The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in cybersecurity has redefined traditional security protocols, providing advanced mechanisms to combat increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. This article investigates the transformative role of AI in enhancing cybersecurity by focusing on three core areas: threat detection, defence mechanisms, and risk management. The primary aim is to assess how AI technologies—specifically machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing—can improve the detection, prevention, and mitigation of cyber threats beyond traditional methods. By leveraging AI-driven solutions, cybersecurity can anticipate emerging threats, quickly adapt defensive strategies, and significantly reduce response times. To achieve this, the study will analyse recent advances in AI applications within cybersecurity, using a systematic literature review and case study analysis. The literature review will highlight existing knowledge gaps, explore the current limitations of conventional cybersecurity measures, and identify how AI fills these gaps. Case studies of real-world AI deployment in cybersecurity will be critically examined to understand the practical effectiveness and challenges associated with these technologies. The expected results include an in-depth understanding of AI's specific advantages in threat detection accuracy, predictive analysis, and anomaly identification. Furthermore, we anticipate uncovering key limitations and ethical considerations, such as data privacy issues, potential biases in AI algorithms, and the risk of adversarial attacks exploiting AI vulnerabilities. By examining these aspects, the article aims to present a balanced perspective on the future of AI in cybersecurity, suggesting critical improvements and policy recommendations.

Abstract:
If we look at the chronology of transitions between successive stages of industrialization, it is impossible not to notice a significant acceleration. There were 100 years between the industrial revolutions from 2.0 to 3.0, and only half a century passed from the conventional 3.0 to 4.0. Assuming that progress will inevitably continue to accelerate, and given that 2011 is the set date for the start of the fourth industrial revolution, we can expect Industry 5.0 by 2035. In recent years, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications proliferated, which include multiple network elements connected by wired and wireless communication technologies, as well as sensors and actuators placed in strategic locations. The significant pace of development of the industry of advantages in predicting threats to infrastructure will be related to the speed of analyzing the huge amount of data on threats collected not locally, but globally. This article sheds light on the potential role of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, including machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL), to significantly impact IIoT cyber threat prediction in Industry 5.0.

Abstract:
The essential characteristics of the spiritual security of Ukrainian society are analyzed. It is noted that spiritual security is a system-forming factor in the development of a democratic state in Ukraine in the conditions of an information war and a full-scale Russian invasion. The sources of threats and the main threats to the spiritual security of the national society caused by the information war are revealed. The value bases of the spiritual security of the Ukrainian state have been studied. Dialectical, structural-functional and comparative methods were used in the research process. The article states that the spiritual security of the national society is aimed at protecting national values and development priorities, the mental and civilizational basis of the existence of the Ukrainian people and preserving its cultural identity in the global processes of modernity. The conclusion is drawn that the restructuring of the hierarchy of values in the consciousness of Ukrainian citizens, as the basis for the existence of spiritual security, occurred most intensively during pivotal historical events – the Orange Revolution (2004-2005), the Revolution of Dignity (2013-2014), and the Russo-Ukrainian War of 2022.

With the rapid acceleration of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, cyber threats have become increasingly frequent and complex. However, most public and private institutions still rely heavily on manual cybersecurity operations, which often lead to delayed responses and human errors, exposing critical vulnerabilities. A particular challenge lies in the inability to efficiently integrate and automate the analysis of threat logs collected from various sources, limiting the effectiveness of threat prediction and mitigation. To address these challenges, this study proposes an AI-based RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system designed to automate the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat logs. By minimizing human intervention, the proposed system significantly enhances real-time response capabilities and reduces errors. Additionally, standardizing and centralizing diverse log formats lays a foundation for the future development of AI models capable of predicting cyberattack patterns. This system is particularly well-suited for government and public organizations, offering a cost-effective solution that enhances cybersecurity while maintaining compatibility with existing infrastructures. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed AI-based RPA system outperforms traditional manual systems in terms of log processing speed, prediction accuracy, and error reduction. This study highlights the critical role of automated AI-driven systems in enabling real-time threat response and prevention, presenting a practical and scalable approach for modern cybersecurity environments.

