Herzima određen štim referentnog tona najkorektnije je primjenjiv u instrumentalnoj pa i u vokalno-instrumentalnoj muzici. Problem dan kebutuhan yang ada dijawab dengan konsep desain bernama Arena Stage. Arena Stage merupakan salah satu bentukan layout stage panggung pertunjukan musik dengan posisi stage ditengah dikelilingi area duduk penonton. Konsep desain ini akan menjawab ketiga permasalahan utama yang diangkat yaitu mengenai tampilan eksterior dan interior yang menarik, sirkulasi, dan akustika tepat.

Maraknya isu muatan media yang tidak mendidik bagi anak-anak menginspirasi laporan akhir perancangan “Pusat Pertunjukan Anak dan Hiburan di Jakarta Garden City”. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung dan tidak langsung untuk mengumpulkan data yang kemudian diolah dengan metode deduktif. Penulis merasa bahwa solusi tepat untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah membangun wisata hiburan bagi keluarga dengan mengusung konsep atraksi arsitektur (Architectural Tourism), yakni penggunaan desain arsitek sebagai daya tarik wisata. Rancangan harus memiliki faktor atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas untuk menciptakan lingkungan nyaman bagi pengunjung. Pemilihan lokasi jatuh pada Jakarta Garden City, Cakung (Jakarta Timur). Rancangan “Children’s Perfomance & Entertaiment Center” dirancang sebagai pusat rekreasi keluarga yang menyajikan konsep bermain sambil belajar bagi anak-anak dalam bidang seni musik dan tari dengan kisaran usia 6-12 tahun. Penelitian berfokus pada fitur alam lokasi, desain akustika, jenis kegiatan dan pertunjukan yang digelar, serta memberi perhatian khusus pada pola perilaku anak usia dini yang dapat diakomodasi rancangan arsitektur. Pusat pertunjukan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pusat wisata dan rekreasi Jakarta, baik bagi warga sekitar maupun wisatawan. Dampak yang diharapkan adalah atraksi arsitektur ini mengurangi kecenderungan anak usia 6-12 tahun untuk mengonsumsi tayangan negatif di media.

Abstract: Multifunctional auditorium must accommodate two primary functions, namely speech and music performances. Both of these functions have different quality demands in order to satisfy the audience. On a multifunctional auditorium, the difference n of user will affect the value of reverberation time. A simple absorbent made of curtain which opened and closed will use for extend or shortening the value of reverberation time, particularly middle-high frequency. The study was conducted by method of simulation using the CATT Acoustic software. Research results showed the influence of curtain on the stability value of middle-high frequency reverberation time related to the number of audience.Keyword: Acoustic, auditorium, variable absorbency, simulation, substitutionAbstrak: Auditorium multifungsi harus mengakomodasi dua kelompok fungsi utama yaitu pidato dan pentas musik. Kedua fungsi tersebut memiliki tuntutan kualitas yang berbeda untuk memuaskan audien. Pada ruang auditorium multifungsi, perbedaan jumlah pengguna ruang akan mempengaruhi nilai waktu dengung. Penyerap bunyi sederhana akan memanfaatkan korden yang dibuka dan ditutup dan berakibat memperpanjang atau memperpendek nilai waktu dengung, khususnya frekuensi menengah atas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode simulasi berbantuan perangkat lunak CATT Acoustic. Hasil penelitian menegaskan, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan korden pada kestabilan nilai waktu dengung frekuensi menengah-atas berkaitan dengan jumlah audien.Kata Kunci: Akustika, auditorium, variabel penyerap, simulasi, substitusi

