Min essä handlar om ett problem som jag ofta mött i mitt arbete på förskolan – hur man ska hantera barn och föräldrar som kommer sent. Det blir ofta ett dilemma när olika värden ställs mot varandra så som kollegornas olika synsätt på verksamheten och på lärande, individ och gruppens behov och strukturer och regler mot vad som är praktiskt i situationen. Jag inleder essän med två berättelser om situationer från mitt arbete i förskolan som illustrerar dilemmat. Dessa situationer tar jag sedan som utgångspunkt när jag reflekterar över dilemmat med hjälp av olika teorier. Syftet med denna essä är att belysa och undersöka ett problem som jag tror många förskollärare möter. Hur det hanteras får konsekvenser för att alla barn ska få möjlighet att få uppleva sin tid på förskolan som både lärorik och rolig, och för att de ska få den omsorg och bemötande som de förtjänar. I min essä har jag undersökt hur det är möjligt att som pedagog förstå och förhålla sig till den här typen av situationer. Jag har även reflekterat över mitt eget förhållningssätt i situationen, varför jag gör som jag gör och om vad som tyckts fungera respektive innebära problem.
My essay is about a dilemma that I often face at my work in preschool – how to handle children and parents that show up late for school. It often becomes a problem when different values are in conflict, as can happen when colleagues have different views on how to handle daily activities and teaching. Furthermore, the needs of the individual and the group as a whole, in terms of structure and rules, may be in conflict against what’s practical in the situation when parents and children show up late. My essay contains two stories about situations at my work in preschool that illustrate the dilemma. I will use those two situations as a base, as I reflect over the dilemma using different types of theories. The purpose with this essay is to bring into light and investigate a problem I believe many teachers have. The consequence of my investigation will affect the children’s opportunities to find their time at preschool both instructive and fun, and that they also receive the care and treatment they deserve. In my essay I have investigated how it is possible for an educator to understand and relate to these types of situations. I have also reflected on my own approach in the situation, why I do as I do, what seems to work and what seems to create problems.

I takt med att behovet av förnybar energi växer så har vindkraften varit en av de energikällor som har kommit att öka mest i Sverige på senaste åren. Just nu växer energikällan fram som en ny industri i Norrland och i Sollefteå kommun som jag valde att undersöka finns planer på att etablera ett flertal storskaliga vindkraftsparker inom de närmaste åren. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur kommunikation och medborgardeltagande vid etablering av vindkraft kan påverka lokalinvånares acceptans och attityder till energikällan. Undersökningen gjordes genom en fallstudie och med hjälp av intervjuer. Resultatet visar att bland annat att en brist på deltagande och en öppen kommunikation har lett till en känsla av utanförskap och skapat negativa attityder till den specifika vindkraftsetableringen. Det framkommer även att etablering av vindkraft vid specifika lokala sammanhang är komplicerad, speciellt när lokalbefolkningen har en stark platsförankring som i det här fallet.

Detta är en kvalitativ analys där syftet är att undersöka några utvalda kapitel från två religionsdidaktiska böcker, Interkulturell religionsdidaktik – Utmaningar och möjligheter och Religionsdidaktik – mångfald, livsfrågor och etik i skolan. Fokus kommer läggas på ett jämförande. Hur litteraturen framställer att pedagoger ska arbeta för att skapa en bra lärmiljö i de multikulturella klassrummen utifrån ett interkulturellt pedagogiskt förhållningssätt. Arbetet fokuserar också på den problematik och de svårigheter pedagoger ställs inför i det multikulturella klassrummet. Idén till uppsatsämnet kommer från egna uppfattningar och erfarenheter som yrkesverksamma inom skolan. Skolvärlden i sin tur påverkas av det svenska samhället som numera består av en ökad kulturell mångfald. Resultat visar att viljan generellt finns hos pedagoger i arbetet med den interkulturella pedagogiken men att de vetenskapligt prövade metoderna och verktygen saknas. Den valda litteraturen är rekommenderad av Skolverket att vända sig till gällande denna fråga och ses därför som ett relevant val av litteratur till uppsatsens utgångspunkt. Resultatet av arbetets kvalitativa analys visar att pedagoger utifrån bästa förmåga söker efter fungerande verktyg och modeller gentemot det interkulturella pedagogiska tänkandet. Avsaknad av säkerställd forskning är ett faktum, vilket försvårar pedagogers uppdrag då tydliga riktlinjer saknas.

My purpose with this paper was to examine how four of the administrative managers at health and care, at the municipality perceive their communicative roles and how that affects the municipality. I also wanted to examine how a communicative leadership can be expressed and what kind of support a communicative leader needs. I used a qualitative method and semi structured interview to perform my study. I have chosen to analyze my results from the study with the help of theories about the difference between information and communication, how the perception of communication and information has changed over time, how different ideal types of communicative leadership is experienced and what the requirements are for a good communicative leadership. The results of the study show that the perceptioncommunication in relation to information differs between the administrative managers. The managers mainly communicate with the employees in group. If the communication concerns the daily job, the managers choose to handle it themselves. They all think that a consistent and professional communication favors the municipality in whole.The budget and annual report are mentioned as fundamentatools to communicate goals and visions to employees.