The development of cyber threats is impacting vital communications infrastructure, with a focus on 5G security, AI, and international cooperation. The purpose of this study is to analyze Enhancing Cyber Defense Capabilities through AI Technology. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study show that: First, the use of advanced AI technology in every aspect of the TNI will improve the overall security of the application. AI technology is able to detect and respond to cyber threats quickly and accurately, strengthening operational capabilities on land, sea, air, cyber, and space. Second, the integration of AI in the defense system through the Fourth Industrial Revolution will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of TNI operations in various dimensions. AI aids in the detection, analysis, and response to threats, strengthens decision-making capabilities in the field, and improves the combat readiness of troops. Third, the launch of STRANAS-KA is the foundation for the development of AI experts in the TNI, improving technical and managerial capabilities in AI to optimize the use of AI technology in defense operations. Finally, collaboration with the private sector enables the development of innovative AI solutions in defense operations, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens national resilience against increasingly complex and sophisticated cyber threats.

The proliferation of AI technologies has revolutionized how news is searched, produced, disseminated, and managed, enhancing communication flows and personalization. Despite historical resilience through various technological upheavals, local journalism faces unprecedented challenges due to the disruption of traditional business models by the internet, leading to significant declines in print circulation and advertising revenues. The advent of generative AI, exemplified by tools like ChatGPT, offers both opportunities and threats. While AI can automate routine tasks, enhance multimedia storytelling, and increase operational efficiency, it also raises ethical concerns, risks of misinformation, and potential job losses. The article emphasizes the need for responsible AI integration, continuous journalist training, and regulatory frameworks to ensure that AI sooner enhances than undermines journalistic integrity and democracy. Furthermore, the reliance on AI by media organizations could threaten financial stability and necessitate innovative business models and government regulations to ensure fair compensation and intellectual property protection. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have been a real revolution and breakthrough in the world of virtual communication for modern society. Latin American countries are just beginning to adopt this type of technology to achieve the smart government paradigm and accelerate the pace of building a digital economy. A number of countries in the Latin American region are investing in strategies to develop AI technologies, focusing on improving economic development, with significant efforts to create a broader cooperation network at the regional level. The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) also has been striving for several years to harness the huge potential of AI, including the digital transformation of the public sector. The global concept of cybersecurity becomes particularly relevant due to the increasing use of cyberspace as a virtual environment for political, economic, social and cultural interaction. To date, cybersecurity has become an important issue for national strategies of Latin American countries due to the increasing incidence of malicious use of AI in the political and economic life of the region. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate main dimensions of national strategies for the implementation of AI in the public sector in Latin America and to identify the main cyber tools aimed at undermining national security and putting political actors out of work.

This paper is about the ‘The evolution of humans and AI, Reflections on connections’. To do so, we first look at technology and change. Today’s technological change is different and unfamiliar from the past. If the changes of the Industrial Revolution tested our physical capabilities, the changes of today threaten our mental capabilities. We trace the changes caused by human-centered thinking and human-made technology, and focus on the evolution of AI, which threatens human values. These issues have made humanity clearly aware of its limitations. While humanity has had its problems, it has also developed human communities through connectivity. With this in mind, this book addresses coexistence and creation through connectivity. In doing so, we make two recommendations. First, human-to-human connections to prepare for the pace of development that has already begun. The second is to prepare for the pace of development that has already begun. It is time to actively explore and prepare for the ideal connection between humanity and AI. Before the problems facing humanity, the threats and utilization of AI are intentionally exploited by certain countries or certain groups, we will need to prepare for common development by cooperating in human-to-human connection. In doing so, connectivity will embrace new advances in science and technology and drive human evolution.

