Industry 4.0 (I4.0) implies a group of technologies, organisational concepts and management principles to improve the performance of manufacturing companies or supply chains driven by production cost optimisation, mass customisation requirements, connectivity and digitisation of factories. The purpose of this paper is to relate Iberian Peninsula advances in I4.0 from Spanish and Portuguese research works published in CJOR papers. Hence this paper reviews the Spanish and Portuguese operations research (OR) and industrial engineering-based papers published in CJOR from 2011, when the I4.0 concept emerged, to the present-day. Here 47 papers are reviewed according to classification criteria based on the following elements: (1) objectives; (2) application context; (3) modelling approach; (4) development or software tool; (5) I4.0 technologies. The main outcomes, limitations and further research are also identified for recent papers. Finally, research trends and future directions in industrial engineering, OR and I4.0 are discussed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji latar belakang masuknya Djamaluddin Adinegoro dalam pergerakan pers Indonesia serta mengkaji tentang isi tulisan Djamaluddin Adinegoro terhadap pemerintah kolonial Belanda tahun 1932-1942. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan historis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tulisan-tulisan Djamaluddin Adinegoro telah berhasil melahirkan kesadaran politik tersendiri bagi masyarakat Indonesia, untuk dapat lebih maju dan tidak mudah dibodohi karena kurang informasi. Besarnya pengaruh bacaan tulisan Djamaluddin Adinegoro mampu membimbing pemuda Indonesia dalam kesadaran berbangsa dan merangsang lahirnya semangat pergerakan nasional Indonesia di abad ke-20.Tindakan Adinegoro seharusnya menjadi cermin bagi jurnalis muda Indonesia saat ini. Tulisan yang dhasilkan haruslah memiliki nilai guna yang bermanfaat bagi setiap pembaca. Tidak hanya menambah ilmu pengetahuan melainkan menjadi alat bagi tumbuhnya kesadaran semangat nasionalisme bagi pemuda Indonesia.

Journalism has an important role in the development of Indonesian history. Its existence has become one of the tools of struggle as well. From the Dutch colonial era to the reform era, writings and journalists never miss taking a role. There are many journalists' names that also color the black and white long notes of Indonesia. One of them adinegoro his work is considered to be the pioneer of Indonesian journalism.Born Djamaluddin was born in Talawi, Sawahlunto, West Sumatra on August 14, 1904 and died in Jakarta, January 7, 1967. Landjumin Tumenggung, the caretaker of Tjahaja Hinia magazine, was the one who suggested to Djamaluddin using the pseudonym Adinegoro. The point is that his essay can attract readers from Java. It turns out that later this pseudonym is much more popular than the actual name. Therefore, he became known as Djamaluddin Adinegoro. For his great service and work for Indonesia, his name is now enshrined as the highest award for Indonesian journalistic work, often known as Adinegoro Award or Anugrah Adinegoro.

Nitric oxide (NO) is a vasodilator produced from l-arginine (l-Arg) by NO synthase (NOS). Gene therapy for hypertensive disorders has been proposed using the inducible isoform of NOS (iNOS). l-Arg also can be metabolized to urea and l-ornithine (l-Orn) by arginase, and l-Orn can be metabolized to proline and/or polyamines, which are vital for cellular proliferation. To determine the effect of iNOS gene transfer on arginase, we transfected bovine pulmonary arterial endothelial cells (bPAEC) with an adenoviral vector containing the gene for iNOS (AdiNOS). As expected, NO production in AdiNOS bPAEC was substantially greater than in control bPAEC. Although urea production was significantly less in the AdiNOS bPAEC than in the control bPAEC, despite similar levels of arginase I protein, AdiNOS transfection of bPAEC had no effect on the uptake of l-Arg. Inhibiting NO production with Nω-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester increased urea production, and inhibiting urea production with l-valine increased nitrite production, in AdiNOS bPAEC. The addition of l-Arg to the medium increased urea production by AdiNOS bPAEC in a concentration-dependent manner. Thus, in these iNOS-transfected bPAEC, the transfected iNOS and native arginase compete for a common intracellular pool of l-Arg. This competition for substrate resulted in impaired proliferation in the AdiNOS-transfected bPAEC. These findings suggest that the use of iNOS gene therapy for pulmonary hypertensive disorders may not only be beneficial through NO-mediated pulmonary vasodilation but also may decrease vascular remodeling by limiting l-Orn production by native arginase.

