Tulisan ini membahas tentang Tafsir Shafwa al-Tafasir dan Rawi al-Bayan, Tafsir Rawai’ al-Bayan merupakan magnum opus terbesar Ash-Shabuny dalam kajian tafsir, khususnya tafsir ayat ahkam. Tafsir ini terdiri atas dua jilid besar (699 hal jilid 1 dan 701 hal jilid II) yang merangkum dan merincikan ayat-ayat hukum dalam Al-Quran. Dibandingkan tafsir ayat ahkam sebelumnya, misalnya Ahkam Al-Quran karya al-Jassas, Ahkam Al-Quran karya Ibnu ‘Arabi, Ahkam Al-Quran karya al-Baihaqi. kitab tafsir yang masyhur di abad ke-20 adalah Shafwah at-Tafasir karangan Muhammad Ali ash-Shabuni, Ulama asal Aleppo, Syiria. Kitab tafsir tersebut amat familiar di dunia akademik baik internasional maupun nasional karena disajikan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, ilmiah, rinci, jelas dan mendalam.

Abstract:
AbstractInterpretation of al-Quran is a human effort to understand the meaning and purpose of God’s words based on their ability level. Various methods of interpretation have been born along with the development of religion and science. The method used in this study is Descriptive-Analysis by describing the method of interpretation. The verses of al-Quran in the field of Law have become a particular study, called as Tafsir Ahkam. In Islamic law, this study broadly branched out into rationalist schools of fiqh (ahl al-Ra'y) and textual Hijaz schools (ahl al-hadis). But these divisions are getting thinner as law development (instibath) requires reasoning gained from qiyas and istihsan or maslahat. Therefore, the tafsir ahkam method developed with the growth of the school of fiqh, and the emergence of a rational approach in tafsir ahkam is a logical consequence of a dynamic of ijtihad fiqh method development.Keywords: Tafsir, Ahl ra’yi, Fiqh. AbstrakTafsir Al-Quran merupakan upaya manusia untuk memahami makna dan maksud firman Allah sesuai dengan kadar kemampuannya. Berbagai metode Tafsir telah lahir seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu agama dan sains. Ayat-ayat al-Quran di bidang Hukum telah menjadi bidang kajian tafsir tersendiri dan melahirkan tafsir ahkam. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif-Analisis dengan menguraikan tentang metode penafsiran. Di bidang hukum Islam telah berkembang pula mazhab fiqh yang secara garis besar terbagi atas mazhab fiqh irak yang rasionalis (ahl al-Ra’y) dan mazhab Hijaz yang tekstual (ahl al-hadis). Namun ciri tersebut semakin tipis seiring berkembang istinbath hukum yang memerlukan penalaran baik dengan qiyas, istihsan atau maslahat. Karena itu, corak tafsir ahkam berkembang dengan tumbuhnya mazhab fiqh, dan lahirnya pendekatan rasional dalam tafsir ahkam sebagai konsekuensi logis dari pertumuhan metode ijtihad fiqh yang dinamis.Kata Kunci: Tafsir, Ahl ra’yi, Fiqh.

Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menguraikan hadits perkosakata dan menjelaskan makna secara global bahwahadits tentang qardh pinjam-meminjam tidak diperbolehkan adanya tambahan, apabila mengacu pada UU No.21 tahun 2008 Pasal 1 Ayat (25) huruf d, pasal 19 ayat (1) dan (2) huruf e, dan Pasal 21 huruf b angkat 3 bahwa Akad pinjaman dana kepada nasabah dengan ketentuan bahwa nasabah wajib mengembalikan dana yang diterimanya pada waktu yang telah disepakati.

Abstract:
This study presents a discussion of the influence of the Nasakh and Mansukh methods on the position of the Qur'an as mashadir al-Ahkam. Although there are differences of opinion among the scholars regarding the method of nasakh and mansukh in solving the problem of the two verses that seem to contradict. However, this method does not affect the position of the Al-Qur'an as mashadir al-Ahkam, but rather gives privileges to the position of the Al-Qur'an and provides its own features and challenges for the commentators to explore more deeply and broadly the legal provisions contained therein. Thus, of course it is obligatory for Muslims to stick to the Al-Qur'an as mashadir al-Ahkam in establishing a law.