Artificial Intelligence in Financial Fraud Detection: A Comprehensive Approach to Enhancing Financial Security The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) offers an opportunity to significantly strengthen financial security by combating financial fraud, which has become increasingly complex and widespread. Traditional detection methods are often insufficient in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, prompting a shift towards AI-based solutions. This study explores the application of AI, particularly machine learning algorithms, in improving the accuracy and efficiency of fraud detection. By analyzing large financial datasets, AI can detect anomalies that may indicate fraudulent behavior more effectively than traditional approaches. This research adopts a two-phase methodology. The first phase involves a thorough review of existing financial fraud detection methods, comparing traditional techniques with AI-based models to identify gaps. Various machine learning approaches, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms, are reviewed for their effectiveness in detecting fraud. The second phase involves developing and testing an AI model to identify fraudulent patterns within transactional data. The model uses machine learning algorithms to process vast datasets and detect deviations from typical financial behaviors, flagging potentially fraudulent activities. The expected results indicate that AI systems can outperform traditional fraud detection methods by significantly reducing false positives and improving the detection rate of genuine fraud. This reduction in false positives is vital for financial institutions, as it reduces unnecessary investigations and saves valuable resources. Additionally, enhanced fraud detection protects both institutions and consumers from financial losses.The findings of this study aim to provide financial institutions with practical insights into the implementation of AI-driven fraud detection systems. Furthermore, the research highlights the need for continuous refinement of AI models to adapt to the evolving nature of financial fraud. By leveraging AI technologies, financial institutions can revolutionize their approach to fraud detection, making financial systems more secure and responsive to emerging threats.

The world has plunged into the fourth industrial revolution known as 'Industry 4.0' by encompassing three latest technological trends: artificial intelligence, connectivity, and automation. The goal of industry 4.0 is to automate manufacturing processes to increase sustainability, maximize efficiency, detect system barriers, and better supply chain management. Apart from it, Industry 4.0 links up with Informational technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) to establish a cyber-physical subspace of the Internet of Things (IoT), giving rise to cybersecurity concerns. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has accelerated the digital revolution and has had an enormous impact on all aspects of life. Work patterns are starting to change, and cooperation between humans and machines, currently humans and various forms of AI, is becoming crucial. There are advantages and some threats related to these new forms of human–AI collaboration. It is necessary to base this collaboration on ethical principles, ensuring the autonomy of humans over technology. This will create trust, which is indispensable for the fruitful use of AI. This requires an adequate regulatory framework: one that is future proof, anticipates how AI will develop, takes a risk-based approach and implements ex ante assessment as a tool to avoid unintended consequences. Furthermore, we need human oversight of the development of AI, supported by inter-institutional partnerships. But first we need to create the conditions for the development of AI digital literacy.

The fusion of machine learning and artificial intelligence has become a game-changer in the fight against cyber threats. This paper delves into the latest applications of these technologies in network security, shedding light on their critical roles in addressing pressing concerns and identifying areas for further exploration. We also examine the ethical and legal implications of implementing these technologies. Our research highlights current challenges and open questions, with a focus on recent breakthroughs in network security leveraging AI and ML. The findings are promising, suggesting that further innovation in integrating AI and ML into network security frameworks holds significant potential. Exciting applications include bolstering network security, detecting malware, and responding to intrusions. Interestingly, while 45% of organizations recognize the need to adopt these technologies, half have already done so, while 5% remain hesitant.

This paper argues that the AI revolution which is currently unfolding and being fuelled by the significant strides in Generative AI-powered technologies, calls for an urgent response by the African continent, to ensure that possible harms associated with this cutting-edge technology are mitigated. The ‘arms race’ to create chatbots that can rival Open AI’s ChatGPT-4.0 technology by big technology companies such as Google and Meta, is not only hastening the pace of the AI revolution but is also bringing to the fore the double-edged nature of this technology. The benefits of AI generative technologies such as chatbots in fields such as the academy; health; agriculture; music and art, have been touted in recent times, but the ethical concerns around issues of bias; possible proliferation of misinformation from algorithms that are trained on datasets that are not fully representative of the global South’s realities, especially Africa; breaches in privacy issues and threats of job losses, still linger. The fact that in March 2023, an Elon Musk-led petition to have a six-month moratorium on AI chatbot innovations began circulating raises serious ethical concerns around the AI revolution, which makes it critical for a continent such as Africa, which has largely been a consumer of these technologies and notan innovator, to urgently draft measures that can protect it. The paper contends that even though Africa is not homogenous in nature, it needs to come up with an AI ethics-driven framework that protects the majority of its population which is mired in poverty and likely to be on the receiving end of any cons associated with AI technologies. This framework should be largely anchored in the African philosophy of Ubuntu, but also pragmatic enough to include positive facets of global-North philosophical strands such as deontology, which largely places currency on ethical principles and rules above the outcomes they produce.

