Abstract Lacidipine is an antihypertensive drug that is oxidizable at the glassy carbon electrode. The voltammetric oxidation of lacidipine in aqueous-alcoholic solutions (70 + 30) produces a well-defined voltammetric peak when subjected to a differential pulse voltammetric experiment.
