Abstract:
Introduction. The article deals with the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of ethno-aesthetics as a “cultural code” of an ethnos through a systematic approach to solving the problem of the ratio of ethno-culture and ethno-aesthetics. The aim of the study is a philosophical analysis of ethno-aesthetics to determine the semantic potential of the symbolic capital of ethnic culture. Materials and Methods. The logic of the research, ascending from the abstract (definition of ethno-aesthetics) to the exact (ethno-futurism), is based on a systemic approach. It distinguishes the following methods: dialectical (ethno-aesthetics at the level of the singular, particular and universal), comparative-historical (transformation of ethno-aesthetic values); structural and functional (ethno-aesthetics as an open system of aesthetic values that serve as “markers” of ethnic originality). Results and Discussion. The author denotes the theoretical and methodological aspects of ethno-aesthetics in the modern conditions of being of an ethnos: ethno-aesthetic values, aesthetic ontology of ethnos, expression in ethno-aesthetics of the “spirit of a people”. In the ethnic world-picture the expression of the concept “spirit of the people” allows to highlight the levels of ethno-aesthetics in ethnoculture: substantial (aesthetic consciousness, aesthetic values that reflect/express the “spirit of a people”); functional-historical (transforming system of aesthetic relations and aesthetic experience of an ethnos). The author notes the relationship of ethno-aesthetic values with mentality, the “spirit of a people”, the deep layers of ethnic consciousness (traditions, rites, beliefs, mythological representations, archetypes), art as a system of creating symbolic images. The dialectics of single, special and universal with regard to aesthetic values distinguishes ethno-aesthetics as the level of being of special, which at the same time combines (values and creative potential of an ethnos in world exploration) and determines the specifics of understanding and interpretation by an ethnos the basic values (the beautiful, the tragic, the comic, etc.) and its fixation in the language. The source of aesthetic ontology is the experiencing by an ethnos life, nature, labour, creativity, which have creative and harmonizing potential. Conclusion. The author interprets ethno-aesthetics as an integral part of aesthetics, which creates a philosophical theory of an ethnos aesthetic relationship to the world (nature, art, labour), reflects the process of formation and development of aesthetic sensuality and aesthetic consciousness, the value of the world.

Abstract:
The focus of this paper is on the Korean aesthetic model of taste. In order to investigate the origins of aesthetics in Korea and its current place in Koreans’ lives, it analyzes the key concepts of the Korean aesthetics and spiritual aspects of life for Koreans. In a way to exemplify this cultural system, traditional Korean food is presented as a conceptual representation of the aesthetic experience. Its role in integrating different aspects of meanings and values in everyday lives of Koreans is also discussed. The research subject is studied through the complex lenses: its association with both the gastronomic taste, which comprises organoleptic perception and aesthetic judgements, and the semiotic aspect of culture, represented by basic units thereof – words. The optics of the interdisciplinary outlook of this method suggests a new approach to viewing Korean aesthetic of taste. The research shows that scientific approach to aesthetics was first adopted in Korea in the 1930s under the cospicuous cultural influence of the Japanese colonial rule; the ideas formed at that time still remain important aesthetic concepts. The study proposes that meot should be viewed as the most important and representative concept in Koreans’ everyday aesthetic experience. The cultural and historical analysis of Korean gastronomic culture suggests there is a number of specific cultural and cosmogonic meanings that were typical of the royal cuisine during the Joseon era and demonstrates how certain Korean dishes are endowed with aesthetic and existential values today.

How often does a professional sports team have to win in order to demonstrate that it is a worthy representative of its home city? The answer may very well be: 61.8 percent home victories for a hockey team, and 61.8 percent total victories for a championship baseball team. Both these values are the Golden Section, the most famous proportion in Western aesthetics. The fact that the Golden Section appears to be a regulating proportion in sport implies that it is an archetype, and operates in a way that is complementary to the Gestalt law of symmetry.