Diantara buku-buku tersebut yang terkenal di masyarakat muslim dunia adalah kitab al-Muh}arrar fi al-Hadith karya Ibnu abdil hadi (705-744 H) dan kitab Bulugh al-Maram min Adillat al-Ahkam karya Ibnu hajar al-‘Asqalani (773-852 H). Dan menjadi suatu hal yang menarik jika dua kitab tersebut diperbandingkan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah metode Ibnu abdil hadi dan Ibnu hajar dalam menyebutkan hadits-hadits ahkam pada bab nawa>qid{ al-wudu? untuk mengetahui pula sisi persamaan, keunggulan, dan kekurangan dari dua kitab tersebut dalam bab nawa>qid{ al-wudu? Hasil penelitian ini penting dan bermanfaat bagi Lembaga Pendidikan; Madrasah, Pesantren, ataupun perguruan tinggi yang disitu diajarkan hadits-hadits ahkam, wabi al-khusus Program Studi Ilmu Hadits dalam memilih kitab hadits ahkam yang paling cocok dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan istiqra' dari hadits-hadits yang mereka sebutkan dalam bab nawaqid al-wudu. 
 Dari perbandingan tersebut terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan, namun masing-masing juga memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan, tergantung dari sisi mana seseorang melihatnya, dan tergantung pula kepada kebutuhan seseorang. Jika seseorang ingin mempelajari atau menghafal hadits ahkam dengan teks hadits yang berfariasi dalam satu tema untuk membantu dalam memahami teks hadits (fiqh al-hadits), beserta perkataan ulama 'ilal tentang derajat hadits dan jalur periwayatannya, serta fawaid isna>diyah lainnya maka kitab al-muh}arrar lebih unggul dalam bidang tersebut. Adapun jika seseorang ingin mempelajari atau menghafal hadits ahkam beserta derajat haditsnya secara ringkas dan to the point maka kitab bulugh al-maram memiliki kelebihan di bidang tersebut. Abstract:
Hadith Ahkam has historically received insufficient attention in the development of Islamic law, despite its critical role as the second primary source after the Quran. This qualitative study employs an Ulumul Hadith approach and utilizes documentation methods. The findings reveal, first, that Hadith Ahkam comprises the sayings, actions, and tacit approvals of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with legal implications. Hadith Ahkam plays a significant role in the development of Islamic law, covering various aspects such as worship (ibadah), transactions (muamalah), and marriage (munakahah). Therefore, there is a need for a more representative understanding methodology to address contemporary issues from the perspective of the Sunnah of the Prophet. Second, the qualifications of a mujtahid in developing fiqh related to ahkam include proficiency in the Arabic language, understanding of Fiqh and Usul Fiqh, knowledge of Ilm Mukhtalaf al-Hadith, and awareness of classical and contemporary scholarly developments.

Abstract:
Discussing the philosophy of Islamic law gives its own nuances to our scientific discipline. The study of Islamic legal philosophy does not merely discuss how the ideal basis of a law emerges, but rather leads to how a legal event occurs, the basic principles of establishing a law, and the values ​​of its benefits. This study is intended to analyze the philosophy of Islamic law from a review of ontology, epistemology and axiology. The results of this literature study show that Hasbi's discussion of Islamic legal philosophy was simplified into Tashri 'Philosophy, which discusses Mabadiu al-Ahkam (the basic principles of Islamic law), Ushul al-Ahkam (Juridical basis or the ideal basis of Islamic law), Qawaid al -Ahkam (principles of Islamic law), and others. Furthermore, the discussion forms the Shari'ah philosophy in which it describes Asrar al-Ahkam (secrets of Islamic law), Khasais al-Ahkam (specificities of Islamic law), and Mahasin al-Ahkam (beauties of Islamic law). Meanwhile, Muchlis Usman divides three models of methods used in the development of legal philosophy, namely: Pragmatic, Idealistic, and Comparative. They produce various methods in formulating Islamic law. Muhammad Ma'ruf al-Dawalibi divides the method of ijtihad in Islamic law into three groups. Namely the Bayani, Qiyasi, and Istislahi methods. The benefits of studying Philosophy are three dimensions of advantages, namely: Providing a foundation as well as directing the process of implementing the law based on Islamic teachings, Criticizing and correcting the methods and processes of implementing Islamic law, and evaluating the methods and processes of implementing Islamic law.

