Postpartum mothers provide breast milk to their babies for 6 months. Breastfeeding by mothers during the adaptation period for new habits is still followed by issues that contain the prohibition of breastfeeding, if the mother who gives birth is positive for Covid -19. The PPM (Community Service) activity with the theme "The Role of Families in Improving Maternal and Child Health in the Adaptation Period for New Habits with the sub-theme" Preparing for Postpartum Mother During Breastfeeding in the Adaptation Period for New Habits in Breastfeeding "aims to increase the knowledge and skills of postpartum mothers through family role, when adapting to new habits after a new normal adaptation period. In addition, this activity is an effort to increase the knowledge of postpartum mothers so that they stay healthy in the era of adapting to new habits. The role of the family is very important for survival during the adaptation process. A postpartum mother will start new things by adapting to new habits. This adaptation requires proper knowledge and understanding as provisions so that breastfeeding during the adaptation of new habits can be achieved. Abstract:
Gojek is an application commonly used in Indonesia, based on a survey by the Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI). Since the Covid-19 pandemic emerged, various adaptations to new habits called the New Normal have been implemented, causing a change in the lifestyle of Gojek drivers. Another habit studied was bad habit, which according to the American Psychological Association is common in millennials and causes them to experience stress. The purpose of this study was to analyse whether bad habits and the New Normal habit affect Gojek drivers’ performance in Salatiga. The respondents in this study were 160 Gojek drivers. Respondents' answers regarding bad habits are high, especially on the habit of drivers who sit for too long, in their routine of riding motorcycles. Based on the answers, the habits of the new normal era were also high, especially in the understanding of drivers in using masks correctly. This research was conducted using a quantitative causality method. The hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis shows that bad habits and new normal habits simultaneously affect drivers’ performance. On other hand, the habits of the new normal habit positively affect drivers’ performance, while bad habits have no effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in Salatiga even though it was high.

AbstractThe rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia caused a spike in cases of transmission of the virus. The government of each region has to move quickly to socialize the New Habit Adaptation to people throughout Indonesia. The socialization carried out on average in terms of word choice and delivery is intended for adults, rarely for children and teenagers. Children and adolescents are more susceptible to Covid19 and mental health problems in the process of adapting to new habits during a pandemic. Based on these problems, the service team provided a socialization program for the Adaptation of New Habits with methods of knowledge and information exposure, demonstrations, and practice by giving tests before and after counseling using a language that can be understood by children and teenagers in the area of RT 005 RW 006, Papanggo Village, Tanjung Priuk District, North Jakarta. The counseling is proven to change behavior and attitudes to guide them to adapt to new life habits. This service program is to assist counseling with the target age of children and teenagers. Keywords: adaptation to new habits; children; covid-19; teenager

Abstract:
The technology era has caused many changes in the reading habits of students, starting in 2011. However, the universities were not prepared for the enormous challenges they faced with the Pandemic, in late 2019 and early 2020. The pandemic has accelerated the habits of students toward digital resources and the use of more and more electronic materials. Facing this phenomenon, accelerated by the effects of Covid-19, the universities have to face the necessity of the adaptation of teaching methods which meant the use of digital materials. The article analyses the change in reading habits and the teaching methods in the Albanian and Kosovan context, showing how the universities in the Republic of Albania and Kosovo have been affected by these changes, embracing approaches to information technology. For this purpose, we have analyzed the changes in reading habits in different public and private universities in Albania and Kosovo. A tested questionnaire has been spread to 672 students in both countries, in different programs and different years of studies. The article shows that under the influence of globalization processes and the development of information technology, reading habits are changing at a frenetic speed, weakening hard copy reading and increasing electronic and that under the Pandemic Covid-19 universities changed the ways of offering teaching methods, accelerating the change of the reading habits of students and weakening the use of printed books as a tool for learning, as well as decreasing the time of reading for pleasure. A more dynamic world caused more focused universities and more rapid changes in the reading habits of the students.