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi dinding dan arsitektur ruang serta jarak gedung ke jalan terhadap reduksi bising dari luar kedalam bangunan, dan distribusi bunyi yang terjadi. Studi kasus pada 2 gereja yaitu gereja GMIM Kampus Unsrat dan gereja GMIM Bethesda Ranotana di Kota Manado. Sebuah sumber bunyi di letakkan di luar ruang dekat pagar pada jarak 12 m terhadap gedung, dengan kuat bunyi konstan namun bervariasi antara 60 sampai dengan 100 dB dengan tahapan setiap 10 dB. Kuat bunyi dihitung dan diukur pada setiap jarak 2 m diruang luar dan dalam Gereja. Pengukuran menggunakan alat sound level meter. Perhitungan menggunakan teori akustik ruang dan software I_Simpa. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi arsitektur selubung dan ruang bangunan kedua gereja tersebut dalam keadaan kosong hanya mampu mereduksi bising sebesar 2.2 dan 3.7 dB, dengan jendela terbuka. Dengan sumber suara 100 dB di ruang luar, hasil pengukuran di ruang dalam pada kedua gereja mencapai 69.3 dB(A) dan 56.4 dB(A). Rentang bunyi tersebut masih tergolong bising dan belum memenuhi syarat kenyamanan bunyi untuk jenis bangunan ibadah menurut SNI. Visualisasi distribusi bunyi dengan menggunakan software I_Simpa, menunjukkan peran bukaan pintu dan jendela yang menyebabkan kebocoran bunyi kedalam ruangan.Kata kunci: Akustika; bising; dinding; gereja Noise Level and Sound Propagation Due to Outside Sound at GMIM Church Unsrat Campus and GMIM Bethesda Manado ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the contribution of walls and architectural interior, and the distance of the building to the road to the reduction of noise from outside into the building as well as the distribution of sound that occurs. Case studies on 2 churches: the GMIM Church of Unsrat Campus and the GMIM Bethesda Ranotana Church, both in Manado City. A sound source was placed outside the room near the fence at 12 m from the building. The sound source was constant but varied from 60 to 100 dB with steps every 10 dB. Sound reception was calculated and measured every 2 m distance at outside and inside. Measurements were carried out using sound level meter. Calculations by acoustic theory and I_Simpa software. The results show that the churches when room is empty, had only able to reduce the noise by 2.2 and 3.7 dB, with opened windows. When a 100 dB sound source was applied, the measurement results in the indoor of the two buildings reached 69.3 dB(A) and 56.4 dB(A). Graphical visualizations of sound distribution by using I_Simpa software, showed the role of door and opened window that cause sound leakage into the room.Keywords: Acoustic; church; noise; wall

Teoriškai ir eksperimentiškai nagrinėjamas tiesioginio ir atsispindėjusio garso energijos santykis ir jo priklausomybė nuo salės geometrinių ir akustinių parametrų. Teoriškai nagrinėjama tiesioginio ir difūzinio garso lauko energijų priklausomybė nuo patalpos akustinių ir geometrinių, parametrų. V. Reichardt ir N. Zarkov pateiktose formulėse siūlo aidumo radiusą įvertinti tik panaudojant patalpos garso absorbcijos plotą, arba tik garso absorbcijos koeficientą. Apskaičiavę pagal šias formules, gauname, kad aidumo radiusas yra 3,1 m nuo garso šaltinio. Tačiau eksperimentas to nepatvirtina. Šio darbo autorius siūlo formulę, kuri nustatant energijos santykį įvertintų ankstyvuosius garso atspindžius. Eksperimentas atliktas trijose salėse, kurių garso absorbcijos koeficientai yra labai maži, o reverberacijos laikai labai dideli. Saltų tūris buvo 27000, 22500 ir 1018 m3. Mažoje salėje tyrimai atlikti esant skirtingai garso absorbcijai. Tai leido įvertinti, kaip kinta aidumo radiusas keičiantis salių tūriui ir mažos salės garso absorbcijai. Tyrimais nustatyta, kad salėje, kurios tūris yra 27000 m3, tiesioginio ir atsispindėjusio garso energijų santykis lygus nuliui tik esant mikrofonui 1 m nuo garso šaltinio ir tik dažnių diapazone 160–2000 Hz. Kai atstumas iki garso šaltinio yra 2,5 m ir daugiau, esant žemoms dažnių energijoms santykis siekia—10–15 dB. Kai salės tūris yra mažas ir siekia 1018 m3, netgi esant mikrofonui 1 m atstumu nuo šaltinio energijos santykis visame dažnių diapazone lygus −10 dB. Padidėjus salės garso absorbcijai, energijų santykis turi mažesnes reikšmes. Tyrimai rodo, kad energijos santykis priklauso nuo dažnio, nuo salės tūrio ir garso absorbcijos. Tačiau tai nėra lemiantys veiksniai. Tyrimais nustatyta, kad šį santykį apsprendžia ne tik atstumas iki garso šaltinio, bet ir ankstyvųjų garso atspindžių struktūra ir plokštumos, esančios arti garso šaltinio. Didelėse salėse arti garso šaltinio tiesioginio garso energija aukštų dažnių diapazone yra didesnė negu atspindžių energija. Tirtoje mažoje salėje šis dėsningumas jau negalioja. Čia energijos santykį lemia tik garso atspindžiai, o ypač ankstyvi, ir jų intensyvumas įvairiais laiko intervalais. Klausytojas, esantis skirtingame atstume nuo šaltinio, skirtingai suvoks ir muzikos skambėjimą.