Osmanlı Devleti’nde tebaanın her çeşit davasına klasik dönemde şer’iyye mahkemeleri denilen kadı mahkemeleri bakmaktaydı. Yerel niteliği bulunan mahkemelerin vermiş olduğu kararlardan hoşnut olmayanlar en yüksek yargı organına özelliğinde olan Divanıhümayun’a başvurma hakları bulunmaktaydı. Bununla birlikte şikâyetçinin, şikâyetini doğrudan doğruya Divanıhümayun’a başvuruda bulunabilirdi. Buraya yansıyan davalar ilk olarak mühimme defterlerine kaydedilirken, daha sonra şikâyet defterlerine kaydedilmeye başlanmıştır. 1742 yılına gelindiğinde ayrı bir defter serisi olan ahkam defterlerinde tutulmuştur. Şehir tarihi incelemelerinde şer’iyye sicilleri bulunmayan bölgelerde, ahkâm defterlerinin bulunması, incelemeciler açışından oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Erzurum eyaletinin 1742-1800 tarihleri arasında vergi ile ilgili problemler 1, 3, 5, 7 ve 9 numaralı Erzurum ahkâm defterleri üzerinden incelenmiştir. Belirtilen tarih aralığındaki hükümler taranarak vergi ile ilgili olan hükümler seçilmiştir. Ayrıca merkezin bölgeden yansıyan şikayetlere yaklaşım biçimi, sorunlara verilen çözüm önerileri ve meselelerin sebepleri irdelenmiştir.

