Abstract:
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of the export potential of agro-industrial enterprises in the context of the systemic paradigm of its management. In the work, the trends of the export potential of Ukraine regarding agricultural products are determined. It is justified that due to the leadership positions in the export list of agricultural products, the issues of development, formation, management and reproduction of the export potential of domestic agro-industrial enterprises are very relevant. The authors systematized the approaches to determining the essence of the "export potential of the enterprise", based on the results of which the quintessence of the scientific concept regarding the essence of the studied category was determined. The quintessence of scientific provisions made it possible to form the author's definition of the category "export potential of the enterprise". The article substantiates that the development of the enterprise's export potential occurs under the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors. A conceptual model of the management system of the export potential of an agro-industrial complex enterprise was formed, an important stage of which is its assessment. The existing approaches to the assessment of the level of export potential were studied, with the determination of their advantages and disadvantages. A scientific-methodical approach to the assessment of the enterprise's export potential with the determination of the integral indicator of the enterprise's export potential has been formed. It is proposed to identify the level of the integral indicator of the enterprise's export potential using a scale developed on the basis of the Harrington scale. Conclusions were made about the necessity of approbation of the developed scientific and methodical method for assessing the export potential of the enterprise for domestic agro-industrial enterprises. Abstract:
Abstract This study evaluated the performance of small and medium-scale agro-based enterprises financed by selected commercial banks in Imo State, Nigeria. It identified the dominant agro-based enterprises in the study area; estimated the adequacy of funds disbursed to them by selected commercial banks; determined factors that influenced the disbursements and the relative risk in financing them. A combination of purposive and random sampling techniques was adopted in selecting the respondents (commercial banks and small scale and medium scale agro-based enterprises) for the study. Questionnaire and interview schedule were the main tools for data collection and data collected were analyzed using descriptive and econometric tools. The result showed that the mean amount disbursed to small-scale agro-based enterprises was N533, 833.33 ($3558.89) while a mean of N1, 813,021 ($12086.81) was disbursed to the medium scale enterprises. The multiple regression coefficient for interest rate (X3), experience (X4) and repayment rate(X6) were positive and significant at 1% while category of enterprise (X5) was negative and significant at 5% implying that these variables are important factors influencing the amount of loan disbursed to small-scale agro-based enterprises in Imo State while interests rate (X3) and repayment rate (X6) were positive and significant at 1% ; coefficient for age (X2), experience (X4) and category of enterprise (X5) were negative and significant at 5%, implying that these variables are important factors influencing the amount of loan disbursed to medium scale agro-based enterprises in the study area. The risk in financing medium-scale agrobased enterprises was higher than that for the small-scale agro-based enterprises. The main constraints faced by agro-based SMEs in obtaining loans were mainly insufficient collateral (100%), and high interest rate (87.45%). It is therefore recommended that commercial banks should make more credit accessible to agro-based SMEs and at better conditions and cheaper lending rate to encourage their increased production and expansion

Abstract:
Crisis management is one of the strategically important elements for the sustainable development of agro-processing enterprises, which facilitates access to the best markets, improves business conditions and realization of the country's resource potential and strengthens the industrial relations between the divisions of the enterprise. The article reveals the essence of crisis management of agro-processing enterprises and the peculiarities of its formation in the sustainable development strategic program in the market environment. Imperfection of management decision making technologies was determined to be the reason for the emergence of crisis phenomena. The contradiction of tactical methods of providing economic stability of agro-processing enterprises in the current economic activity was found to be provoking the emergence of crisis phenomena. The main directions of reforming the mechanism of crisis management of agro-processing enterprises with the use of the advantages of multi-alternative economic models in the programming of sustainable development were determined. The mechanism of long-term programming of sustainable development in the dynamic market conditions based on the use of a business-friendly enterprise model was constructed. The analysis of alternatives of economic model development on the example of the meat processing enterprise and programming of optimal development management were conducted in order to ensure maximum profitability of the invested funds. The authors confirm that the measures of adaptation to the regional conditions of the market environment allow providing the corresponding efficiency of the product set of the enterprise. However, the lack of a new approach to crisis management with different tactical tasks in shaping the development strategy impedes the development of productive assets and reduces the efficiency of the investment process of the enterprise. The directions to enhance the system of crisis management of agro-processing enterprises were defined: development of poly-business model of development of agro-processing enterprises; introduction of long-term programming of effective development and updating of production and resource base; compliance with the norms of effective use of capital to the requirements of investment processes of Ukraine and the EU.

