There are several risk factors associated with acute coronary syndrome disease. These risk factors are divided into risk factors that can be changed and risk factors that cannot be changed. The aim research is Characteristics of patients with acute coronary syndrome based on (1) classification (2) age (3) gender (4) nutritional status (5) history o

Background: Currently, mast cells are implicated in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Mast cells are the only cell tissue that expresses on the surface of the high affinity receptor for IgE (FCεR) and synthesizes vasoactive, spasmogenic, fibrogenic factors and can damage the connective tissue covering the atheroma plaque so that the plaque is prone to rupture. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between a history of hypersensitivity and total serum IgE levels with acute coronary syndrome. High blood pressure (hypertension) is a non-communicable disease that can cause death and many complications, especially complications related to the cardiovascular system. According to data from the Indonesian Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2018, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia was 8.36%. Hypertension is a controllable risk factor for acute coronary syndrome. One of the causes of hypertension is rarely doing physical activity so that it can increase cholesterol levels in the body which can cause cardiovascular-related diseases. ABSTRACT Acute Coronary Syndrome consists of a collection of clinical symptoms of myocardial ischemia which is characterized by pain in the chest. One way to manage pain in ACS patients through non-pharmacological measures is by administering thermotherapy and lavender aromatherapy. Thermotherapy is the application of heat to the body to reduce symptoms of acute and chronic pain. Meanwhile Aromatherapy lavender is an essential oil used for aromatherapy with the main components being linalool and linalic acetate oil.
