Abstract:
Abstract The main purpose of creating this object was to create a place where people having bad living situation will meet people who live regular lives. This is the reason why two floors were projected. The first floor is designed for social activities whereas the second floor is a housing part with apartments. The advantage of irregular but compact shape of the building is perfect connection between its functional parts. The object does not have any basement and it is placed in a little slopy bulit-up surroundings on the crossing of Tyršova and U Distance streets in Letohrad town. On the first floor there is a main entrance, a coffee, massages, a recreation hall, an art working-room, a gym, changing rooms, administration and the technological background of the object. The second floor does not cover a whole area of the first floor. Apartments, laundry room and drying room are situated here. One of the apartments here is projected as barrier-free as well as whole first floor. Both floors are connected by central staircase with shape of „U“ and an elevator. Roofing of the object is realized by single layered flat roof with classic layer order. The gym is roofed by a flat roof held by glued laminated girders. The construction was projected with regard to synergy of all used materials and systems. The chosen solution of object with two floors (both above the terrain) makes the building pretty marked when looking at it’s location, however it makes the place more integrated and uniform.

As the research is focused on preschool children, the characteristic traits of this age are specified, specific methods and forms suitable for the development of cooperative behaviour are described as well as the role of the teacher in this process. Moreover, the aim of fostering cooperative behaviour is linked to the educa?tional purpose outlined in FEP PE and Learning: The Treasure Within (four pillars of education). Furthermore, variables related to individual dispositions in respect to cooperative behaviour are briefly analysed. In the research section of the thesis, activities aiming at fostering cooperative behavior in preschool children are presented and evaluated based on their testing in a pre-school: whether/how they really worked in respect to eliciting cooperative behaviour in children.

The modern world is focused on children. We care much more about the right regime of our children, about hygiene and other aspects of their daily routine. So it is not surprising that many scientists start their recent projects on or with children. Anthropology is not an exception. This study creates a smaller part of a larger sleep research study which aims to investigate whether two community based social marketing campaigns influence parents' view of pre-school children sleep requirements and healthy sleep practices. This work targets directly pre-school children and wants to determine if we are able to educate children about healthy and right sleeping habits through specifically performed game based activities. The main aim of this study is to find out which games are useful for enhancing the results of the supreme Medical Anthropology research. Secondary aim is to solve what we can generally do for a better engagement of children in our research.

COMPARISON OF MOTOR d{OORDINATION TESTS FOR PRE- SCHOOL CHILDREN The pre-school child is in physiotherapy regarded as a unique, individua! being, with a completed postural development. With the help of play and individua! stimulation aids, the child is supposed to further elaborate on other skills dependent on gradual maturation of cerebellum and the overall development of his/her character. Majority of Czech physiotherapists do not employ the terminology defined by the concept of coordination abilities. The concept of motor abilities is currently not used either among Czech anthropomotorists. Particularly the coordination abilities as described by Hirtz in 1985 (and updated in 2002) are considered to be rather informative - non- metric. The tests applied in German research projects whose objective is to estimate the coordination quality in pre-school children do not include some important aspects that are crucial for coordinated locomotive activities, and thus also indispensable to diagnostics. Motoric testing, as conceived within the methods of the motodiagnostics approach, does not respect the chilďs individuality, and does not take into accoun the neurophysiologic principles of the central nervous system maturation. In the first part, the thesis presented findings about healthy exercise of pre-school children. In the second part, the actual measurements of the intensity of PE were included. Nineteen children participated in the measuring which was carried out by sporttesters Polar RS300X. The results showed that the lowest intensity was measured during the free PE inside and the highest intensity during the controlled PE outside. However, none of the activities brought the recommended degree of intensity. Keyewords: kindergarten, preschool, children, physical activity, intensity PA, measurement, heart rate monitor

thesis: Children of pre-school age are entering stage of structural change of thinking. The way how they grasp solving mathematical tasks reflects whether these changes have already started. This work surveys visible intellectual outputs in the group of 20 children who passed set of experimental tasks at arithmetic learning environments "Stepping" and "Bus". Children were subsequently subjected to pedagogical diagnostics and results of this investigation and carried experiments were trade off. From comparison it can be concluded that results of both surveys correspond enough to facilitate the application of selected mathematical tasks as pedagogical diagnostic tools.

Abstract:
Attention is one of the key competencies which has to be adequately developed in preschool children to support their good school adaptation and acceptation of school demands. This work describes current approaches to assessment of attention and related cognitive functions in children at preschool and early school years. On the basis of the methods which are accessible we introduce a new assessment tool, which could serve as screening of attention and other necessary competencies of children aged 5-7 years. The empirical part of this work shows results of a validization study of our method (Coloured trail making test for children), and its reliability the tool. Results proved strong correlations among our method and three other assessment tools from larger batteries of tests (Woodcock - Johnson Tests of Cognitive Abilities, IDS and CAS II). However, the outcomes of the tests are also different enough to conclude that each of four methods which we used can be important in the process of attention assessment in preschool children; and each of these methods can bring valid information about children's abilities. The work also includes normative data for Coloured trail making test for children, which can be used as a screening tool to detect minor difficulties of children's attention or it can help to...

Abstract:
v anglickém jazyce The present M.A. thesis deals with teaching the Czech for foreigners in the preschool education institution. The work with the preschool children is connected with lots of specifics and thus it requires teacherʼs special attitude towards their very young learners. Children- foreigners often come from families, where nobody speaks Czech and their vocabulary is very restricted. Therefore, their inclusion into the Czech educational environment is not easy. In the theoretical part, at first we will focus on analysis of curriculum documents for preschool education, particularly with regard to children-foreigners. Afterwards, we will pay oneʼs attention to possibilities of support of integration of children-foreigners during education in Czech preschool institutions. After that, we will outline the aspects accompanying foreigners' integration into teaching and theoretical ways for child-foreigners integration process. At the end of the theoretical part, we characterize group and individual courses. Two case studies are subject of the empirical part and they contain the complex analysis of situation of children-foreigners in selected preschool institutions.
