Full textThe number of divorces has notably increased in the last years. So has the number of children, some of them teenagers, who have to adapt to this new family situation, and the crisis and change that this supposes. Meanwhile, they also have to deal with the tasks that adolescence imply. Authors suggest that divorce tends to be a risk factor for the health of the members that conform the family. A qualitative phenomenological interpretative approach was used to understand what is the meaning these teenagers give to family after living their parent’s divorce. A semi-structured interview was made to eight participants with ages between 13 and 19, finding what follows. What they represent as a family, matches with the family they wish they have in their future. They have interiorized the event of divorce as something that was hidden, unexpected and particularly difficult. They wished the were informed about what was happening. The parent that has left home is target of negative projections, while the opposite happens with the one that has stayed. The roles played by the members of the family undergo changes: it’s often the older brother who adopts the authority role.

Full textLa presente investigación se planteó el objetivo de analizar la educación sexual dentro de los hogares desde la perspectiva de los adolescentes mediante la aplicación de la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada. Se trabajó con diez adolescentes de entre las edades de 13 y 15 años, provenientes de familias biparentales y donde uno o ambos padres fueran partícipes de su crianza y que contaran con al menos un hermano, sin importar el sexo de éstos.

Full textLa familia constituye la principal red de apoyo para los adolescentes en esta etapa de vida, sobretodo cuando tienen que afrontar la maternidad. Por todo ello, surge la presente investigación cualitativa con enfoque estudio de caso, que tuvo como objetivos: describir, analizar y comprender el cuidado de la familia a la madre adolescente y su recién nacido en el hogar y discutir las implicancias para enfermería del cuidado de la familia a la madre adolescente y su recién nacido en el hogar. La base teórica conceptual se basa en los conceptos: cuidado (Waldow 2008), familia (Bustamante, 2004), madre adolescente (Márquez 2002) y rol maternal (Mercer, 2000). Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la entrevista semi-estructurada a siete madres adolescentes y a sus familiares cuidadores obtenidos por la técnica de saturación y con precedente del consentimiento informado. El escenario fue los hogares. Se aplicó los criterios de rigor científico (Tello y otros) y los principios de la ética personalista de Casallo V. (2009). Se usó el análisis de contenido temático, obteniéndose las siguientes categorías: cuidado familiar para la simbiosis madre adolescente-recién nacido, reorganización de roles familiares para el cuidado a la madre adolescente-recién nacido y afrontando problemas legales-económicos por la paternidad. Concluyendo que los cuidados brindados en el ambiente familiar, favorecen el vínculo afectivo entre la adolescente y su recién nacido; para ello cada familiar se reorganiza para apoyarla, ya sea económicamente, cuidando al bebé, cuidándola en el puerperio mediato y enseñándole a que aprenda a desempeñar su rol maternal, basado en las creencias y prácticas aprendidas de su entorno familiar/cultural; aspectos que deben ser considerados por el personal de salud al brindar sus cuidados.

Full textThe following investigation´s goal was to establish the relationship between the risk of developing internet gaming disorder and the perception a group of university students have on the relationship they have with their parents. 94 university students of metropolitan Lima currently in the first years of the careers belonging the general sciences studies and the science and engineering faculties participated in the study. 73% were male and 27% female between the ages of 18 and 23 (X= 18.99, DE=1.15). The Internet Gaming Disorder Test (IGD-20) designed by Pontes, Király, Demetrovics & Griffiths (2014), and the Adolescent Family Process (AFP) designed by Vazsony, Hibbert y Snider (2003) were used. The results found a direct relationship with the perception of support from the mother and Internet Gaming Disorder (p = .24, p < .05), and inverse relationships with the perception of communication with the mother (p = -.31, p < .01) and her monitoring (p = -.20, p < .05) with IGD. Concerning sex, more relationships were found between IGD and AFP in men than women. Likewise, the relationship with the mother show the most associations with IGD, unlike the father, whom no relationships were found. The variables associated to gaming showed a direct relationship between the risk of developing internet gaming disorder with more playtime and the lower the age of initiation.