This research paper explores the applications of AI in ecosystem management, including wildlife tracking, habitat assessment, biodiversity analysis, and natural disaster prediction. AI's role in environmental monitoring and conservation includes wildlife tracking, habitat assessment, resource conservation, biodiversity analysis, and species identification. AI algorithms analyze camera trap footage, drone imagery, and GPS data to identify and estimate population sizes, leading to improved anti-poaching efforts and enhanced protection of diverse species. Habitat assessment and resource conservation involve AI-powered image analysis, which aids in assessing forest health, detecting deforestation, and identifying areas in need of restoration. Biodiversity analysis and species identification are achieved through AI algorithms that analyze acoustic recordings, environmental DNA (eDNA), and camera trap footage. The use of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and virtual simulation (VR) increases operational efficiency and the accuracy of TNI decision-making. This technology also facilitates more realistic and interactive personnel training and reduces the risks and costs of training. However, the success of this transformation is highly dependent on the readiness of infrastructure and budget. Cooperation with industry through public-private partnerships (PPP) is needed to accelerate infrastructure development such as 5G networks and cybersecurity systems. In addition, the development of competent human resources through continuous digital training is a key element in adapting to the dynamics of information-based global threats.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is considered one of the most promising methods for addressing cybersecurity threats and providing security. In this study, we present a systematic literature review (SLR) that categorize, map and survey the existing literature on AI methods used to detect cybersecurity attacks in the IoT environment. The scope of this SLR includes an in-depth investigation on most AI trending techniques in cybersecurity and state-of-art solutions. A systematic search was performed on various electronic databases (SCOPUS, Science Direct, IEEE Xplore, Web of Science, ACM, and MDPI). Out of the identified records, 80 studies published between 2016 and 2021 were selected, surveyed and carefully assessed. This review has explored deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) techniques used in IoT security, and their effectiveness in detecting attacks. However, several studies have proposed smart intrusion detection systems (IDS) with intelligent architectural frameworks using AI to overcome the existing security and privacy challenges. It is found that support vector machines (SVM) and random forest (RF) are among the most used methods, due to high accuracy detection another reason may be efficient memory. In addition, other methods also provide better performance such as extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), neural networks (NN) and recurrent neural networks (RNN). This analysis also provides an insight into the AI roadmap to detect threats based on attack categories. Finally, we present recommendations for potential future investigations.

