Research is oriented on the issue of sports training of young elite soccer players. It was a dvojskupinový, a parallel educational experiment in the natural conditions of the training process. We are exploring the impact of the experimental agent on the dynamics of the game changes the performance of the young elite footballers. The experimental factor in our pedagogical experiment was the content of the training process, accentuating specific training initiatives during the annual training cycle. In its conception, we are based on the premise that specific training stimuli can induce specific adaptation. The results obtained were analysed and compared with the results of the file we experimental players players the checkpoint file. We have reached the conclusion that the training program of the experimental training suggestions as a starting point the changes specific to accentuating the file of the game performance is a complex operation, whose nature as a requirement of the game stems from the nature of the training load. Training program had a statistically significant influence on changes to file experimental performances, the players in the field of special motor performance, to file the experimental gamers the checkpoint file, but also to change the gaming performance, which manifested itself in a higher efficiency of the gaming activities in the scheduled matches (IHV) and at the location of the cooperative in the contest (HVD).

CZ: Přítomnost reziduí plastů v životním prostředí je v poslední době diskutována napříč společností kvůli zamořování oceánů a nedostatečné recyklaci plastových výrobků. Okem nepostřehnutelné mikroplasty, které se do vody dostávají užíváním produktů osobní péče a rozkladem syntetických polymerů nejsou v současnosti dostatečně odstraňovány při úpravě vody a mohou se dostávat do trávicího traktu konzumentů. Zdravotní rizika pro člověka nejsou doposud známá, přesto lze předpokládat, že bude výskyt mikroplastů ve vodách monitorován. Naším cílem bylo vypracování finančně dostupné a dostatečně přesné metody pro následnou analýzu mikroplastů ve vodách, jež by mohla být rutinně prováděna v kontrolních laboratořích. Vzorky vláken byly podrobeny předúpravě sloužící k izolaci syntetických mikrovláken od ostatních materiálů, které mohou způsobit zkreslení kvantitativní analýzy mikroplastů. Byla sledována reakce dvou testovaných materiálů na jejich expozici různým teplotním a oxidačním podmínkám s využitím peroxidu vodíku jako oxidačního činidla a změna barvy vláken. Jako optimální se jeví osmihodinová expozice vzorku v 30% roztoku peroxidu vodíku při teplotě 60 °C s následnou analýzou mikroplastů infračervenou spektroskopií (ATR-IR). Naše výsledky by mohly být využity při vytváření komplexní metodiky kvalitativního a kvantitativního hodnocení mikroplastů. EN: Occurrence of plastics in the natural environment is one of the hot topics in the area of environmental studies due to the ocean contamination and insufficient amount of plastics' recycling. Microplastics which cannot be seen by the naked eye are not effectively removed from the water during drinking water treatment and afterwards they enter the human body through the digestive tract. Even though there is no evidence of harmful effects on health, it is assumed that the presence of microplastics in water will be monitored. Our work was aimed on the development of a methodology for the pretreatment of synthetic microfibers based microplastics followed by their subsequent infrared analysis, which can be routine performed in laboratories. Microfibers were subjected to various thermal and oxidative conditions, where hydrogen peroxide was used as an oxidizing agent. Effects of the exposure on changes in chemical structure and colour of fibres were analysed. Optimal exposure conditions for plastic microfibers' pretreatment concerns the exposure in 30% solution of hydrogen peroxide at 60 °C for 8 hours followed by infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IR). We believe that our results can be utilized for the creating complex methodology of qualitative and quantitative microplastics' evaluation.

The diploma thesis is focused on polymercement materials with dispersed reinforcement. The aim of this work is development of suitable polymercement mixture and monitoring of the impact of dispersed reinforcement on the course of maturation of these materials and physico-mechanical properties. The effect of high temperatures on the properties of the mortar is also examined. Emphasis is placed on the use of alternative resources and byproducts. Mixed binder of cement and slag and admixture of microsilica was used. Recycled cellulose was used as dispersed reinforcement and was compared with commercial polypropylene fibers.