Full textLa presente tesis analiza la falta de regulación integral en materia de infancia y adolescencia, particularmente en cuanto al tratamiento de la autoridad parental y la responsabilidad parental, enfocado desde la problemática que enfrentan los padres y madres adolescentes en nuestro país para el ejercicio de la parentalidad sobre sus hijos, situación carente de norma expresa que consolide la forma de ejercer por éstos padres adolescentes dicha autoridad paterna. A través del análisis de los tratados internacionales, fundamentalmente la Convención de Derechos del Niño y del Derecho Comparado, se pretende en el presente trabajo dar solución a esta problemática tanto en materia de cuidado personal como patria potestad, además de plantear la necesidad de la creación de un sistema integral de protección de la infancia y la adolescencia teniendo presente el interés superior del niño, su derecho a ser oído y su autonomía progresiva, todos principios que han sido aportados por la Convención de Derechos del Niño ratificada y vigente en nuestro país desde el año 1990. Es justamente gracias de la Convención de Derechos del Niño y al proceso de constitucionalización del derecho de familia, que se ha evolucionado en la concepción del niño como sujeto de derecho y por tanto, sujeto respecto del cual el Estado debe asegurar igual protección al momento de ejercer los derechos expresamente contemplados en instrumentos internacionales. En tal sentido, se analiza en la presente tesis cuales son los derechos que le corresponden al padre adolescente respecto de sus propios hijos y cómo se debe regular la forma de ejercer dicha parentalidad, cuidando siempre el interés superior de ambos menores de edad, el padre adolescente y su hijo.

This paper presents an study ex-post factum concerning the research-action-in-the-action of the development of a methodology applicable in the process of reintegrating in the familiar context the children and teenagers attended by institutions. The research was based upon the principle that the life history of institutionalized children could be helpful in their process of familiar reintegration. The investigation was based in cases of children and teenagers of different ages, object of psychologic monitoring during the years 2006 and 2007, sent by the judiciary of childhood and youth of São Caetano do Sul, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. Based upon a qualitative approach, the study was performed in two cases, emphasizing the methodology utilized in the monitoring above mentioned. Depositions were collected from the personal that participated in the process and the professionals that attended in the elaboration of the methodology. The theoretical base of the study utilized concepts of affective privation, formation and breaking of affective relations, institutional foster care, and social nets as fundamental aspects, not only for understanding the cases studied, but all the process developed for reintegrate the children in the familiar context. The results obtained showed the importance of establishing a proposal for the intervention aiming the reconstruction of the history of life of the children and teenagers as helpful mediators in the process of reintegration in the family, assuring them respect in their singularity
Esta dissertação apresenta um estudo ex-post factum que tem por escopo a pesquisa-ação-na-ação − da construção de uma metodologia aplicada no processo de reintegração no contexto familiar de crianças e adolescentes em acolhimento institucional. Partiu-se do princípio de que, o apropriar-se da história de vida, no caso de crianças institucionalizadas, poderia ser um mediador no seu processo de reintegração familiar. O ato investigativo foi pautado em casos de crianças e adolescentes de faixas etárias distintas, atendidos em acompanhamento psicológico nos anos de 2006 a 2007, encaminhados pela Vara da Infância e da Juventude do município de São Caetano do Sul, na região do ABCD paulista. Com base em uma abordagem qualitativa, foi realizado o estudo de dois casos com ênfase na metodologia utilizada nos atendimentos. Foram coletados depoimentos dos sujeitos que participaram do processo e também de profissionais que acompanharam a elaboração da metodologia. O embasamento teórico do estudo abordou conceitos de privação afetiva, formação e rompimento de laços afetivos, acolhimento institucional e redes sociais como aspectos fundamentais para se compreender não apenas os casos estudados, mas todo o processo desenvolvido para reintegrar crianças no contexto familiar. Os resultados obtidos mostraram a importância de se estabelecer uma proposta de intervenção que vise a reconstruir a história de vida de crianças e adolescentes como mediadora no processo de reintegração familiar, de forma a garantir-lhes respeito em sua singularidade

