Abstract:
Abstract Background Antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASPs) vary in terms of members and administrative (admin) structure. Joint Commission (TJC) has member requirements, but little is known about adherence or how ASP’s fit into hospitals’ admin structures. We reviewed the makeup and organization of ASP’s within a single healthcare system. Methods Survey of pharmacy directors or ASP pharmacists at 14 system hospitals in January 2019. Results All hospitals responded. All are TJC accredited. Thirteen (92%) had a local stewardship committee. Of these 13, 6 (42%) met quarterly, 4 (30%) monthly, and 3 (21%) every other month. 9 (69%) were a subcommittee of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, and 1 (11%) was a separate committee. 3 (23%) had no clearly defined reporting structure. Figure 1 shows ASP committee compositions. 9 (69%) had all TJC required members, if ID physician is considered a required member. All had pharmacy representation but only 4 (30%) had a pharmacist with ID training. Most had representation from ID physicians (10), Infection Prevention (12), other practitioners (11), and microbiology lab (9). Less than half had hospital admin members, and only 2 had nursing members. None had Information Technology (IT) representation. 12 (92%) created minutes, but only 4 (30%) forwarded minutes for review by hospital admin. Tables 1–3 describe relationships between hospitals based on bed size, if they submitted minutes for review, and if they had both an ID pharmacist and ID physician as members. No hospital indicated citations during a TJC visit about membership or organization. Conclusion ASPs within even a single health system vary as to membership and organizational structure. Some did not have all TJC required members. With few having admin representation or submitting minutes for admin review, it raises the concern of ASPs being ignored and possible noncompliance with TJC requirements regarding leadership support. ASP’s should actively work with hospital admins to ensure they have all needed representation and develop reporting mechanisms that keep hospital admins aware of their successes and needs. Lack of involvement from pharmacists with ID expertise, nursing, and IT are issues also. Larger evaluations are needed to determine whether membership and administrative structure can impact antimicrobial usage. Disclosures All authors: No reported disclosures.

The current running system still has many flaws and weaknesses as it takes quite a long time to figure out the amount of supplies of goods raw materials because an admin shed have to calculate the physical stock quantities directly, the occurrence of the difference in the number of requests the raw material with raw material expenses due to miscalculations by admin warehouse, takes a long time to make a request and expense report raw materials causing the company's performance be hampered, the absence of a reminder to remind Admins about the number of warehouse stock of raw materials so that when the raw materials needed by the chef stock no. Based on existing problems then needed a system to help the admin staff stock in managing demand and pengerluaran raw material so that it doesn't happen the difference in stocks of raw materials. The development of internet and information technology made a system to the practical, effective, and efficient. One of the impacts is ease to make scheduling information system in university. This research is research and development (R&D) models which have aim to develop the website-based scheduling information system to increase the effectivity of lecturer’s performance and learning process in IAIN Tulungagung. E-SIP program develop by using software development life cycle in term of waterfall model. Waterfall model was selected because it was easy and efficient. This system development consisted of system need analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dissemination, and maintenance. Data collecting system using literature review, field study, and interview. Furthermore, data also collected from questionnaire scores of E-SIP validations conducted by the validator and respondents, in terms of admins. After doing some development phase and trial, the E-SIP was developed and ready to use to make scheduling process in IAIN Tulungagung. E-SIP possibly runs with using any browser supporting the java-script system. The development result of E-SIP is in terms of login page for users in three levels. The first level is Super Admin which is responsible to input all databases needed for E-SIP. The second level is Department Admin, which is responsible to arrange the individual schedule of departments. The third level is Faculty Admin, which only able to see the schedule arranged by Department Admin. The similarity of all levels is to print and see the schedule. The advantage of E-SIP is that the scheduling system is able to be controlled by online and performed simultaneously at one time as well as to check overlapping or nonautomatic schedules in the website. Besides, the disadvantage happens when there is a bug or an error resulting in that the system does not function properly and needs to be immediately resolved.