Abstract:
We consider one of the manifestations of the creative way of human existence in the profession - the aesthetic "dimension" of his labor activity. There are three forms of implementation of the aesthetic attitude in work: evaluation by other people (consumers, colleagues) of human labor products according to aesthetic criteria of beauty, harmony and proportionate completeness; aesthetic "measurement" of the labor process ("beautiful work"); emotional and aesthetic impact of the results and process of a person's work, for example, a teacher, on other people. The positive influence of the aesthetic "dimension" on the actualization of personal potentials of specialists in dangerous types of work is shown.

Abstract:
On the global scale, the market of aesthetic medicine increased in the years 2015–2016 by 8.2% on average, while in Poland by 12–15%. The reasons for the strong development of the Polish market may be related to a systematic increase in the number of affluent Poles [3], ease of access to aesthetic medicine treatments, a change in the way of thinking about this type of treatment, and increased awareness of the appearance and striving to preserve a young and beautiful look. The share of new patients in the cabinets of this industry is a proof of great interest in aesthetic medicine procedures. In 2017, new patients accounted for between 25% and 50% of all patients. From an economic point of view, current economic conditions with forecasts of further growth of the aesthetic medicine market are the premise for undertaking activity in this industry. To take full advantage of the potential of the facial cosmetic surgery, it is worth taking care of all possible aspects of its functioning — high competences of medical staff, as well as economic aspects of running such activities, including identification of possible risks in order to avoid them.

I reconstruct the aestheticism of Martin Buber in order to provide a new way of framing his moral philosophy and development as a thinker. The evolution of Buber’s thought does not entail a shift from aesthetics to ethics, but a shift from one aspect of aesthetics to another, namely, from taking genius to be key to social renewal, to taking taste to be key. I draw on Kantian aesthetics to show the connection between Buber’s aesthetic concerns and his moral concerns, and to defend the notion that a certain aesthetic orientation may be just what is needed for moral response.

Abstract:
This article proposes to resolve an internal ambiguity in the subdiscipline called Everyday Aesthetics (EA), systematized by the researcher Horacio Pérez-Henao, according to whom the extension of aesthetics to the everyday has been done, on the one hand, by means of a consideration of an expansive object and subject according to aesthesis itself, as mainly proposed by Katya Mandoki, and, on the other hand, by means of a restrictive object and subject according to the parameters of an authentic aesthetic experience, a theory headed by John Dewey. Methodology: To resolve this tension, a hermeneutic methodology known as the fourfold sense of being, related to Hegelian dialectic, albeit with important modifications supplied by William Desmond was used. This methodology allows a suitable way to explore and discuss different approaches in everyday aesthetics epitomized by Mandoki and Dewey, and makes possible the proposal of a third way, epitomized by G. K. Chesterton. Results: Bearing in mind the original intention of EA—according to which the everyday must be revitalized from an aesthetic perspective, as explained by Joseph Kupfer, it is argued that the two alternate positions of Mandoki and Dewey are unsatisfactory; an attempt is therefore made to respond to this through the analysis of the aesthetic approach of G. K. Chesterton. From his aesthetic reflections, it can be ascertained that to revitalize daily life, the object must be expansive and the subject, restrictive, from a certain méthodos and according to patterns that qualify an everyday aesthetic experience. All of this seeks to pave the way for subsequent investigations of EA being both expansive and restrictive. Finally, it is argued that this Chestertonian EA converges with and extends the aesthetics of design of Jane Forsey, and thus shows that design itself can be revitalized in keeping with a restrictiveexpansive approach to everyday aesthetics. Conclusion: aesthetics should be expansive every day, in that it should concern itself with any aspect of daily life, and restrictive, in that it should set certain limits on the self and its intentions with regard to the possibilities of aesthetic experience.

