Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) proses pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis komik dengan media adobe illustrator, (2) menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis komik dengan media adobe illustrator yang valid dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian pengembangan atau research and development. Adapun prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran elektronika dasar berbasis komik yaitu: (1) Penetapan topik komik dan pembuatan karakter komik; (2) pembuatan latar belakang komik; (3) pembuatan alur cerita; (4) pengumpulan data meliputi: (a) pengumpulan materi komponen dasar elektronika; (b) pembuatan dan pengumpulan gambar; (5) pengembangan produk awal berupa buku komik cetak berseri, atau tahapan uji coba; (6) validasi ahli materi dan media; (7) analisis hasil validasi; (8) uji coba kelompok kecil dan lapangan; (9) analisis hasil uji coba; (10) produk akhir berupa buku cetak berseri sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komik menggunakan adobe illustrator telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dari aspek materi dari segi umum, pembelajaran, dan substansi materi. Sedangkan aspek media dan aspek media dari segi umum, media, komunikasi visual. Untuk itu disarankan media pembelajaran berbasis komik menggunakan adobe illustrator dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi media pembelajaran di kelas yang menyenangkan, mempermudah dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan meningkatkan motivasi dan keingintahuan siswa sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh dapat optimal.

Abstract:
One of the important things in a visual media institution is a public institution of the logo identity. Identity logo itself has a meaning as an identity that represents the image of an institution. Division Raharja Enrichment Centre was commissioned to complete the implementation of Tri Dharma on Higher Education Prog which concentrates on research and service to society. Enrichment programs Prog Centre issued has not had a logo identity. Without the identity logo to the program have not been able to realize the identity of ownership to the public. For that, it takes a logo identity for each of the programs Raharja Enrichment Centre which can be interesting and can be implemented as the identity of the visual. The one of methode in this study used Design Analys Method with applications supporting Adobe Illustrator CS5 applications such as processor design objects vector image, while Adobe Photoshop CS5 application used to process bitmap images and Design Concept Plan contains the media. With the logo identity of each of these programs, the public will be easily understood by looking at a consistent look and is easily recognizable because it has special characteristics in each of its programs. From the design of the logo identity is expected for subsequent years may give a different look and appeal in introducing programs of the Raharja Enrichment Centre.

Abstract:
Moral learning can be taught through stories, which act as orientations and role models to stimulate understanding which then becomes the habituation and personal character of the child. In this study project moral learning is presented in stories in the form of comic books, with Cindelaras's story as example. The comic book creation process goes through several stages of the creative process namely the pre-production process, the production process and the post-production process. The main work produced was a dummy form from a comic book titled "Cindelaras: A Boy with Rooster" and several merchandise works as supporters such as bookmarks, key chains, art prints and stickers. All the sequences pages of this comic are visual illustrations that tell the story of Cindelaras' journey in fighting for justice. In this comic also illustrated how Cindelaras behaves to parents, people who need even those who are evil to him. This comic has the main message that every good or bad deed will return to the culprit. This work is analyzed from the technical aspects, aesthetic aspects and illustrative aspects. Technically, the entire work is done in digital format and techniques with Adobe Photoshop CS5 applications, while viewed from an aesthetic aspect, it highlights visual elements that are depicted such as colors, lines, drawing styles, and so on. The illustrative aspect explains how illustrations play an important role in communicating stories in this comic book. Through this comic book illustration creation it is hoped that it can add to children's reading recommendations as a medium of moral learning as well as a means of promotion to introduce native Indonesian folklore.

Abstract:
Cladocera is investigated in waterbodies of Vinh Long province during 2013 to 2014. Samples were collected from eight stations. 18 cladocera species belonging to 14 genus, 7 family, 2 order and 1 class were observed. In that, 14 species were recorded in 2013, and 15 species were recorded in 2014. The species composition of order Anomopoda always dominates in waterbodies. The species Grimaldina brazzai Richard, 1892 (Macrotricidae, Anomopoda, Branchiopoda) are redescribed from material collected in Co Chien river of Vinh Long province in 2013. The results have identified 04 female individuals, but no male individuals of G. brazzai are recorded. Morphological characteristics of G. brazzai are as descriptive as Richard (1892), Brook (1956) and Idris (1983). Morphological characteristics of Grimaldina và G. brazzai female are described and illustrated details by Optikam and Adobe Illustrator CS5. Some morphology characters used to identify, e.g., eye, head pores, Labral plate, Antennule I - II, postabdomen. The genus Grimaldina comprises only one species G. brazzai. This species has been recorded in lakes and rice fields of Brazil, Thailan, Lao, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore, rare species. The first time in Vietnam Shirota (1966) was recorded this species in South Vietnam, but he has not describe.