Abstract:
Introduction. Today there are deep economic transformations in Ukraine that necessitate the integration of innovative approaches and methods in the process of implementing the economic potential of agro-food enterprises, in particular the use of an innovative complementary approach. Purpose. The article aims to uncover the peculiarities of integration and the use of imperative of complementarity in the process of implementing the economic potential of agricultural enterprises. Results. Significant advantages and perspectives of the imperatives of the complementarity of the sale of agro-food enterprises are revealed in the achievement of the complementary effect, which, unlike the synergetic effect, ensures the development of two independent structure-building blocks of the enterprise's economic potential by using only one of the resource flows, while obtaining a synergistic effect is possible based on the application of various resources. The expediency of using the imperatives of complementarity of the implementation of the economic potential of agro-food enterprises is justified by the linear and hierarchical nature of their integration. Thus, the linear nature of the integration of complementary imperatives reveals signs of interaction and complementarity between the basic elements of structural units of the economic potential of agro-food enterprises, whereas hierarchical character indicates the dominant role of one and complementary role of other basic elements, which ensures achievement of the priority goals of realization of economic potential of the enterprise. Thus, in the process of implementing the economic potential of agro-food enterprises on the basis of complementarity, we should consider the effects of interaction and complementarity of the flow of its structural blocks, the possibilities of their efficient use and the ability to increase competitive advantages that will ensure achievement of the priority goals of realization of the economic potential of the enterprise, namely, maximization market value of business.

Abstract:
The article discusses the concepts of «bioeconomics», «agroindustrial complex», «financial ecosystem», based on the connection of which, the financial ecosystem of agroindustrial enterprises can be considered on the basis of interactions of three levels, which are grouped by type of interaction: productive level, resource level and social level. Identified the main objectives for the development of trust-based enterprise relationships in ecosystem interaction with partners. Proved that when developing an ecosystem interaction strategy, it is advisable for enterprises to model their interorganizational relations, based on the categories, goals of relations and forms of relations. Determined that the inter-organizational interaction of enterprises, based on market contacts in the financial ecosystem of the agro-industrial complex, provides counteraction to external influences and changes. Developed a concept for the formation of a financial ecosystem of agricultural enterprises in conditions of uncertainty, which ensures the receipt of information and resources based on interorganizational relationships and forms links between the enterprise and future results of activities aimed at obtaining benefits. Determined that each component of the ecosystem relations of enterprises is an integral element in achieving operational efficiency, and the financial ecosystem itself promotes the interorganizational transfer of knowledge and resources of value creation processes based on organizational capabilities. Revealed that in order to maximize ecosystem capital, agro-industrial enterprises need to adapt their organizational structures and expand relationships with partners to access and make the fullest use of tangible (technological, investment) and intangible resources (knowledge, competencies, motivation, reputation) in combining industry platforms. Formed a model of the links between capital, value creation and the efficiency of agro-industrial enterprises in the financial ecosystem. Proved that the creation of financial ecosystem capital is provided by the internal environment of the enterprise and the external environment of the ecosystem, which, interacting, affect the development of agro-industrial enterprises. Capital provides ecosystem interaction between enterprises to achieve business goals through relationships that are formed in the internal environment of the enterprise and outside it, reflecting the dynamics and characterizing the work of the business.