The aim of this study is to investigate how adolescents comprehend and cope with marital conflicts in marriage and separation. Fourty five students of a middle class population of São Paulo, 13-16 years old, have participated of a qualitative research through four Thematic Sociodramas about marital conflicts. The results demonstrate that interparental conflicts are identified as a phenomenon caused by intrinsic and personnel characteristics of the genitors. The adolescents do not identify the inter-relational and dynamic aspects of constructing and maintaining the discords not even the demands of the couple s relationship. The first marriage sons and daughters can not identify the dynamics of the marital relationship and conflicts while those from separate/divorce/second marriages discriminate these factors according to the high level of the emotional confrontation observed by them. Among the themes initiated by conflicts, the economic features and educational practices are the usual ones in which the financial aspects permeate all levels of escalation. The parenting, as a mediator of interparental conflicts, and the interference of others (grandmothers, maids, relatives and friends) also increase disagreements. Concerning how they are coping with conflicts, the answers of the participants agree with the adolescent s reactions according to the review presented by Cummings and Davies (2002) in which the adjustment of children and adolescent can be observed through their cognitive and emotional processes when they try to alter the stress factor caused by conflicts through problem solution
O objetivo deste estudo é investigar como os adolescentes compreendem e enfrentam conflitos conjugais no casamento e na separação. Quarenta e cinco estudantes, pertencentes às camadas médias da população paulistana, entre 13 e 16 anos, participaram da pesquisa qualitativa realizada através de quatro Sociodramas Temáticos sobre conflitos conjugais. Os resultados demonstram que os conflitos interparentais são identificados como fenômenos gerados por características intrínsecas e particulares dos genitores. Os adolescentes não identificam os aspectos interacionais e dinâmicos na construção e manutenção das discórdias, nem mesmo nas demandas da conjugalidade. Os filhos de pais de primeira união não conseguem identificar as dinâmicas dos relacionamentos conjugais e conflitos, enquanto os filhos de pais separados/divorciados/segundo casamento, discriminam estes fatores de acordo com o alto nível emocional dos confrontos identificados por eles. Dentre os temas eliciadores de conflitos, a questão econômica e as práticas educacionais são os mais comuns, sendo que o aspecto financeiro permeia todas as instâncias de escalonamento. O estilo de parentalidade, como mediador de conflitos interparentais, e a interferência de terceiros (avó, empregada, parentes e amigos) também são intensificadores de discórdias. Quanto ao enfrentamento, as respostas dos participantes coincidem com as reações da revisão apresentada por Cummings e Davies (2002), em que o ajustamento de crianças e adolescentes pode ser observado através da atuação dos processos cognitivos e emocionais quando eles tentam alterar o fator de estresse, causado pelos conflitos, através da solução do problema

Full textThe community participation is a key factor for the success of social programs and development projects. Multilateral and cooperation agencies promote its incorporation throughout the project life cycle. Social programs have been part of this tendency and the quality standards currently promoted, in particular to reach a proper management of school feeding programs, include community participation as a key success factor. Within this framework, several states, including Peru, have incorporated different management models into their social programs and, specially, their school feeding programs, which are based on community participation. However, the considerations to be taken into account in convening different actors to be part of the interventions have rarely been discussed. Much has been learned about the benefits of this participation, but little research has been done on the constraints faced by the community or the organized population to improve the levels and quality of their participation. Research in the case of the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) Qali Warma is still scarce and little research has been done on it since it was recently created (2013). This research, based on 13 case studies on the participation of parents in the School Feeding Committees (CAE) of the provinces of Huaraz and Carhuaz in the Huaylas Corridor, in the Áncash region, seeks to contribute with evidence to identify how participation of parents becomes a key factor for the success of the social program, which are the constraints that must be removed to generate greater participation, and the learning and challenges for public policy.