Djamaluddin Datuk Maradjo Sutan is an Indonesian Journalism Pioneer from Talawi, West Sumatra. However, he is better known by his pseudonym which leads to the Javanese name Adinegoro. The name Adinegoro itself was immortalized by the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) as the name of the highest journalism award in Indonesia since 1974. Making someone's name for an award, of course, that person has an important role in his field. Djamaluddin was the first Indonesian to study journalism directly from his home country, Germany. After returning from Europe, he is always asked or chosen to serve as a leader in a newspaper or magazine in Indonesia. Not only that, his focus on writing abroad, which always captivated readers, made him a journalist who covered the Round Table Conference in The Hague, the Netherlands at the end of 1949. Djamaluddin was also active in giving his views on the nationalization of the Aneta news agency. Djamaluddin's concern is also given to young people who want to study journalism in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the role of Djamaluddin "Adinegoro" in the world of journalism in Indonesia. The research method used is the historical or historical writing method. Djamaluddin Datuk Maradjo Sutan merupakan Pelopor Jurnalistik Indonesia yang berasal dari Talawi, Sumatera Barat. Namun ia lebih dikenal dengan nama samarannya yang mengarah ke nama Jawa yaitu Adinegoro. Nama Adinegoro sendiri diabadikan oleh Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) sebagai nama penghargaan tertinggi jurnalistik di Indonesia sejak tahun 1974. Menjadikan nama seseorang untuk sebuah penghargaan pastinya orang tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam bidangnya. Djamaluddin adalah orang Indonesia pertama yang belajar ilmu jurnalistik langsung dari negara asalnya yaitu Jerman. Sepulangnya dari Eropa, ia selalu diminta atau dipilih menjabat sebagai pemimpin dalam surat kabar atau majalah di Indonesia. Tak hanya itu fokus penulisan luar negerinya yang selalu memikat para pembaca membuat ia terpilih menjadi jurnalis yang meliput Konferensi Meja Bundar di Den Haag, Belanda pada akhir tahun 1949. Djamaluddin juga aktif memberikan pandangannya tentang nasionalisasi kantor berita Aneta. Kepedulian Djamaluddin juga diberikan untuk kaum muda yang ingin belajar ilmu jurnalistik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Djamaluddin “Adinegoro” dalam dunia jurnalistik di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penulisan sejarah atau historis.

The phenomenon of traffic flows in almost all major cities of Indonesia is large dominance in the use of motorcycles. The change in the proportion of motorcycle users on the streets reaches more than 50%. The author will discuss the effect of motorcycle volume proportion on traffic flow parameters such as speed and density. This research has been conducted at Ampang street with 4 lanes 2-way undivided type and Adinegoro street with 4 lanes 2-way divided type in Padang. By using Video Image Processor survey method, the data of traffic volume, and time travel of the vehicle for 12 hours were obtained. Further data is processed and the results are plotted into the graph by linear regression method. The results showed that the highest proportion of motorcycle volume of 75.9% occurred on Raya Ampang street and the lowest by 53.2% occurred on Adinegoro street (to the North). The result of linear regression analysis where proportion of motorcycle volume (p) as variable x and space-mean-speed (S) as variable y is S = -0.687(p) + 93.467, R2 = 0.8582 at Ampang street, S = -1.3273(p) + 143.75, R2 = 0.8153 at Adinegoro street (to the south), and y = -1.3861(p) + 131.94, R2 = 0.7882 at Adinegoro street (to the north). Then the relationship between space-mean-speed, density, and traffic volume analyzed.

The researchers conducted a literature study, observation, and interview to gather data. The research results show that Adinegoro played a significant role in developing the press, journalism, and language in Indonesia through his involvement in several newspapers, news agencies, journalism thought, and the Indonesian Language Congress.

Sistem komunikasi nirkabel dengan menggunakan modul nRF24L01+ yang memanfaatkan gelombang Radio Frequency 2.4 GHz telah diimplementasikan pada Ading Pintar (Automatic Feeding Penebar Pakan Ikan Pintar). Sistem ini digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi terbaru yang dikerjakan oleh ading pintar. Informasi yang dikirimkan oleh ading pintar kemudian diterima oleh modul yang disebut sistem slave. Informasi tersebut terdiri dari status pemberian pakan serta kondisi suhu dan pH air kolam. Informasi yang diterima oleh sistem slave disimpan di dalam memori, dimana data tersebut dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi kinerja ading pintar oleh pemilik kolam. Implementasi sistem komunikasi nirkabel ini menggunakan beberapa komponen diantaranya, Arduino Mega 2560, modul nRF24L01+, modul LCD keypad shield, modul RTC DS3231, Modul SD Card serta modifikasi program pada ading pintar dan sistem slave. Pengujian sistem dilakukan selama 4 hari secara terus-menerus dengan menempatkan ading pintar di laboratorium instrumentasi fisika FMIPA ULM sedangkan sistem slave ditempatkan di laboratorium komputasi fisika FMIPA ULM. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem komunikasi nirkabel pada ading pintar dan sistem slave bekerja dengan baik, dimana informasi suhu dan pH air kolam yang dikirimkan oleh ading pintar sama dengan yang diterima oleh sistem slave. Selain itu status pemberian pakan juga bekerja dengan baik, dimana setelah ading pintar selesai memberi pakan, indikator pemberian pakan yang tertera pada LCD sistem slave yang semula tanda silang berubah menjadi tanda centang. Tanda tersebut akan secara otomatis direset menjadi tanda silang setiap pukul 00:00 WITA.