Cette recherche porte sur une etude du concept de "tafwid a-sulta" (litt. Delelation de pouvoir) avec pour but d'en deceler le role dans le processus d'organisation des pouvoirs publics et de legitimation de l'autorite durant la periode (19121956) du protectorat francais sur le maroc. Elle comporte huit chapitres organises autour de deux parties. La premiere partie situe le concept dans son contexte juridico-politique et historique. Il s'agit de rechercher les bases doctrinales du concept de "tafwid" afin de mieux apprehender son sens et ses fonctions premieres, de cerner la place qu'il occupe dans la tradition gouvernementale islanique et dans le systeme insqtitutionnel expose par le juriste reformateur, abu l-hassan al-mawardi (975-1058) dans son traite "al-ahlkam a-sltaniya" (trad. E. Fagnan, 1982, sous le titre "les statuts gouvernementaux"). Dans la deuxieme partie, nous nous interrogeons sur les raisons et les motivations de la reactualisation du concept de delegation de pouvoir a la fin du xixeme et au debut du xxeme siecle par le droit international et par le droit interne du protectorat. Cette reactualisation s'etant faite au nom du retour aux sources du droit public musulman et a la theorie mawardienne du "vizirat de delegation", nous avons tenu, apres avoir degage la place qu'occupait la delegation dans la tradition gouvernementale du maroc pre-colonial, a examiner les bases de la construction theorique degagee par la doctrine juridique coloniale et appliquee a grande echelle au maroc entre 1912 et 1956<br>In this research, we have studied the concept of "tafwid a-sulta" 8"power delegation") with aim of determining its role in the process of organisation and legitimization of public authority during the period of the french protectorate in morocco (1912-1956). This thesis consists of two parts divided into four chapters each. The first part sets the concept in a juridical, political and historical context in order to find out its doctrinal basis and thus understand its meaning, its role and its place in the islamic governmental tradition and in the system developped by the reformer and jurist, abu l-hassan al-mawardi (975-1058), in his treatise "al-ahkam a-sultaniya" (translated into french by e. Fagnan, 1982, under the title of "les statuts gouvernementaux") in the second part, we examine the reasons and motivations which led international law and the internal law of the protectorate to reactualize the concept of power delegation at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. This reactualization having been made with regard to the return to the basics of muslim public law and to those of the mawardian theory of "delegated ministry". A valuable manuscript written by Imam Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Salim Al- Saffärini Al-Hanbali (1114-1188 AH / 1702-1774 CE). There are two manuscripts available at Princeton University library in the United States of America and copies at Jum'ah Al-Mäjid Center for Culture and Heritage in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Al-Safrarini explained " `Umdat Al Ahkäm" by Al-Häfiz Al-Jamma'ili. The latter, Al- Jamma'Ili collected Hadith jurisprudence from , Sahib Al-Bukhäri and Sahib Muslim. Al-Safrarini used both linguistic and jurisprudence explanations in addition to companions' biographies who narrated Hadith. I only edited Sales Chapter "Kitdb Al- Buyü "' form "Kashf Al-Lithäm". This research is divided into two parts: Study and Edition. The study contains three chapters. In the first chapter I introduce A1-Jammd'ili as follows: Name and Origins, Birth, Early Life and the Search for Knowledge, His Sheikhs, His Students, His Appreciation by Other Scholars, Academic Works, Qualities and Ethics, His Ordeal and His Death. The second chapter specifically introduces Al-Saffärini as follows: Author's Era, Name and Origins, Birth, Early Life and the Search for Knowledge, His Sheikhs, His Students, His Appreciation by Other Scholars, Academic Works, Qualities and Ethics and His Death. The third chapter contains a study of "Kashf A1- Litham" as follows: book title and its attribution to the author, description of the two manuscripts of the book, the book's significance, author's approach, author's sources, criticism of the book and editional methods. No AHAM-MI, o Modelo de Adaptação seleciona o conteúdo a ser apresentado levando em conta o conhecimento do usuário sobre o assunto (como os demais sistemas existentes) e utilizando também o desenvolvimento das suas inteligências (de acordo com Gardner) para influir na adaptação, de modo que o aprendizado ocorra de acordo com as necessidades deste usuário. A base dos Sistemas de Hipermídia Adaptativa é o Modelo do Usuário onde são armazenados todas as características e o conhecimento de cada um dos usuários. The hypermedia's application is more and more accessible and popular to the general public in different areas like recreation, marketing, E-commerce and especially for learning, where it allows the user the free exploration of the contents through several kinds of media organized by links. Besides providing the scholastic material, it provides a kind of navigation where the interactive control is up to the user, allowing his/her progress according to his/ her own interests, objectives, and rhythm, this being the main pedagogic characteristic. On the other hand, Adaptive Hypermedia studies the development of systems capable of promoting the adaptation of contents and hypermedia resources from any source (data banks, Internet, services, etc) and presented in any format (text, audio, video, etc, and its combinations) in an individualized way for each user, based upon his/her individual characteristics represented by an User Model. The AHAM-MI model, proposed on this work, has taken advantage of the concept of "pedagogical" rules proposed by Wu, Houben and De Bra in the AHAM model, the Koch's and Wirsing's Munich model's structure and added Gardner's Multiple Intelligence concepts in the Adaptation Model and the User Model. On the AHAM-MI the Adaptation Model select the content to be presented taking into account the user's knowledge about this subject (as do other existing systems) and also the development of each of his/ her diverse intelligences (according to Gardner) to influence the adaptation, so that the learning takes place according to the user's necessities. The Adaptative Hypermedia Systems base is the User Model where all users' characteristics and knowledge are stored. On AHAM-MI, the development level of each intelligence also will be stored, which is the Gardner's vision of the ideal school as a place where students have their intelligences recognized individually and where their evolution is evaluated considering those intelligences.

Le but de cette thèse est d’étudier l’écriture du corps chez deux romancières qui ont l’Afrique comme terre natale ; Ahlam Mosteghanemi de l’Algérie et Calixthe Beyala du Cameroun. Notre analyse trace l’inscription du corps dans une structure symbolique où se croisent discours sociaux et pratiques littéraires. L’écriture du corps, féminin et masculin, est étudiée dans une optique de problématisation des pratiques sociales et littéraires qui lui sont attachées. Plus qu’une simple représentation, le corps devient un travestissement esthétique par lequel les deux romancières contournent la censure pour aborder tous les tabous de leurs sociétés. Ainsi l’espace dudit corps réunit des discours de subversion et de renversement, mais aussi de négociation et d’autocensure. D’autre part le corps sujet d’écriture porte en lui un déchirement, un morcellement et une souffrance et ne semble se concevoir et se vivre que dans la douleur et dans la difficulté d’être. Ce corps textuel sentant et souffrant exprime un rapport au monde et aux autres et s’inscrit dans une quête de confirmation de soi<br>The goal of this thesis is the study of way tow African novelists describe the body ; Ahlam Mosteghanemi from Algéria and Calixthe Beyala from Cameroon. Our analisis traces the writings about the body to a symbolic structure where social discourses meet literary practices. The writings about the body, male or female, are studied from a perspective locked in the problematics of social and literary practices. More than a simple description, the body becomes an esthetic disguise through which the two novelists bypass censorship to tackle all their cultural taboos. Thus the sphere of the body combines discourses of subversion and reversal as well as negotiation and self censorship. What’s more, the body subject of literature bears in itself a tearing, a division and a suffering and seems to only understand and live its existence in pain and difficulty. This literal body that feels and suffers expresses a relationship to the world and to others and is part of a quest for self-affirmation