Abstract:
This comprehensive study featured the resource potential of the agro-industrial complex and its role in territorial development. The research objective was to study the structure of the resource potential of agro-industrial enterprises in the post-industrial society and factors that make it efficient. Systemic changes in modern society require new approaches to understanding the category of resource potential. Informatization of society and digitalization of agriculture change the prospects for resource provision in the agro-industrial complex. The author analyzed various domestic and foreign approaches to the concept of resource potential and included in it the potential of an agricultural enterprise as a complex of material, energy, information, and labor resources. The interdisciplinary approach made it possible to consider the phenomena from different angles and as a complex unity. The author considered the resource potential of the region as a synthetic indicator: a whole enterprise cannot be assessed based on a singular resource. The competent management of the resources available to the enterprise proved to be the key to its successful functioning, personnel being the core of its resource potential. The paper introduces a number of measures that contribute to the effective implementation of the resource potential in agro-industrial complex in the information society. The research results can help to improve the concept of sustainable development of enterprises, which is one of the priority tasks of complex modernization.

Abstract:
The article examines the features of franchising and its role in the agro-industrial complex. Today, the agro-industrial complex in Ukraine is built in such a way that it is very difficult for enterprises to survive alone, especially for an enterprise that is just entering the market with a huge number of existing ones that have proven themselves. The purpose of this article is to analyze the development of franchising in the agro-industrial complex and identify the main directions of its development. An analysis of the economic literature shows that many aspects of franchising in the agro-industrial complex are still insufficiently studied. Despite the number of publications on this topic, the issue of franchise interaction with small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine remains open. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the theoretical foundations of franchising are considered, the advantages and disadvantages of agro-industrial enterprises based on franchising are summarized. The validity of the obtained results is due to the use of general scientific and special statistical methods. For the sustainable and dynamic formation of franchising relations, we have developed a mechanism for the development of franchising in the agro-industrial complex, which is a set of implementation tools aimed at creating a favorable environment for franchising in the agro-industrial complex. The novelty of the proposed mechanism for the development of franchising relations in the agro-industrial complex is the complexity of measures, the implementation of which will establish the positive dynamics of franchising and create conditions for sustainable and efficient operation of franchising systems.

Abstract:
The article examines the mechanisms for developing strategies aimed at enhancing the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises under the influence of unstable economic conditions, climate uncertainty, and institutional change. The relevance of the study is grounded in the increasing volatility of global agri-food markets and the growing need for strategic adaptability in Ukraine’s agricultural sector. The author proposes an integrated model of strategic planning for agro-industrial enterprises, which includes analytical diagnostics of the external and internal environment (using tools such as SWOT and PESTEL), the formulation of strategic goals based on measurable performance indicators (KPIs), the identification of implementation resources and mechanisms, and the development of monitoring and correction procedures. A special focus is placed on the feedback loop as a key element ensuring the flexibility of the entire strategic management cycle. Using data from an expert survey, the study presents a comparative analysis of dominant strategic priorities depending on enterprise scale. The results show that large agro-industrial enterprises primarily focus on growth and innovation, while small businesses tend to prioritize stabilization or survival strategies due to limited access to financial and technological resources. The article also reflects the impact of the war on Ukraine's agro-industrial enterprises and highlights the necessity to redefine strategic priorities under wartime conditions, including the protection of assets, securing supply chains, and enhancing resilience. Furthermore, the research suggests a system of multifactor indicators for assessing strategic effectiveness, taking into account financial profitability, environmental responsibility, digital integration, and human resource quality. The findings of this study can be applied in practice by agricultural managers and policymakers to improve strategic development models for enterprises of various sizes and ownership structures within the agro-industrial complex. The research contributes to the understanding of how strategic management must evolve in response to crisis scenarios while maintaining long-term development goals.

