As salespeople are constantly facing different customers with various needs and want and engaging in a different sales situation, salespeople must deploy their inner capabilities in practicing adaptive selling behavior during and across sales interactions. This study also investigates the impact of salesperson’s intrapersonal leadership – where leadership stems from the individuals with the purpose to influence oneself. Multirobot systems (MRSs) are capable of solving task complexity, increasing performance in terms of maximizing spatial/temporal/radio coverage or minimizing mission completion time. They are also more reliable than single-robot systems as robustness is increased through redundancy. Many applications such as rescue, reconnaissance, and surveillance and communication relaying require the MRS to be able to self-organize the team members in a decentralized way. Group formation is one of the benchmark problems in MRS to study self-organization in these systems. This paper presents a hybrid approac

Integrative nursing embodies a whole person/whole systems approach to advancing the health and well-being of people, organizations, communities and the environment. It is based on a whole systems world view, an approach that recognizes that a change in any part of the systems causes a change in the whole system. Whole systems thinking and leadership draws from concepts and principles of complexity science, social networks, social change and gentle action. Abstract:
The aim of this article is to analyze some features of nursing manager competencies as a potential agent of innovation through a perspective of complex adaptive systems. To achieve the objective, an empirical quantitative analysis of the data obtained through structured questionnaires was conducted to identify the key aspects of perceptions related to competencies. The results demonstrated a disparity between what nursing managers perceived as “my strength” and what they perceived as “critical in adopting innovation” with respect to competencies. This study empirically identified key competencies relevant to nursing managers in adopting innovation through a perspective of encompassing complex adaptive systems. The nursing managers surveyed tended to consider their strengths included interpersonal understanding, teamwork, self-control and concern for order. From a viewpoint of innovation adoption, there is room for improvement for nurses to develop such competencies as initiative, team leadership, conceptual thinking, analytical thinking, and organizational awareness.

Abstract:
Being an entrepreneur encompasses a number of traits. Used as an “umbrella term,” it constitutes self-motivation, leadership, resilience, proactivity, creativity, and a sense of light-hearted preparation to deal with potential failure in different aspects of the startup. These individual traits are prevalent in most people; however, it is the combination of them, alongside sound physical health and access to social resources that allows an entrepreneur to enjoy success in due time. Psychological theory and practice may inform techniques in developing and facilitating what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur. Specifically, health psychology explains how individuals' unique biological, psychological, and social factors, as informed by biopsychosocial theory, together produce adaptive or maladaptive behaviors. To translate this for the context of entrepreneurship, only an individual, who is physiologically healthy or otherwise manages their physical condition well, might enjoy entrepreneurial success.