In this paper a Door lock system using RFID and IOT Technologies. Using smart phone with Blynk App the Admin or owner can remotely monitor, control (ON & OFF the access) and can get Blynk notifications from the door lock when someone try to access it or if any suspicious activity happens (someone try to break the it). The registered User will receive Gmail’s when he tries to unlock the door. Other features are the admin or owner can remotely unlock and lock the door from any place, and he can disable the switch which is used for getting out from the room, for blocking the unknown persons who went with theft RFID card, it is done by seeing the notifications send to the user when door is unlocked with his card through Admin. For authorized person the lock will be opened and closed automatically after a predetermined delay. If it is an unauthorized person tries it alerts the admin and neighbors through a Blynk notification and buzzer sound. Thus, once implemented, the system will prove An Effective security with minimum cost and increase in comfort for system users and also more efficient compared to existing cost ineffective systems.

One way to ease the data organization is to design an information system that can record and organize all the data held by the Computer System.Design and Implementation phase begins with system requirement analysis. Its objection is to get a proper system specification. In design phase, Data Flow Diagram is used to represent data in a logic way. The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system.System Information inventory and Loan goods on the laboratory computer system, has two categories of access rights, there are super admin and admin (operator), where the super admin have all permissions and the lending system inventory information communications system laboratory, while the operator is further divided into three parts ie (embedded, networking, and software engineer) where each lab has one operator and one other can notaccess that does not belong to its access. The test results and Loan Information Systems Inventory Computer Systems Laboratory, showed that all the features of the application can work well as Super Admin can see the entire menu of each Lab and can make the process of printing from any lab reports, for each lab operator can to process the data change, the process of borrowing items and returns. Using the Entity Relationship Diagram modeling system. The information systems have as many as four users on the system, which are super admin, operator Lab embedded, networking lab operator, operator Lab Engineer software.

Abstract:
Secret sharing schemes are ideal for storing highly sensitive data. A secret is divided into many parts and every participant gets his unique part. If we combine all of these parts and try regenerating the secret then it might be impractical, and therefore the threshold scheme is used. Shamir’s secret sharing scheme supports the same. Here, some of the parts or all of them are required to reconstruct the secret. Any threshold number of parts are sufficient to reconstruct the original secret. The Admin has a set of files which are confidentiality and availability of data. Whenever a Client requests to access the files, the Admin performs authentication of the user through an encrypted and stored on multiple databases so as to achieve Authentication module, who makes use if Shamir's secret sharing concept. This is similar to the One Time Password (OTP) mechanism. If the Client is authentic, Admin grants him the decryption key and the Client can access the file. In this paper, we shall discuss all this in detail using which we can provide security, replication of data and authentication.Â

Students’ academic success can be evaluated based on their performance in the exams conducted by the institutions. In this paper, we propose a scheme where prediction of student final placement can be done based on the marks scored by them in the previous semesters. In order to predict the placement of the student we need some data to analyze. For this purpose we will supply students basic details and their previous academic information into the system which will be used to predict the placement of the student. This is done by generating association rules using apriori algorithm. Admin and user will use this system. Here user will be the student. Admin and user will use their login to access the system. Admin will add academic details of the students, like their SSC, HSC, Graduation marks (up to current semester, Back logs etc.,). User will be the student. Admin and user will use their login to access the system. Admin will add academic details of the students, like their SSC, HSC, Graduation marks (up to current semester, Back logs etc.,). This system can be used in schools, colleges and other educational institutions. This evaluation system is more accurate than other conventional methods. The project aims towards the assistance of teachers at the time of taking attendance. The system solely focuses on face detection and recognition. The tools used to device the system are API’s offered by Python 3.6, Open CV(for detection) and a few cognitive tools provided by Azure.The basic idea behind the project is face recognition linked to a database backend. The information of the student attending the class is stored here. The entire attendance is associated with two types of time stamps incorporated at the server end. The time stamp helps to keep a track of the hour conducted and the time for which number of people attended the class. Exceptions in the time stamp would be incorporated in order to cater for the students leaving the class or trying to bunk the class. In case of further exceptionsin the time stamp will be scope of further development of the system. All queries or conditions of the students will be answered by the system on communication with the admin. If the admin finds that the system was at fault then it can always be fixed by the admin for smooth functioning of the class monitoring system.

