Abstract The article presents the results of a study of the number of pathogens in the soil and their transformation into the plant Oriental Goat’s Rue (Galéga orientalis Lam). It is shown that in the period from 2016 - 2017, the highest contamination of the studied soil samples and oriental goat with pathogenic micromycetes of the genera Aspergillus, Fusarium, Chaetomium was observed and reached from 108 to 1010 CFU/g.
