emotional experience. Six semi-structured interviews were conducted and analyzed according to Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) as a method. The analysis resulted in three main themes: Expectations in and characteristics of CSR, The individual´s approach to and influence of CSR and The primary factors affecting the emotional experience. The results showed that there generally is an expectation of CSR to be an emotionless kind of relationship. The relationship is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity as well as freedom. Different strategies used by the participants to cope with these expectations and characteristics emerged. The participants also described approaches which are believed to be a result of the prevailing gender norms, such as an ambivalence between different expectations and a tendency to take a large social- and emotional responsibility. Lastly, the primary factors affecting the participant´s emotional experience of CSR were described in terms of a congruence between want and get, awareness of ones own experiences, authentic relating and respect for boundaries.

Full textThe purpose of this study was to address the evaluation phase within the area of public procurement and more specifically, from a supplier perspective. Public procurement is carried out in order to get good quality at a low price. The procurement can be performed by the lowest price or by the most economically advantageous tender. Previously concluded contracts were requested and the evaluation model that they used was identified and also it’s corresponding mathematical model. The score-weighted models were not consistent because they depended on irrelevant variables, as did the relative quality-weighted model in theory. This means that non-competitive tender affects the outcome of the other tenders. The study showed that it is more beneficial to choose the relative quality-weighted model over the score-weighting model, as it does not suffer from the irrelevant variable situation. The relative quality-weighted model is equivalent to the more superior quality-weighted model with discrete premium/discounts. This is the case as the ranking of the tenderers bids were the same in the two models. Furthermore, it was shown through a sensitivity analysis, that the weighting for the quality and the price from the score-weighted model played no role in the relative quality-weighted model; this is also an advantage as the purchaser often arbitrarily sets it.

Full textThe Baltic sea has always been an important transit hub for neighboring countries and the sea have made it possible for the countries to trade with each other and thus create an international trade among themselves to each other. During 1700-1800's, the production took off and because of the mercantilism international trade developed. To establish their exchange rate, many countries have followed different standards, such as the gold standard where the currency's value was determined from the value of the corresponding quantity of gold which implies that the exchange rates were fixed. Based on the gold standard different theories was developed, such as the law of one price and purchasing power parity with the principles that a single currency will have the same purchasing power in other countries, which implies that a commodity should be bought for the same amount of currency, whether it is domestic or foreign. These theories have been studied several times, both for the short and long term, with the few countries to a greater number. In order to test this, two econometric tests of the variables were made, stationarity test and cointegration test. The stationarity test showed that all variables except the time series that was used to test relative PPP suffered from non-stationarity and therefore needed to be differentiated to be used to test the PPP. The cointegration test showed that no one of the time series suffered of cointegration and therefore further correction models was not needed to be done. The results from the econometric estimates showed that absolute and relative PPP could not be confirmed, nor denied, since no significant coefficients were identified. In the testing of real exchange rate for relative PPP significant time series were given but not in accordance with the nullhypothesis and therefore the null hypothesis is rejected that the relative PPP holds. From the results it is concluded that the PPP cannot be confirmed without that further studies must be done.

Full textAvtalsrätten vilar på principen att avtal skall hållas. Den som vägrar att uppfylla sitt avtalslöfte kan tvingas att fullgöra sina skyldigheter och betala skadestånd genom tvångsåtgärder av myndighet. Men precis som för principer i allmänhet, så har även denna princip ett flertal undantag. En teoretisk motivering för att befrias från en avtalsförpliktelse är den tyska Omöjlighetsläran som växt fram på grundval av den romerska rättsgrundsatsen - impossibilum nulla obligatio est. Denna lära förespråkar attvid förekomst av objektiv ursprunglig omöjlighet, dvs. avtalsprestationen har ända sedan avtalsingåendet varit omöjligt att fullgöra för alla och envar i gäldenärens ställning, skall avtalet anses som ogiltigt. Detta medför även att gäldenären befrias från skyldigheten att fullgöra avtalsprestationen ifråga, och vid en eventuell kännedom om omöjligheten, endast behöver ersätta motpartens negativa kontraltsintresse. Omöjlighetsläran sägs ha legat till grund för dröjsmålsreglerna i 1905 års köplag. Vid en analysering av dessa regler framkommer däremot att det snarare rör sig om en sammanblandning av Omöjlighetsläran och den till viss del snarlika läran om Force majeure. Omöjlighetslärans betydelse inom svensk rätt kom sedan att förändras dramatiskt i och med införandet av den nya köplagen 1990. Läran kritiserades som alltför sträng med sitt krav på absolut och objektiv omöjlighet. Denna uppsats försöker emellertid avslutningsvis påvisa att det fortfarande finns ett behov och användningsområde för Omöjlighetsläran i framtida svensk rätt i form av en oskriven kontraktsrättslig princip.

Full textI svenska finns en absolut reflexiv konstruktion, där en reflexivmarkör verkar fungera som en antipassivmarkör. Liknande konstruktioner, med utelämnat objekt och reflexiv markering på predikatet, finns även i slaviska och baltiska språk och är bara möjliga med en liten grupp verb. Den här studien undersöker denna grupp av verb i svenska och i ett urval av europeiska språk och visar att verben uttrycker oönskad handling på en animat patient. Verben är också icke-resultativa, potentiellt reciproka och ateliska. En grupp av kärnbetydelser som ’slå’, ’knuffa’och ’sparka’ är de vanligast förekommande i absolut reflexiva konstruktioner även i slaviska och baltiska språk. Lexikal semantik spelar följaktligen en viktig roll i utvidgningen av funktioner av reflexivmarkörer i dessa språk. Det finns en funktionell överlappning mellan reciproka verb och absolut reflexiv i alla språken i undersökningen, vilket resulterar i satser med två möjliga tolkningar: reciprok och antipassiv. En grammatikalisering av reflexivmarkörer från reciprok funktion till antipassiv funktion föreslås