Pada jalan Prof. Hamka dan jalan Adinegoro yang merupakan lokasi penelitian terdapat beberapa persimpangan jalan sekaligus persilangan dengan jalur kereta api. Salah satu kelengkapan tambahan yang dipasang untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan pengendara kendaraan bermotor menjelang persimpangan adalah pita penggaduh melintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemasangan pita penggaduh melintang pada jalan Prof. Hamka dan Adinegoro. Kecepatan sesaat kendaraan diukur dengan menggunakan speed gun. Kecepatan kendaraan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis sepeda motor, kendaraan ringan dan kendaraan berat. Kecepatan sesaat diambil pada tiga titik pengamatan yaitu sebelum (titik pengamatan 1), saat (titik pengamatan 2) dan sesudah (titik pengamatan 3) melewati pita penggaduh melintang. Persentase selisih kecepatan rata-rata dan persentil kecepatan ke-85 sebelum dan setelah melewati pita penggaduh berkisar antara 30-47%. Hasil uji hipotesis untuk semua jenis kendaraan menunjukkan kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan sebelum dan saat melewati serta saat dan setelah melewati pita penggaduh mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Pengecekan jarak henti minimum berdasarkan kecepatan rata-rata dan persentil kecepatan ke-85 setelah melewati pita penggaduh memenuhi standar jarak pandangan henti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasangan pita penggaduh melintang di jalan Prof. Hamka dan Adinegoro efektif meningkatkan kewaspadaan pengemudi sebelum memasuki persimpangan.

Pada tahun 2020 terdapat daerah rawan dengan kategori sangat rawan pada jalan By Pass , cukup rawan pada jalan Prof. Dr. Hamka dan agak rawan pada jalan Padang-Painan dan Padang Solok. Sedangkan pada tahun 2021,daerah rawan kecelakaan dengan kategori sangat rawan terdapat pada jalan By Pass, Rawan pada jalan Padang-Solok dan agak rawan pada jalan Adinegoro. 2) Pola persebaran kecelakaan lalu linta di jalan arteri Kota Padang termasuk kedalam pola persebaran mengelompok (cluster). 3) Faktor yang memicu terjadinya kecelakaan ialah jumlah penduduk yang tinggi dan kondisi jalan yang tidak memadai.

Agrarian conflict often occurs when two or more concerned parties have different interests in the same land. This study aims to analyzing the conflict between PT. NJL and PT. Adindo. The research employed qualitative method, the location in Sei Menggaris, Nunukan, North Kalimantan was carried out in August 2020. The results showed that the status of area, which has the permit of Cultivation Right owned by PT. NJL for an area of 17,000 hectares, there is an area of 3,510 hectares for Industrial Plantation Forest overlaps with the Business Permit that has already been owned by PT. Adindo which is engaged in the industrial plantation forest. As conclusion, a resolution that did not harm all parties, including workers. An agreement was reached that an area of approximately 2,800 ha which was not the object of the conflict and had been cultivated into oil palm plantations by PT. NJL would be continued so that local people would not lose their jobs.

Inducible nitric oxide (NO) synthase (iNOS) is a stress response protein upregulated in inflammatory conditions, and NO may suppress cellular proliferation. We hypothesized that preventing l-arginine (l-arg) uptake in endothelial cells would prevent lipopolysaccharide/tumor necrosis factor-α (LPS/TNF)-induced, NO-mediated suppression of cellular proliferation. Bovine pulmonary arterial endothelial cells (bPAEC) were treated with LPS/TNF or vehicle (control), and either 10 mM l-leucine [l-leu; a competitive inhibitor of l-arg uptake by the cationic amino acid transporter (CAT)] or its vehicle. In parallel experiments, iNOS or arginase II were overexpressed in bPAEC using an adenoviral vector (AdiNOS or AdArgII, respectively). LPS/TNF treatment increased the expression of iNOS, arginase II, CAT-1, and CAT-2 mRNA in bPAEC, resulting in greater NO and urea production than in control bPAEC, which was prevented by l-leu. LPS/TNF treatment resulted in fewer viable cells than in controls, and LPS/TNF-stimulated bPAEC treated with l-leu had more viable cells than LPS/TNF treatment alone. LPS/TNF treatment resulted in cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase expression, which was attenuated by l-leu. AdiNOS reduced viable cell number, and treatment of AdiNOS transfected bPAEC with l-leu preserved cell number. AdArgII increased viable cell number, and treatment of AdArgII transfected bPAEC with l-leu prevented the increase in cell number. These data demonstrate that iNOS expression in pulmonary endothelial cells leads to decreased cellular proliferation, which can be attenuated by preventing cellular l-arg uptake. We speculate that CAT activity may represent a novel therapeutic target in inflammatory lung diseases characterized by NO overproduction.