Using radio wave or radio frequency scanners to identify wirelessly any object is not so much complex in reality. The latest version of this technology is known as radio frequency identification or RFID. RFID has three building blocks: small tags built around microchips that carry a digital identification code; The RFID scanners also known as readers, the readers are also known as interrogators and networking hardware and the software to link scanners to the main computer databases that can be in hardware or cloud storage. In this project, we describe the implementation of RFID technology in the platform of asset management system in an organization. Using RFID technology track the all of the assets is the main aim of the project. The RFID interrogators open a serial port and then reads a RFID tag to use it as a unique parameter in the database to access and show the record associated to the RFID chip. Any change is wirelessly synchronized to the main database server.An admin will look after the whole server as an administration. If any new asset is introduced which is not in the main database, when the RFID scanner detects that the admin will get a notification message also in anyway if any asset will tamper by anything or anyone or if someone will try to steal any asset then again, the admin will get a notification message instantly.

The web framework was developed with the help of python-Django 1.11.1. It is one of the web frameworks that has inbuilt module and API. The user gets login with the help of Google authentication. In that way they detail can be stored in the database. Sqlite3 version database is used for fast retrieving and storing the data. The front end of this project is using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This will provide the good user-interface. The hijacker module is used to improvise the search content.

The paper presents a newly developed, innovative idea on a global scale system for indoor navigation INCREDISCOPE. The system is fully autonomic, and it is based on e-paper displays technology. The original positioning and navigation system for people inside buildings gives the possibility to intuitively and naturally lead a person to the desired destination. The paper consists of four parts. In the beginning, the short introduction and basic assumptions about indoor navigation and positioning are given. Then the core idea of the system and basic assumptions are introduced. In the third section, some technical information of prepared software is presented. Three different applications were prepared – intended for the system administrator; designated for e-paper displays and a mobile application for users who move inside buildings with their smartphones. The recognition of the users is based on Bluetooth technology. In the paper, two versions of the administrator interface were presented (Admin 1.0 and Admin 2.0). The operation logic of each version is completely different. The first one was too time-consuming during relations table creation. The second one is more intuitive. The last part of the article includes conclusions and prospects for further development of the system.

In the light of today’s urban cities, waste disposal has become a major concern. Improper waste management results in unclean, foul and unhygienic conditions which give birth to numerous diseases in the region. It leads to spread variety of pathogens and leads to poor logistical and human resource management.The main reason is that in the busy working life schedule, people don’t have enough time to dump their waste. Our idea is to build a web based application for proper waste management. Waste will be collected from the user's doorstep as per his/her request to avoid bad treatment/disposal of waste. There will be a real time monitoring of the dumper in order to provide accuracy, live status and no malpractices. The scheduling of stoppage and collection of waste is regulated by the admin and directly transferred to the dumper driver through the web application. The admin ensures route optimization to save time. There will be a personal software at the admin side so that there will be no interference of any other untrusted party. This is a real time initiative to promote the safe waste disposal in the busy life schedule.

Penelitian ini membuat Simulasi Penerapan Algoritma Pewarnaan Graf pada penjadwalan Perkuliahan STMIK Sumedang yang dikelola oleh admin (BAAK) dan dosen diberi hak akses untuk mengelola data permintaan dosen serta melihat laporan. In case of any events or exams in the college, the students will be notified by Admin. As we are college students we know about these problems that we are facing due to the lack of this kind of application. So we thought of extending and solving some of the problems in our project so that it could be more useful for the students and they can easily use the application which is also very compatible for the teachers and students. The data relating to students is stored in Firebase. A web-based portal is designed for the faculty to upload the marks, results, and upload materials.