In a 1998 opinion piece for Egyptian weekly Al Ahram, Edward Said memorably skewered Yasser Arafat’s intention to issue his second declaration of Palestinian statehood within a year. Said wrote, “I say [statehood] with some irony because, at first glance, the notion of declaring a state for a second time (Algiers, November 1998 was the first) must strike the untutored spectator as inherently funny, since in both instances, except for about 60 per cent of Gaza, there is very little land for this state.”1 Indeed, Arafat’s poorly thought out decrees for statehood never succeeded, resulting instead in the expected Is-raeli backlash against Palestinians living under occupation and within the Israeli state. But as Said went on to criticise the most obvious flaws of the illusive ‘statehood’ Arafat strove for, he made quite a pro-found assertion: “If by declaring that what, in effect, is a theoretical abridgement of true statehood is the first step towards the realization of actual statehood, then one might as well hope to extract sunlight from a cucumber on the basis of the sun having entered the cucum-ber in the first place. This is an example not of serious, but of magical thought, something we have no need of now.”2 Lover of poetry and music though he was, Edward Said seriously devalues the radical potential of imagination in his article. Specifically, he slights the role that imagination plays in creating and sustaining a truly autonomous Palestinian nation. A nation with no land but also no borders; a na-tion with no military but also no war, and a nation with no recognition based on the destructive logics of empire. This is all to say, a nation that is lived without restrictions through the innovative and agile prac-tice of imagining otherwise. This brief essay’s exploration of imagin-ing an ‘other’ way to recognize Palestine pays its respects to Edward Said’s dogged pursuit of liberation, but remembers that Edward Said, like millions of other Palestinians, lived, and died, elsewhere.

Although the rules on slavery are part of Islamic jurisprudence, there are a few verses about slaves in the Qur’an. In addition, there are a lot of hadith about them. However, this was a “temporal rule” and the time of slavery is now over. As such, slavery is now an “abrogated rule” of Islam. It is a forbidden and illegal act. This chapter describes the process of this paradigm shift. With the elimination of the conventions of reasonability, which was the main basis for the ratified ruling (hukm imda’i) on slavery and ownership of humans in Islam, it is natural that this ruling too be recognised as a temporary and seasonal ruling of shari‘a, a ruling whose limit and duration of credibility has come to an end and which in these times is lacking credibility and legitimacy. That is to say, slavery, servitude and the owning of humans in such a context is illegitimate and forbidden (haram). There is no evidence for permanent and continuous ratification (imda’) of the slavery ruling. All ratified rulings (al-ahkam al-imda’i) are conditional on continuity of justice and reasonability.

This chapter is a response to questions from the students about the previous chapter on ‘Human Rights and Reformist Islam’. These issues are discussed in this chapter: the comparison of ratified rulings (ahkam imdha’i) and conventions of reasonable people (sira al-‘uqala), human rights: an achievement of contemporary humans, reasons for the lack of explicit expression of the temporary in changeable rulings, two forms of human knowledge about divine religion and human rights, homosexuality and human rights, and finally the rights of Baha’is. Human rights are not related to religion, sect, thought or belief. There is no valid religious argument for the prevention of Baha’is from human rights, citizenship rights, and basic civil rights or considering them as impure (najis). From the author’s perspective, there is no punishment for LGBT sexual orientation on one hand, and no discrimination of LGBT people is accepted in the public domain regarding non-sexual affairs on the other hand. Reformist Islam has not come across sufficient documentation for accepting homosexuality as a particular human right. It believes the only shari‘a premised sexual relationship is defined between a female and male under legal marriage.