This study examines different meanings attached to and practices adopted during Swedish local consultation processes on offshore wind power projects. It analyses the role played by those processes in a democratic planning context, as well as the ways in which they are implemented. It also identifies overarching process models. The study is informed by theories on democracy, planning, participation, communication, and media. The empirical material comprises three case studies, each examining experiences of local consultation processes for wind power projects that led to differences in local reception. Methodologically, the study triangulates analyses of semi-structured interviews, documents and news articles. The results show that, in a Swedish context, the role of local consultation processes is to create legitimacy and trust in the process and planning decisions. The complex dynamics become evident in the different forms of participation, knowledge generation, and communication employed during the consultation. This is shown to be the result of various democratic and planning attitudes to locally-situated interests and knowledge, which in turn lead to differing views on local understanding for and acceptance of project proposals. The study develops three schematic models that correspond to different types of consultation processes. An important conclusion is that the content and form of local consultation processes depends on the agency of several actors on different scales. They are not simple pre-designed by project planners, but the result of a far more complex interaction between a host of local actors, including officials, local media, and local communities. The categorisation of different local consultation processes could contribute to awareness about the implications of various ways of working with large-scale projects from local perspectives.
I den här avhandlingen undersöks lokala förankringsprocesser med ett särskilt fokus på havsbaserade vindkraftsprojekt. Diskussionen uppehåller sig vid frågor om förankringsprocessens roll i en svensk planeringskontext, samt hur olika utformningar av processen kan påverka det lokala mottagandet. Studien visar att förankringsprocesser ytterst handlar om legitimitet och tillit. I praktiken förekommer en stor variation, komplexitet och dynamik i lokala förankringsprocesser. Det yttrar sig bland annat genom olika former av deltagande, kunskapsbyggande och kommunikation. Centralt i resonemangen är demokratiska och planeringsmässiga förhållningssätt till platsbundna intressen och kunskaper. På så sätt tydliggörs skillnader i synen på förståelse och lokal acceptans avseende ett projektförslag. Genom studien urskiljs också tre schematiska förankringsmodeller som belyser sådana skillnader. Förståelse för lokala förankringsprocesser har betydelse inte minst avseende påverkan på lokal acceptans för storskaliga projekt.

The purpose of this essay has been to study if the CEO of a specific ICA-store are using their employees in order to build the brand that they want for their specific store, and especially if they are using a strategy called employer branding. It is interesting to study this since almost everyone in Sweden gets affected of ICA in their everyday life and it is interesting to study how they have been able to build a brand that is so successful. But also, how they get people to build a relationship to their ICA-store. The research questions the study aim to answer are: -        Is the CEO of an ICA-store using employer branding in the work to build the stores brand? -        Does the CEO of an ICA-store put specific demands on the employees in how they talk and interact with the customers and is there any specific values the employees should represent? -        How does the internal communication take place and what is being communicated within the specific ICA-store? The theory that we have used for this study is a, from start, economic and human research theory called employer branding but used with a communicational point of view to understand the communication behind employer branding as a strategy to build a brand. The material of the study has been gathered through semi-structural interviews which in turn has been analyzed through thematisation analysis. The result of the study has shown how the strategy of how to build the specific stores brand depends on what vision the CEO of the store has for it. It is not decided through centralized rules from the central organization of ICA. How every specific store decides to build their brand is up to the specific store and what they want to achieve.

Vårdpersonalens arbetsdagar består till stor del av användning av IT-system utöver den fysiska patientkontakten. Tanken med IT-system inom vården är positiv och de finns där för att underlätta för personalen. För att nå den förväntade positiva effekten behöver personalens inställning till IT-system vara bra. När vårdpersonalens inställning till, och upplevelser kring IT-system inte är av en hög grad når IT-systemen inte sin fulla potential och kan även bli en tidstjuv och ett frustrationsmoment i arbetet. Hur IT-systemen används av vårdpersonalen har också en påverkan på patientsäkerheten. Syftet med den här studien är att se över hur IT-systemen upplevs idag – hur IT-acceptansen ser ut.För att ta reda på hur IT-acceptansen ser ut bland vårdpersonalen har en kvalitativ metod använts. Data har samlats in genom tio semistrukturerade intervjuer med blandade yrkesroller inom vården och analyserats med acceptansmodellen Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).Resultatet tyder på att det finns mycket kvar att göra för att öka IT-acceptansen. Den främsta förändringen bör ske hos vårdorganisationernas samspel med både personal och IT-systemutvecklare. Personalens arbetssituation behöver stärkas genom att tillsätta rätt resurser för att bidra till ett mer effektivt och patientsäkert IT-användande. Personalens arbetssätt behöver också tas hänsyn till för att IT-system ska bli anpassade för vården.
The healthcare staff’s working days largely consists of the use of IT-systems in addition to the physical contact with the patient. The idea of IT-systems in healthcare is positive and it is there to aid the staff. To achieve the expected positive effect, the staff’s attitude to ITsystems needs to be good. When the healthcare staff’s attitude to, and experiences withIT-systems are not of a high degree, the IT-systems do not reach their full potential and can also be a time thief and cause frustration at work. How the IT-systems are used by healthcare professionals also have an impact on the patient safety. The purpose of this study is to review how IT-systems are experienced today – what the IT-acceptance looks like.To find out what IT-acceptance looks like among healthcare staff, a qualitative method has been used. Data has been collected through ten semi-structured interviews with varied professional roles in healthcare and analyzed with the acceptance model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).The results indicate that there is still a lot to do to increase IT-acceptance. The main change should take place in the healthcare organizations’ interaction with both staff and IT-system developers. The staff’s work situation needs to be strengthened by allocating the right resources to contribute to a more efficient and patient-safe use of IT. The working methods of the staff also need to be considered for IT-systems to be adapted for healthcare.
