Abstract:
Abstract- The Salman Mosque was constructed in the era of modern architecture guided by geometric elements. Geometric elements enable architects to easily design with accurate measurement. These geometric elements were applied to the Salman Mosque by Achmad Noe’man. The applications of these geometric elements were made to the roof, walls and floor of the Salman Mosque building. The purpose of this paper is study the aspects of geometric elements within this research. The other purpose is to study the application of geometric elements to the Salman Mosque in Bandung. The theories behind this research are the ones concerning geometric elements, modern types of architecture, Mosque architecture, structuring principles, and archetypes. The method used to conduct the research is the research object analysis, in this case of theSalman Mosque. This paper discusses the background, formulation of the problem, purpose, utility, method, theoretical study, object data and research object analysis, as well as the ultimate research conclusion and suggestion. The benefits of the research outcome that can be derived from this research study are yielding knowledge concerning the application of geometric elements to a Mosque building in Indonesia as well as producing recommendations for the design of geometric elements in Indonesia. Abstract:
The photovoltaic system is used and utilized as electricity demand in many developed countries, including Indonesia. Nowadays, the photovoltaic system is an alternative source of inexpensive, reasonably priced electricity and easily applied in public facilities until laboratory usage. In Electrical Engineering Laboratory (EEL), Faculty of Engineering (FoE), Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani is 1 kWp peak photovoltaic application available. The PV system is planned to be connected to the grid and produces 220VAC / 50Hz characteristics to meet the existing load capacity. The PV systems modeled include Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled DC/DC Boost Converter, and DC/AC converter circuit. This study's experimental architecture is proposed to meet the electrical load following the characteristics of the photovoltaic device. The three types of electronic switching control, namely Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) and Gate Turn-off Thyristor (GTO), are used to achieve the highest performance. Based on the 1 kWp photovoltaic system's simulation results from the three types of electronic power switching, a minimum output voltage range of 210-230 VDC is produced. DC/AC Converter testing has been carried out and can be tested on a grid-connected 220VAC/50Hz single phase with the highest output using MOSFET equal to 96.7%.

Abstract:
After years of assimilation and acculturation, many Native Americans have both the means and strength to assert their unique identity among mainstream America. They have devised various channels for accomplishing this, such as language classes and continuing traditional practices, often using resources offered through State, Federal or Tribal Historic Preservation programs. Constructions of contemporary traditional architecture can be another of these tools used to promote this cultural renaissance. As a field that defines itself on the basis of cultural conservation, Historic Preservation principles claim to support these endeavors; however, because they do not meet the age criteria for "historic structures," such buildings are often left out of the preservation matrix. By examining the Achfa-hammi plankhouse of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde, this thesis will address the building's impact on cultural revitalization and explore the disconnect that exists between Historic Preservation policies and new constructions of tribal architectures.