Abstract:
The article includes the concept of aesthetics through what has been dealt with in the literature by philosophers and researchers who have addressed this concept in an attempt to derive indicators of aesthetics. The article adopted a descriptive and analytical methodology by reviewing recent literature on the concept of aesthetics and its relation to urban planning and design issues. Many subjective and objective aesthetics indicators have been identified, some of which are classified under real aesthetics, and some under fake aesthetics. The indicators were applied to the Kufa Mosque complex and Sahla Mosque complex as a comparative case study. It was found that the indicators of real aesthetics have a higher weight in determining the final aesthetic judgment on the complex form versus the fake indicators, which in turn reinforced the weighting of the subjective aspect over the objective. This was consistent with the answer to the question directed to the sample about which complexes are more aesthetic. The answer was that the Kufa Mosque complex is most aesthetically. This was proven by the questions directed in the questionnaire, which outweighed the real aesthetic indicators for the Kufa Mosque complex. As for the results of analyzing the indicators of fake aesthetic were equal, as each complex achieved higher values in three indicators. Doi: 10.28991/cej-2021-03091743 Full Text: PDF

Abstract The contribution examines the aesthetic aspect of cognition in Kant by exploring the central function of the power of the imagination (Einbildungskraft) in Kant’s critical epistemology, first featured in the Critique of Pure Reason (1781; 1787) and revisited in the Critique of the Power of Judgment (1790). First, the focus will be on the relationship between the power of the imagination and the two main sources of (theoretical) cognition in Kant, viz., sensibility and the understanding. Second, special attention will be devoted to the distinction between schema and symbol, as alternative products of the power of the imagination in the service of rendering discursive concepts intuitive – with schemata serving to make sensible the concepts of the understanding (Verstand) and symbols suited to provide intuitional counterparts to the concepts of reason (Vernunft).

The aim of work is a study of worked out fields, under development and explored deposits of minerals for the purpose eco-aesthetics.The basis of eco-aesthetics is the principle of utility (utility, expediency) and beauty (aesthetics). The criteria for assessing the eco-aesthetics of geological objects are economic, environmental and aesthetic characteristics. Developed deposits cause irreparable damage to the geological environment and the entire ecosystem. Extraction from the bowels of the earth of minerals violates the geochemical systems on many decades and centuries, and on occasion changes the landscape of locality. Developed deposits can be economically profitable, ecologically clean and esthetically attractive due to development to the aesthetic and historical aspects. An example is the Wieliczka mine in Poland, where business, ecology and aesthetics are harmoniously combined. A number of the largest worked out fields and developed fields in Ukraine are in extremely need of the development of this issue. Developed iron ore deposits are one of the important factors of industrial potential of Ukraine. Semiprecious stone material, jaspilite, is the aesthetic aspect of these fields. They have colossal reserves. Using their decorative properties, we have developed the laws of shaping for the design of natural stone, identified the main areas of application of jaspilites in decorative art. Implementation of the idea of creating a Jespilite room will allow Krivbas not only industrial, but also cultural and educational center. The achieved results will qualitatively improve the eco conditions for the local population, the development of stone carving art and will lead to business growth. The explored deposits of spodumene pegmatites in the Western sea of Azov in addition to lithium mineralization contain expansive fields of graphic microcline pegmatites, spodumene and albitic pegmatites. They contain samples of pink spodumene (kunzite), petalite from light green to pink, tourmaline (sherl). Thus, this deposits of spodumene pegmatites in Western Azov today require a comprehensive assessment of minerals, because in addition to ore mineralization there is also a gemstone-colored raw material.