U današnje doba male bespilotne letjelice postaju sve popularnije. Postoje njihove razne inačice, ali po svojoj popularnosti prednjače kvadrokopteri odnosno dronovi. Primjenu nalaze većinom u komercijalnim svrhama ili kao nečiji hobi, međutim mogu biti korišteni i u ilegalne svrhe poput krijumčarenja ili prijenosa eksploziva. Veliki problem predstavljaju i ako se koriste na točno određenim lokacijama poput zračnih luka. Dronove je iznimno teško detektirati zbog njihovih relativno malenih dimenzija, prednjeg dijela napravljenog od plastike te električnih motora koji emitiraju vrlo male količine toplinske energije. U tom smislu konvencionalni radari ili infracrvene kamere jednostavno nisu dovoljne u detekciji dronova. Cilj istraživanja opisanog u ovom članku je ustanoviti koje su mogućnosti akustičkog rješenja za detekciju dronova, odnosno utvrditi zvučne razine malih UAV letjelica i na temelju te zvučne razine odrediti koja je teoretska granica udaljenosti na kojoj je moguće akustički detektirati dron. Također je istraženo koliko ta udaljenost raste ako se kao akustički detektor koristi akustička kamera. Očekuje se da će ishodi ovog istraživanja poboljšati opću sigurnost jer optimiziraju nekoliko vrsta pristupa u svrhu bolje detekcije dronova.

This master’s thesis deals with the problems of interior acoustics. Within the scope of the thesis measurements were taken, followed by 3D modeling and subsequent design modifications of Olomouc acoustic music club Metro. The calculations used a specialized software (Odeon Room Acoustics Program). The result of the work is a proposal of suitable reconstruction and acoustic treatment, which will be achieved by optimalization of reverberation time, in an effort to improve the physical properties of the object.

Abstract:
Dissertation thesis falls within area of indoor climate and deals with investigation of acoustic microclimate in sanitary rooms of residential buildings during a mechanical ventilation. Sources of a noise in these areas are small fans. The thesis contains the evaluation of the existing situation concerning the referred issue, physical laws of acoustics and theoretical basics of acoustics of air conditioning. The part of the thesis is experimental measurement which aims to evaluate the situation in real applications and the possibility of influencing the acoustic microclimate by affixing of small fans on the building structure. The work contains a model for the verification of certain anticipated dependencies and theoretical investigation of the distribution of sound pressure levels in the sanitary room, depending on the location of the noise source. The last part of the work offers possible measures to improve the acoustic microclimate and elimination of the noise in sanitary rooms and in protected areas of residential buildings.

This master's essay shows a detailed view on the development of the use of sound engineering for live performance. It presents the evolution of technological advancements from the first audio recordings, through the emergence of the speakers, and to the first historical reinforcement of the spoken word. Following is the chronology of how live sound engineering has changed over time, and how the specific professions such as FOH sound engineer, monitor sound engineer, and system engineer have evolved. It also discusses how the production and rental companies formed. It explores in detail "The Wall Of Sound" system, which was very unique at the time. The conclusion of the historical overview, that this paper discusses, ends with the emergence of the digital era. Modern reinforcement methods used today are demonstrated by the realization of the sound system of the London stadium during the 2012 summer Olympic games.