The article justifies the use of an individual varietal complex for each enterprise as one of the least expensive ways to maintain and increase liquidity, demand in the market, which is carried out without global changes not only in the material and technical base of the enterprise, but also in the restructuring of the enterprise as a whole. The use of a multi-grade varietal complex based on the analysis of the biological characteristics of soft spring wheat, agrotechnical, arid, and material conditions of the enterprise's production facilities will allow enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region to receive not only high-quality, in-demand products, stable profits, but also contribute to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region as a whole. Special attention is paid to the problem of the limited selection of varieties for conducting and creating a variety complex specialized to the specific conditions of the enterprise, which allows it to carry out the necessary technological operations necessary to obtain high-quality, liquid products that meet modern qualitative and economic requirements of consumer demand in the prevailing financial and demographic conditions. The result of the analysis of the studied and justified factors was the conclusion that it is unlikely that a scientifically based variety substitution using new, more plastic and productive varieties of soft spring wheat will be used in production.

Abstract:
In any branch of the agro-industrial complex, a special role is played by the management team. The success of an agro-industrial enterprise depends largely on the level of motivation of its head, as he forms and directs the work of subordinate personnel. Despite extensive theoretical and practical research in the field of labor motivation, these studies lack an industry-specific approach that takes into account the specifics of the labor activity of managers of the agro-industrial sector of production. The object of the study was 30 managers of various experimental production farms in the Rostov region. During the empirical study, two test methods were used: “career Anchors” (E. Shane) and “Motivational profile” (S. Ritchie and P. Martin), as well as the author’s projective questionnaire. The practical significance of the work consists in scientifically-based recommendations developed based on the analysis of the results of the study. These recommendations can be taken into account by managers and employees of personnel services of enterprises in the agro-industrial area when forming systems of motivation and development of higher needs for employees who hold senior positions in modern market conditions.

Abstract:
Justification. In modern realities, in conditions of political and economic instability, the number of risks faced by an organization is quite large. Based on this, the management of enterprises in the agro-industrial sector of the economy should conduct internal control in such a way as to identify and eliminate any risks in a timely manner. Thus, risk-oriented internal control of organizations in the agro-industrial sector of the economy is aimed at focusing on areas that are more susceptible to the risks of significant distortion of financial statements than others. Goal. Formation of a risk-oriented approach to the internal audit of organizations of the agro-industrial sector of the economy. Materials and methods. Consideration of the regulatory framework that regulates the standards of audit procedures, in particular in the context of internal audit procedures. Results. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of the traditional audit, which does not pay special attention to corporate governance, financing and risk management of the enterprise, and the audit focusing on the risks faced by the organization. Next, the stages and procedures that need to be carried out during the implementation of the control in question are considered. The authors also consider the contribution (in terms of advantages) of risk-based internal audit to the activities of the organization of the agro-industrial sector of the economy. Taking into account the constant digitalization of many aspects of the activities of various companies, the impact of this informatization on internal audit was also studied and the main risks and ways to combat them were identified. Conclusion. The mechanisms of a risk-oriented approach to the internal audit of organizations of the agro-industrial sector of the economy have been identified and formed.