Abstract. Evaluating soil movement related to precipitation is needed for geologic and hydrologic applications. In principle, the soil body swells and shrinks depending on soil type, precipitation rate, moisture content, and drainage rate. The precipitations are normally measured at weather stations. Measuring the soil movement by using ground-based sensors and hydrologic models across a large area is costly and time-consuming. Also the weather observations were not fully involved in modelling. A long-term monitoring using remote sensing is a cost-effective alternative. For this purpose, we developed a new approach in this study to model the transformation between precipitation and soil movement. The time-series soil movement over a large area is evaluated by ADInSAR at mm/yr level. As a result, the predictive model can compute the precipitation at a location from its ADInSAR-derived movement, and vice versa. Our test using Sentinel-1 images shows that the prediction accuracy for precipitation is 14 mm (mean error rate 12%) and it amounts 12 mm/yr for soil movement. The accuracies indicate that our modelling is relevant to the reality. We also discuss the influences of different parameters on the modelling. In the future, we will proceed with tests considering other areas of interest, time spans, and image sources. More target points will be analysed in detail. Last but not least, we will work on the applications related to geology and hydrology.

The Padang city government has implemented the ZoSS program for two schools located close to each other in Koto Tangah District, namely SMPN 15 Padang and MTsN 1 Padang located on Jalan Adinegoro, Batipuh Panjang District. However, the function of the presence of ZoSS in these two schools is considered to be ineffective because there are still many motorbike drivers who travel at speeds exceeding the permitted speed limit when crossing the ZoSS area, even though the facilities are in accordance with the Director General of Land Transportation's regulations Number: SK3582/AJ.403/DRJD/2018. Therefore, the research aims to review the impact of implementing ZoSS on the speed of motorized vehicles and the characteristics of road crossing behavior on ZoSS in this area. The data used was obtained by conducting surveys and direct observations in the field. The survey carried out included a survey of instantaneous speed data (spot speed) of vehicles when crossing the ZoSS, and a survey of the characteristics of road crossing behavior on the ZoSS. after school.The results of the research concluded that the implementation of the ZoSS program at SMPN 15 Padang and MTsN 1 Padang, located on Jalan Adinegoro, was considered ineffective in terms of motor vehicle speed, because it exceeded the maximum speed limit (30 km /hour) when crossing the ZoSS with an average speed of 46.75 km/hour with the percentage of vehicles complying with the permitted speed still below 50%, and the behavior of pedestrians when crossing in the ZoSS area is categorized as "not yet safe" so there is the potential for accidents.Regulation.

Are expert systems liable to be used as consultants in psychiatry? Most expert systems deal with an over-restricted part of psychiatry and cannot be a real help in everyday care. Moreover, most of them are not actually validated (the comparison between the system's and the expert's conclusions in a few cases is not enough). Another problem is that they reflect the uncertainties of nosographie problems. Validation of such systems needs the careful checking of the logical structure of the underlying nosography, the fitness of the structure's knowledge base and the fitness of the inference engine. Moreover, the naïve use of the system by untrained clinicians is the best means of validation since it provides real life proof of the ability of expert systems to make diagnoses in unselected cases where the need for a common diagnostic reference is clear (for example, epidemiologic, psychopharmacological ornosographic research). Some of the best known expert systems in the field of psychiatry are reviewed and another expert system, Adinfer, is presented. Developed since 1982, Adinfer is a forward-tracking level O system (in its simplified version for micro-computers). The knowledge base is a translation of the DSM-III-R into production rules. The program has been included in several softwares packages and used in many clinical studies, both among psychiatrists and physicians. The program has been validated with 1,141 unselected cases, and with 47 physicians: an 83% agreement rate was found between the system's and the physician's diagnoses, taking into account that the clinicians were asked to give their conclusions according to their usual nosography. Many of the 16% discrepancies were accounted for by the differences in the nosographie classes, since they were found mainly in the “atypical psychotic” and “organic” disorders. A major benefit of expert systems is that they provide a common “expert” in multicentric studies and prevent loose checking of clinical criteria.