Abstract:
Jay Dolmage’s (2014) Disability Rhetoric encourages scholars to search beyond normative Aristolean bounds of rhetoric and embrace a critical lens of rhetorical activity as embodied, and disability as an inalienable aspect of said embodiment (p. 289). To that end, this project posits an innovative structure for rhetorically (re)analyzing disability history in higher education through a framework of disability aesthetics. In Academic Ableism, Jay Dolmage (2017) argues that an institution’s aesthetic ideologies and architecture denote a rhetorical agenda of ableism. In Disability Aesthetics, Tobin Siebers (2010) asserts disability is a vital aspect of aesthetic interpretation. Both works determine that disability has always held a crucial, critical role in the production and consumption of aestheticism, as it invites able-bodied individuals to consider the dynamic, nonnormative instantiations of the human body as a social, civic issue (p. 2). Disability, therefore, has the power to reinvigorate the sociorhetorical impact of both aesthetic representation and the human experience writ large. With this framework in mind, this project arranges an archival historiography of disability history in higher education in the late twentieth century at a mid-sized U.S. state institution. During this time, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act was finally signed into law, and universities confronted a legal demand to allow all students access. Ultimately, this project seeks to demonstrate how disability scholars and historiographers can widen the view of both disability history and disability rhetoric in higher education through a focus on student aesthetic performance and intervention.

Abstract:
This article examines a flexible architectural environment as a system that can change itsnparameters under the influence of various factors. These changes are motivated by the development or adaptation of the system to external environmental factors. A flexible architectural environment is considered as a system from the point of view of the procedural aspect, which determines changes in the system at various levels, as well as changes in the connections between the internal elements of the system. In this aspect, the internal elements of the system can be identified, with the help of which the flexibility of the architectural environment is achieved. Three levels of change and development of the system are considered in detail: material, functional, and aesthetic. The material and functional level involves changes in the system, which are achieved by structural elements and equipment. The aesthetic level implies changes in the system with elements such as color and light, materials, textures and decor. These groups of elements of the system undergo changes in internal connections, which are formal and aesthetic in nature.

The article highlights the results of diagnosis of forming moral and aesthetic component of personal and professional readiness of teachers to educational activities in school. The study of moral and aesthetic readiness of students was conveyed using the method of diagnosis empathetic abilities (V. Boyko), the author's methods of detection of readiness for activities of actional moral and aesthetic sense and personal predisposition to conflict behavior (test K. Thomas). The experiment proved that future teachers have had developed moral ideals and spiritual values; and formed aesthetic consciousness (feelings, attitudes, tastes, needs, feelings) and motivation and are ready for active transformative activities in the system of interpersonal communication. The majority of future teachers who participated in the study display a lack of following formed skills and abilities: attention, perception and thinking focused on the state, problems and behavior of another person; emotional sensitivity, the abilities to observe behavior of a partner, traits that promote openness, the ability to understand another person on the mutual basis due to emotional flexibility and the ability to accept other behaviour. This may adversely affect their future professional activities, including working with neglected pupils and their parents. The author considers that a high level of moral consciousness of a teacher being a unity of rational and sensual aspects to facilitate moral and aesthetic relations in professional collaboration

The article is devoted to the considering of the definition of categories of "sublime" and "beautiful". The basic features of the categories of "sublime" and "beautiful" as an extremely complex and have a large volume. The symphonicity of these categories is analyzed. The possibilities and the context of their use are shown. It is proved that the dialectical nature of the process of the unfolding of these concepts in the context of the aesthetic thought of Byzantium is due to the presence of elements similar to the principles of modern humanism are defined as principles that characterize symphonism as a special quality of thinking. The following universal characteristics of Byzantine culture are defined as symphonic and canon. A detailed explanation of the connection between the categories "sublime" and "beautiful" is given in the context ofthe Byzantine theological-aesthetic tradition. The article proves that the connection between the categories "sublime" and "beautiful" can and does occur within the framework of the Byzantine canon through their symphony, consonance in the context of the divine. It is determined that the transition from a literal understanding of a sign or symbol to metaphorical one requires an understanding of certain rules and conventions that arise in the course of this transition. It is especially important that the symphony, the harmony of the categories "beautiful" and "sublime", that being extremely voluminous in their content, at the same time make itpossible for the ordinary man to perceive complex symbolic systems. The common feature of the categories "beauty", "beautiful" and "sublime" within the aesthetics of Byzantium is not only the inclusion of the sign "value" (νόημα) as elements in the goal, but also their use. As an additional, intermediate link in the connection symbol(in the aesthetics of Byzantium it is more of an artistic symbol) - a person who is the central axis of the aesthetics of Byzantium. It is proved that the category in linguistics has linguisticmeanings that are interconnected because of the common semantic features, and they are such that represent a closed system of elements of these attributes. In our case, the categories "sublime" and "beautiful" include the entire spectrum of elements that we call when defining these concepts.