Abstract:
The study of the impact of the availability of renewable energy sources (RES) on the competitiveness and cost reduction opportunities is an actual objective for agro-industrial enterprises in the present time. The purpose of this paper was to develop a methodological approach based on a questionnaire survey, an integrated indicator of enterprise competitiveness, a model for assessing energy conservation costs, and regression analysis combined with a hierarchical synthesis of 20 Russian agro-industrial companies. The solution of the problem of nonlinear optimization of agro-industrial companies made it possible to determine the excess of the competitiveness criterion over the criterion of energy conservation cost reduction as a result of the use of RES. The conducted regression analysis showed a close relationship between the competitiveness of the companies under study and the availability of RES. Modeling and hierarchical synthesis of the study results confirmed that the use of RES in the activities of agro-industrial companies stimulates their competitive potential reflected by the competitiveness index and minimizes energy conservation costs. It was also found that there is an inverse regression relationship with a high degree of correlation between the provision of RES and the cost of energy-saving measures. Hence, it can be argued that a greater emphasis on the provision of Russian agro-industrial enterprises with RES can lead to their more sustainable and efficient development due to increased competitiveness and better cost reduction strategies.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to suggest an evaluation method of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management by example of agro-processing enterprises of Ukraine. Methodology / approach. The research described in the article was carried out according to the method developed by the authors for evaluation of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management on the enterprise. This method is based on the self-evaluation of social instruments for human resource management by HR managers together with top managers of the enterprise, comparing these results with the desired indicators of development of each of the social instruments in accordance to strategic guidelines, and development of a Plan of actions on the development of social instrument for human resource management. Results. According to the results of authors’ method approbation of analysis of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management on the agro-processing enterprises of Ukraine it is established that the usage of social instruments of human resource management by these enterprises is estimated as average (41–58 points). The predominant social instruments for human resource management on the enterprises under investigation are the welfare of employees and working life, planning and development of employees’ career, efficiency management and conflict management. The low level of the usage of social instruments of employees’ participation in enterprise management, setting-up of effective social partnership, feedback, counseling and coaching reflect the out-of-date understanding of the staff as a work force rather than the most important resource. On the basis of the conducted analysis it was determined that unsystematic usage of social instruments for human resource management is observed at the enterprises of agro-processing industry of Ukraine. Neglecting of the social instruments as an important factor of formation of human resource of an enterprise and increasing its competitiveness reduces industrial and innovative development of an enterprise in general. Originality / scientific novelty. The methodical provisions for evaluation of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management on the enterprise are improved. For the first time the content of each social instruments of human resource management is offered and a total scale for evaluation of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management on the enterprise and the characteristics of each level are submitted. Practical value / implications. The proposed authors’ evaluation method of the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management of the enterprise is successfully tested at the agro-processing enterprises of Ukraine and it demonstrates its viability and practical usefulness. The evaluation method is recommended for enterprise’s HRM services as a tool to evaluate the level of the usage of social instruments for human resource management.

Abstract:
The purpose of the work was to generalize approaches used in creating maps of business processes at agro-industrial complex enterprises and the possibility of structural-branch formation of a model in sequential visualization of stages and all types of work for the main and auxiliary types of production for these organizations. Methods included analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstract-logical and statistical methods, fundamentals of the scientific organization of labor by A.K. Gastev, E. Deming's decision-making methodology and T. Buzan's mind maps. Result and scope: the formation of a map of business processes by industry and in conjunction with all levels of management allows managers of small enterprises in the agro-industrial complex to strengthen control over the main and indirect problems, blocks of production and services, eliminate duplication in management and other operations, optimize linear-functional connections in the management structure. The use of operation modes with the creation of business cards based on achievements of management science and time management can and should be carried out on the job in the form of a continuous form of training. Scientific novelty concerned adaptation of methods and graphical techniques for working with goals, business processes, management solutions in small enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, where there is no position of a business process manager in the staff, but it is possible to use functional specialists and managers in their work to improve labor productivity and increase its efficiency by all categories of workers. Creation of a general model of business processes at an agro-industrial complex, linking all the necessary operations by industry into a single complex, creates a detailed layout of a software product for future developers of automated control systems and the introduction of digitalization, which can serve all processes in the enterprise continuously, efficiently and with better quality.