Abstract The thesis presents an issue of small recording studios focused on music recording in the Czech Republic. It is a modern and fast-growing area of sound studios that has never been seriously described before. The first part describes small recording studios, reasons of their founding, differences between small and large studios. The second part is focused on compiling and evaluating of collected data acquired by personal visitation of those studios. It describes often problems, offered services, equipment and expertise of their owners. The data were collected during personal visitation of all recording studios mentioned in this thesis. In the end, the thesis presents the virtual model of statistically average small private recording studio in the Czech Republic.

Abstract:
This Master's Thesis deals with geometric modeling methods and theirs implementation in Octave (Matlab), which is ideal for the practical realization. The first part of the thesis is focused on a very simplified image source method, which is able to calculate and render the 2D impulse response of rectangular rooms. The next part is aimed on~the same method, but extended by three-dimensional simulation of polyhedral prism-shaped rooms. There is both an explanation of theoretical and mathematical aspects and a~documentation of the implemented source code. Extended image source method is able to generate sound representation of impulse response characteristics, and use it for auralization, which is achieved by using convolution of both the input sound source and the calculated impulse response. At the end there are two practical examples for both methods with explanatory illustrations.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the characteristics of mechanical watches on the basis of their sound. There are theoretically analysed usual mechanical defects and disorders of watches and compensation of those defects. Particular attention is given to disorders, that can be extracted from the recorded acoustic sound of watches. There are also solved most appropriate methods of recording with a respect to the minimisation of ambient acoustic interference. The main part of this work is experimental measurement on watches and evaluation of achieved acoustic data. For this purpose, an autonomously running software were developed.

Abstract:
Subject of this written work is as natural acoustic reverberation phenomenon in enclosed spaces used for music production and its replacement. The first chapter defines the reverberation as a physical phenomenon and defines the basic concepts. The second chapter is about reverberation authentic space, its characteristics and specific characteristics. The next chapter describes the properties of artificial reverberation, its parameters and potential problems. This chapter also shows you how to adapt artificial reverberation. The fourth chapter is devoted to a comparison of authentic and artificial reverberation. Here one can find a correlation between their parameters, the differences in the same excitation signal, compared the algorithmic and convolution with the aftermath of an authentic finish. Chapter Five then goes on to state requirements for artificial reverberation in auralization and also some basic aesthetic categories. The last chapter of this work describes a practical experiment that verifies the validity of the hypothesis replace natural reverberation. Subject experiment is auralization audio samples of an anechoic room and recording studio. The aim of the experiment is to simulate a concert hall reverberation.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with impact of room acoustics on automatic speech recognition (ASR) accuracy. Experiments were evaluated on speech corpus LibriSpeech and database of impulse responses and noise called ReverbDB. Used ASRs were based on Mini LibriSpeech recipe for Kaldi. First it was examined how well can ASR learn to transcribe in selected environments by using the same acoustic conditions during training and testing. Next, experiments were carried out with modifications of ASR architecture in order to achieve better robustness against new conditions by using methods for adapation to room acoustics - r-vectors and i-vectors. It was shown that recently proposed method of r-vectors is beneficial even when using real impulse responses for data augmentation.

Abstract:
A wiki called “WikL” is developed and employed at the Institut für Strömungsmechanik und Technische Akustik (ISTA) of Technische Universität Berlin to shift teacher focused lecturing to student focused learning in University engineering education. In this wiki, students create articles collaboratively which supports not only the gain of new knowledge but also the sharing and critical evaluation of this knowledge. This paper describes the various applications of the WikL in different classes and how it improves teaching. One of the advantages of the WikL is that it offers the possibility to link multiple courses over more than a single semester by giving access to other classes results that students might not have participated in before. For instance, it enables students that take a class on combustion to study topics of turbulence, if needed. Moreover, real measurement data taken in one course can be used to demonstrate the different effects of various analysis methods that are taught in another class. The wiki as a data and knowledge platform thus allows for cross-class teaching concepts. Though, the WikL is used with different learning concepts in the different classes, the underlying DokuWiki software allows for the customization of the WikL to meet course-specific requirements. In the future, the data and knowledge base of the WikL will grow with each semester providing a more and more valuable information platform for our students. The introduction of the WikL in more classes of our institution is intended.