The nanocomposites were prepared with (1 to 10 wt. %) of carbon black nanoparticles using ultrasonic wave bath machine dispersion method. The results had shown that the tensile strength , tensile modulus of elasticity, flexural strength and impact strength are improved by (24.02%,7.93%,17.3% and 6% ) respectively at 2wt % .The compressive strength and hardness are improved by (44.4%, 12%) at 4wt%.

This article presents the results of researching the effect of the Adinol Rapid 2H additive (which is a hardening accelerator additive) on the technological properties of the concrete mixture and the strength of cement concrete.

Somatic complaints are very common in general medical practice. They are not identified as psychic disorders and are treated symptomatically. We explore two kind of problems: 1. methodological problems such as the instruments to use to examine somatic complaints (it is evident that a checklist does not give the best results with suggestible patients); and 2. the relationships between somatic complaints and psychic disorders such as anxiety, depression and somatoform disorders. Psychiatric nosology is by no means clear and includes many diagnoses from “hysteria” to “hypochondria” or “psychosomatic”, “somatization”. In this study, we compare the symptoms collected by general practitioners, and their clinical diagnoses to those obtained by an automatic DSM-III diagnostic program. Adinfer was modified so that three DSM decision trees were systematically scanned: depressive, anxiety and somatoform disorders. This allows for an epidemiological study of somatic complaints and their relationship to depression and anxiety. The subjects' score on rating scales for anxiety and depression are compared with the diagnoses made by the expert system. We discuss the significance of somatic symptoms, the DSM classes and the value of expert systems in epidemiological studies.

 Kemacetan merupakan kondisi tersendatnya atau terhentinya arus lalu lintas. Begitu juga halnya yang terjadi di Jalan Adinegoro Kota Padang. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung volume arus lalu lintas tertinggi, menganalisa tingkat kemacetan dan menetukan pemecahan masalahnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan pada peraturan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Dari hasil analisa didapat bahwa nilai volume kendaraan tertinggi berada pada hari Sabtu pukul 16.00-18.00 WIB dengan nilai volume sebesar 2.045,55 smp/jam. Sedangkan kapasitas tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 1414,51 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 1,44 smp/jam. Dengan tingkat pelayanan kategori F yang artinya arus lalu lintas tertahan pada kecepatan rendah, seringkali terjadi kemacetan, serta arus lalu lintas tinggi. Bobot hambatan samping diperoleh sebesar 563,1 yang tergolong tinggi (kondisi daerah komersil, aktivitas sisi jalan tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan, salah satu pemecahan masalah yang dapat dilakukan pada lokasi ini adalah pemerintah lebih mengetatkan lagi aturan yang ada supaya dapat terlaksana dengan baik terutama bagi pedagang kaki lima yang berjualan dipinggir jalan dan kendaraan yang parkir serta berhenti sembarangan pada bahu jalan.

 Abstract
 Congestion is a condition of stagnation or stopping of traffic flow. Likewise, what happened on Jalan Adinegoro, Padang City. The purpose of this research is to calculate the highest volume of traffic flow, analyze the level of congestion and determine the solution to the problem. The method used is based on the regulation of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The analysis shows that the highest vehicle volume value is on Saturdays at 16.00-18.00 WIB with a volume value of 2.045.55 pcu / hour. While the highest capacity was obtained at 1414.51 pcu / hour. The highest degree of saturation (DS) was 1.44 pcu / hour. With the service level of category F, which means that traffic flow is stuck at low speed, congestion often occurs, and traffic flow is high. The weight of the side friction is 563.1 which is classified as high (conditions in the commercial area, high roadside activity). Based on the results of the survey conducted, one solution to the problem that can be done at this location is that the government tightens the existing rules so that they can be implemented properly, especially for street vendors selling on the side of the road and parking vehicles and stopping carelessly on the shoulder of the road.

This research found the importance of implementing peace journalism approach with an environmental communication model in overcoming the gaps in public understanding and the gaps in forming a public opinion that is built in the media (online). The cause is that the role of public relations lacks optimization in practicing the environmental communication model related to reporting with a peace journalism approach.

This research was carried out using a qualitative approach and exploratory descriptive methods to reveal the required data phenomena, through interview, observation and documentation techniques, which were then analyzed data through phenomenological analysis. Based on the focus of the study in this research, a strategic model of the strategic planning development process was produced which includes 5 components that must be considered in school management, namely: (a) Strategy for achieving vision, mission and goals; (b) Strength of planning consistency; (c) Strengthening team collaboration; (4) Risk Management; and (5) the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the achievement of goals and the realization of productive schools.