Adopting 4IR technologies will also require HR personnel to upskill in digital literacy,data analysis, programming, cyber-security, HR software analytics, emotional intelligence, and criticalthinking. The study also revealed that HR personnel would need to reskill to acquire proficiency using4IR technologies. The study concludes that adopting 4IR technologies will result in upskilling,reskilling, and deskilling of human resources. The invention of AI programmed weapons is not the subject matter of contention, rather, the ground for opposition is the “autonomy” granted to the weapons. These machines can function without human oversight and are programmed to be unpredictable. International Humanitarian Law opposes the use of weapons that pose threats to the civilian population, of which LAWs is inevitably a part of. LAWs defile ethical and legal positions. These weapons are so accurate and swift that they can destroy hundreds of humans in a couple of minutes and countries in possession of these machines could use them without recourse to the victims. This research work investigates the threats and risks posed by Lethal Autonomous Weapons to the Society. Today, the rapid development of the fourth industrial revolution and the emergence of the latest digital technologies leads to the gradual creation of a fundamentally new "socio-technological" reality - a metaverse that will permeate all levels of society and human existence: socio-social relations, economics, political processes, thus influencing the psychology of human consciousness and perception of reality. The existence, full functioning of this new "Reality 2.0" and its convergence with the physical world will be provided by a wide range of new technologies, one of which is "advanced" artificial intelligence (AI) systems, which will underlie the basis of the creation of the metaverse architecture itself and be used for 3D modeling, creation of digital objects, design and expansion virtual worlds-clusters, data analysis, etc. At the same time, metaverses implementing technologies of full immersion in virtual reality are able to release conflict potential and create a wide range of opportunities for ultimate antisocial impact on social processes, social groups and individuals through specific forms of malicious use of AI in order to undermine psychological stability (PS). The article will consider specific technologies of influencing the consciousness of users through AI. Special attention will be paid to how the use of AI systems in metaverses can produce local and global threats to psychological stability, and through that to political, economic, military institutions. The relevance of the paper is due to the growing popularity of the phenomenon of metaverses and growing number of users ("metacitizens"), increased investments in this area and the development of AI technologies that make the experience of being in the metaverses more immersive, which in turn makes users most vulnerable to HT psychological influences. Today, at the level of states, international institutions and global forums, the importance of regulating the new reality and creating a safe metaverse is being stated, which makes it necessary to study possible options for negative effects on consciousness through AI technologies and consider ways to counter these threats. Humanity stands at a pivotal moment of technological revolution, with artificial intelligence (AI) reshaping fields traditionally reliant on human cognitive abilities. This transition, driven by advancements in artificial neural networks, has transformed data processing and evaluation, creating opportunities for addressing complex and time-consuming tasks with AI solutions. Convolutional networks (CNNs) and the adoption of GPU technology have already revolutionized image recognition by enhancing computational efficiency and accuracy. In radiology, AI applications are particularly valuable for tasks involving pattern detection and classification; for example, AI tools have enhanced diagnostic accuracy and efficiency in detecting abnormalities across imaging modalities through automated feature extraction. Our analysis reveals that neuroimaging and chest imaging, as well as CT and MRI modalities, are the primary focus areas for AI products, reflecting their high clinical demand and complexity. AI tools are also used to target high-prevalence diseases, such as lung cancer, stroke, and breast cancer, underscoring AI’s alignment with impactful diagnostic needs. The regulatory landscape is a critical factor in AI product development, with the majority of products certified under the Medical Device Directive (MDD) and Medical Device Regulation (MDR) in Class IIa or Class I categories, indicating compliance with moderate-risk standards. A rapid increase in AI product development from 2017 to 2020, peaking in 2020 and followed by recent stabilization and saturation, was identified. This was done using the PRISMA framework and SWOT analysis. Data was collected from eleven relevant articles over the past three years (2022-2024) using searches in ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. However, the main obstacles remain infrastructure limitations, high investment costs and data security threats. Offline and online operations are the two commonly identified computer operations in practice. These two operations have their advantages and limitations and should be weighed by the user before making a choice. Close-loop control system is amendable for use by artificial intelligence experts, engineers and scientists for problems solving. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technology that represents the 4th industrial revolution. AI, designed as a technology for realizing human natural intelligence, is being used in various fields. There is growing concern that the use of AI will increase threats to human life, such as unemployment, invasion of privacy, distribution of false information, intensification of discrimination and infringement of consumer rights. AI provides both benefits and risks to humans. AI can be associated with a variety of fundamental rights. First, from the perspective of the right to self-determination of personal information, the risk of AI being used as a monitoring tool is increasing by strengthening the collection and use of personal information. The possibility of AI infringing on the right to self-determination of personal information can be resolved through the introduction of a human rights impact assessment system or a duty to explain. Meanwhile, AI is criticized for reproducing and reinforcing discrimination. The bias included in the data or algorithms used by AI is creating bias in judgment or prediction through AI. In order to strengthen the transparency of AI, it is necessary to solve the problem of discrimination caused by AI by introducing a system such as an audit. In addition, the risk of infringing consumer rights by products using AI is also subject to criticism. In relation to the infringement of constitutional rights by a third party in the field of AI, it is necessary to utilize the legal logic of the right to seek protection of constitutional rights from the state or the legal effect of constitutional rights on third parties. Through this, sanctions against the perpetrators and remedies for the victims should be provided at the same time. In relation to AI, which is both a benefit and a risk, it would be desirable to seek alternatives through the harmony and balance of conflicting constitutional rights.