Therefore we need an application that serves to replace the existing application but still supports the existing system. The methodology used to admin consists of interviews, questionnaires to users, observation to analyze the problem, designing application solutions, and evaluation by distributing questionnaires to the admin. With the RSIM applications, manual administrative processes can be eliminated because the user can perform the registration process and the addition of its own loans through the application by themselves. RSIM Applications can also provide solutions for prepaid voucher sales system because it provides the ability to generate a voucher, print vouchers, and see the voucher reports, list payment, and the sale report. Conversational agents, also known as chatbots, are automated systems for engaging in two-way dialogue with human users. Nowadays the use of Chatbots is very popular in a large scale of applications especially in systems that provide an intelligence support to the user. In fact, to speed up the assistance, in many cases, these systems are equipped with Chatbots that can interpret the user questions and provide the right answers, in a fast and correct way. Chatbots typically provide a text-based user interface, allowing the user to type commands and receive text as well as text to speech response. When chat bot technology is integrated with popular web services it can be utilized securely by an even larger audience. The student information chat bot will analyse user’s queries and understand user’s message for appropriate response generation. This System will be a web application which provides answer to the query of the student very effectively. Students just have to put their query to the bot which is used for chatting. The system will use the algorithms to give appropriate answers to the user. If the answer is found invalid, then there is an option to report to admin so that the users query will be satisfied. These invalid questions can be deleted or modified by the admin of the system and an appropriate answer can be embedded in the database. The student will not have to go to the college for enquiring something. Student can use the chat bot to get the answers to their queries. Students can use this web based system for making enquiries at any point of time. This system may help students to stay updated with the college activities.

Abstract The literature on parliament identifies many factors which facilitate or impede parliamentary committees in their quest to scrutinise legislation and to oversee and hold government to account, including the formal powers assigned to them, political factors associated with the make-up of parliament, structural factors associated with parliamentary tradition, and the rules and procedure adopted by parliament. This article is concerned with how parliamentary rules and procedure can affect committees. It develops a framework of the procedural variables associated with ‘effective committee systems’ and uses it to assess the Oireachtas committee system prior to and after the reforms introduced by the thirty-first and thirty-second Dáileanna. It finds that many, though not all, of the procedural conditions for a strong committee system have been put in place. However, while changes to procedure can remove obstacles to effective committee systems, other factors - above all, the incentive for politicians to engage with committee work - will ultimately determine whether the reforms truly strengthen parliament.

Smart polling system is an android application that facilitates user (voter), nominee and administrator (who will be in charge and will verify all the user information) to participate in online voting. Our smart polling system is highly secured, and it has a simple and interactive user interface. The proposed online portal is secured and have unique security feature such as unique id generation that adds another layer of security (except login id and password) and gives admin the ability to verify the user information and to decide whether he is eligible to vote or not. It also creates and manages voting and election details as all the users must login by user name and password and click on candidates to register vote.

In this study there are some problems such as material shared by the admin such as videos, modules and other material that cannot be downloaded by users or users, there is no menu to connect to admin or system users, when the user or user shares learning material or work experience there is no notification directly to the system whether rejected or approved by the admin, there is no menu that can help beginners who are first using the knowledge management system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality level of knowledge management system services and how to improve the quality of knowledge management system services by utilizing the Quality Function Deployment method. to identify by distributing to respondents who were processed using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results of the distribution of questionnaires get a value of 3,764 with a low category which means it needs to be improved and processing in the QFD method in the House of Quality matrix there are 16 technical responses as a solution to improve service quality. Priority determination is obtained from calculating the relationship between user desires and technical responses then used to determine the priority of improvements that will be applied first.

World Trans which is being developed, found a problem in the database system that failed to communicate with the application system, namely when the admin enters the application using a user name and password, the database does not respond to data calls that are being made and the admin cannot enter the application. The development team has made improvements, and this time the test was carried out in an effort to see the possibility of the same defects or new defects in the application. So, if not tested, it will be very detrimental for business owners and other users. This test uses the Black Box testing technique. Black Box testing method consists of several ways, including Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Comparison Testing, Sample Testing, Robustness Testing, and others. Among the many testing methodologies, this test method was chosen using Equivalence Partitioning. Because Equivalence Partitioning is a Black Box testing method that breaks or divides the input domains of the program into data classes so that a test case can be obtained. The design of the Equivalence Partitioning test case is based on evaluating the equivalence class for input conditions that describe a set of conditions that are true or not. The results of this test are the admin application system PT. World Trans can make data calls to the database and there are no problems as before or new problems so that the system can run properly and according to software requirements that have been determined. With the results of this test, the development team can find out the extent of the problem in this application, as well as see the possibility of similar or new problems that can harm the team and business owners.

