The subject of the article is the study of the theoretical and legal aspect of the development of the institution of accessory obligations. The genesis of the category of "accessory" in Roman law is considered, where the formula of the ancients is derived: the validity of the accessory legal relationship is predetermined by the reality of the basic legal relationship, and was quite simple and concise, there is no basic obligation - no additional one. The evolution of "accessory" in domestic civil law is revealed, which consists in the following: in pre-revolutionary civil law, the theory of se

Hallucinations do not originate in a single region of the brain, the thalamus, and cannot be traced back to a single pathological mechanism. They emerge from the complex interaction of several brain regions, and are not necessarily the result of sensory impairment or the effect of a defective filter. In the case of schizophrenia, hallucinations are accessory symptoms, in Bleuler's sense, and are thus not central to this disorder.

An electrical field distorted by the complicated cable accessory structure and non-uniform temperature distribution is a significant threat to high voltage direct current (HVDC) cable. Thus, the field grading material (FGM) with nonlinear conductivity can uniform local field receives attention. This chapter focuses on the surface charge property of SiR/SiC composites effected by temperature. Field strength and SiC content have a positive effect on the increase in conductivity. When the temperature increases, the threshold field decreases. At high SiC content, this phenomenon is more obvious. The influence of temperature is considered under DC voltage and impulse superimposed DC voltage.

Abstract:
Silicone rubber (SiR) is widely used as the main insulating material in cable accessories and faces high temperature challenges during operation. Pulse overvoltages can threaten working state of the insulation. In order to understand electrical tree degradation process at high temperature under repeated pulse voltages, stress testing was performed in this experiment. The ambient temperature (Tamb) was set to 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150 ° C, and the frequencies of the pulses were set to 5, 20, 100, 200, and 1000 Hz, respectively. During operation, it is also threatened by mechanical stress, which is caused by the spring-clamping device and the expanded bundling force of the rubber stress cone, which will affect the electrical properties of the silicone rubber in the cable accessory. In this chapter, the growth characteristics of trees under tensile stress and compressive stress were studied by using the needle plane electrode system.

This chapter explores women's impulse to film as a response to modernity. Some women made films entirely independently, without links to clubs, literature or other filmmakers. Self-reliant and experimental, they used their cameras as modern visual accessories to capture specific moments and memories and to display agency often denied in other areas of life by class expectations, domesticity or other constraints. Their filmic versions of family life, travel and local events may be conventional or quirkily individual and spontaneous. They chronicle anniversaries and local events, children's rites of passage and where they find themselves whether in post-independent India, Kenya's Mau Mau Emergency, countryside picnics with Enoch Powell or as an acclaimed pianist from Trinidad. Not all films were edited or even survive: imagery and interviewees disclose varied emotions; films were (and are) moments in time, often eclipsed by later circumstances whether personal or political.

Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) includes all tachycardia rhythms (more than 100 bpm), of which the mechanism involves the His Bundle or tissues above it. Usually, these tachyarrhythmias present a narrow QRS complex (except in the presence of a bundle branch block or a manifest accessory pathway which conducts anterogradely to cause a ventricular pre-excitation pattern on the electrocardiogram). This chapter only focuses on narrow QRS complex SVT involving the atrial tissue, the atrioventricular node, and accessory pathways. Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter are excluded because they are specifically covered in other chapters. The role of antiarrhythmic drugs in SVTs is mainly restricted to acute situations because ablative therapy has surrogate pharmacotherapy and ablation is considered the best long-term treatment for most cases. Nevertheless, it is very important to know how to deal with antiarrhythmic drugs in emergency situations.

Abstract:
Rare accessory pathways, such as Mahaim fibres, have been postulated to result in cardiac pre-excitation. However, most lack the histopathological correlation that has been demonstrated for the Wolff–Parkinson–White pattern. This chapter will discuss the Mahaim fibre tachycardias with left bundle branch block pattern. Mahaim fibres are characterized by the presence of different accessory pathways with decremental conduction (Mahaim physiology, i.e. conduction slows at faster heart rates), which only conducts in an antegrade fashion. The Mahaim fibres have a different anatomical location and distribution that characteristically terminate in the ventricles into or near the conducting system and are responsible for the constellation of electrophysiological features that define Mahaim tachycardias. Similar to other types of pre-excitation syndromes, there are two treatment options available for the treatment of Mahaim fibre tachycardias: pharmacological therapy and/or curative ablation. Catheter ablation offers the greatest chance at definitive therapy for symptomatic patients experiencing frequent Mahaim tachycardias.

Abstract:
Restoration of external rotation of the shoulder in adults with partial brachial plexus palsies is challenging. While nerve grafts are possible, nerve transfers are currently the most use method for satisfactory restoration of function. Numerous nerve transfers have been described, although the transfer of the spinal accessory nerve to the suprascapular nerve remains the gold standard. The suprascapular nerve and the nerve to the teres minor muscle are the two preferred targets to restore external rotation of the shoulder. There are numerous nerve donors, but their use obviously depends on the initial injury. The most common donors are the spinal accessory nerve, the rhomboid nerve, branches of the radial nerve, the C7 root fascicle or the ulnar nerve. The choice for the transfer depends on the available nerves and first of all on chosen approach, whether it be cervical or scapular. It also depends on the other associated reconstruction procedures, grafts, or nerve transfers for the recovery of other functions, specifically, elevation of the shoulder and flexion of the elbow. The objective of this chapter is to present the main nerve transfers and to propose a therapeutic strategy.

Abstract:
Traditional engine health management development has focused on major gas turbine engine components (i.e., disks, blades, bearings, etc.) due to the fact that these components are expensive to maintain and their failures frequently have safety implications. However, the majority of events that lead to standing down of aircraft arise from gas turbine accessory components such as pumps, generators, auxiliary power units, and motors. Common vibration diagnostics, which are based on frequency domain analysis that assumes the monitored signal is “stationary” during the analysis period, are not effe

Abstract:
Since their introduction, main engine fuel pumping systems for aircraft gas turbine engines have remained relatively unchanged. The main engine fuel pump has been an engine accessory gearbox driven, positive displacement pump (except for the Concorde), until recently when centrifugal pumps were introduced on Pratt-Whitney and General Electric military engines. This paper describes some of the issues which must be addressed as pumping system technology moves into the 21st century and gives a description of two programs which address these issues.