These risks include workforce displacement, inequality, shifts in national power, strategic instability, and certain forms of AI that may jeopardize health and other societal values. Leaders of governments and large corporations frequently seek advice for better policymaking in this new landscape; however, academic attention to the revolution brought about by AI remains limited. Therefore, there is an urgent need for extensive research on AI governance, a topic that necessitates rethinking global institutions, policies, and norms to ensure the beneficial and ethical development and application of AI. This report is written in light of the urgent need for research on this issue. The first section focuses on AI policy, emphasizing the dynamics among governments, major corporations, the public, researchers, and other stakeholders. The final section analyzes possible structures for transitioning toward AI management. This study examines the future of AI governance in smart governments to achieve a sustainable and efficient structure for leveraging advanced technologies. The findings highlight the importance of revising policies and regulations to develop AI governance. The proposed future scenario suggests that governments should continuously update AI-related laws and regulations to prevent negative societal impacts. These revisions must simultaneously support innovation and ensure that citizens' rights are protected against automated decision-making. Abstract There is no area of human activity that would function today without the involvement of AI technologies. AI, a driving force of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, penetrates modern human life with ever-increasing intensity. As it is claimed, it brings about decision-making efficiency and performance accuracy that has never existed before. At the same time, artificial intelligence creates far-reaching dangers to almost every aspect of the modern world. From the legal point of view, the most eminent ones include: the bias stemming from the inherited historical data that AI tends to repeat and multiply, the problem of the lack of transparency (the “black-box society”) that makes it impossible for a human being to understand how AI arrived at a decision, and the elimination of the human being from the decision-making process, which rises the issue of appropriateness and legitimacy. AI can only be developed when sufficient amount of data is available, and hence the article elaborates on the fundamental role that data plays for the modern world, and how transnational corporations set global rules in relation to collection and access to data in a process that lacks democratic accountability and questions the position of states. The article ends with presenting the UE attempts to address the issues that arise in relation to the unrestricted access to data, invasion of privacy and threats posed by artificial intelligence. It also elaborates on the prominent position that the artificial intelligence holds on the EU political agenda and presents political and legislative actions undertaken by the European Union in this regard.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are quiet dynamic technology made up of discrete multi-function sensor nodes that interconnect wireless for short distances. WSNs have distinct traits as well as limitations that impede the development of efficient attack detection and prevention methods. Security in WSN is a more difficult task because of the processing limits of sensor nodes as well as the nature of wireless communications. The widespread WSNs usage has given development to several forms of threats. To guard against threats, appropriate security measures must be implemented. Cryptography, specifically encryption, plays a pivotal role in protecting data from unauthorized access. However, not all encryption methods are equally effective, as some exhibit vulnerabilities. Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is the most efficient option because of its reduced key size. Comprehensive safety despite lower key sizes leads to area as well as power efficient crypto systems. With recent technological advancements, traditional encryption no longer appears to be a safe solution for security and privacy of data. Quantum cryptography uses quantum physics processes to provide safe data transmission among sender and recipient. However, quantum cryptography comprises a revolution over network security field. Therefore, this research focuses on Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) with ECC for effective authentication, key management and energy conservation. Thus, the proposed QKD-ECC method is implemented and evaluated with traditional ECC and other cryptography method for better WSN security and privacy of data transmission.

The article is devoted to the study of the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the modern digital transformation of the rich countries of the global North and the poor countries of the global South. Particular attention is paid to the different conditions of the digital revolution in the former and the latter. They are leading to an increase in old inequalities and the emergence of new digital inequalities between developed and developing countries. At the same time, the pursuit of profit in the digital economy has become the main reason for further material and property differentiation between the first, second, and third world countries, as well as between the rich and the poor within each of these countries. All of this hinders the revolutionary potential of AI in the interests of all countries and peoples and creates conditions for its use for anti-people purposes, including by combining AI with weapons for the military purpose of killing people. The task of civil society is precisely to force state authorities to take measures to regulate digital business in order to overcome the threats posed by the oligarchs of digital corporations and improve the socio-economic situation of both the cybertariat and the entire working population in the countries of the global North and the global South.

The article explores the potential of Industry 4.0 technologies as a factor in the development of the economic system. It analyzes the key technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, namely Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and 3D printing, and their impact on economic processes. Special attention is given to the role of Artificial Intelligence, which is the main driver of the transformation of production processes. The possibilities of production automation through AI, its ability to analyze real-time data, manage resources, and optimize production processes are examined. It is established that the implementation of AI contributes to reducing operational costs, improving product quality, and more efficient resource utilization. The Internet of Things is considered as a technology that enables the integration of production processes and communication between devices in real-time. Emphasis is placed on its role in the formation of "smart factories" and the transition to a "pull economy" model, which allows manufacturers to quickly adapt to changes in consumer demand. Blockchain technology is studied in the context of reducing transaction costs and ensuring the transparency of economic relations. The prospects for the use of smart contracts in logistics, finance, and business process management are analyzed, along with potential threats related to the centralization of control over data. 3D printing is considered as a tool for optimizing production processes and personalizing products.