ROMAN LAW ELEMENTS IN THE OTTOMAN CIVIL CODE (THE MAJALLA AND AHKAM AL-SHAR’IYYAH) The Majalla represents the first official codification of civil law in the Ottoman Empire, and also the first codification of sharia law in general, most often cited as the Ottoman Civil Code, which was published in the period between 1869 and 1876. In contrast to Islamic, Sharia law, the influence of the largest legal system of the ancient world, Roman law, which is bequeathed by the development of mankind in Europe, is visible in the Majalla; while Islamic law is considered Di-vine law and fundamentally immutable, Roman law finds that law should be the highest expression of the mind (Cicero). The Code sought to achieve the unity of two different legal traditions, striving to bridge any dualism on the path to modernism, thus opening new doors for its in-depth reading and understanding, in a concrete historical background. The application of Majalla was the widest in Bosnia and Herzegovina because its norms were binding on both Sharia and regular civil courts, so the analysis of its Roman legal basis is all the more important for our own legal history. These characteristics include melodic rules, like where to stop and for how long, when to merge two letters in pronunciation or when to stretch some, or even when to put more strength on some letters over other. Most of the papers focus mainly on the main recitation rules and the pronunciation but not (Ahkam AL Tajweed) which give different rhythm and different melody to the pronunciation with every different rule of (Tajweed). Which is also considered very important and essential in Reading the Quran as it can give different meanings to the words. In this paper we discuss in detail full system for automatic recognition of Quran Recitation Rules (Tajweed) by using support vector machine and threshold scoring system.

Digital transformation processes in the course of industry 4.0 affect computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) in two ways: The acceleration of production and innovation cycles shortens the time to carry out CAM-planning tasks; simultaneously, an increasing product individualization raises the complexity of CAM-planning tasks and quality requirements for the planning results. Thus, CAM users need to solve complex CAM-planning tasks in increasingly shorter time frames. Efforts to meet the quality requirements nonetheless lead to overload and frustration of the user [1], [2]. To overcome this challenge, the R&amp;D project CAM2030 aims to develop a new generation of CAM systems that integrates innovative technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and evolutionary algorithms) to make CAM-planning processes more efficient for the CAM planner. The innovation process requires a novel methodology that involves the stakeholders’ different perspectives, esp. the users’ preferences and needs, and brings them into compliance. This paper presents a co-creation-based framework for the agile development of AI-supported system components. The framework intends to continuously support the innovation process of complex software systems in a highly interdisciplinary team working collaboratively under remote conditions. The framework was developed successively in line with the project’s progress over two years. The resulting framework describes a multi-level and partly iterative approach that covers the following stages of the innovation process: (i) the elicitation, specification, and prioritization of requirements for AI-supported CAM systems, their user interface, and CAM user training; (ii) the design of an interactive prototype for selected parts of the user interface; (iii) the prototype testing; and (iv) the iteration of (i) to (iii) as well as the refinement of their output. The approach applies and adapts co-creation methods for use in online workshops. The research activities focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of the single workshop concepts, partly complemented by studies investigating topics such as user expectations and requirements concerning new features and the system introduction. The main characteristics of the workshops are their interdisciplinary composition of participants, their conduction under remote conditions, and the mix of methods and tools to support collaboration in each stage of the innovation process [3], [4].The framework application shows a high potential to support the development of AI-supported CAM systems in creating a shared vision of the individual stages of the innovation and the innovation process as a whole. The framework helps to: (i) understand and reflect the user’s needs and preferences, (ii) align different and partly controversial perspectives, and (iii) identify and overcome sticking points of the system development. The project shows that the innovation and development process benefits from the active involvement of end users (workers and companies), the continuity of interdisciplinary exchange, and iterative testing. Limitations arise from the restricted application scope of the framework (innovating automated CAM system components for the CAM parameter optimization by well-educated CAM planners in German SMEs). Future research should consider the reconciliation of innovation processes with day-to-day business in manufacturing companies and the framework’s transferability to other application contexts.