Abstract:
Achieving an excellent aesthetic outcome in postextraction dental implant placement in the anterior maxilla is a challenging procedure for clinicians. In fact, there is an increased risk for soft tissue recession at the facial aspect which may require supplementary connective tissue grafts to accomplish the final aesthetic result. The aim of this case report is to describe a regenerative technique using autologous plasma rich in growth factors fibrin plug for preservation of soft tissue architecture around an implant immediately placed into an extraction site in the anterior maxilla. Such a procedure allowed for guided bone regeneration without the need for vertical releasing incisions and primary healing, thus showing a pleasant gingival contour at the facial aspect after a single stage surgery. Integrating this technique into common practice could provide important benefits for the patients regarding aesthetics, without any risk of infection or transmission of diseases.

Abstract:
There is a growing body of evidence suggesting that independent magazines, also known as ‘independents’, are thriving in Australia’s print media industry. As ‘maverick’ editors, owners and publishers focus more on the design and aesthetic aspects of their publications in response to changing reader expectations, there appears to be a demand for independents among female readers. In particular, young adult female readers are choosing to engage with independent women’s magazines in Australia, placing particular emphasis on the aesthetic reading experience offered by the hard-copy format. To explore this phenomenon, a survey and focus group were conducted among women aged 18‐24 years, using Blumler and Katz’s Uses and Gratifications theory as the theoretical framework. The initial survey garnered findings from 300 respondents, while the focus group consisted of six participants. One key aspect of the results is that aesthetics is central to understanding the continued appeal and use of such a medium. Other aspects include quality of content, entertainment, escape, collection and habit, and ease of use. In an age where ‘digital’ is often regarded as the norm, young adult female readers are seeking inspiration and expression from independent women’s magazines.

A lot of published data have focused on urban flora, but the aesthetic aspect of perennial and temporary plant communities at urban sites has been frequently omitted. Currently the practical use of such plant communities is limited by the lack of descriptive information available. In this study great attention has been paid to variability of urban communities, defined by: aesthetic aspects, flowering period, and colour variability in flowering communities. In Szczecin,Artemisio-Tanacetetum vulgaris, Calamagrostietum epigeji, Dauco-Picridetum hieracioidis, andRudbeckio-Solidaginetumhave been recognized as especially decorative. Beginning in the late 1970s, Finland’s Erkki Kurenniemi (1941-2017) actively labored to archive every possible aspect of his life. He took photos, made videos, and collected his tram tickets, receipts, body hairs, etc. Kurenniemi believed that within the next forty years, computer technoscience will have advanced sufficiently that it could be programmed to interpret the data of his archive and—on his 107th birthday, 10 July 2018—resurrect his consciousness. For Kurenniemi, this project was an experiment in the realms of neuroscience and artificial intelligence. However, it can also be seen as an experiment in aesthetics, or in what Jacques Rancière calls the “aesthetic regime” of art—an aesthetic-political historical framework imbued with the dynamics of democracy, where “everything speaks.” This article reframes Kurenniemi’s work within the aesthetic regime of art to draw attention to the “silent speech” and “aestheticunconscious” (Rancière) of the work and what is the literary nature of Kurenniemi’s experiments with (techno)science.

