This paper studies affective politics generated by ugly feelings such as fear, contempt, and shame in the characters of the story “Yambunera” written by Bina Theeng from anthology of stories named Yambunera. The first part of this paper emphasizes on ugly feeling and affective politics as the major theoretical framework. Affect theory has evolved from studying emotions to using these emotions to analyze different aspects of human life, even nature. In the biometric recognition mode, the use of electroencephalogram (EEG) for biometric recognition has many advantages such as anticounterfeiting and nonsteal ability. Compared with traditional biometrics, EEG biometric recognition is safer and more concealed. Generally, EEG-based biometric recognition is to perform person identification (PI) through EEG signals collected by performing motor imagination and visual evoked tasks. The aim of this paper is to improve the performance of different affective EEG-based PI using a channel attention mechanism of convolutional neural dense connection net

The principle of Non-discrimination of the World Trade Organization (WT0) aims to provide fairness to all member countries by means of the Most Favored Nations Treatment and National Treatment under the General Agreement of Trade and Tariffs (GATT). Accordingly, the free trade has been promoted in all regions of the world. However, many WTO members resort to take advantage of general exceptions to the non-discriminatory practice by invoking Article XX of WTO in disguise, thus affecting the free trade principle of WTO.
