People with disabilities face a series of constraints when visiting a tourism destination. These constraints have a disproportionate effect on their behaviour compared to those without disabilities. The first article of this thesis aims to study these constraints by providing a measurement scale. In the second article, perceived value of accessibility, satisfaction and loyalty behavioural components are investigated in the context of a religious destination. In the third article, the theoretical model sets out the effects of the most important perceived constraints on the behaviour of tourists