Evidencias de caza de guanaco y vicuña se ha verificado en los sitios arqueológicos desde hace por lo menos 10.000 años A .P. Más tarde la incorporación de la llama fue masiva en las diferentes regiones, especulándose incluso con posibles centros de domesticación en Chile y Argentina indendientes del proceso en el Área Andina Central. La coexistencia del hombre y los camélidos, las diferentes estrategias de explotación y su adaptación a todos los ecoambientes adinos, refuerza la explotación y su adaptación a todos los ecoambientes andinos, refuerza la hipótesis de que se trataba de un recurso de singular importancia y que tuvo una incidencia vital en los procesos culturales andinos. La información zooarqueológica disponible, sumada a otros registros contextuales, proveen elementos para la discusión de la significación del recurso Camelidae en las economías regionales de la Puna de Atacama y sugerir algunas hipótesis sobre la evolución de su explotación como recurso poliproductivo.

Program Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) di gagas, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas terutama keselamatan bagi anak-anak sekolah yang rentan terhadap kecelakaan. ZoSS diharapkan dapat menurunkan kecepatan kendaraan yang melewatinya, hal ini bertujuan untuk memberi waktu reaksi yang lebih lama dalam mencegah gerakan spontan dan tidak terduga dari anak-anak sekolah yang nantinya dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan. Namun keberadaan ZoSS dan fungsinya diaggap belum maksimal. Dari beberapa perhitungan dan analisis mengenai ZoSS yang berada di Jalan Adinegoro di SMP N 15 Padang dan MTsN 1 Padang ditemukan bahwa untuk kelengkapan rambu-rambu pada ZoSS jika dinilai dari persyaratan yang tertera pada Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 81,82% dengan kondisi rambu cukup baik. Beberapa rambu yang belum ada yaitu rambu petunjuk lokasi fasilitas pemberhentian dan/atau pangkalan angkutan umum selain bus umum dan taksi, serta rambu larangan menjalankan kendaraan dengan kecepatan lebih dari 40 km/jam. Sementara itu untuk kelengkapan marka-marka pada ZoSS sebesar 100% dengan kondisi marka cukup baik. Sedangkan untuk perilaku penyeberang jalan, dari hasil perhitungan nilai Z hitung dibanding nilai Z tabel menunjukkan perilaku penyeberang jalan yang terkategori ‘berpotensi terjadinya kecelakaan’ dan angka persentase siswa yang menyeberang tidak sesuai prosedur adalah sebesar 86,63%.

Pada tanggal 24 april 1924 R.A.A Kromodjojo Adinegoro salah seorang Bupati Mojokerto, bekerja sama dengan Ir. Henry Maclaine Pont seorang arsitek Balanda mendirikan Oudheidkundige Vereeniging Majapahit (OVM) yaitu suatu perkumpulan yang bertujuan untuk meneliti peninggalan-peninggalan Majapahit. Akan tetapi OVM telah mengalami banyak perubahan nama dan juga banyak berpindah-pindah tempat dari dulu hingga sekarang. Hingga pada saat ini dikenal dengan nama PIM (Pusat Informasi Majapahit) yang dinaungi oleh BPCB JATIM( Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya).
 Sampai saat ini Pusat Informasi Majapahit (PIM) atau yang sering disebut Museum Trowulan saat ini terletak di Jl. Pendopo Agung, Dusun Unggahan, Desa Trowulan, Kec. Trowulan, Kab. Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Bangunan ini terletak di tanah seluas 54.935 mm.
 Museum tersebut terdiri dari 3 bangunan utama yaitu bangunan a, b, dan c serta bangunan kecil. 
 1) Bangunan A, merupakan bangunan rumah tinggal yang terletak dihalaman bagian barat dan menjadi bangunan utama museum sampai sekarang. 
 2) Bangunan B, bangunan yang dibangun pada tahun 1926 ini bangunan semi-terbuka yang berdinding kayu dengan atap berbentuk joglo. Lokasi bangunan berada disebelah timur bangunan A, sedikit menjorok kebarat laut.
 3) Bangunan C, bangunan ini didirikan pada tahun 1927 dan selesai dibangun sekitar tahun 1928. Bangunan ini terletak di sebelah timur bangunan B. Bentuk bangunannya cukup menarik karena keseluruhan bentuknya mirip dengan buah belimbing.

Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Cabang Koto Tangah Kota Padang yang beralamat di jl. Adinegoro no 37 Muaro Penjalinan mempunyai jarak sekitar 7,8 km dari Pantai Pasir Jambak dimana banyak pohon kelapa tumbuh. Namun, inovasi untuk memanfaatkan pohon kelapa dengan pengolahan yang sederhana dan bisa menghasilkan nilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi masih minim. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan santriwati tentang pengolahan pohon kelapa. Salah satu produk kelapa yang kaya manfaat dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi adalah Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Oleh karena itu, kami tim pengabdian berinisiatif untuk memberikan edukasi pelatihan pembuatan VCO, dimana pelatihan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan para santriwati serta menjadi salah satu cara dalam mempertahankan kesehatan para santriwati kemudian kedepannya jadi peluang usaha untuk mendapatkan tambahan biaya operasional panti tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah berupa ceramah dan membuka forum diskusi dengan para santriwatri yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan minat dari santriwati dengan memberikan materi tentang manfaat dari VCO untuk kesehatan dan kecantikan kemudian dilaksanakan praktek pembuatan VCO dari daging buah kelapa, selanjutnya pelatihan melakukan panen VCO, melakukan manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran, pelatihan pembuatan merk. Sebelum kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan, para santriwati mengisi angket awal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan dan keinginan santriwati untuk mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini. Setelah rentetan kegiatan baik sosialisasi maupun praktek, diakhir kegiatan dilakukan lagi penyebaran angket akhir, yang mana meningkatnya pengetahuan santriwati tentang pembuatan VCO kelapa dari 38% ke 81,58%

This research aimed at analyzing the characteristics of resolution of forest area disputes based on the Decision of the Supreme Court Number 269K / TUN / 2018. This research used normative legal method with legal, case, and conceptual approaches. The results showed that the Decidendi Ratio of the Supreme Court’s Decision was inappropriate. It is because in the context of the principle of legal certainty, that the object of the dispute is not included in the PTUN Decree, because of the Decree of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency Number 1 / Pbt / KEM-ATR / BPN / 2016, is an integral part of the execution of criminal law against the act of falsifying documents carried out by officials within the North Kalimantan National Land Agency (formerly East Kalimantan), in issuing the PT Nunukan Jaya Lestari HGU certificate. The Supreme Court’s consideration regarding the overlapping area between PT Adindo Hutani Lestari and PT Nunukan Jaya Lestari, covering ±3,500 Ha is also incorrect because it must be understood that the area claimed to be overlapping is a dispute of the forest area.

In this article, the author explores the collaboration between Tirto and Jubi in reporting on the Wamena and Jayapura riots in September 2019 in what has been described as the Papuan Uprising. The collaboration was greatly influenced by the desire of both media to improve the quality of news on human rights violations in West Papua. Tirto is an Indonesian online media outlet. Its journalists often criticise various government policies and the Indonesian political world through headlines, news and special articles. Tirto won an award as the Most Innovative Cyber Media in the 2017 Adinegoro Journalism Awards organised by the Indonesian Journalists Association. In the following year, Tirto became the only media outlet in Indonesia to receive an award from the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN). Jubi is a general news media service from West Papua which reports on the West Papuan conflict, especially human rights issues. At the conceptual level, one can expect an accurate and in-depth report resulting from the journalism collaboration between Tirto and Jubi. However, at the practical level, a question arises about what the collaboration means for the life of West Papuan journalists? Research results using qualitative content analysis and interviews suggest that the collaborative journalism they created was able to restore West Papuan journalists’self-esteem. These findings can contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge in the field of journalism and provide valuable information for West Papuan journalists.

Several studies have been carried out such as Zamakhsary Dhofier on the network of pesantren in Java and Martin van Bruinessen on the pesantren and tarekat. Continuing it, Ading Kusdiana through her dissertation at Padjadjaran University conducted a research on the network of Pesantren in the Priangan region (West Java), focusing on the existence and continuity of Pesantren through five inter-Islamic networks: scientific networks, marriage, genealogical, congregational religious views, and the similarity of the vision of opposition to the invaders. Kusdiana's research confirmed Zamakhshari Dhofier's theory and did not refute it at all. So that this feels like a new work with a sense of "old work". The study of this theme will be even more interesting if Kusdiana uses the new genealogical theory as Yudi Latif did. This will also portray changes and continuity in the network of Pesantren. However, Kusdiana’s work deserves to be appreciated because it presents a lot of new data-information regarding the traces and spreads of Pesantren in Priangan. This study examines scholarly literature on reading literacy in elementary schools from 2013 to 2023 through bibliometric analysis. A total of 649 documents from the Scopus database were analyzed to identify research trends, geographic distribution, researcher collaborations, and frequently discussed topics. Findings indicate a significant increase in publications, particularly in the last five years, reflecting growing interest in reading literacy. The most cited article, “Closing the achievement gap through modification of neurocognitive and neuroendocrine function” by Blair & Raver (2014), highlights effective interventions in reading literacy. The journal “Reading Teacher” is the most productive source with 20 papers, and Florida State University is the most prolific institution. The United States contributes the most papers (326), showing leadership in this field. VOSviewer thematic mapping shows primary focuses on teaching practices, intervention effectiveness, and learning experiences. Density visualizations show that literacy practices, experiences, effects, and interventions are frequently researched themes. These findings offer valuable insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers to reimprove ading literacy in elementary schools, emphasizing the importance of institutional collaboration and evidence-based interventions in improving educational outcomes.

