Objetivou-se detectar aspectos relacionados com a nutrição e a saúde dos assentados do PA Rio Madeira (Rondônia/Brasil) a partir da análise dos dados obtidos em pesquisa. Os dados foram coletados em julho e agosto/2018. Foram considerados faixa etária, grau de escolaridade, prevalência e forma de tratamento de doenças, plantio de plantas medicinais e hortas caseiras, meio de captação/tratamento de água, práticas de cultivo e tipos de vegetais cultivados. Observou-se baixa escolaridade e predomínio de doenças relacionadas à má alimentação (hipercolesterolemia e hipertensão), bem como baixa variedade de vegetais cultivados e baixo plantio de hortas caseiras e plantas medicinais. Não é realizado tratamento da água em 30 % dos lotes. Há a necessidade de implementação de medidas de sensibilização e políticas públicas educativas e de incentivo, que levem informações de qualidade com vistas à melhoria da saúde e da qualidade de vida dos assentados.

Research was carried out in the north-eastern part of the republic, in the Khuba-Khachmaz zone. Was carried out a comparative analysis of apple varieties on the different grafting and landing schemes. Namely, on the generative rootstock in the gardens, established in the village of Timiryazev of the Khuba region, according to the scheme 5x4m, in the village of Yeni Hayat of the Khusar region on the grafting M9 according to the scheme 4х1,25м and in the village of Dashliyatakh of the Shabran ragion on the grafting MM106 according to the scheme 5x3 m. The agricultural yield was calculated to the formula, proposed by A.S Ovsyannikov by the formula; Уa= Уs х Sa х N : 100; here Уs - Specific productivity, kg / m2 crown projection; Sa - area occupied by crown projection, м2; N – Number of trees per hectare; 100- for transfer of kg, in centners / hectare. To determine the optimum area for plant nutrition were used generally accepted formula: Sop = (D- 0,3) x (D+2)м2 ; D is the diameter of the crown in the period of full fruiting, м; 2- necessary gleam between rows, м; 0,3- the possibility of penetration of branches into the crown of a neighboring tree, м. Economic efficiency was determined by the method proposed by P. V.Dubrava. The results of research is different combinations varieties-grafting. It was determined that all varieties shows high profitability on different grafting. Also, identified a significant impact of the grafting both to the morphometric parameters, to the productivity and economic productivity of varieties. Varieties on the generative rootstock having a relatively large area of crown projection (11.3 m2), respectively, reduce the productivity of the crown to 3.63 kg / m2, against of, having the smaller area of the crown projection (2.43 ... 7.96 m2) and accordingly high productivity (11.70 ... 5.40 kg / m2) on the clonal grafting as M9 and MM106. Relatively less crown volume creates conditions for reducing the area of supply trees, thereby increase the number of trees per unit area and, accordingly, an increase the agrecultural harvest per hectare. This helps to increase the level of net income of varieties on clonal grafting. They have a net income of 3622.97 .... 16335.91 AZN is more than in the varieties of generative rootstock (3029.57 AZN). Accordingly, indicators of agrcultural produoctivity, in varieties on clonal grafting, vastly more (correspondingly 598.92 ... 352.56 center / ha) than in the varieties on the generative rootstock (247.87 center / ha). At the same time, high and high quality productivity of varieties on clonal grafting contributes to the increase in net income and, together with them, the profitability of production. It should be noted that, the profitability of farming in gardens on generative grafting is 100.06%, then this indicator in apple gardens, on clonal grafting is much higher and amounts of 147.54% on MM106 and 381.14% on M9.

Shaping the Agrarian System is one of the basic topics of the Polish Agricultural Law. The main problem here is to define a proper model of ownership relations in the agricultural sector and principles of the real estate trading. These issues are relevant for both economic and political relations. In economy the influence the real capability of the agrcultural sector as well as the standard of living of the agricultural society. In the politics they are treated as the instruments assuring the food security for all the citizens and in the international relations food sovereignity. The article presents, against the historical background, the solutions provided in the recently adopted law, the main purpose of which was to restrict the possibility of acquiring the agricultural real estate by foreigners. The new law provides a ban for the transfer of state owned agricultural real estate not only to foreigners but also to Polish citizens who are not farmers. It also provides certain other restrictions in this area.

The model developed in the experimental environment inside the ESPOCH presented satisfactory results. Because of this, it is necessary that the model of production be validated in the farming communities with the purpose of making adjustments before recommending its massive production. In other words, a comparative study should be done on what happened in the experimental farm and what would happen in the community. This is reason why this investigation is titled Validation of the Small-Scale Agricultural Production Model in the Community of Tunshi-San Nicolás. The objectives of the investigation were as follows: Validate the small-scale agricultural production model of the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo with the purpose of making adjustments for real field conditions; train the farmers how to work the agricultural system, relying on the experience of the Production Model of the ESPOCH; value the farming and livestock practices that the farmer applies in the field, according to the model of the ESPOCH; evaluate the model of the ESPOCH in real conditions of a farmer family in the community of Tunshi-San Nicolás. From the study we can mention the following conclusions and recommendations: The farmer applied most of the farming practices from the experience of the small-scale production model in the ESPOCH. This implies that the hypothesis made in the investigation was fulfilled. The Production Model in the Tunshi-San Nicolás meets all of the nutritional needs of the farming family. According to Don Carlos' experience, to replicate the Production Model, a total of S/. 7'034.530 is needed without manual labor and S/. 8'514.280 is needed with manual labor. The recommendations of the study are as follows: Make many copies of the Production Model for families that have enough manual labor and land. This would be a good alternative in improving the nutritional and economic level of the farmer family. Another recommendation is to train the farmer families about the administration and commercialization of their crops and animals. In addition, they should be taught how to keep simple records of the farming and livestock activities that they perform, especially of the investments that they make.