Based on that concept, the paper explores China’s new practices and proposals for the domestic andinternational AI governance. The relevance of the paper lies in the fact that when assessing the use of modern digital technologies in scientific literature and regulatory support, special emphasis is placed on specific data functions of technologies to automatically analyze a set of data and with the help of a set of algorithms to make decisions on optimization of processes and activities, that is, the ability to simplify human relationships. However, the experience of law enforcement has shown that the lack of law enforcement support for protecting the society from negative use of technology leads to the fact that the response now follows the criminal consequences of their use of technologies. Article analyzes predictive estimates and concepts presented by the Western intellectual community, regarding prospects for development of new trends in the global economy, caused by the fourth industrial revolution. Author draws on a variety of sources, including reports from US think tanks, works by representatives of global financial and technocratic elite, and works by American intellectuals. Methodological basis of the study is a theory of the world system of I. Wallerstein, which allows to identify dynamic and conflicting lines of interaction between two geopolitical centers of the world - the United States and China. Based on an analysis of current trends, modern experts predict revolutionary changes in modern technologies that can decisively affect socio-political stability, not only in Western countries, but in developing countries as well. Author shows that the new technological structure is changing not only sector structure of the economy, but also has a strong impact on employment. According to American analysts, new technologies can destabilize socio-political stability in any country, especially in countries where cheap labor is a traditional tool. Robotization and automation of production can become a competitive advantage of the United States and Western countries in competition with China. Article notes that Russia is only at the very beginning of technological revolution, behind big five leading countries. Overcoming its lag in the field of AI and robotics requires adoption of comprehensive measures of economic, scientific and political nature. Ignoring realities of technological progress is fraught with increase in threats to national security.

In this regard, this study aims to identify technology development trends to prevent the risks and threats of various cyber systems by monitoring major cyber security convergence fields and technologies through the symmetrical thesis and patent analysis. Because thesis information can explain the superiority of technology and patent information can explain the usefulness of a technology, they can be effectively used for analyzing and predicting technology development trends. Therefore, in this study, latent Dirichlet allocation is applied to extract text-document-based technical topics for the symmetrical thesis and patent information to identify security convergence fields and technologies for cyber safety. In addition, it elucidates cyber security convergence fields and technology trends by applying a dynamic topic model and long short-term memory, which are useful for analyzing technological changes and predicting trends. Based on these results, cyber security administrators, system operators, and developers can effectively identify and respond to trends in related technologies to reduce threats, and companies and experts developing cyber security solutions can present a new security approach.

Agriculture 5.0 refers to the next phase of agricultural development, building upon the previous digital revolution in the agrarian sector and aiming to transform the agricultural industry to be smarter, more effective, and ecologically conscious. Farming processes have already started becoming more efficient due to the development of digital technologies, including big data, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and virtual and augmented reality. Farmers can make the most of the resources at their disposal thanks to this data-driven approach, allowing them to effectively cultivate and sustain crops on arable land. The European Union (EU) aims to make food systems fair, healthy, and environmentally sustainable through the Green Deal and its farm-to-fork, soil, and biodiversity strategies, zero pollution action plan, and upcoming sustainable use of pesticides regulation. Many of the historical synthetic pesticides are not currently registered in the EU market. In addition, the continuous use of a limited number of active ingredients with the same mode of action scales up pests/pathogens/weed resistance potential. Increasing plant protection challenges as well as having fewer chemical pesticides to apply require innovation and smart solutions for crop production. Biopesticides tend to pose fewer risks to human health and the environment, their efficacy depends on various factors that cannot be controlled through traditional application strategies. This paper aims to disclose the contribution of robotic systems in Agriculture 5.0 ecosystems, highlighting both the challenges and limitations of this technology. Specifically, this work documents current threats to agriculture (climate change, invasive pests, diseases, and costs) and how robotics and AI can act as countermeasures to deal with such threats. Finally, specific case studies and the application of intelligent robotic systems to them are analyzed, and the architecture for our intelligent decision system is proposed.
