A lidar survey of the western part of the Kara Sea was carried out in September 2022. The shipborne radiometric (profiling) lidar PLD-1 was used. Zjawisko ujemnej stopy dyskontowej, a więc preferencji odroczenia w czasie korzystnych zdarzeń, jest zjawiskiem rzadkim, jak również mało zbadanym. Niniejszy artykuł koncentruje się na okolicznościach mogących istotnie zwiększyć częstotliwość występowania ujemnej stopy dyskontowej. В работе представлены результаты измерений яркости облачного неба над Карским морем, выполненных в 92-м рейсе НИС «Академик Мстислав Келдыш» 1 ноября 2023 г.
