Cette recherche a pour objet de comprendre et décrire les dynamiques de réflexion et de construction de la connaissance de consultants en management dans le contexte de leur travail quotidien. Pour cette recherche, le constructivisme a été choisi à la fois comme cadre théorique et comme paradigme d'investigation. En revue de littérature sont comparées les conceptions théoriques de l'activité cognitive de trois courants : cognitivisme, constructivisme et cognition située.
