The study’s target population was 38 employees of CRDB Bank in Ilala District, out of these thirty-five (35) respondents were selected using a purposive sample technique. To source people who worked in Kazakhstan’s oil industry for my Ph.D. research in 2018, I made use of various popular social media apps such as Facebook and LinkedIn as well as the dating app Tinder.