In recent years, efforts have been made to improve welfare and overall-health of dairy cows by ading a higher level of comfort regarding the housing environment (Mishra <em>et al., </em>2017). It has been investigated that housing system and resting surface have influence on milk yield and reproductive performance similar to feeding and keeping methods in dairy herd (Singh <em>et al</em>., 2020d). Good bedding and flooring provide comfortable area for animals to take rest and it also helps to improve health and productive performance. Bedding improves the physical comfort of the floor (Maurice Tuyttens, 2005). Moreover, resting is prioritized over other behaviors by dairy cows. Cows that are deprived of lying show behavioral and physiological disorders (Tdhomsen <em>et al</em>., 2012) which may be unpleasant and unhealthy for dairy animals. Furthermore, it was remarked in a latest study that bedding material may introduce bacterial count in milk (Bradley <em>et al</em>., 2018) leading to a potential concern for both human and animal health. Therefore extensive reading is highly encouraged for English language learners to enable them have good knowledge of the subject in different fields. This research paper is on promoting communicative competence through extensive reading in English language context. Communicative competence is a person’s ability to communicate in one or all types of speech activities, which is a special quality of a real linguistic personality acquired in the process of natural conservation. It is referred to the ability to function in a communicative environment which requires grammatical knowledge of the language and how to use it. In the context of this paper, the following areas were highlighted; reading, extensive reading characteristics of extensive reading, techniques for improving communicative competence, communication among others. Based on the ideas discussed on the paper, conclusion and recommendations were drawn.

Nitric oxide (NO) can either prevent or promote apoptosis, depending on cell type. In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that NO suppresses ultraviolet B radiation (UVB)-induced keratinocyte apoptosis both in vitro and in vivo. Irradiation with UVB or addition of the NO synthase (NOS) inhibitor N G-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (l-NAME) increased apoptosis in the human keratinocyte cell line CCD 1106 KERTr, and apoptosis was greater when the two agents were given in combination. Addition of the chemical NO donor S-nitroso- N-acetyl-penicillamine (SNAP) immediately after UVB completely abrogated the rise in apoptosis induced by l-NAME. An adenoviral vector expressing human inducible NOS (AdiNOS) also reduced keratinocyte death after UVB. Caspase-3 activity, an indicator of apoptosis, doubled in keratinocytes incubated with l-NAME compared with the inactive isomer, d-NAME, and was reduced by SNAP. Apoptosis was also increased on addition of 1,H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo[4,3- a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ), an inhibitor of soluble guanylate cyclase. Mice null for endothelial NOS (eNOS) exhibited significantly higher apoptosis than wild-type mice both in the dermis and epidermis, whereas mice null for inducible NOS (iNOS) exhibited more apoptosis than wild-type mice only in the dermis. These results demonstrate an antiapoptotic role for NO in keratinocytes, mediated by cGMP, and indicate an antiapoptotic role for both eNOS and iNOS in skin damage induced by UVB.

This research aims to explain the authority of notaries in terms of buying and selling land for investment and analyze the form of notary's responsibility if proven to have committed a criminal act against security deposits in terms of buying and selling land for investment. The research method used is normative legal research, with a statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The results of the research can be concluded that the Notary who receives the deposit money indirectly becomes a party to the deed he makes himself, because a deposit agreement arises between the Notary and the confronters. The deed, which was previously an authentic deed that has perfect evidentiary power, degrades its evidentiary power to become like a deed under the hand. The form of criminal responsibility in the criminal decision of the Mataram High Court Decision Number 1/PID/2023/PT.MTR. which in its opinion upheld the Mataram District Court Decision Number 126/Pid.B/2022/PN.PYA which stated that Defendant I Chuck Wijaya S.H., M.Kn. and Defendant II Lalu Ading Buntaran Alias Lalu Buntaran were legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a crime as charged by the Public Prosecutor.