Food and feeding habits are important things in bioecological of fish. This study provides an understanding of the feeding habits and intensity of the M. gulio, by analyzing its food composition, relative gut length (RGL) and gastro-somatic index (GaSI). Fish specimens were caught with a gill net and fishing rod in an area of Cianjur estuaries during a period of one year from October 2021 to September 2022. The analysis of 452 fish samples shows that the relative gut length (RGL) values revealed the feeding habit of M. gulio as carni-omnivorous. The GaSI value was used to determine feeding intensity and was found to be highest in November, at Cidamar estuary, and in the second size group (7.1-10 cm). These results provide new knowledge on this fish species’ feeding habit and intensity, which also helps understand the fish adaptation and conservation in the study area.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many changes to human lifestyles, one of which is changing the way we work and the way we define the 'workplace' which is known as the office. As a result of this phenomenon, there is an adaptation of user behaviour (office employees) to changes in the layout of the workspaces in their offices. This research provides an overview of the adaptation to changes in the layout of the workspace and changes in employee behaviour in their workplace during the Covid-19 pandemic. The adaptation applied is the Adaptation to New Habits (ANH) as a realization of the implementation of health protocols that have been set by the government. In this study, employees' perceptions will be measured based on physiological factors in the form of sources of information they get to implement the adaptation to new habits and how this encourages them to implement health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative description which is then quantified to determine the tendency of office employees to adapt to changes in the layout of office workspace. In addition, it also seeks to understand, examine and interpret the meaning of an adaptation event and changes in human behaviour toward changes in workspace layout in the Covid-19 pandemic situation from the perspective of the researchers themselves. The results of this study reveal that in the adaptation process there are changes due to essential needs related to health protocol procedures in the office and space requirements that are adapted to their functions.

Abstract:
This study examines how urban communities in Iliba Village, Kupang City adjust to the New Habit Adaptation program. To find a suitable model or solution for social policy studies, a community's attitude toward adapting to new habits and socio-cultural adaptability is described. The object was Kupang City's Liliba Village residents. The object was chosen because Liliba Village had a high number of cases since the start of the COVID-19 epidemic, and the research approach was a qualitative paradigm based on case studies. This study highlights direct informant empirical experiences. In-depth interviews, FGDs, and literature reviews collected data, which was then examined qualitatively. The study found that the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the community to be more adaptive to various forms of social change that occurred, especially to changes in the social conditions of the Liliba Village community who avoided crowds, there was a change in Stigma Against Other Individuals, making adjustments to interactions according to pandemic conditions and changes to communication models. While changes in the cultural conditions of the people of Liliba Village include not kissing the nose, receiving guests, and religious and worship activities in their homes, the response to the implementation of new habits is to be more responsive to the threat of coronavirus transmission and more anticipatory in public interactions.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has become a pandemic that is able to close access to socialization, work and a decrease in people's economic income. Many people have died due to the COVID-19 virus. Elderly, is the age group that most of the victims in this case. Being infected with COVID-19 causes patients to experience shortness of breath, high fever, dry cough and weakness. The government is currently promoting the Adaptation of New Habits as an effort to prevent the transmission and increase of COVID-19 cases. When surveying 10 elderly people directly in the field in RT 004 and 003, the researchers found 7 elderly people who did not know about adapting new habits as a prevention effort and 3 other elderly people said they had heard from television broadcasts but could not explain well the description of adaptation of new habits. Therefore, the elderly need accurate and well-delivered information. One way to convey the right information to the elderly is to use health education with poster media. Poster media can contain information in a size that can be seen and understood by the elderly. The research will be conducted using the Pre-Experimental Design method with the One group pre and posttest design method using primary and secondary data which will be processed by the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of poster education about the new habits of the Covid 19 era on the level of knowledge of the elderly as a high risk group. Suggest for the elderly to continue to carry out strict health protocols until the pandemic period is over or resolved.

Abstract:
Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on various aspects of life, both individually, organizationally and nationally. The decision of various countries in the world to do a "lockdown" in order to limit the transmission of the plague has an impact on continuity of economic wheels to education. Educational institutions began to close because of scarcity of students and difficulties in covering operational costs so that many teachers and management were laid off. For educational institutions that still survive must play a strategy to stay afloat and maintain their students able to learn, with the policy ‘Work from Home’ and ‘School from Home’. The pandemic to this day is not over yet and it is predicted that it will last long until the antivirus is found. However, in anticipation of bankruptcy, the government adopted adaptation of new habits (New Normal), habits that emphasize the implementation of health protocols in every activity. To carry out health protocols, educational institutions change the learning patterns from learning in classrooms to online learning. This has an impact on lecturers with demands to adapt quickly to existing changes. This study tries to analyze and examine the ability of lecturers to adapt learning communication models from classroom-based learning to online-based learning. With hope that this research will become a reference for the developed communication model and its application in adaptation of new habits (New Normal). The study was conducted by examining the results of previous study and in-depth interviews with lecturers to get a diverse picture so that generic conclusions can be drawn.