Abstract:
The effectiveness of management in agricultural sector of economy largely depends on the effectiveness of management decisions. The goal is to study the relationship between the linear and nonlinear internal control system (ICS) using the structure of the Committee (COSO) based on the model of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methods – multiple linear regression test. The paradigm of this study is the officials from the head of the farm to the head of the unit. Results – it has been established that linear and nonlinear relationships in the system control mechanism are characterized by multi-collinear, autocorrelation and heterocedastic testing, which will allow them to be adapted to the agricultural entities of the republic. The predictions were checked before the results of the multiple linear regression tests were obtained. It is shown that each economic entity has its own technological, economic and regional characteristics, which are reflected in the specifics of internal supervision. The authors note that any of its methods represents a template that requires specification, based on the specifics of the enterprise. Horizontal control involves accounting for costs, income and financial results based on developed plans (budgets) for the year with monthly data detailing. Vertical control is the analysis, regulation of expenses and income. The article defines organizational and methodological approaches to the creation and effective functioning of internal control systems in business entities in agricultural sector. To monitor its effective performance, standardization and documentation of procedures is necessary. Conclusions – the continuous monitoring system allows providing information and analytical support for situational approaches to managing an agricultural enterprise, integrating calculation, analysis, control and planning into a single self-regulatory mechanism, minimizing possible operational and financial risks.

Abstract. The purpose of the present scientific research is to perform a strategic forecast of multifactorial impact on the efficiency of diversified enterprises, construction of a multifactorial linear regression model of strategic forecast of profitability level of the studied enterprises, as well as a multifactorial model of logistic regression of strategic forecast of low profitability risks as a result of implementation of innovative strategies of diversified enterprises’ development of in the long run. To achieve this purpose, the main criteria were ranked (Kruskal — Wallis ranking criteria (KWC) to assess the differences between the medians of different samples (c > 2), where KWC is a nonparametric alternative to the F-criterion in the one-factor analysis of variance. If the conditions necessary for the application of the F-criterion in multivariate variance-regression analysis are met, the KWC has the same influence. To build the models, the method of construction of multifactor models of logistic regression with step-by-step inclusion/exclusion of features was used (Stepwise with the inclusion threshold p < 0.1 and the exclusion threshold p > 0.2). The research was conducted on the basis of data from the State Statistics Committee and on the basis of data analysis of the surveyed agro-industrial enterprises. Strategic forecast of the results of multifactorial impact on the efficiency of diversified enterprises was made, based on the formation of a rational management structure of innovative strategies for the development of diversified agro-industrial enterprises. The obtained results allowed to obtain the median indicators of the general set of research objects and a clear bifurcation picture of the strategic development of enterprises for the future. A methodical approach to the implementation of strategic forecasting of multifactorial impact on the efficiency of diversified enterprises, based on the development of strategic guidelines for diversified enterprises taking into account the system of restraining factors of innovative development. This allowed to establish that selection and development of innovative strategies assessment of compliance of internal capabilities of the enterprise (potential of innovative development) with external (market opportunities and threats), with regard to the pace of scientific and technological progress and the resulting change in the elements of micro- and macrosystems of the infrastructure of the enterprise. Abstract:
This paper discusses the issues of socio-economic assessment of the impact of consumer cooperation on the social sphere as a way to form and develop agro-industrial complex markets. In particular, this work is devoted to the study of the institution of consumer cooperation as a means of developing consumer regional markets for the agro-industrial complex through the social sphere of the economy. The difference between consumer cooperation and other forms of organizations lies in the principles of the institution of cooperation. Thanks to the principles of cooperation, the development of the activities of these organizations will also mean a guarantee of the implementation of social programs to improve the region, which in turn will increase the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex markets. This paper analyzes the following socio-economic indicators: the number of enterprises with the form of organization "consumer cooperative" in the regions; unemployment in the Russian Federation at working age by region; employment structure of the Centrosoyuz; volume of purchases of Tsentrosoyuz; sale of food and non-food products of Tsentrosoyuz. The analysis showed that consumer cooperation provides employment for the population in the agro-industrial complex markets. In this regard, I would like to note that the state needs to support consumer cooperation for the development of agro-industrial complex markets.