The thesis focuses on human resources management specifically individual area of personnel activity and their approach in a firm. The first part of this work is focused on theoretical outcome and their precise limitation of the topic. In the second part, there is an analysis of human resources management in a particular firm. At the end of this dissertation there are formulated specific proposals and recommendations for a given corporation.The changes are with regards to personal management, which are based from the practical survey founded on the theoretical findings. All recommendations and suggestions were set in accordance with current state of the company.

This thesis merges the fields of Heterogeneous Agent Models (HAMs) and Be- havioural Finance in order to bridge the main deficiencies of both approaches and to examine whether they can complement one another. Our approach suggests an alternative tool for examining HAM price dynamics and brings an original way of dealing with problematic empirical validation. First, we present the original model and discuss various extensions and attempts at empirical estimation. Next, we develop a unique benchmark dataset, covering five par- ticularly turbulent U.S. stock market periods, and reveal an interesting pattern in this data. The main body applies a numerical analysis of the HAM extended with the selected Behavioural Finance findings: herding, overconfidence, and market sentiment. Using Wolfram Mathematica we perform Monte Carlo sim- ulations of a developed algorithm. We show that the selected findings can be well modelled via the HAM and that they extend the original HAM consider- ably. Various HAM modifications lead to significantly different results and HAM is also able to partially replicate price behaviour during turbulent stock market periods. Bibliographic Record Kukačka, J. Diploma thesis analyses the macro practice in the Czech social work. It defines macro practical concept and its relationship to social policy and community social work by analysing the Czech and foreign specialized publications. It defines the key knowledge, skills and abilities which macro practicioner should manage. It emphasizes the macro scope towards the political representation. Macro practical methods are presented too. Diploma thesis defines two main principles - networking and evidence based practice. At first, macro practicioner is the creator of professional's networks or social services network. Secondly, in the evidence based practice macro practicioner is obligated to manage his decision making process on the base of the best and the most recent scientific researches. It all concludes the macro practice framework, which leads to the efective work with social excluded people. Macro practice is viewed as the approach, which helps clients, communities, regions and target groups in the implementation of their civil right, when it uses the enpowerment techniques. The thesis is devoted to finding robust non-conflict paths in multi-agent path finding (MAPF). We propose several new techniques for the construction of these types of paths and describe their properties. We deal with the use of contingency planning and we create a tree plan for the agents where the specific path is chosen by the agents during the execution based on the current delay. Next we present an algorithm that increases robustness while maintaining the original length of the solution and we combine it with the previous approach. Then we will focus on the method of increasing robustness by changing the speed of agents. Finally we experimentally verify the applicability of these techniques on different types of graphs. We will show that all the proposed methods are significantly more robust than the classic solution and they also have certain advantages over previously known constructions of robust plans.

Heavy metals are part of us life for many centuries. Some of them are for living organism neccessary, but in large amount they have toxic effects. So we should decrease amount of heavy metals in the Environment. We have many way to do it. A relatively new way are the phytoremediation. If we would use the phytoremediation, we should know, what they do in plants. We must use specific plants, which are tolerant to certain heavy metal. If we would select a suitable plant, we have to try, how heavy metals in soil solution are toxic to plants. Zinc is no expection, although it is important part of many proteins. In plants it make rusty leaves and reduct aboveground and root biomass production. In hydroponic experiment I investigated that mallow Malva verticillata was very sensitive to low additon of Zn(NO3)2. The toxic efect appeared in 2 weeks. In sorghum Sorghum bicolor zinc show expressive toxic effect at concentration 1 mmol/l. I studied six cultivars of Sorghum bicolor, DSM 14-535, Expres, Honey Graze BMR, Nutri Honey, Sucrosorgho 506 and Sweet Virginia. According EC50 I as- sessed that the most sensitive was Sucrosorgho 506 and very tolerant were Nutri Honey and Sweet Virginia. Cultivar Nutri Honey was characteristic.