Abstract:
AbstractMammals have evolved different tooth phenotypes that are hypothesized to be associated with feeding habits. However, the genetic basis for the linkage has not been well explored. In this study, we investigated 13 tooth-related genes, including seven enamel-related genes (AMELX, AMBN, ENAM, AMTN, ODAM, KLK4 and MMP20) and six dentin-related genes (DSPP, COL1A1, DMP1, IBSP, MEPE and SPP1), from 63 mammals to determine their evolutionary history. Our results showed that different evolutionary histories have evolved among divergent feeding habits in mammals. There was stronger positive selection for eight genes (ENAM, AMTN, ODAM, KLK4, DSPP, DMP1, COL1A1, MEPE) in herbivore lineages. In addition, AMELX, AMBN, ENAM, AMTN, MMP20 and COL1A1 underwent accelerated evolution in herbivores. While relatively strong positive selection was detected in IBSP, SPP1, and DSPP, accelerated evolution was only detected for MEPE and SPP1 genes among the carnivorous lineages. We found positive selection on AMBN and ENAM genes for omnivorous primates in the catarrhini clade. Interestingly, a significantly positive association between the evolutionary rate of ENAM, ODAM, KLK4, MMP20 and the average enamel thickness was found in primates. Additionally, we found molecular convergence in some amino acid sites of tooth-related genes among the lineages whose feeding habit are similar. The positive selection of related genes might promote the formation and bio-mineralization of tooth enamel and dentin, which would make the tooth structure stronger. Our results revealed that mammalian tooth-related genes have experienced variable evolutionary histories, which provide some new insights into the molecular basis of dietary adaptation in mammals.

Abstract:
Several previous studies during the pandemic period discussed the modes of transmission of COVID-19 and the factors that influence the increase in COVID-19 cases. The study explained that COVID-19 is strongly influenced by policies, levels of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. However, this study focuses on looking at the factors that influence the implementation of health protocols as an adaptation to new habits of health center personnel. The research was conducted at the health center that contributed the most to COVID-19 cases in Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The principles of handling COVID-19 at Puskesmas are prevention, detection, and response. These efforts are made to prevent, overcome, and stop the transmission of COVID-19. The step that is considered the most important is to improve the implementation of health protocols as an adaptation to new habits. The behavior of implementing health protocols for health workers at the Cileungsi Puskesmas includes wearing masks, washing hands with soap, and maintaining distance or avoiding crowds. This research is a qualitative study using a descriptive-analytic design, a case study at the Cileungsi Community Health Center, Bogor Regency. According to the research needs, the number of respondents was 40 Puskesmas officers, both health and non-health workers. The results showed an effect of self-awareness and environmental support on the behavior of health center personnel in implementing health protocols as an adaptation to new habits. This is indicated by the p-value of wearing a mask of 0.013, washing hands of 0.016, and crowd behavior of 0.011 with an OR value of 16.100 of crowding behavior, meaning that a less supportive environment has 16 times the risk of crowd behavior.

Abstract:
This study departs from a new habitual adaptation movement that changes people's social interactions as a rational choice amid the threat of the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this article is to test empirically that the current model of local government administrative services in the archipelagic sub-districts is very inefficient and less productive so that it has an impact on meeting the basic needs of the community comfortably and fairly. Furthermore, this study offers a new model for Duo-TM, namely Temu Muka dan Temu Mesin. This article shows the need for an empirical study in the development of a local government administrative service model to trace geographic difficulties and risks due to the Covid-19 outbreak. This is especially relevant if the author refers to the reasons for the massive change in various social dimensions and forces the adaptation of new habits. On the other hand, the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution places the power of technology and information as a means for innovating services that are comfortable, fast, inexpensive, and of high quality.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic has succeeded in changing the habits that we do every day at home, at school, at work, on the road, at the right place of worship and anywhere. New habits for healthier living must be continuously carried out in society and in every individual, so that they become social norms and new individual norms in everyday life. If the new habit is not carried out in a disciplined manner or is only carried out by a group of people, then this could be a threat that the corona virus outbreak will have a longer duration. Old habits that are often carried out, such as shaking hands, crowding / clustering, lazy to wash hands must begin to be abandoned because they support the transmission of Covid-19. Various responses and reactions are shown by the community, some are sad, anxious, afraid, anxious, worried, angry but there are also those who are calm or remain confident. Changing attitudes and behavior in society requires struggles in the form of adaptation or adjustment. Individuals in society always describe themselves with their changing environment, either autoplastically or alloplastically. Thus the relationship between Individuals who interact are always a relationship that influences each other (reciprocally). The adaptation of new habits in this pandemic period is not without purpose. Among them are as a community medium for survival and Conformity which is carried out openly so that it is visible to the public, with the aim of making individuals accepted in group or avoid Rejection from the group. The adaptation of this new habit in the pandemicovid-19 period is in accordance with the principle of benefit because in essence every commandment and prohibition of sharia "is basically for realizing the goals of sharia, which are returned to the rule of" attracting benefit and rejecting damage.