Abstract:
The aesthetic judgment of an artifact is usually interpreted as an assessment of the artifact's sensory properties. But an artifact can also be appreciated, and still aesthetically, for the way it fulfills its purpose. Existing design theory does not provide the concepts required for describing this aspect of aesthetic appreciation and so cannot fully explain what people mean when they say a product is beautiful. In this paper, we develop an understanding of the aesthetic judgment based on the principle of maximum effect for minimum means. We explain how a means–effect relationship can be established between a product and its purpose or effect, and how the product and the effect can be perceived to be minimal and maximal. We also explain how the appreciation of this relationship depends on a set of assumed alternatives for both the product or means and the effect. Finally, we provide some directions for future research into design aesthetics.

Abstract:
Properly implemented treatment plan implies adaptation to each individual case. The anatomical and morphological limitations of edentulous and partially edentulous jaws present a challenge for the clinician in the context of establishing an adequate implant position, retention and stabilization of dental restoration. On the other hand, highly aesthetic patient requirements play a significant role in achieving overall satisfaction with implant-prosthodontics treatment. From the perspective of the complexity of implant therapy, the first clinical phase of planning requires detailed sublimation of the criteria that define the treatment plan, among which the most important are: degree of regressive bone remodelling, type of prosthodontic restoration, loading time, type of retention, as well as aesthetic criteria. The ideal position of the implant is an important prerequisite for successful tissue integration. The aim of this paper was to present the complexity of the therapeutic plan based on the collected literature through the analysis of factors related to prosthodontic aspect.

The Golden Section has long been considered by many to be the most pleasing proportion. Several recent experiments concerning its aesthetic quality are reviewed. While current measurement techniques are too imprecise to yield a definitive conclusion, the possibility still exists that the Golden Section is more pleasing than other proportions. Another set of studies dealing with a different aspect of the Golden Section is also reviewed. These studies indicate that the Golden Section informs the way we make distinctions such that whenever we divide one thing into two parts we tend to make the division using the Golden Section. Originally a concept in aesthetics, the Golden Section may also be useful for understanding other forms of experience in addition to the aesthetic.

Aim. People with attractive facial appearance are more easily integrated in society and are considered to be more capable, more intelligent and more responsible. The aesthetic aspect is influenced by expression, by facial symmetry, facial contours and teeth colour. In dental restorations, the correct determination of teeth colour is a critical step with extreme importance for successful treatment. From this perspective the practitioner must have experience, must have the ability to distinguish colours and must train through repetitive visual practical exercises that can have an impact on the perception of dental aesthetics. Materials and method. The study followed comparatively the evolution of teeth colour determination and its impact on dental aesthetics perception. It was conducted on a group of fifth year students from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Bucharest using the Tooth Training Box colour determination exercise that is based on the 3-D Master colour key principle. Results. Using training exercises to determine colour participants developed a better understanding of the physical principles behind the procedure but also a significant increase in accuracy of their measurements and confidence in their colour determinations. Conclusions. Using an aesthetic evaluation protocol that translates teeth colour in a universal language for both practitioners as well as dental technicians has a significant impact in aesthetic dentistry.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of congruence between music and paintings on the aesthetic preference of paintings. Congruence was specified as the similarity in perceived regularity and the complexity of jazz compositions and abstract paintings (the ratings of regularity and complexity in both sets of stimuli were obtained in the pilot study). In the main experiment, 32 participants rated the aesthetic pleasantness of paintings with congruent, incongruent, and no music background. In addition, they rated the music-paintings matching (how well the music goes with the painting). The results show no effect of congruence on aesthetic pleasantness ratings. The effect on the perceived matching was significant; matching is higher in the congruent compared to the incongruent condition. These findings suggest that congruency has a strong effect on the perceptual aspect of the music-paintings compatibility (visuo-auditory similarity) and no effect on the aesthetic aspect (liking).

Yet, I shall restrict myself to types of characters (or structures of individuality) that are aesthetically qualified. I shall discuss (1) characters of acts, which objects are not typically aesthetic; (2) characters of acts, which objects are aesthetically qualified; (3) characters of acts performed in subject-subject relations, and (4) characters of aesthetically qualified associations.