Abstract:
The article describes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development of cooperation in the agrarian sector of the economy. The author's vision of the main methodological principles of the economic mechanism of cooperation is shown. It has been proven that the study of the deep processes of cooperative economic relations is an important element for understanding the trends and directions of the development of the national economy. It has been proven that ensuring the organization of work through the supply of resources through integration resources will allow expanding the market for the sale of agricultural products. In addition, it will allow to diversify the risks of enterprises, control costs, and also create ample opportunities for the further development of domestic agrarian business. Modern integration processes in agriculture must develop in the conditions of the formation of market cooperative relations. Solving the main problems of the system of integration links will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the functioning of all branches of agro-industrial production. It has been proven that the most important unresolved problem that restrains the development of agro-industrial production is the non-equivalence of the exchange of resources entering and leaving the system of agro-industrial production. There is insufficient interaction between interrelated and interdependent structural elements of the agro-food sector. This led to a decrease in the efficiency of the industry and a significant decline in agricultural production. Until now, a scientifically based concept of agro-industrial integration and formation of agro-industrial production in modern socio-economic conditions of management has not been developed. The main goals of optimizing the structural potential of agro-industrial enterprises are: cooperation, integration, diversification and synergy. Integration processes in agro-industrial production necessitate a systematic approach to the development process of agricultural production. Practice shows that agro-industrial integration is built by uniting holdings, financial structures, processing enterprises, regional specialization enterprises.

Abstract:
Timely analysis of trends in electricity consumption at agro-industrial enterprises is important both for the enterprises themselves and for assessing the general pattern of reducing the energy intensity of livestock products. (Research Purpose) The research purpose is determining the trends of electricity consumption at various agro-industrial enterprises and carrying out their comparative analysis. (Materials and methods) To analyze statistical data on electricity consumption in 2023 by month at agro-industrial enterprises, namely: at a poultry farm, a pig complex and a meat processing plant, using computer methods of time series analysis. (Results and discussion) We have identified trends in statistical data and confirmed significant deviations of electricity consumption up and down relative to linear positive trends. Mathematical models were defined for each enterprise to describe the temporary statistics of electricity consumption. Based on the calculated autocorrelation functions, it was shown that in the analyzed statistical data there are no indicators of seasonality, cyclicity and correlation, while all deviations in electricity consumption are random. A methodology was proposed and applied to conduct a comparative analysis of electricity consumption by agro-industrial enterprises using graphs of dimensionless time series of statistics. (Conclusions) Using the proposed methodology for the analysis of temporary statistics, it was shown that the annual increase in electricity consumption at the poultry farm was maximum in 2023 and amounted to 45 percent, and at the pig complex and meat processing plant - significantly lower (8 and 7.5 percent, respectively). Since the volume of output at the analyzed enterprises remained unchanged during 2023, it was confirmed that the increase in electricity consumption (especially at the poultry farm) indicates a constant increase in the energy intensity of the products.