Ketika ambulance dibutuhkan sedangkan semua ambulance di rutenya masing- masing, posisi yang pasti tiap ambulance akan sulit ditentukan secara manual. Pada kasus ini, pemanfaatan fungsi GPS pada smartphone yang dihubungkan dengan web melalui PhoneGap atau disebut juga dengan ambulance tracking sistem (ATS) dibangun untuk mengurangi masalah di instalasi kemotoran RSUDZA Banda Aceh. GPS pada smartphone di mobil ambulance akan mengirim titik koordinat latitude/longitude ke satelit dan koordinat posisi tersebut akan dikirim juga ke internet melalui BTS seluler dalam bentuk data tracking. Sementara itu, data tracking yang terdiri dari koordinat posisi mobil ambulance, id_supir, id_ambulans, id_smartphone, waktu keberangkatan dan tujuan mobil ambulance dari internet dikirim ke admin dan disimpan di server. A privilege escalation in the Windows system can be defined as a method of gaining access to the kernel system and allowing the user to have an administrative access to the local admin account system on the computer. This paper describes the proof of concept attack scheme using Universal Serial Bus (USB) Hacktool. The attack scheme, the same interaction on the physical access to the computer system could be accomplished by the attacker using a little effort on social engineering and specialized USB Hacktool to take over the computer system in full where it will collect valuable information and escalate the administrative privilege to gain unauthorized admin access which further attack can be done like setting up an open port for backdoor access. The evaluation of this paper gives a significant value as for educational purpose for proof of concept security project. The implementation on this project could help the responsible team to take necessary action toward physical security access to their computer or workstation.

Abstract: Littering of waste causes a lot of negative impact on the environment as well as it affects the economy of the nation. Because of unavailability of a proper waste tracking and detection system, littered waste remains uncleaned. The traditional way of waste management includes regular waste collected by the groups assigned such as municipal corporation trucks. To overcome this problem, we develop a system where the admin can capture images using a mobile camera and using artificial intelligence, it processes those images and identifies the type of waste present in the image. It also maps the waste locations along with its images on a map. At the end, the admin notifies the nearest garbage collector to clean the waste. Abstract The evolution of the territorial structure of Ireland’s system of local government during the period of colonial rule by England is outlined. The independence period saw little change in this structure until the abolition of municipal-level government in 2014, reflecting the very marginal role of devolved administration in Ireland’s political system. The creation and functioning of regional-level administrative systems, mainly related to the management of EU Structural Fund expenditure, are reviewed. Regional assemblies, established in 2015, have the role of preparing regional strategies under the 2018 National Planning Framework. Ongoing problems arising from a mismatch between subnational governance systems and underlying socio-spatial structures are discussed.

Daiichi Elevator Indonesia applies a single agent from the Chinese company Daiichi Seloon. In the monitoring inventory control system PT. Daiichi Elevator Indonesia. Found some weaknesses of the system such as making safety reports still running manually and not complicated so that planning and data processing is still found some input errors that occur have not been properly computerized, in accordance with the request, so it needs to be designed as a computerized system and equipped with both to produce true and accurate information. This study discusses systems that provide the latest information and provide users as admin and users in the system to input, process, and output preparations. By using the interview method, observation on the system and the PIECES analysis method to see the strength of the company to support this monitoring system also uses the PHP programming language using a database using MySQL, as well as making that is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) using diagrams such as use case , activity. In terms of analyzing the existing system at PT Daiichi Elevator Indonesia, it is expected that the admin will no longer make company inventory reports, because the data that will be made into inventory reports will be automatically processed and become print-ready reports through the system.