Abstract:
Formal considerations constitute the core aspect of Peter Eisenman's work. Arguably, they are the only consistent theme of his work, and are based on the concept that architecture is a mediation between the embodied internal world of human beings and the external physical world which we inhabit. Eisenman thus gives form a 'conceptual' rather than perceptual basis, whereby universal formal relationships are more important than sensual aspects. This leaves architecture as a syntactic operation based on reason and logic, with apparent formal relationships as is its main justification. The understanding and development of an inherent formal language becomes the main goal in such an approach, and meaning is disregarded in its extrinsic character with a reference to social, historical or other representational traits. In this paper I am discussing Eisenman's views on architectural formalism through the scope of aesthetics. Since he disregarded aesthetic considerations throughout his career, especially beauty, it is fruitful to explore and examine his stance on the properties of architecture as a way to justify his claims of formal primacy. I am basing my analysis on Nick Zangwill's formalist theories, and thus giving primacy to the formal-spatial properties of the architectural object as being judged by the human subject. This could bring back the discussions of formalist aesthetics to architectural theory and makes the judgment of architectural quality a formal issue.

Abstract:
Views on architecture that hold a significant position in architectural theory are the ones by Marc-Antoine Laugier, a French theoretician from the 18th century. The research on his architectural theory that have been carried out so far are quite stereotypical and concern Laugier?s concept of primitive hut as his only significant contribution to architectural theory. It is well-known that the concept of primitive hut plays an important role in Laugier?s theory and it is what actually maintained his reputation up to now. However, by singling out this concept as an independent one, one actually neglects all the other aspects of Laugier?s theory. The aim of this paper is to present multidimensionality of Laugier?s architectural aesthetics by crossing the borders of architecture and viewing Laugier?s ideas in cultural, philosophical, religious and historical context, as well as applying the integrative process and considering the spiritual paths of the enlightenment movement in the mid-18th century. A special attention is paid to considering the aesthetic aspect which represents the gist and an inevitable part of Laugier?s architectural theory. His aesthetic theory is important in forming the classicist style, and despite its radical character, it influenced many architects in France and the rest of Europe. We may see Laugier as one of the first modernists considering his structuralist logic of the constructive circuit of architecture and aesthetic modesty of decoration. Laugier?s functionalist attitude that the constructive circuit should at the same time represent a decorative element of architecture confirms the thesis that modernist approach has its roots in the 18th century.

Abstract:
At the beginning of the XX century, bourgeois theorists of artistic culture declared dehumanization as one of the main features of the modernism art, one of the main tasks of the contemporary artists’ artwork. Getting to the scientific understanding of the complex and complicated phenomena of modern art culture, it is necessary to reveal not only the socio-economic reasons for their appearance; the philosophical prerequisites for the development of modern bourgeois art, the ideological orientation of its movements should be identified. In the article, the authors argue that modern bourgeois aesthetics objectively performs the opposite tasks: a) bourgeois art distracts artists and spectators from pressing issues of life, b) imposes ideals and tastes that are advantageous to the bourgeoisie, c) sow pessimism and disbelief in human forces. According to authors, as opposing the personality of society, bourgeois art contributes to the isolation of human from social problems, from issues and tasks of the struggle for a better future. The authors believe that the disclosure of the reactionary ideological essence for the many directions of modern bourgeois art enables a consistent Marxist aesthetic analysis of the content and form of artwork and the principles of bourgeois artists’ creativity. Naturally, the philosophical idealist teachings and aesthetic systems that make up the theoretical foundation of modern bourgeois art, embodied in its various directions not directly but indirectly. Only a Marxist analysis of artistic phenomena and techniques of artistic creation in their correlation with the creative method makes it possible to reveal the true interconnections of these phenomena and the essence of artistic techniques, makes it possible to detect and criticize scientifically based falsification ideas of bourgeois theoreticians of art.