Abstract:
Problem of creating agricultural energy systems is of a significant multifactor system-and-situational nature, depending on the external economic and energy situation in the country, which predetermines accelerated development of autonomous energy centers of agro-towns based on joint use of centralized fuel and energy and local energy resources. The modern method for integrated energy supply of agro-towns as integrated territorial-and-economic entities of agro-industrial complex of the country with significant technical potential of local resources, including renewable energy sources, was developed based on appropriate conceptual tools and principles of multi-level conceptual design and simulation modeling of integrated energy systems using method of conceptual expertize as advanced scientific research, pre-project technical-and-eco- nomic and technical -and-technological substantiation of rational structure of the concept project. As a priority, a systematic approach to development of regional systems of pilot projects of demonstration areas of high energy efficiency based on highly organized agro-towns and, first of all, experimental farms of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is substantiated. With this purpose, the Institute of Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has developed software-based computing complex of an intelligent multi-level decision making support system providing simulation modeling and substantiation of rational scenarios for the concept project of an integrated energy system. The software package includes system of inherited and original software packages for staged procedure for performing computational experiments with a reasonable range of research risks. The conceptual content of the project depends on the Customer’s requirements, aims and objectives of the research, sectoral focus of agro-industrial enterprise, availability of sufficient technical potential of local energy resources, and the consistency of interests of the owners, regional and national governing structures of various sectors of an agro-town. The studies performed with examples of a number of agro-industrial enterprises and social and cultural sectors of agro-towns show a significant (up to 60%) improvement in quality of choosing a rational structure of a concept project for an integrated energy system and reduction (203 times) in sophistication of engineering design compared to ordinary 2-3-variant technical-and-economic substantiation of the project. Abstract:
The competitiveness of various economic entities is an actual topic of economic research. For agro-industrial enterprises, innovation in the field of industrial technologies is an important condition for competitiveness. Practical interest in the development and implementation of innovative products is the creation of reserves for the renewal and further development of the reproductive process. From this point of view, it is necessary to assess the feasibility of introducing proposed technological innovations, based, inter alia, on the use of the SWOT analysis method and the investment evaluation of the competitiveness of project solutions. When carrying out the SWOT-analysis method, the competitive environment of the functioning of the agro-industrial enterprise is considered as an object of research. The subject of the study is the process of increasing the competitiveness of the agro-industrial enterprise for the processing of poultry products by developing and introducing high technology technological innovations, in which the authors position new recipe-component solutions for paste based on the use of secondary collagen-containing slaughter and poultry products, in particular chickens, broilers. The importance of these innovations is emphasized to strengthen the competitive positions of enterprises in the agroindustrial complex. The economic efficiency of introducing technological innovations is substantiated from the point of view of obtaining an investment effect and having comparative advantages over an alternative variant of financial investments in the form of a bank deposit. In the selected range of bank rates (12–20%), the production variant of investments is more stable than the possible income in the form of interest on deposits, in particular by criteria, internal profitability and the payback period of investments.

Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of sustainable development and ESG principles in relation to enterprises of the agro-industrial complex (hereinafter referred to as the agro-industrial complex). Sustainable development has become one of the main trends, as the world community understands that economic growth is closely related to the solution of environmental, climate, and social issues. It underlies the assessment of an organization's non-financial performance, taking into account the fact that investors and other stakeholders are increasingly paying attention to the compliance of economic entities with ESG principles, i.e. responsible attitude towards the environment, creating favorable social conditions, ensuring high quality corporate governance. The authors of the work carried out a critical analysis of international and domestic regulations on the topic of research, and formed, based on industry characteristics, a list and content of indicators for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. When preparing public non-financial reporting, they can be additional to the legally established basic indicators, and they can be used in the development of industry standards for the sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex.

Abstract:
Abstract In the conditions of market relations, the production and sale of meat, especially beef, are becoming one of the main sources of monetary income for private and collective farms in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). However, the technology of meat production was complicated by the limitedness of concentrated feed - previously the main productive feed, which occupied up to 20-25% in terms of nutritional value in the structure of the feed balance of cattle. Under these conditions, the traditional hay-pasture type of livestock feeding again acquires a leading role in the rearing of heavy meat young with good qualities. One of the most important issues related to the organization of industrial production is the choice of the most rational and economically sound technology arising from the specific conditions of each zone. Improving the system of planning amalgamations is one of the central issues of radical restructuring of the system of management of sectors of the national economy. One of the directions for improving planning is the development of a scientifically grounded forecast of the development of the association, and on its basis - a draft plan. Moreover, in conditions of constantly developing inter-farm relations, when due to the peculiarities of production technology. The issue of economic assessment of the efficiency of the work of not only individual links, but precisely the technological chain as a whole, is acquiring especially important national economic significance. The country’s invaluable national treasure is its domestic scientific potential. The article describes the relationship between the participating farms, on the one hand, and the established inter-farm enterprises and associations, on the other, certain economic relations arise, the relationship of cooperating farms is considered, which are aimed at creating and strengthening joint interest in the development of an inter-farm enterprise or association.
